I recently stayed at Somerset Hotel Pattaya, and while my experience had a rough start due to a booking mistake I made, the overall stay was enjoyable. Initially, I faced challenges in correcting the booking details, as Trip.com was slow to respond and unable to resolve my issue promptly. However, after much effort, the hotel kindly assisted with a name change, which I deeply appreciate. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the location is absolutely perfect, offering great convenience. Despite the initial hiccups, I would recommend this hotel to everyone. Just ensure your booking details are double-checked to avoid any hassle. Thank you, Somerset Hotel Pattaya, for the wonderful hospitality!

There was a renovation at the main water park but that’s ok because we have free tickets for skywalk. The renovated room was great and better than previous version. So that will be perfect after renovation finishes in the future!

The rooms are big nice and modern big king size bed two swimming pools good for childrens play area quite can't here any bars from the room. Only thing was a slight smell from the bathroom. Off putting apart from that great place many shops and bars near by

Good value for money hotel. Rooms spacious and clean, good size swimming pool and staff were always helpful and friendly. WiFi worked without fault for duration of 14 night stay. Hotel has a lot of potential, and could be so much more with money spent. It was very dated, with new decor and lick of paint here and there, especially in reception area and around pool it could be so much more. I guess the very reasonable room rates reflect this though. Excellent location on 2nd road opposite soi 8. On the baht bus route and only couple of minutes walk to the beach. Would stop here again should I return to pattaya

This is the second time I stay at this hotel. However, maybe there are more people come during summer so the service is not as good as before. I called the staff to pick up clothes at morning for laundry, but seems he forgot about that. The next day they got the wrong clothes for me and also charge for wrong items. Except this overall is still a good experience.

Best western très bien Chambre très agréable avec vue sur piscine... légèrement plus chère que celles avec vue sur la rue qui sont moins grandes et moins bien équipées...donc je recommande vue piscine Établissement qui vraiment offre un très bon compromis rapport qualité prix... Seul défaut peut être un peu loin de Pattaya l'endiablee mais moi ça m'arrange... C'est calme et on est dans la vraie vie

The hotel rooms are big. The pool is beautiful. And the breakfast is good. There's also an ice cream machine so you can have ice cream for breakfast. The rooms come standard with everything except for a toothbrush and toothpaste. The only thing I would like improved is for the shower water to be a little hotter. Its not bad, but I prefer steamy hot. The location is not too bad but it's a little walk to shops or restaurants. And it's about 20 minutes walk to Soi Bukhao

This hotel in pattaya is very close to beach road and about 500 meters from walking street.neat clean hotel with all basic amenities.free breakfast but American style and it's very limited. Rent are about 699 baht.it has restaurant also serving Thai and pizzas .beers. The reception girls and girls in restaurant are very good. No outside noise.close to market and accessible to transport. Good hotel to stay.girl friendly hotel. Lift for floors. I will 4.5 points for this hotel.

Отвратительный отель ,от слова ”совсем”!!! Мало того, что на всех эппл картах он значится, как ”закрытый навсегда”, он еще и выглядит точно также. Все вывески отеля накрыты тряпками (скрываются что-ли от кого-то). Грязь лежит на полу, стенах, шкафах, полках, тумбах просто вековая. Первый раз в жизни я сама лично прибиралась в номере, потому что было просто противно класть свои вещи в тумбы и шкаф. Хотели съехать с этого отеля, но так как отдыхали в новогодние праздники - просто тупо не было мест в соседних отелях и были вынуждены остаться здесь (мы отдыхали там 24 дня). Понятие о чистоте вообще на прочь отсутствует. Просили много раз прибрать в номере -бесполезно. Есть спортзал - но такой грязный, просили прибраться там три раза - бесполезно. Нас проживало трое человек, весь месяц нам клали всего два полотенца. Много раз говорили что нас трое - бесполезно, забирают три полотенца - возвращают два. Возле отеля все время дежурит свора собак, не особо конечно агрессивные, но они постоянно лежали на креслах и столах возле отеля (хотя на этих местах должны отдыхать гости, а не собаки). Есть бассейн, но в нем торчат провода оголенные, обесточенные конечно, но все равно мало приятного. Завтраки были сытные, но однообразные в течении всего месяца и острые!!!.До пляжа далеко, минут 25-30 ходьбы. Трансфера до пляжа нет. Пытались несколько раз заказать ланч-боксы, так как рано утром уезжали на экскурсию. Говорили на ресепшен - отвечали ”окей, окей”. На утро на ресепшен ни души, соответственно и ланч-боксов тоже. Кухня есть, но на ней не готовят -вся еда приезжает откуда то на драном тук-туке. Хотели разогреть еду - микроволновка есть, но не работает. Хотели попросить нож (нарезать фрукты) - ножа нет. Вообщем ничего нет для более менее комфортного пребывания. Старались в отель приходить только ночевать. Но все та же свора собак часто нам не давала уснуть. Расписания завтраков нет, как проснутся тайцы, тогда и будет завтрак. Как- то пришли около 8.30 - а там конь не валялся -никого нет, еды нет, посуды нет (((. Кто хочет отдохнуть без комфорта, но дешево - то вам сюда, кто более менее жаждет комфорта, то обходите этот отель стороной!!!
