We stayed at St Regis at the beginning and end of our Tibet trip, it feels like home! All the staff are very friendly and helpful. Especially the reception lady Irene Liu and the one served us at restaurant named Ruth! Both are extremely helpful and nice, highly recommend !

The service was first class, warm and helpful. The facilities were excellent. Having dinner and breakfast in there, it is definitely top grade. Hopefully could visit again. Price are excellent too!

There’s room for improvement for the check in service. I provide my personal id card for check in but the customer service requested me the booking number which I find it ridiculous. The hotel was booked under my name and they supposed could have checked my booking right away. The customer service replied that it was relatively troublesome if only id is provided. I am clueless as to the standard of customer service provided by this 5 stars hotel. The rest of my stay is pleasant.

I stayed at this hotel for the first night when I hit lhasa. The receptionists were pretty warm and hospitable. They went with us upstairs and tell the usage of oxygenerator. After request, they took afternoon tea to our room. Everything was perfect.

As someone sensitive to high altitude, their **nasal oxygen supply** was a *literal lifesaver*, helping me adjust comfortably. The **morning breakfast** was a delightful experience, with fresh ******* bread, warm tea, and eggs served with a **panoramic mountain view** that made every meal unforgettable. The hostel even **customized my food** to accommodate dietary preferences—a rare and thoughtful touch! I was especially grateful for their **willingness to fulfill special requests**. When I asked for a room with the famous **”Potato Field View”** (a charming landscape of terraced fields), they happily arranged it without hesitation. The room was clean, cozy, and perfectly positioned to enjoy the scenery. What truly stood out was their **dedication to foreign guests**—whether explaining local customs, helping with travel plans, or simply sharing stories over tea. The atmosphere was **both peaceful and social**, making it easy to connect with fellow travelers. I had a really positive experience during my stay, thanks to the amazing service from Danny and Bowen at the front desk. They were incredibly helpful, professional, and patient — solving my issues quickly and making sure everything was taken care of. 一家值得全5分的酒店，山南這個地方，超出了我的預期，也讓我從新認識“希爾頓”，這個品牌。 酒店服務，從進門就給人，很贊，很貼心，給人感覺很專業，可以看出來，品牌管理很到位。入住辦理很迅速。還給我們送上了暖暖的紅景天茶。 酒店房間設計很大方，而且人性化，那天晚上睡得很舒服。 酒店的早餐，也很有特色，選擇好多，麪包款式好吃而款式美，工作人員會主動地給住客做當地的餈粑，好好吃。 周邊用餐地方很多，有市場，超市，飯店，均可以步行到達。 酒店晚上還有夜粥，牛奶，小麪包，吃完，很安睡。因為時間的關係，沒有多住一天，可惜了，明年去阿里，肯定會再回來您們家的。或者後續有希爾頓，也會優先選擇。

It was such a pleasant stay! The entire hotel has beautiful interiors, the room was spotless, oxygen worked perfectly, and the view from the 8th floor was gorgeous. All of the staff were extremely helpful to me, a non-Chinese speaker with translation apps and did their best to make my stay comfortable. Will definitely recommend it to everyone who’s planning to visit Lhasa.

第一次發自內心的想寫評價，本次旅行是帶長者和孩子，從到酒店的那一刻起就感受到了拉薩的熱情❤️我們入住的房型非常棒美中不足是沒有電梯，要辛苦保安小哥哥幫忙送大箱子上去，由於剛剛進藏大家都有些高反我們的背包也要辛苦他們送，前台小姐姐也是超級優秀，主打一個有求必應，還有酒店的特色文化超市也很棒，小姐姐一直有耐心的陪我挑選，從早到晚衹要有需要他們隨時在！！！現在年輕人能有他們這樣的工作熱情和工作態度真的很值得誇讚，哈哈哈哈希望老闆看見評論給他們加雞腿呦🍗全能的保安小哥哥真是六邊形戰士哪哪都有他的身影！ 環境：很哇塞風景不錯 服務：一萬個贊都不夠 地點：主打去哪哪方便
