We stayed at St Regis at the beginning and end of our Tibet trip, it feels like home! All the staff are very friendly and helpful. Especially the reception lady Irene Liu and the one served us at restaurant named Ruth! Both are extremely helpful and nice, highly recommend !

今次來到西藏日喀則Hilton酒店 藝術感很重的一間時尚酒店 一貫Hilton酒店的作風 設計優雅 注重客戶服務 我們一到酒店後check-in 酒店經理得知我們是慶祝12周年紀念 變升級了我們去總統套房 讓我們十分驚喜 而且他們還配備了裝飾以及盈歡生果籃及小食給我們 非常細心！ （感謝邝云經理的細心及非常優質的服務態度 多謝你的西藏小禮物以及月餅 🥮 想不到來了西藏也可以吃到月餅過中秋🥰） 房間十分舒適 而且設計非常時尚 所有配套硬件十分到位 配合氧氣，以及制濕機 床褥亦十分舒服 令我們有一個很舒適的休息😴 另外我們嘗試了他們的西式自助餐 估唔到喺西藏都可以食到三文魚刺身（係新鮮好味嗰隻 冇肚痛） 而且所有食品都好好食 自助餐早餐亦都好多選擇 這間酒店軟件及硬件都做到十分到位， 十分推薦俾朋友 10星星 💫🩷🩷🩷🩷

One of the best stayings in my 10 days trip in Tibet! Staff greets us with a warm ******* Herbal Tea with a welcoming scarf and warm towels to warm us up. Friendly staff was helpful and efficient during check in. Room was spacious and clean. More than enough quality amenities were supplied. Comfortable bed for good sleep and most importantly sufficient and steady oxygen can be supplied by the hotel. Humidifier was also one of the best we encountered throughout the whole trip. Absolutely loving the traditional Chinese style room and hotel design that doesn't look old school but authentic. Convenient location where accessible to everywhere! Highly recommend!!

A Life-Saving Stay with Breathtaking Views!” My stay at **Tibet Hostel** was absolutely incredible—thanks to the **kind and attentive staff** named xu mu the manager who went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. As someone sensitive to high altitude, their **nasal oxygen supply** was a *literal lifesaver*, helping me adjust comfortably. The **morning breakfast** was a delightful experience, with fresh ******* bread, warm tea, and eggs served with a **panoramic mountain view** that made every meal unforgettable. The hostel even **customized my food** to accommodate dietary preferences—a rare and thoughtful touch! I was especially grateful for their **willingness to fulfill special requests**. When I asked for a room with the famous **”Potato Field View”** (a charming landscape of terraced fields), they happily arranged it without hesitation. The room was clean, cozy, and perfectly positioned to enjoy the scenery. What truly stood out was their **dedication to foreign guests**—whether explaining local customs, helping with travel plans, or simply sharing stories over tea. The atmosphere was **both peaceful and social**, making it easy to connect with fellow travelers. If you're visiting Tibet, **this hostel is a must-stay**—comfort, care, and stunning views all in one! **10/10 experience.** -

We stayed at the Shangri-la after a week of being in Tibet. It was a nice change from the more Chinese style hotels we had stayed in and was ideal for the night before our flight out. The rooms are great and we booked one with a bath. The shower was very powerful and hot. The breakfast buffet was, by Chinese standards, decent for western options and the evening buffer was good for approx 200rmb/person if you're in need of more western options. The big plus for me was the gym. Decent by most hotel standards and had a good mix of resistance machines, cardio and free weights (mainly dumbbells of up to 20kg plus a pair of 27.5kg). The only thing missing from the gym really is a squat rack but otherwise very good. Would stay again.

離羊卓雍措很近，適合落腳。川藏線中途歇腳選它超合適！近加油站和美食街，自駕補能、覓食都方便。房間有供氧不怕高反，床品軟乎能緩解旅途累，早餐管飽。前台還會幫查後續路況，乾淨又貼心，妥妥的旅途充電站！

這次出差來拉薩，在網上對比選了很多家酒店，看了是新開業的酒店，網友評價還不錯，最終訂這家入住幾晚，體驗感超出預期的好👌 從在酒店門口下車，就有禮賓幫忙拿行李到前台，辦理入住很順暢，還給我們每人獻上哈達，送上熱熱的甜茶，引導我們找到房間，管家介紹了樓層設施，洗衣房和健身房，每間房單獨有微信管家服務羣，真的太太太貼心！ 酒店還提供了藏式下午茶，有特色體驗活動（非遺藏香體驗製作，非遺唐卡體驗製作，冥想頌缽音療）體驗感拉滿，很贊👍 去二樓餐廳點菜用餐，菜品豐富，口味不錯，我們 6 人一致好評，連續在酒店吃了三天，早餐和正餐都很不錯 房間內設施細節，想要誇幾個細節，礦泉水和冰箱小零食可以無限續，每間房都配送了兩頂藏式特色帽子，配備了棉柔便服套裝，甚至洗臉枱配送了一盒洗臉巾，這個真的很細節，其他酒店不常見。每天不是給我們配送水果盤就是保温壺裝綠豆甜湯，好幸福！服務生還會貼心幫忙開夜床，放好拖鞋，調整燈光，入住感受真的像被家人在照顧，路過任何角落遇見客人，都會跟客人親切打招呼問好，由此可見，酒店管理有秩序，有温度，有用心👍 當然，也有個人覺得需要改進的地方，需要提個小建議給酒店，可以綜合考慮是否採納，浴室沒有配拖鞋或者地墊，剛進浴室站在冷冷的地磚上會覺得很涼，希望下次回來入住會驚喜發現有不一樣了， 綜上所有真實入住感受，強烈推薦大家可以選這家，我下個月來拉薩出差一定還會住這裏，衷心祝願酒店越來越好，有更多客人喜歡，生意興隆，天天滿房🎉

A hidden gem tucked away in the small streets of Bakuo, less than 10 minutes walk to Jokhang temple. This hotel is honestly the most unique place I have ever stayed, it used to be the home of Lhasa’s King Gesar, turned into a museum. The hotel staff we very friendly, had a nice family feel and I was coming home at the end of every stay. The two cats at the reception area are a highlight of this hotel. They do a daily incense burning ritual around 9ish, which got to take part in. If you’re interested, head down to the courtyard before that time. If you’re looking for a modern hotel, this isn’t the place for you but if you’re looking for something with history and heritage, this is definitely the hotel for you! Just something’s to note, not the whole hotel has lifts. Check with the hotel first if the room your looking has lift lift access first if thats a concern for you. And the room did not have a fridge, but we hanged our stuff outside the window as it’s so cold 😅. Thanks for an amazing stay, definitely recommend!
