출장겸 여행을 왔는데, 복잡한 호텔보다는 한적한 빌라여서 너무 좋았습니다. 다음에도 로얄 하롱을 예약한다면 꼭 빌라를 추천드리고 싶어요. 다만, 1층이라 창문 밖을 볼 수 없고, 쉽게 창문을 열어놓을 수 없어서 조금은 아쉬웠습니다. 하지만 다른 모든 부분은 만족합니다.

We stayed here towards the end of our trip. It was a great place to switch off and relax on the balcony, read a book, go to the gym, go for a swim in the pool etc. There are lots of kids around given it's a family friendly place. The buffet breakfast was really yummy with lots of different options (I'm gluten intolerant and there was still plenty to choose from). We paid for the buffet dinner one night which was nice however, I was expecting there to be some drinks other than water and tea/coffee on offer, you could buy drinks through the bar for an additional cost. Grounds are kept really well and the boat to and from the mainland was cool too.

The hotel service is outstanding. The front desk helped us to buy diapers for our baby, and it is within walking distance from the international cruise port. The breakfast is amazing, and our room was comfortable. While there could be some improvements, the overall quality is good.

Location is a bit far from the actual rocks at halong bay. However, across the road is a convenient store, a very ordinary night market and a good but very busy seafood restaurant nearby called Cua Vàng Bãi Cháy (Golden Crab). Hotel is clean and relatively new with an excellent sea view. The breakfast buffet option was well worth it considering the cafes nearby are really not that great by the norm. Staff are friendly and very helpful!

Pada asalnya hanya ditempah untuk satu malam, selepas melihat persekitaran dan kakitangan yang mesra, saya tinggal satu malam lagi, ia sangat tenang dan selesa, terdapat juga pusat membeli-belah berdekatan, saya mengesyorkannya kepada semua orang!

Great location for the Halong Bay tour as the port is right across the street. But the food options near the hotel are limited. We had to take a Grab across the bridge to the other side of town for more better food options. Nice friendly staff and the room was clean and descent for the price range.

九龍灣確實是神奇，一生不能不去的地方。說服務真是一流無比！船中等大小，非常適宜這樣的遊覽。要訂有陽台的，衹有兩個。可惜得看風景的時間不多。 船上就是太熱。海上漂浮的垃圾太多，划船時看了真噁心。UNESCO 應該幫助清理了。

Het was uitzonderlijk stil in het hotel dat duidelijk ingesteld is op veel bezoekers. Waarschijnlijk zijn ze daar dan ook goed op voorbereid maar bij minder drukte weten ze niet hoe ze er mee om moeten gaan. Het restaurant waar men wel mee adverteert was twee van de drie dagen gewoon gesloten voor eigen gasten. De t****e avond heeft men ons wel keurig per golfkar naar een restaurant gebracht. De kamer was ruim en goed onderhouden. De IT specialist heeft voor ons zelfs het kanaal K+ sport geïnstalleerd zodat we naar de formule 1 race konden kijken op zondagmiddag. De derde dag was er geen beloofd ontbijtbuffet maar dat werd redelijk goed gecompenseerd door service aan de tafel. Kortom, een verblijf met plussen en minnen maar de intentie van het hotel is goed. Nogmaals, bij drukte al het waarschijnlijk veel beter verlopen. Een ander minpuntje is dat het personeel, ook aan de receptie, nauwelijks Engels praat. Bij een hotel met een degelijke internationaal karakter zou dat niet moeten mogen.
