Loved the quite location, comfortable bedding, good breakfast buffet spread, friendly staffs. Free public parking is limited especially peak and holiday season so it’s advised to reserve the hotel parking for 15 a night. The hotel is up hill hence there’s isn’t any walkable parking options nearby. I do deduct some points because the WiFi in my room is not working (it works perfectly in other public areas of the hotel). The spa is also a little small and will be crowded during the peak season.

部屋も綺麗でバスタブも広くて快適だった。サウナとジャグジーもある。ゴンドラまでも歩いてすぐ。朝夕のビュッフェはとても充実していた。ライブキッチンも日毎に変わってどれも美味しかった。スタックもとてもフレンドリー。ただ唯一駐車場が狭くて分かりにくかった。それ以外はとても良かった。

Possibly one of my best stays in Andorra so far. The staff have been stars - reception, shuttle bus driver, bartender - and made you feel welcomed and tried their best to help you, sometimes even go the extra mile without you asking. But this is all very dependent on how to treat them though so always be courteous, greet them in the morning and thank them every time.

The hotel is very beautiful, very beautiful, the decor is incredible. The hotel is very warm. The room and the bathroom were spacious and clean. Our room had views of the river and the ski trails. All staff were in small care for us.
The breakfast was delicious, with a very beautiful view, a cold sugar/salt buffet and hot dishes on the map.
The spa is located on 3 floors and even a small outdoor pool.
The price is fully justified for the purposes of the delivery.

Нам дали номер на первом этаже, мы попросили номер на этаже повыше, сотрудница ответила, что все номера занаяты. Это было не так, т.к. мы была не в сезон, в июне, в понедельник, и в отеле было очень мало гостей. Официально завтрак заканчивается в 10:30, но кофе унесли намного раньше и начали убирать еду, хотя гости приходили и в 10:20.
Ресторан должен был работать до 22:30, но его закрыли намного раньше.

GGuest UserWe have just returned home from a great weeks stay in The Hotel Austria. The Hosts , Leo and Elodee went out of their way to make sure our stay was perfect. Being slightly out of Soldeu was no problem at all , as they laid on transport to take us straight to the lifts,at either Grau or Soldeu, which fitted in Perfectly.The rooms were Clean ,warm and big enough for all our ski gear, with our own lockers outside of our room. There was always plenty of hot water and the showers were really powerful, just what you need after a days skiing.The food was fabulous with a great choice of food, a special every evening from the grill and a fantastic wine list,with their restaurant manager Agustin so knowledgeable about all his different wines, made for the whole dinning experience a pleasure. If you looking to go skiing in Soldeu Andorra, then this is a fantastic place to stay, free shuttle bus to the slopes, plenty to do in the evening, A 2 hour happy hour with drinks half price every evening, a massive tv showing all sport ,pool table and table football for your amusment.
