We stayed at the Fairfield by Marriott, Dehradun, from 22-24 December, 2024. The hotel is conveniently located amidst serene and picturesque surroundings, and yet just 2 minutes drive from the main shopping centres on Rajpur Road. The hotel is modern and relatively new with all essential facilities. Rooms are spacious, clean and well maintained. We had deluxe king-bedrooms that commanded excellent views of the Mussourie hills. The beds were very comfortable, providing very good quality sleep. The sofa provided doubled up as an extra bed for a third guest and was very comfortable. I haven’t seen anything like this in any other hotel. The housekeeping staff were very friendly, courteous and helpful. The restaurant was very spacious, without any crammed feeling, with both indoor and outdoor seating arrangement. It commanded excellent views of the hills on one side and forest on the other side. Food was excellent, with a wide array of dishes in the buffet spread. Restaurant staff were very friendly and helpful and our special thanks to the chef Mr. Naveen, who ***** with his team, went out of his way to make us comfortable and make our stay memorable. Overall, it was a very delightful and comfortable stay in a friendly environment. We would certainly like to come back here on our next visit.

Very good hotel to arrive and settle in for Rishikesh. Most wonderful views. The staff are very warm and welcoming and will help with anything you need.

I can never say no to hills! It was sister’s birthday and she expressed her desire of heading to the hills. Hence, we packed our bags, booked our ride and headed to the hills. For our abode, we didn’t have a second thought. We had loved the hospitality of Sterling Mussoorie last year. Hence for Nainital, we booked Sterling Holiday Resorts in Nainital. Nestled amidst the picturesque hills of Nainital, far from the hustle and bustle of the city center. Our unforgettable getaway was filled with breathtaking views, delectable food, impeccable hospitality, family time and heartwarming surprises. A beautiful drive led us to the property and upon arrival, from the moment we stepped into the grand lobby, enveloped by warm smiles, we knew we were in for a treat. We were treated to refreshing welcome drinks while the staff efficiently completed the check-in formalities. The corridors which led to our rooms were adorned with pictures that captured the essence of Nainital, further amplifying the excitement for our stay. It was time to check out our heavenly rooms. The Super Premier Room with a Balcony & Valley View was a delight! Stepping inside, we were acquainted with spaciousness and artful design. The highlight, undoubtedly, was the private balcony offering a mesmerizing vista of the valley below. The room itself was a haven of comfort with calming interiors, a plush double bed overlooking the view, TV, cozy seating, ample luggage space, wardrobe, and a spacious bathroom. To add a touch of local charm, there were welcome goodies including special Uttarakhand delicacies waiting for us - a delightful start to our stay. The balcony became our favourite spot, especially during mornings and evenings. As we sipped on our cups of tea, we were enveloped by the beauty of the valley, making it the perfect way to start and end our days. After a long journey, we were famished. In-room dining came to our rescue, and we ordered some delicious grilled sandwiches with tea before heading for dinner at the hotel's restaurant. The restaurant Tadka was a visual delight, exuding elegance with a touch of greenery. Plush seating in pastel colours like pink and green created a warm and inviting ambiance. The culinary experience at Sterling Nainital was nothing short of extraordinary. Every bite here was a journey of flavours. Let us take you through the culinary extravaganza we indulged in. Our culinary adventure began with a delightful spread of appetizers. We savoured both vegetarian and non-vegetarian options, including Vegetable Sweet Corn Soup, Chicken Sweet Corn Soup, and Garden Green Salad. The flavoursome soups were a perfect precursor to the mouthwatering starters. For starters, we tried the irresistible Fish Fry, Paneer Tikka, and Vegetable Kebab. The Vegetable Kebabs were particularly delightful - crispy on the outside and bursting with flavours on the inside. We could not resist ordering Chinese, our indulgence included Wok Fried Paneer and Gre

We had a two days at sterling mussoorie everything is fine from check in to check out the staff is great from reception to restaurant the ambience of the property is very nice only thing is the way from mall road is bit narrow. Rest evrything is fine and enjoyable definitely we will come back 😊

Apabila saya makan bufet sarapan pagi, saya dapati ia okey, tetapi tidak ada banyak jenis, tetapi kualitinya okey. Ia adalah kemudahan untuk mengadu. Tiada petak berasingan untuk tandas dan pancuran mandian. Adalah difahami bahawa reka bentuk itu tidak dipertimbangkan pada masa itu. Tetapi apa yang tidak dapat difahami ialah, tidak bolehkah kita menambah tirai mandi? Selepas mandi, bilik air terpercik dan bersepah. Kalau nak pergi tandas atau gosok gigi nanti, maaf, kena masuk.

I paid for royal room (breakfast and taxes inclusive. For this much money (though this is after discount price) hotel lacks the basic amenities like there was no moisturiser and hair dryer in the room. We had to ask for the dental kit too. Mind it hair dryer is only available in the suite room. Upon request iron was provided but that too without the iron board. Talking about breakfast, do not expect buffet. Only few items are served and basic breakfast item like juices are also not available. When it comes to beverages, only tea and coffee are available in breakfast menu. In room dining menu, the options are immense but again there are no basic options like burger. Though the pizza was good but again chocolate shake was such a disappointment. There are much better options of the hotel available in the same locality.

I had stayed here for a night with my family. The hotel is located in the Pacific Mall, excellent location to be with the family. The staff were very friendly. Check in check out was prompt. I had stayed in valley facing room which had a excellent view overlooking the mountains. Very courteous staff. Special mention to Shubham , ashish at front office.

I recently stayed at Radisson Blu and was extremely disappointed with the experience. The room was far from the standards expected from a reputed brand like this. Cleanliness issues: There were visible stains on the walls, which gave the room a very unkempt and unhygienic appearance. Facilities not functional: The intercom was not working, making it very difficult to reach the staff for assistance. Maintenance problems: There was a blockage in the basin, causing water to accumulate and adding to the inconvenience. Despite raising these concerns, Mr. Ashutosh Pandey, the General Manager of the property, was unable to provide any resolution. The lack of accountability and effective management made the stay even more frustrating. I expected much better from Radisson Blu and will think twice before choosing this hotel again.

the first day as soon as I entered the room I was offered some water which I had seen was not properly sealed. Despite this, I trusted being in such an important structure and drank from the glass. Afterwards I had lunch and after a short walk I retired and put to bed to sleep. During the night I had violent intestinal poisoning that I was unable to manage and unfortunately I soiled some of the bed linen. I didn't immediately notify the reception so as not to disturb given the time. In the morning, still in severe pain, I inform the waiters of what happened and ask them to kindly change all the bed linen. I was obviously embarrassed but it seemed to me that the staff were treating me with tact and respect. At check out and only after paying I realized that the extra change had been added to the bill with a price of almost 2000 rupees. I felt embarrassed and offended almost as if the accident had been intentional. Only after paying (and I made several requests during the stay without ever asking for the costs in advance) does the manager ask us how the stay went. I replied that adding that extra offended and embarrassed me and that I would have written a bad review about it. We weren't even offered a return ride or an apology. Only silence... so be careful if you feel bad because you will certainly be helped but at a very high price.

The property was a mid level hotel, when we came in we thought it’s a compromise. Our daughter was unwell enroute and hence we cancelled our bookings elsewhere and came here due to proximity . The property is quite average for a five star hotel but the staff make up for a lot. The staff services were really very good all around. Naveen chef helped and ensured we could get food to suit the needs of an ill child that. The team went out of their way to make our stay special. The reservations manager Ramesh Uniyal was also very helpful and not only helped with our bookings but also talked a human language and comforted me when I was in panic. Shubham at Front Desk helped with quick in and out.

Basically receptionist female was really good. She put full effort to make us make comfortable. Food was good. The only point i like to highlight that room bedding sheets and the sofa cover was not perfectly clean.

I had a wonderful stay at Le Roi Hotel Dehradun, located directly opposite the Railway station, coming out from Platform 1. The staff's impeccable service, warmth, and attentiveness exceeded expectations. Rooms and common areas were clean, provided comfortable accommodation with modern amenities, and wonderfully delicious cuisine with prompt room service. All staff from security person to reception, housekeeping and those in restaurant were very courteous and helpful. Restaurant personnel provided excellent service during buffet breakfast. Buffet breakfast was very good. Le Roi Hotel Dehradun is situated opposite the Railway Station and steps away from Mussoorie bus stand/Hills bus stand and taxi stand. It has parking facility, free Wi-Fi. Overall a very good hotel, recommended for solo/family travel, particularly if travelling at odd hours by train.

The hotel was good and at main road. The staff was polite and food is also good. However, there is an issue with wifi connectivity in the hotel. From evening to next morning, wifi connectivity was not there. Also, washrooms can be more clean.

I recently celebrated my birthday at voco Jim Corbett, and it was truly the best birthday experience ever! The moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warmth, kindness, some welcome drink and sweet 🥰 The property is so stunning, near the river, giving all the calming vibes all the time! The Front Office team was incredibly courteous and made sure every little detail was taken care of. A special surprise awaited me when I returned to my room after a long day! it was beautifully decorated, there was a note from their Front Office Manager- Mr. Avik , there was a cake and all this made my day even more special! The restaurant staff was also very attentive and courteous and served us with some amazing foodd. A huge thank you to the entire team at voco for making my birthday so memorable. Your hospitality and hotel’s beauty, left us in awe and we surely cant wait to come back again🥰

We had a wonderful 2-night stay at Taj Corbett. The property is lush, green, and beautifully maintained. The staff was exceptionally warm and attentive, making our experience truly memorable. Every restaurant, including in-room dining, served outstanding food. The housekeeping team did a fantastic job, and our housekeeper, Jiten Mondal, ensured our stay was incredibly comfortable with his excellent service. At the front desk, Syed was articulate and went above and beyond, ***** with Pooja and her housekeeping team, to arrange a special wedding anniversary celebration for us.

Awesome experience. It's in the middle of the jungle. The staff is extremely good and helpful. Food is amazing. There is no separate play area for kids or common area. They have a swimming pool and a big garden. It is used for everything like bonfires etc. However they take 3-4 days to give a bill to customers as they say that they need to call the company to get this and it usually takes 3-4 days. I upgraded my room but i didn't get my bill. Leaving this aside everything was perfect.

As a solo traveller, I found the property and host very safe and supportive. My stay was for about a week - I visited nearby temples like Ghorakhal mandir and Kainchi Dham, lovely cafes and exotic offbeat places nearby Nainital with the cab facility provided by the hosts. Coming to the amenities, everything was well versed in my room. The rooms are large and spacious with attached washroom and balcony. I especially loved the hygiene and cleanliness, which Im very particular about as a female. The food was also homely and delicious and didnt feel like hotelish at all. Overall, my stay was worth the price and Im super satisfied. Would definitely come again and recommend the place to all. Ps: This is a photo taken from my room window at the time of snowfall :)
