Hotel Boutique di Guizhou, China

This hotel is genuinely one of the best I’ve ever stayed at. I’ve visited several times now, and every stay has been consistently wonderful. The service is always friendly, the rooms are spotless and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere just makes you feel relaxed and taken care of. I recommend this place to everyone — friends, family, coworkers — because I know they’ll love it just as much as I do. I’ll definitely be back again in the future. If you’re thinking about booking, do it. You won’t regret it!

Very good breakfast. The room is big, however smells smoke in spite of us specifically requesting non-smoking room. In the evening the hotel's reception is full of drunk people - apparently some club operates in the same place

The hotel room and facilities are great, service is also very good, I was served by Liu Meiao, and she was very helpful and hospitable. Breakfast selection was also varied and of good quality. Great stay, hotel restaurant food was nice too.

The hotel's location is incredibly convenient, and this time I experienced their popular suite, which had a fantastic view, overlooking both the city skyline and Jiaxiu Tower. Interestingly, their bathroom facilities are all located on the balcony. Janice at the front desk was also exceptionally helpful, and the complimentary coasters were very pretty and unique！

I am a bit bias when it comes to review and critique 5 stars hotel in comparison to others. Having said that let's take a look at this hotel. For a start, and in short, it is a gem! The room is huge, cosy, great location and wonderful view at high floor. I didn't get the name of the receptionist who checked me in. She is so efficient. That was the first give away the standard of this hotel. As i explore the hotel and went to the gym and pool, i was totally floored. This put international hotel fitness center to a shame. The amount of equipments in the gym is unmatched anywhere I stayed. Superb!!! Then i explore the second floor restaurant and order my meal. If you don't eat there you are missing a big hole here. Very delicious. Next i explode and tested the quality at front desk to their limit especially the added value services (Ms Chu, Feng and Zhang). But there is one conceige or bell boy or PR person i wish to acknowledge with exemplary. His name is Mr Wu(?). His knowledge and advice had helped me to plan my stay in Tongren more meaningful. Lucky to bump into him last night around 8pm. I wish to put on record and recognise this young man and thank him. Finally, i couldn't end this review without acknowledging the housekeeping and breakfast restaurant staff for their top notch and tireless services. Watch how they clean the room and the tables and you can tell they had been hone to be the best. Without saying, the Chef De Cuisine Mr Zhang is the best of the very best by international standard. I see him dance at the restaurant like a waltz, smooth as a whiskey too. A sight to be seen how he managed the restaurant. Thank you Head Chef. And so, a 5 star is a disservice to this hotel. Cover most of the basics extremely well. Great friendly service staff at reception , on 2nd floor. Nice simple friendly helpful bar with a good bartender call Wu Hao. Went out of his way to make a cocktail not on the menu for my wife . Breakfast is ok, again good friendly staff . Only drawback is the entrance is just a lift along a busy main road with 2 bus stops . Very difficult to unload on arrival .

One of the best hotels we have ever stayed at! Huge hotel in old town style with super modern rooms. If you want to explore Tongren and the ”old town” just stay at this hotel and you will be happy. In the evening you can stroll around the lively area nearby for food and drinks. Special thanks to Cherry and her great service!🍒

The view from hotel is absolutely stunning, where you see the whole Miao Village. The service from the hotel is also another attraction where information like the way to get to the hotel (bus, route) is communicated clearly and patiently by the hotel staffs before we check-in. Special thanks to staff 小乔, where she was the one communicated all these to us and even helped my parents with luggage carriage. The hotel also provides afternoon tea and snacks everyday! Will definitely come back to this hotel again next time!

Nice and clean place, but package retrieval for guests could be communicated clearly when contacted. Writing in to ask and calling in to ask yielded totally different answers, and our packages were sent to different places. Wasted a lot of time having to find out which places the packages went to and retrieving them a distance away from the hotel. Packages were also seen strewn in the hotel storeroom when we went to retrieve them.

A boutique hotel just outside the center of Zhenyuan, on the banks of the river. The town center, with all the shops and restaurants, was within walking distance. The welcome was very friendly and warm. Even without speaking Mandarin, communication via WeChat was very easy. The room was superb, large, modern, and spotlessly clean. There was a magnificent terrace overlooking the river with a large bathtub. It was particularly pleasant to take a bath and watch and hear the hustle and bustle of the city. The breakfast was excellent, and the woman who prepared it was particularly kind and pleasant. We highly recommend the Not Late Romantic !!
