I’m aware this is not the hotels fault but as a result they offered no help or solutions to the matter. There was no kettle in the room and I even asked and they said no to a kettle, we got offered no discount off breakfast or anything extra for the inconvenience, other hotels in the surrounding area with the same issue, offered free breakfast, drinks, snacks and kettle so that they could boil water to have a hot wash etc…I was there 4 nights and had to have cold showers for the duration…really poor hotel offerings!"

The hotel was advertising with a swimming pool, and at the arrival we heard it was closed and converted into sports room, both were not accessible now, which was very sad, and the bathroom was not very clean and well maintained.
The comfort of the bed was great, and the dinner in the restaurant was very good.

The hotel is relatively close to the airport. By bus, it takes 5 minutes to get there, but the ticket costs 6€, which is not cheap at all. By taxi, it costs 10€. And walking, it's about 15-20 minutes because you have to go all the way around the airport. The facilities are old. There's no hairdryer, no heating, and you can hear EVERYTHING!!! YOU CANNOT LEAVE YOUR LUGGAGE AT RECEPTION!! BE CAREFUL WITH THIS... The best part about this place was the breakfast.

I’m aware this is not the hotels fault but as a result they offered no help or solutions to the matter. There was no kettle in the room and I even asked and they said no to a kettle, we got offered no discount off breakfast or anything extra for the inconvenience, other hotels in the surrounding area with the same issue, offered free breakfast, drinks, snacks and kettle so that they could boil water to have a hot wash etc…I was there 4 nights and had to have cold showers for the duration…really poor hotel offerings!

Close to Brussels South Charleroi Airport. We requested hotel shuttle which was 10 euro per person and were sent to hotel in 15 minutes. The bathroom is kind of small, except this all is good.

This is a fitness center at the ground floor but we haven't made use of it.
It was amazing to see my name on the TV when I stapped into the room. The reception is very friendly and provided service at a professional way.

Pretty family hotel with a simple but tasty breakfast. Parking not clear when you arrive but just go a bit past the hotel and there is free parking on the left hand side (seems to serve some apartments but no signs saying you can’t park).
Staff are great 😁

Nice hotel. As you are used to from Van der Valk Hotels. Unfortunately there was heavy construction work which had a negative impact on the stay. However, the employees tried very hard to make the guests as pleasant as possible. They did a great job!
