We really struggled with the service here. I told them I was getting married and I have family staying with them as well as family scattered at other nearby hotels. Royal Azur is the only hotel that would not cooperate with us to allow guests into the hotel. We were stopped multiple times at the front gate and the staff in the front desk would not accommodate our needs. Weddings are stressful as it is, however, the hotel did not alleviate any of that and added more levels of stress. I will not be coming back here.

Merci beaucoup a toutes l'équipe j ai bien profiter un grand merci a abir et Simon pour votre compagnie la journee animation sur la piscine avec de la bonne music et la dance franchement c’est top et lemplacement de hotel avec une belle vue sur mer et ont fini avec une bonne soirée au lounge au bord de la piscine music a fond avec dj abir et Simon en modes dance merci beaucoup encore j ai bien profiter a tres bientot ❤️❤️

Great hotel, right next to the beach. But the area doesnt really have anything to do have to take a taxi if you want to explore hammamet more but taxis are pretty cheap. But if you want a hotel with just relaxing/entertainment and beach then this is the one.

Un séjour exceptionnel !
L’accueil était chaleureux dès notre arrivée, avec un personnel souriant et aux petits soins tout au long du séjour. Le service était impeccable, la nourriture délicieuse et variée.
L’hôtel est magnifique, avec une vue à couper le souffle et un emplacement idéal.
Une expérience inoubliable, je recommande vivement !

BON HOTEL MAIS CRAFAR QUI SE PROMENAIT AU COULOIR ET CLIMATISATION INEXISTANTE
Hôtel en générale très bien mais il faut perfectionner les détails. Inadmissible voir un crafar qui courrait sur le long du couloir et avec une température chaude se faire dire qu'on a le chauffage. On est sorti de l'hôtel pour aller ailleurs. La nuit on a dormi avec la porte du balcon ouverte pour la chaleure

This place is a total hidden gem. Not an instant walk to the beach. But for the price it’s amazing. Sufficient breakfast. Good people. Helpful. Kind. Not pushy. Swimming people. Looks like the photos. Comfortable. For the price and compared to others in the area with much steeper prices and for the price point…I was thrilled. I’d go back and stay much longer again, in a heart beat.

This is a fantastic hotel. The location is excellent, and the environment is beautiful. You can watch the sunrise and sunset from the balcony. The hotel has its own private beach, which is very quiet. It's very close to the old town, a 20-minute walk to Medina. The service is warm and attentive. The restaurant is the best part; the hotel provides a very generous breakfast and dinner for two people free of charge for double rooms. Overall, everything exceeded expectations, and I highly recommend it.

Excellent service, beautiful place. Many thanks to Ms. Haifa and Mr. (Sorry I don't remember his name, his office is just behind the reception desk). Polite and helpful restaurant staff and reception desk staff. I enjoyed staying in this hotel.

I have really enjoyed my nights in this 5 stars Hotel, it was very clean and staffs were kind and in disposition. The Breakfast and the Dinner were good and variants ( different types of Fish, All kind of beef, traditionnal recipies, and much more...). The outside swimming pool is big and has a beautiful waterfall. The indoor pool was warm with a relaxing parfum coming from SPA Rooms. I diffently recommand The Russelior Hotel :)
