Nice hotel. As you are used to from Van der Valk Hotels. Unfortunately there was heavy construction work which had a negative impact on the stay. However, the employees tried very hard to make the guests as pleasant as possible. They did a great job!

Más que correcto. Hicimos una noche dos amigos y nos dieron una habitación de 4. Muy cómodos. Desayuno mejor de lo esperado. Muy completo para ser un hostel.

Great hotel, perfect when flying in late as I did. Not far from hotel, easiest way to get there is by taxi. Hotel shuttle to airport at a small cost. Room was good and had everything needed for a 1 night stay.

They upgraded our room to the family suite because there was a mistake in my booking.
The front desk officer was really nice, polite, and helpful. If i could, I want to give him 6 stars.

Hotel lag zentral und es gab viele Läden im der Nähe!
Kostenlose Parkplätze gab es in der Umgebung! Einchecken ging sehr schnell und unkompliziert.
Zimmer war sehr groß und hatte viele Ablagen.
.Sehr gute Isolierung. Es war ruhig im Hotel trotz Kirmes auf dem Marktplatz.
Badezimmer war sauber und es gab sogar eine Badewanne.
Betten sehr bequem und viel Platz.
Man sieht, dass das Hotel älter ist und Abnutzungserscheinungen hat, aber es wurde hervorragend in Schuss gehalten.
Preis Leistung top! Kann ich nur empfehlen im französischen Tril von Belgien.

Schönes Stadthotel im Zentrum von Mons. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind fußläufig erreichbar. Frühstück war gut. Mein Superior Zimmer war gut, allerdings etwas klein. Das ”Comic-Design” des Zimmers gewöhnungsbedürftig. ( Einige Zimmer sind Themenzimmer) Ich würde wiederkommen.

GGuest UserThe hotel is conveniently located: in the very center of Charleroi on a pedestrian street. True, it was not easy to find the hotel, we walked around the center for a long time until one of the locals told us that the hotel is located on the territory of a large shopping center. It is about 7 minutes walk to the railway station and the shuttle stop to the airport. By taxi to the airport is 15 minutes and cost us 35 euros.
The rooms are spacious, but already very tired. There is a kettle and a refrigerator. The windows in the room do not open. There is air conditioning. We had a room with a view of the square.
We did not take breakfast and did not use the bar services.

GGuest UserThe hotel was advertising with a swimming pool, and at the arrival we heard it was closed and converted into sports room, both were not accessible now, which was very sad, and the bathroom was not very clean and well maintained.
The comfort of the bed was great, and the dinner in the restaurant was very good.

GGuest UserThe hotel is relatively close to the airport. By bus, it takes 5 minutes to get there, but the ticket costs 6€, which is not cheap at all. By taxi, it costs 10€. And walking, it's about 15-20 minutes because you have to go all the way around the airport. The facilities are old. There's no hairdryer, no heating, and you can hear EVERYTHING!!! YOU CANNOT LEAVE YOUR LUGGAGE AT RECEPTION!! BE CAREFUL WITH THIS... The best part about this place was the breakfast.

GGuest UserI arrived on the Thursday evening and was informed right away that there was a gas leak in the city and there will be no hot water for the duration of my stay. I’m aware this is not the hotels fault but as a result they offered no help or solutions to the matter. There was no kettle in the room and I even asked and they said no to a kettle, we got offered no discount off breakfast or anything extra for the inconvenience, other hotels in the surrounding area with the same issue, offered free breakfast, drinks, snacks and kettle so that they could boil water to have a hot wash etc…I was there 4 nights and had to have cold showers for the duration…really poor hotel offerings!

XXueliingThe listing is relatively tight, so I booked it here. The room facilities are relatively shabby, the front desk staff is good at serving, although it is a quadruple room, but I live alone.

This is a fitness center at the ground floor but we haven't made use of it.
It was amazing to see my name on the TV when I stapped into the room. The reception is very friendly and provided service at a professional way.

SSinclair VassPretty family hotel with a simple but tasty breakfast. Parking not clear when you arrive but just go a bit past the hotel and there is free parking on the left hand side (seems to serve some apartments but no signs saying you can’t park).
