The hotel was advertising with a swimming pool, and at the arrival we heard it was closed and converted into sports room, both were not accessible now, which was very sad, and the bathroom was not very clean and well maintained.
The comfort of the bed was great, and the dinner in the restaurant was very good.

In fact, it is quite a simple hotel, with wooden floors, thin quilts, no slippers, no kettle, no refrigerator. There is central air conditioning, but I want to adjust the temperature to a higher temperature. It can only be 26 degrees. The toilet is tiled. Don't walk barefoot when in the water, as it's easy to fall. If you don't have a toothbrush or toothpaste, you need to bring your own slippers. The bathroom has three-in-one shampoo and conditioner, as well as a hair dryer and WI-FI. It's on the small sign at the front desk. I took a picture. Yes, there is the train station opposite, which is very convenient if you want to go to the center of Brussels.

Guest UserGreat for those in transit. The room is small but comfortable. You can book a taxi at the hotel, available from 4 AM, to reach the airport. The hotel also has vending machines with international first courses, hot, and cold beverages. Outside, there's a pizza vending machine. A big thank you to Raoul and Luca for ensuring everything runs smoothly according to personal needs.

I arrived on the Thursday evening and was informed right away that there was a gas leak in the city and there will be no hot water for the duration of my stay. I’m aware this is not the hotels fault but as a result they offered no help or solutions to the matter. There was no kettle in the room and I even asked and they said no to a kettle, we got offered no discount off breakfast or anything extra for the inconvenience, other hotels in the surrounding area with the same issue, offered free breakfast, drinks, snacks and kettle so that they could boil water to have a hot wash etc…I was there 4 nights and had to have cold showers for the duration…really poor hotel offerings!

We stayed for only a night to chase an early morning flight. We were delighted by the family room - a sofa bed for the kids and a queen bed for parents. The room layout is great, it has 2 smart TVs, clean furnitures, and offered shuttle service for 25euros for 4 people. We had a good night's sleep.
We did wish it had a bidet for the toilet. Without a car, it is a bit difficult to go around with no nearby shops or restaurants. However, as an airport hotel, we still recommend this for a good night's sleep.

Very close to the main street. Clean an beautiful inside.
This is a fitness center at the ground floor but we haven't made use of it.
It was amazing to see my name on the TV when I stapped into the room. The reception is very friendly and provided service at a professional way.
Highly suggested.

Pretty family hotel with a simple but tasty breakfast. Parking not clear when you arrive but just go a bit past the hotel and there is free parking on the left hand side (seems to serve some apartments but no signs saying you can’t park).
Staff are great 😁
