I spent three days with my family in the Alma Resort, our room type is the oceanfront villa has 3 bedrooms with a private pool, this was a wonderful villa. I can say this is the most beautiful resort recently and can say it was 5 star + and we absolutely loved it. Especially, there were 12 pools, a beautiful beach which was clean and plenty of sunbeds to relax on at the pools and beach. A multitude of things to do, yoga in the morning, a water park, mini golf, a tennis course, and even a cinema. The Service Center and Receptionist were friendly, they answered all our questions and also made sure we had everything we needed. We can't thank you enough for all of the staff. We were a bit sad we couldn't spend more time at this resort and we will come back here for the next holiday. Thanks a lot!

Possibly one of the busiest hotels we have ever experienced. Definitely not the chilled vibes shown in photos! The rooms are spacious but a little dusty in corners. The breakfast is plentiful but busy and the pool is mentally busy… we enjoyed the beach location but even then one day the tide changed and brought in lots of rubbish including diapers!

Great location, the room was nice but the fridge is not cold, and the sink always stuck with the water, the water took a while to drain, I told the staff and she told that the fridge only can keep it cool not cold, but it is not even cool, it’s just room temperature/ warm! They asked someone came to check the fridge for us but maybe because the language barrier, they told us it’s normal, however we booked extra few nights in different rooms and the fridge is cold!!

Anda boleh melihat ikan hanya dengan berjalan masuk, dan jika anda mengambil baki roti dari sarapan pagi dengan anda, ia datang betul-betul di hadapan anda!! Sarapan pagi sangat, sangat lazat dan memuaskan, kecuali kekurangan mangga. Terdapat waktu gembira di tengah-tengah, dan saya sangat menyukainya, jadi saya menikmatinya sepanjang hari! Kopi Vietnam (susu pekat) yang dihidangkan pada masa ini jauh lebih lazat daripada kopi Vietnam yang dihidangkan semasa sarapan pagi! Saya juga menggunakan spa lumpur/jet ski dan ia adalah penginapan yang sangat bagus dan memuaskan.

Ia terletak di pusat bandar, jadi mudah untuk perjalanan kerana kedai urut dan restoran semuanya tertumpu di sana. Walau bagaimanapun, pengering adalah agak rawak, jadi ia mungkin rosak. Selain daripada itu semuanya baik. Kolam renang juga terletak di atas bumbung, jadi anda boleh menikmati pemandangan pada waktu malam atau siang hari. Perkhidmatan kakitangan adalah baik.

The WORST resort ever.....!!! TOTALLY a SCAM !!! PLEASE READ before booking! FIRSTLY, we paid for 3 nights in a bungalow with a sea view, what we actually got was an appartment with a sea view. The resort does not have the typical bungalows you would expect to find in a tropical resort. SECONDLY, during our stay they were constructing a new area on the sea front near the pool and our appartment. We raised this with the resort as the noise was annoying when we booked a resort to rest and relax. One of the Managers discussed this with the owner and informed us that the work would stop for the remaining duration of our stay (2 days). Later that day in the afternoon they started to work again which we found strange. Later that evening on returning from the city we found a letter from the hotel in our room informing us that the work will continue for the coming days. We discussed with the Manager again (apparently only responsibile for the restaurant) and he was as supprised as us. We left it with him to discuss again with the owner. After being informed by the hotel that the work would stop for the coming two days to help us enjoy our stay at the resort, we thought amazing a hotel that really focuses on its guests experience....! We are really disappointed and feel that a hotel with such high ambitions should be more focused on its guests and when you say something will happen make sure it does....a promise is a promise. THIRDLY there is no PRIVATE beach, only a slab on concrete by the sea. On booking said the resort has a private beach, this is not true and maybe what they are trying to build..... We picked this resort because reviews seemed very positive, photos looked amazing and location was ideal for our need to take 3 days rest and relaxation. What we got was 3 days of banging, crashing, dust and diesel fumes whilst the construction continued.....Thanks for ruining our time in Nha Trang....! TOTALLY a SCAM !!!

Room service food is very good. Pool is cold so couldn't swim much. Would be great if there's a steam room. Will come again if price is consistent.

Very good hotel in a nice area in a walking distance to the beach. The stuff is very friendly. The only thing which I didn't like is they wanted me to leave a deposit or my passport before I check out. Not typical for Vietnam.

It was lovely to stay at the Panama Hotel, the rooms are beautiful, modern and well equipped, the bed is comfy, the bathrooms are big and the bathtubs are nice and spacious too! My room had a balcony with a nice view of the city and mountainside! The breakfast buffet is really good. The main ***** of beach is right around the corner and everything you need is within walking distance! Would recommend 👌🏻

Good palace. But weather is so bad time January  And my son was sick at children's pool  But they don't pay hospital money 😭

Saya menginap di hotel annova selama 2 malam dan ia betul-betul di hadapan Lotte Mart, jadi ia sangat bagus untuk membeli-belah pada hari terakhir. Pasar malam juga lebih kurang 10-15 minit berjalan kaki. Keadaan bilik baik, tetapi saya minum air dari peti sejuk dan mereka meminta saya membayarnya.. Saya membayar. Selepas mendaftar keluar, kakitangan memanggil teksi ke lapangan terbang dengan harga murah 400,000 dong (harga Grab 540,000 dong).

I think this kind of resort is ideal for families, and especially wealthy families that don't mind paying exorbitant amounts of money for lunch and dinner. While the cost of a night's sleep was quite reasonable, everything else on site was very overpriced. I was also disappointed at the very limited stock in their on-site convenience store; not one single Vietnamese beer available (only Heineken, and Budweiser). You would hope that they would support the local economy at least a little bit. The location, while close to the airport, was bascially in the countryside. It was a 15-minute taxi ride to civilization for any small shopping/eating, etc. Nha Trang, the closest city, was 40 minutes away. We stayed there a few nights before moving to Movenpick, and kinda wished we spent an extra night there rather than an extra night at Movenpick. The pool closed at 7pm. After that, there is nothing to do. Beach access closes at 6. The pools were great, especially early in the week, when there weren't so many people. But by Thursday, check-ins got busier, and the pool overfloweth with people. The place was immaculately clean, relatively quite (some families next door and above were screaming until near midnight. We complained, and it got resolved.) Breakfast buffet was varied,, but nothing special. Americanos and Lattes were available, but if you wanted Vietnamese coffee, they offered iced only. They strongly discouraged ordering a hot viet coffee, but I did anyway, and it came out lukewarm at best. No salted coffee, no egg coffee, no Vietnam feel in this place. Overall, stay there if with kids. They'll love the pool, and the 'chocolate hour'. As a couple, I wouldn't recommend it.

Hello! As a traveler who visited Ana Mandara Cam Ranh Resort, I would like to leave a very satisfactory review. This resort truly brought my dream vacation to life. The rooms were clean and comfortable, equipped with all the necessary amenities. The bed, in particular, was exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The room cleaning staff did a great job of keeping everything neat and tidy, making for a pleasant stay. The pool and beach were outstanding. The children's swimming pool, in particular, was clean and safe, making it perfect for those traveling with kids. Enjoying a swim and strolling along the beach was a delightful way to relax. Furthermore, the resort staff were always friendly and accommodating, promptly attending to our requests. Their service truly added to the specialness of our vacation. I had such a fantastic experience that I would love to visit again. Thank you!

My experience at the hotel was extremely wonderful. The environment is perfect, very pleasant, and super well maintained. The hotel facilities are very clean, all the staff are very friendly, saying “Good morning” when you meet them halfway or always ready to offer you the best service. The beach is small but super well looked after and very clean… there is no rubbish on the ground. Just shells! The hotel has two swimming pools with very beautiful views, two restaurants with very good food options!!! Wonderful breakfast with lots of bread and fruit options! Not to mention the kindness of the team to serve you a complimentary soft drink and fruit every day so you can enjoy the beach and pool but feel at home! The rooms are quite spacious, well maintained and extremely clean every day. The spa is incredible with many care options so you can relax and enjoy your vacation without leaving the hotel. Remember to ask the hotel about the best season to enjoy sea water, as it is very clean and light blue ❤️🥹

The hotel is high-end and best in class. The only problem is the menu and price of dishes in all three restaurants. Totally overpriced and you need to wait very long for your order . Also the list of possible dishes is very limited and not high quality

Here is an updated review of Ranh Riveria Resort using more of your original wording: Beautiful hotel on a fabulous location right on the beach in Nha Trang. I highly recommend getting a room on the upper floors of the main building for the fabulous views. The standard rooms are delightful, with nice balconies to sit out on and feel the ocean breezes. In the afternoon the balconies are shaded, which is just perfect for sitting and viewing the coastline. The food at the buffet was very good with healthy and vegetarian options available. The amenities provided everything needed - toothbrush, toothpaste, comb, earbuds, coffee/tea maker, bottled water. Thoughtful touches. However, do not order room service. The pizza and cocktail I ordered to the room were disappointing and not fresh like the food at the buffet. The all-inclusive alcohol is lower quality with lots of sugary mixers. I had to pay extra for soda water instead of sugary soda. The all-inclusive food is a good value but the alcohol package is not worth it in my opinion. The location right on the beach is fabulous. I highly recommend getting a room on the upper floors of the main building for the delightful views. Sitting on the shaded balcony in the afternoon breeze was a highlight of my stay.

Recently we had a relaxing 9 nights at Radisson Blu Resort. We found our Junior Suite ocean view had beautiful views and very well appointed. Reception staff were very accommodating especially Diep who assisted to optimise our rooms aircon and was very professional. The breakfast was great as was the buffets dinners as offered a great variety of fresh produce to suit all nationalities and tastes! We found wait and bar staff very friendly in restaurants and bars even if language was a barrier at times- Thanh was very efficient and friendly! Peter the manager is very hands in to all aspects of resort and open to suggestions and listens! The spa staff were fantastic- enjoyed massages and facial very professional. The Manager of concierge was great to organise transport as a few local restaurants close by if needed a change of scenery. All in all relaxing time - you can always use the shuttle if want to go into town!

Look no further, this is the most delightful Vietnamese beach resort. The resort was nearly at capacity, we were told, yet it felt so secluded! The design is beyond compare, every detail is just perfect. All the staff was just so warm and welcoming: special thanks to Joe and Ny for making our special birthday getaway so memorable. I'm a spa snob and I thought with daily spa treatments included in your spa, they would be perfunctory, but I was wrong. The service and relaxation in the spa was divine, and the choices of services was a great variety. Don't miss the warm bamboo massage! I would recommend this resort to anyone, but especially those looking for a relaxing, quiet spa-focused holiday. Perfect for honeymooners or a girl's trip

It was such a great short stay for us in Westin Cam Ranh resort. As first, I was not really expecting much since this is not a high-end brand. However, my experience shifted completely when my sister and I arrived there. The landscape in entire resort is taken well care; food quality was top-notch with great flavour and platting; villa design was good; Staff were friendly and they always greeted us with Xin Chao, even that was an public attendant or a gardener. During breakfast, we were glad to have chance to meet the GM - Ms. Jamie and had an interesting chat with her. This was not so common in other hotels to have GM around during breakfast to interract with guests. And I believe that that was one of the points that made the hotel stand out. Room to improve: pay attention to cocktail quality and the flies in villa (understandable since this is the rainy season); blackout curtain in living room is missing

The staffs at Swandor Cam Ranh Resort, Yegor & Irina was very nice guys. Yegor is the handsome guy with humorous personality so next time when I go there again on March 2024 I wanna see him. Irina is pretty & kind girl with good smile I had a funny time on playing the darts with Yegor and Irina :) 2 families met there was very nice, so I'll go to Kazakhstan next year Now I'm missing Emil, Marina, Natasha and Anuta and her father.

Really nice hotel situated around 2/3 miles from the airport. The location was ideal for an early flight and within walking distance to shops, restaurants and bars. The staff were fabulous. They told me where to go to replace an electrical item and even set it up on Google Maps for me to follow. The rooms were basic, but most importantly clean and the bed was comfortable. For the price you’ll pay for a night there especially if you have an early flight to catch. You’ll not find any better in the area for value for money.

The hotel is amazing! Villas are clean and comfortable. The hotel staff are very friendly and always try to help. I would especially like to mention the managers Ha Nguyen and Viet Nguyen, who made our stay as comfortable as possible and solved all our problems. Absolutely amazing! Came here after nearly 2 weeks of traveling round Vietnam and it was the luxury we needed! The bungalow was incredible, the staff so friendly and helpful, the surroundings were so beautiful! It was very quiet and we were often the only people in the pool. When we checked in we were told they were also including free massages and afternoon tea! The breakfast was immense with every type of food you could possibly want, and the afternoon tea was delightful. I wish we could have stayed longer - 3 nights was not enough. The staff were so attentive and fast! My son hurt his arm and the nurse was there within minutes helping him out. I was worried when we booked it that it would be really corporate and lacking in character, but it was delightful - many of the pictures don't do it justice. I've never seen such a big pool! If you're looking for a bit of luxury then this is the place! It was very quiet, which suited us, but others might find it too quiet. We were there mid-week though and were told it gets busier at the weekends.

My family had a bad experience in the Area Cam Ranh. We had 4 people- a big family , booked 2 rooms . When we came, they arranged 2 rooms very far from each other. Not welcome drink. And waiting for the check in the new room until 4:00 p.m. At the pool, we have to rent the life jacket for my kids, just using for 1 hour-50.000 . At night, there wasn’t anything to see or play. But in the advertising Facebook had a film watching outside, Arena Town,…. But the night nothing to play. In the morning of the day after, my kids played at kids club. The staff was very rude. Don’t allow to bring any drink. But my kids need water if they thirsty. I put in the corner at the shoes putting but they don’t allow. And come to talk to me that must be the water outside. But outside no have place to put the water. And we need to go out and come back room. The attitude of staff very rude and unwelcome us The first time and the last time I come here.

I have came with family & friends. Always got great memories & good care. Facility inside and outside very good maintenance. Bedroom & bathroom very big, nice & clean. Love Wyndham paradise so much, will be back for more.

This is a great choice for you. I came here when I had a short business trip to Nha Trang and needed to find a hotel to get ready to go to Cam Ranh airport. This is a suitable choice. the room is very clean and fragrant, the hotel is very new and probably always maintained. The staff is friendly and can speak English, can help me book a taxi

Tuyệt vời. Khách sạn quá đẹp và vị trí thuận lợi. Chúng tôi đã đến vào ban đêm. Nhân viên lễ tân rất thân thiện. Căn phòng thì sạch sẽ. Sáng sớm ngủ dậy chúng tôi thật sự bất ngờ trước cảnh đẹp của hồ bơi và bãi biển.

The hotel is spacious, beautiful, the rooms are clean. At first it was not clear where to go, to which building. The beach has trash in some places. If breakfast is not included in the price of your room, then food will become a problem, as it is quite expensive in the hotel and around the hotel. You need to shop at the supermarket before your trip to eat properly. The hotel has a transfer from Nha Trang, I didn’t know about it, it would have been cheaper than taking a taxi. Admin Harry at the reception was quite helpful and very polite and made up my mood. Also, he helped me figure it out. Overall the hotel and service are excellent. Would like breakfast included (will be better).
