Hotel de la Couronne Liege is right in front of Gare de Liege Guillemins and just next to the Flixbus stop, so if you're just dropping by Liege, the location is perfect. There's a Carrefour Express next door and a Burger King. Gare de Liege Guillemins and the hotel are somewhat far from the museums and historical locations but the city area/Liege is so small and navigable that it's not a big deal. Couronne hotel is one of those rare European boutique hotels that still maintain comfortably sized rooms. Rooms at this price range are often quite small (even in newer European and Asian 3-star hotels) so that's a plus. Couronne is no frills (no coffee, tea, minibar, etc) but the beds and bath are clean and comfortable. Plus, there's a nice airy salon on the first floor where those staying at the hotel can sit and lounge around. There are plenty of fry-ups, a great Japanese restaurant (Nagoya), and an Aldi close by. I had a bad allergy on my second night and the staff at 1 am were helpful despite my limited French. I'm not the best at picking hotels, but Hotel de la Couronne was a good choice for my two nights.

All good, location closes to city by foot. Difficult parking space with charge. Wellness is ways too hot all day 💯 sun, feel like oven. No towels for guests makes the space wet all time. But overall it was enjoyable experience.

E' un motel vicino a diverse autostrade. La camera è molto piccola con un bagno tipo ”camper”. Nessun armadio. A parte questo risponde allo scopo, specialmente per corte permanenze.

Le petit déjeuner à 16 eur est vraiment lamentable œufs brouillé froids œuf à la coque impossible à cuire (pas d'eau dans la cuve)
Viennoiseries absente, reste un pain à 9h30...confiture (marmelade) de mauvaise qualité
Pas de lard fumé 😕pas de pistolets, pas de baguettes blanches, pas, de sandwichs

Kamers waren vol en hebben dan een appartement geboekt een 20 meter verder van het hotel .
Ontbijt was super alsook de service . Het appartement/ kamer was groot meer de inrichting mocht wat warmer .
De reiniging liet wat te wensen over , hebben zelf dan maar het toilet gereinigd .
Verwarming was afgesteld denk ik , en mocht voor ons een graadje hoger alsook het douche water was eerder koud .

Luik is a wonderful city and this hotel is a great place to stay. The breakfast is very much worth the price. The wellness is also a nice extra. Staff is very friendly. Easy walk to centre and restaurants. Recommend!

Posizione tranquilla anche se vicino alla strada, ma dalla nostra camera non si sentivano i rumori del traffico. Purtroppo la struttura è un po' vecchia e le pareti sono sottili, quindi si sentiva tutto il baccano di quelli della stanza affianco.
Devo sottolineare l'accoglienza e la disponibilità del personale della reception e del ristorante. Veramente carini e disponibili.

入門頗有新意的酒店，可惜門口在市政施工，環境有點臟亂。
房間整體不錯，衞生間佈局讓淋浴房進出略顯侷促。床品還好，但被子太厚，晚上開了空調。空調漏水嚴重，苦於無法聯繫酒店，衹能向攜程報備，迫不得已動用了廚具用於接空調漏水。
由於衹住2晚，謝絕了攜程提出的換房建議，自己克服吧...不用空調還環保啦！

SSonyazExcellent location, the center of the old town, very convenient for shopping. You can take bus No. 1, No. 2, No. 3 from the train station for 2.6 euros. But the hotel does not have a kettle and the window cannot be opened, which is a bit uncomfortable.

GGuest UserThe facilities were perfect, and it was comfortable to have a cable car dedicated to guests who could go directly to therme in the bathrobe figure.
However, despite the advance payment via Trip.com, a deposit was charged 50 euros at check-in. It was said that it was refunded after the adjustment of room service etc. However, the refrigerator was empty. There should be no additional. I thought it would be paid back at check-out, but it was said that it would be refunded via the card company after 2 － 3 days. However, even after a week, it has not yet been refunded.

FFionaLin的貓咪It is very close to Liege Station (just opposite). After getting off the train, take the escalator and cross the road to arrive. There is a Carrefour next door and a small supermarket next to the station, which makes shopping very convenient.
There is also a bus stop near the hotel. Tickets for Liege buses can be purchased using the TEC app (one-way trips are free for 60-90 minutes). The hotel is a bit far from the city center, about a 20-minute walk.
When you arrive at the hotel, you need to press the doorbell, and the counter staff will help you open the door. Then you can enter and exit by sensing the door card.
The room is large, but the lighting is a little dim (especially obvious during the day). It is connected by two buildings (with a height difference) and there are two elevators to take.
The room was clean and the staff was friendly. Because the suitcase was broken (a wheel was broken), the hotel receptionist was very friendly and helped to guide me to buy it in the nearby shopping mall.
There is a delicious and inexpensive Turkish kebab burrito restaurant in the city center.
I forgot to take a photo of the hotel room, but it was pretty similar to the ones in the introduction. You won’t feel a big difference when you see it.

GGuest UserI enjoyed it. Especially the location. It is very convenient for taking the train first thing in the morning. I also appreciated the unique blend of boutique hostel and hotel. I felt very comfortable. The quick self check-in was new for me and it took me a sec but after the fact I appreciated it and thought it was exceptionally suitable for frequent travelers that need to go in and out quickly. Thanks for much for the excellent service!

YYmanWe had a good stay at Aux Etangs. The hotel staff were friendly and the room was clean and quiet. It’s a good location to explore the Ardennes region. Acces by car is good but public transport might be challenging. As there are not a lot of eateries nearby we ate at the connected restaurant. The food was good but the waitress for our table was not very helpful. We asked if she could speak slower but she just continued at the same rate. We felt we didn’t get the same level of service compared to the other tables due to our fluency in French. In the end: nice food but upgrade your French first. We would come back for the hotel but not the restaurant.

The front desk and bar counter are combined into one, and checkin is slow.
There is a parking lot next to the hotel. The hotel's exclusive parking space is on the 4th floor, and you can also park on the 7th floor, 19 euros per night.
The breakfast is very poor, with not many varieties.

GGuest UserExcellent stay!! Staffs are all so welcoming and friendly. After check in they will guide you to the room and do a little introduction of the surrounding areas as well as hotel’s amenities. Room is very specious and cosy. We had dinner and breakfast in the restaurant, which were both great. Food is delicious, has lots of selections of wines, and the service makes you feel like at home. Would definitely want to come back again. Highly recommend this lovely place to everyone.

GGuest UserThe location was great, right in the center. Beautiful hotel with nice rooms. spacious bathroom with separate toilet. Breakfast area was very large and beautiful. Generous breakfast with lots of choice. The only downside was the bed topper. On one bed it was very lumpy, not smooth. The topper has probably been washed and the contents have become stuck together. Very disturbing. This is indicated at the reception. A thinner topper was then placed over the original topper. The reception was already closed that evening, so no further action was possible. Slept without a bumpy topper, so the bed was very hard.
