I booked it last minutes after my meeting ended very late. I was tired and decided to book nearby hotel. I surprised on the place because it was neat. I didn't try the breakfast. The location and cleanliness is superb. The only thing minus is the gym. Its not the hotel fault but the odor left from people there was not nice. Probably an airfreshner can be provided.

I recently stayed at DoubleTree by Hilton Brussels City and was very pleased with the experience. The hotel's location is fantastic, just a short walk from the city center, making it convenient for exploring the area. Additionally, finding public car parking was a breeze, as there's a multi-story car park directly opposite the hotel. The room we chose was impressively spacious, providing ample comfort for our stay. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for its great location, easy parking, and generous room size, making it an ideal choice for anyone visiting Brussels.

Very nice hotel meeting my 4* expectations, with nice and helpful staff, comfy beds and daily cleaning. No complains in this respect. We did not like area of the hotel, quite dirty with various strange types of people. But it is 5 min walk to Brussels Nord train station and few tram stations. 8/10 in conclusion, with less points just because of the area around the hotel, not hotel as such

It is a very nice hotel in a very nice location. The rooftop bar is lovely. Unfortunately for the price we paid we were sad that we had numerous issues with our room, Bath & sink plugs both broken & tv not working.

When we enter the room, there’s a terrible smell like “old” or not cleaned well, The shower curtain was broken, there was a strange door (which we dont know going where in the room), the aircon is TERRIBLE! Not working well, and the door from the hallway is very hard to open. We had a very bad stay in this hotel.

Insanely accessible and convenient, literally 1min away from Brussels Central station. Nearest Metro/Tram is a 2-3min walk away. Grand Place, Museum of Original Figurines & St Hubert Gallerie are right behind the hotel. Carrefour express and Relay are nearby if you need to get basic necessities. St Michael & St Gudula Cathedral is a 10min walk away. The room and bathroom is spacious and clean, with good soundproofing. The TV connects to youtube so that's a plus. Loved that there's an extendable clothesline that stretches above the bathtub. Staff were polite and helpful when I had enquiries. Didn't have an ironing board in the room but it was delivered soon after I approached the front desk for it. (Side note: The security deposit took more than 2weeks after my stay to be refunded back to my card)

One stone away from Grand Place. A lot of eateries and very center and Was able to Visit what I wanted to see in Brussels. The hotel itself screams history and art. The very detail of every corner of the entire hotel tells a story. We even met the very humble and nice owner. All staff was also nice and gives us a welcoming vibe. Will definitely come back again. Breakfast was decent nonetheless hope can add an egg to the meal :) No complaints at all! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The hotel is located just across from the train station Brussels Midi. The price is affordable. However, some of the staffs were not helpful, while others were. For examples: (1) I was next in line for check in but nobody helped me for 15 mins and when finally a staff asked me what I needed and then told me that the hotel was fully booked and the check-in was only available after 3 pm without checking their computer. But, I saw guests after me were all checked in (before 3 pm). So, I asked another staff if it was possible to check in earlier, and the answer was yes. How could they give different info? (2) I asked some ice cubes because my friend sprained his ankle, and she was very helpful and gave me a bag of ice cubes.

Location is 10m walk from Midi SNCB station. Massive construction work at entrance, so get a room facing courtyard is advisable. Room is fine for 1-2nts, the neighbourhood is mainly occupied by African, Middle Easterners & East Asian. Many grocery shops, buying fruits & daily essentials are cheap, for meals it’s better to eat in the station Did not consume the hotel breakfast. Lift& corridoris extremely claustrophobic, the space of 1pax

I booked this hotel at the last minute for a short trip to Brussels for an event.I arrived at night time so it took a while to get my bearings from De Bruckere metro station. I arrived tired and hungry so once I checked in,I got a quick shower to freshen up. Booked a single room (bed was slightly bigger than a single). Okay size for the time I was there. It had a patio door so could go outside if you smoke. Bathroom small but for what I needed perfect. There was even a hairdryer which was needed as my trousers had been washed before ai left home and were a bit damp and also for drying hair on the Sunday morning. A safe was in the room and a colour TV with a desk and chair. Foodwise,the information in the hotel booklet in the room needs to be updated as it stated breakfast was on the 7th floor. It wasn't it was on the ground floor then you had to go down a couple of lots of stairs so bear this in mind if wanting to eat breakfast in the hotel especially if disabled or you have mobility issues.Breakfast was scrambled egg,bacon,mushrooms,baked beans if you wanted a hot option. There was also a waffle machine,toast,cereals,yogurt,fruit and pastries with water,fruit juice and two hot drinks makers for tea,coggee and hot chocolate. Food was ok for setting me up for the rest of the day. There are lots of bars and restaurants nearby selling a variety of different cuisines however the friterie a few doors up seemed to always be busy. Location wise about 6 minutes walk to the Grand Place and about 8-10 minutes to the Mannequin Pis. In the other direction about the same to the Place de Monnaie which has lots of shops like Uniqlo,Foot Locket,Primark,Decathlon etc. There is a Dunkin Donuts however there is only seating on the upstairs level and there is no lift. Found using the Beurs metro either no 4 or 10 useful for if getting the Eurostar from Brussels. Staff helpful as was able to leave my bags in the left luggage room whilst sightseeing on last day and helped with directions to get to South-Midi station. Only complaints if you can call them that are,lack of kettle in room for making a tea or coffee (much needed after a long journey),decoration in room needs a refresh as paint work chipped and looks like it has seen better days same with corridors away from hotel lobby.

It was a wonderful stay at Le Louise Hotel Brussels - MGallery. The location is quite convenient for sightseeing around the old city area. Everything was within walking distance so I could enjoy my stay in Brussel with this hotel.

Really nice Hotel with very professional staff. The only staff which did from my point of view not fulfill the 5 star requirements were the people standing in the lobby to carry your luggage. When we walked past and saying something like good morning or good evening we barely got a reply. We particularly enjoyed the outstanding breakfast which was the best we had since covid.

Went for tomorrowland weekend 2 and booked a hotel in brussels to re energise for a night. When i entered the hotel, i was so shocked that it was a Tomorrowland themed hotel. Prior to arriving at the hotel, when i was saying goodbye to my friends from all around the world, i was crying because i knew that it would be another year till i see them again. The moment i arrived, our concierge gave us a post card to write about tomorrowland and hang it in the middle of the lobby. I wrote down all my friends name from all different countries and it was really a core memory. I took a picture and sent it to them to let them know, they will always be in my heart and mind and our friendship is forever

Location was good, room size is perfect for our small family. Love the services that the hotel provides, super fast and efficient, and fuss free. Hotel even provide lounge area, where hotel guests can go there for a small drink and some appetiser for free. I think every hotel should have such service provided, it is just super nice and welcoming back to the hotel. When we were there, it was raining and hotel staff was even offering us in house umbrella for us to use, and we returned it once we are back at the hotel. Room was a tab bit dark at some corners, but otherwise all is good. Nothing to complain about. Will definitely visit again when we are back in Brussels.

It’s a very nice hotel. Close to restaurants and about 10 minute walk to the nearest MRT. The staff are very nice and friendly. Good service! 👏They assisted us well during our stay. The room is big enough and so neat. The breakfast buffet is excellent. Would recommend this place.

處於城市中心，位置極佳，走去皇宮5-6分鐘。內部裝修精緻，居然有很多中國元素。服務是特別讚的地方，凌晨線路突然短路，維修速度很快。早餐個人認為品種不多，但是食材新鮮，自己還可以手工製作華夫。

Stayed for three nights and had a lovely stay, only problem was the lifts weren't working the morning I was due to check out anyway, but besides that this hotel is a hidden gem in the city centre in Place des Martyrs. Rogier station is just a few minutes walk through the shopping centre, for airport bus, train and metro connections. I specifically chose Juliana as this hotel has a swimming pool and wellness facilities, with a mini gym and not many hotels in Brussels have pools. The room I requested was a quiet room on high floor away from lifts, room 306. Very comfortable, but be aware that the large top window brings in a lot of light, you need to ask to get it closed away or it will be very light. It's wonderful to provide Milton Brown toiletries and I enjoyed the Nespresso style coffee and teas provided. Housekeeping were helpful, I lost an earring in the bathroom basin and one of the ladies help recover it, so merci to her for her assistance. Pool, sauna and steam room are great, but be aware that there is no changing area, so go directly down to basement ready changed and wear slippers provided in the bathroom drawers. Staff were very helpful and friendly, I would definitely stay here again if I return to Brussels.

Je recommande l'hôtel, le personnel est à votre disposition. L'hôtel est situé à coté du métro à quelque minute de la gare et de la gare routière. Le restaurant est très luxueux et cela en vos le prix. Au niveau de la chambre, elle est très propre et il n'y a pas de bruit lorsque vous dormez. Un peu point négatif sur le Roomservice qui propose que 3 types de plats. Mais malgré cela je recommande l'hôtel pour les personnes à la recherche d'un hôtel luxueux et à un prix convenable.

My recent stay at Hotel Indigo Brussels was a pleasant blend of charm and hospitality.  The hotel's location is impeccable. It’s perfect for anyone looking to explore the city without the hassle of long commutes. However, despite the overall positive experience, I encountered an issue with cleanliness that needs addressing. I found hair and stains on the bed linen, which was quite disappointing. It was clearly not up to the usual standards you would expect from a reputable hotel. Overall, while the hospitality and convenience were commendable, I believe there needs to be more attention to housekeeping to enhance the overall guest experience. I hope these issues can be addressed for future stays.

We had a great stay. I enjoyed the location the clean modern look and the staff really stood out. They were friendly and accommodating. I couldn’t ask for much more.

酒店好找，樓層較高的那棟，酒店內佈置温馨，入住的家庭房挺棒，看出去的風景不錯，衞生間夠寬敞，住的高樓層，淋浴水壓夠大温度穩定。訂房沒含早餐，早餐是自己點的，早餐有價格10-19歐的套餐，味道不錯。離廣場步行15分鐘，可以途經漫畫博物館，大教堂，不過經過的橋洞有尿味感覺不好。離布魯塞爾北站步行5分鐘，還是方便的。唯一的缺點是毛巾非常不好，擦乾頭髮的時候擦了一頭毛巾屑，應該要換了。

We waited 1h30 for a decision from the hotel manager (05/19 in the evening) which could have been taken in 20 minutes Thanks to the Trop.Com customer service that I had (line in English available 24/24) the situation was resolved (thanks to my interlocutor that very efficient evening). I advanced the charges for another bedroom suite as discussed with trip.com. This amount was refunded to me within 24 hours by the trip financial department after sending the payment receipts (very fast refund, thank you). Thank you to my interlocutor Christ.... for his efficiency in solving the problem via his customer service. I strongly recommend this site to those who do not know it. Even in comparison of prices (travel, hotel, rental etc) it is: ”THE BEST” ------ Reservation Faite 2 adt + 1chd À l'arrivé un lit de 2 places. Nous avons attendu 1h30 pour une décision du Manager de l'hôtel (19/05 en soirée) qui aurait pu être prise en 20 minutes Grâce au service client de Trop.Com que j'ai eu (ligne en anglais disponible 24/24) la situation à été résolu (merci à mon interlocuteur ce soir là très efficace) . J'ai avancé les frais pour une autre chambre suite comme discuté avec trip.com. Cette somme m'a été remboursé dans les 24h par le service financier trip après avoir envoyé les justificatifs de paiements (remboursement très rapide, merci). Merci à mon interlocuteur Christ.... pour son efficacité dans la résolution du problème via son service client. Je recommande vivement ce site à ceux qui ne le connaissent pas. Hotel in ottima posizione. La fermata della metro e la stazione nord dei treni erano a pochissimi metri. Colazione normale. Il personale cordiale e disponibile alle richieste. Unica pecca la struttura: la pulizia lasciava a desiderare , soprattutto le lenzuola sporche. Mi dispiace per questo

My overall experience was okay. Hotel room and location were good with the price I paid. However, Wi-Fi had a problem throughout my stay which was really problematic as I needed to work. Additionally, it said on the app that the room should come with safe box and freezer but there was not such as thing in reality. I contacted receptionist and addressed I would like to talk to the hotel manager but no one contacted me back.

It's fantastic location for this hotel it's near the famous Market in Brussels, and it's very clean hotel and v. Nice services, but the room it's not modern but I will live again when I travel to Brussels and when you want nice location you must choose siru hotel.

Location was a bit grim outside - lots of building work going on down the entire street, and the general area around Bruxelles Midi is a bit sketchy with homeless people. But we didn't have any problems, although we were super on guard the whole time. It is extremely convenient to get to the station though. The hotel itself was amazing, and the spa area was great. After a long day out, the sauna and jacuzzi and steam room all hit the spot.

Booked this last minute and pleasantly surprised with how nice this hotel was. Staff are friendly and my room was immaculate! Looked like it had just been refurbished. I will definitely consider booking this same hotel again. The location was very convenient as it’s just a short walk away from Gare du Midi/Brussels Zuid station.

A small hotel right next to the station, I would say its a perfect choice for a short-term stay, since the hotel's interior design is pretty simple n convenience for travelers. They provide lockers at the lobby for customers, which is very thoughtful.

Super Lage,kann man alles zu Fuß erreichen und das Hotel ist komplett erneuert nicht mehr wie auf den bildern.. Leider fehlte uns etwas klima oder ne Lüftung weil es im Hotel drinnen sehr warm und stickig war..Am sonsten ist es Nachts sehr laut wenn man fenster offen schläft.. Die Ausstattung und service war schön 😻
