Bilik itu luas, bersih, tidak menyeramkan, sangat selesa kerana saya dapat tidur nyenyak pada hari pertama saya menginap.. selalunya saya tidak boleh. B'FAST ada macam-macam dan sedap... bilik air bersih, tapi lain kali kalau pergi bandung lagi, aah.

Bilik hotel adalah biasa. Tetapi sarapan sangat banyak dan pelbagai. Dr. pintu masuk sepenuhnya lengkap ... dari tempatan ke barat. Dan di sini terdapat sebuah kebun binatang mini, taman pembayaran untuk disukai oleh kanak-kanak.

Been here for sudden booking. But it was too late to enjoy the facilities. Small parking area so some of cars were park in pararel in front of lobby. My first room was stink, they said from rubber sealant, but i think it was too much. As well my second room, but this was better. Some areas, rooms and corridors need touchup and small details. Nice view from room but you will hear noisy from traffic after midnite if you stay in road view (front side). Friendly and helpful staff. Will come back to this hotel oneday. Good place, good location. Not too far away from exit tol gadog, large area. Nice people's/ staff. Really recomended resort who find a place to escape and relaxe. Hotel ini terletak di pusat kota Bandung. Segala-galanya adalah baik. Tetapi adalah jalan utama. Pada waktu malam, tidur anda akan terganggu oleh bunyi lalu lintas. Jika anda ingin ke Dago dan Lembang, lokasi hotel ini jauh, sekurang-kurangnya 1 jam dari hotel kerana Bandung selalu padat ketika hujung minggu yang panjang.

Intercontinental Dago Pakar Bandung is one of the most luxurious hotel in bandung that feature the best part Bandung at the north side of the city with the most fresh air close to the forest, golf course, various restaurants and definitely with great city view especially in the evening. Our visit this time is because special requests from my daughter to celebrate her late birthday after the school holiday. We visited this hotel early this year and she was impressed so much ans requested to visit back this time. Our family always came back to this beautiful hotel almost every year due to its world class standard and exceptional hospitality from the front office, F&B, housekeeping and the guest relations. The check in was super smooth, thanks to Mr. Wirianto Prowo, the FO manager who helped the process and he made sure the room was in good condition. The hotel really helped to fulfill our request for clean and quiet room as our daughter has bad skin allergy and light sleeper. We stay in Kembang Villa, a very beautiful unit for family with kids. The unit is very spacious with a big jacuzzi inside the bathroom. It has a separate living room area and bedroom. At the back there is a large closet corridor with a medium size working desk. The room is pretty modern with updated power plug with normal USB and micro USB type C in couple of area next to bed as well as in living room. It has 2 smart TVs with complete channels. We encountered a minor issue however the team showed fast and strong support to fix the issue and they continuously checked the guests to make sure we enjoyed our stay in this hotel. Thanks to Mr. Erick and Mr. Evi for making our stay enjoyable. As we bring our kid, this hotel provides various activities for kids such as a reasonable big kids club, cinema with playstation and nintendo for families time, bouncy castle with other activities and some pay per use activities such as horse riding, go-cart, rock climbing and game machines. The swimming pool is reasonably big and has great view. The gym is pretty good just the room a bit warm. Last but not least is breakfast. One of the most complete breakfasts in the city. They rotated the menu everyday so you will not get bored. Today i tried some local dishes like rice cake with chicken curry and yesterday i ate the yellow rice with a lot of condiments. It also provides american style breakfast and some sushi. The chef is also able to make egg Benedict with good quality. I did not recall other hotels in bandung can make it. Special thanks to chef Entis who did extra miles to provide non spicy dishes during breakfast. Overall, I highly recommend the hotel, and will come back again next holiday.

Hello . We stayed in your hotel for a few days. The hotel is very luxurious and beautiful. Upon arrival, the staff welcomed us and brought our luggage to the room. All the staff were very kind and treated with respect. The quality of the food was good. The sports facilities were suitable and excellent. The fitness club was excellent with full equipment including jacuzzi and sauna, as well as the hotel pool. Access to the shopping center was great. I would like to thank all the hotel staff from the restaurant, restaurant, housekeeping, service, cleaning, club, pool and also the good management of the hotel. Some of them helped and guided us a lot. I thank Mrs. Arentha .She were very respectful and kind and answered the questions very well and guided me carefully. These successes show that your management in the hotel is excellent and all the employees move within the framework and rules of the hotel and provide good services to the guests. Kali ini saya agak kecewa dengan perkhidmatan di hotel ini, sebelum datang saya menelefon dengan tempahan meminta bilik bebas rokok dan disahkan tempahan boleh di tingkat 5, apabila saya memeriksa pejabat depan berkata bilik adalah bilik merokok (walaupun saya meminta bantuan kerana saya membawa kanak-kanak kecil) Ia masih tidak berfungsi, bilik 306 bau rokok dari saat anda meninggalkan lif, sehingga bilik mendapat bau hapak yang mengerikan, bantal. juga kelihatan seperti cadar dan penutup tidak pernah diganti. Saya telah meminta katil tambahan & saya telah mengesahkan bahawa saya ingin membayar, tempahan mengatakan hanya bayar kemudian apabila anda mendaftar masuk. sehinggakan apabila saya tiba saya segera berehat, tetapi ia ternyata tepat sehingga ia belum dipasang. Agak pelik bahawa bahagian tempahan dan FO nampaknya tidak selari. Dan yang paling menyedihkan, akhirnya anak-anak habis tinggal di sini dan sakit batuk semuanya kerana bau rokok. Maaf, ini kali pertama saya memberikan komen aduan kepada hotel, kerana saya sangat kecewa dengan apa yang saya dapat. Dengan harga hotel yang telah dibayar, ternyata anda mendapat bilik yang sangat teruk. Tetapi keramahan kakitangan di sini sangat baik. Kerana mungkin semua orang sangat senior.

It was satisfying staycation for my family. Room was big enough. Decent spread during evening cocktail and breakfast. Friendly and accommodating staff at tower lounge. Kudos to them and keep up the good work guys👍

This my first time stayed here due to other hotel was full. Unfortunately, it was not a bad hotel. The room is spacious with a good staffs services. They greet me in room corridor and lobby. Just a few suggestion compare to hotel i used to stay are : - the breakfast menu should be more variety. I order american breakfast. The quality of the item was low. The bread is like a rock, the sausage was small and not a sausage for 4* hotel. - the room's wall should be repainting since i saw many kids writing on it. - more lights in front of the main gate, it is too dark, i thought it was a office building. The hotel has good and nice plants, should add more lights. I am sure if this hotel give a small touch in main gate, people will interest to try visit and stay. Your gate is too dark and not eye catch. That are few suggestion to management of Grand Aquila Bandung. You also have an excellent staffs who willing to do an extra mile. Such as a woman in Reception willing to send my luggage to room. Her uniform was different from other staff more firm, she is the manager i guess. Im not sure her position. Im sure she did that due to i informed that my luggage still in lobby and i need something immediately for my baby. Also a man with housekeeping uniform deliver my breakfast to room. I realize you are minimize staff since it is a covid pandemi. I really understand with the situation. However, thank you and will visit your hotel next visit to Bandung.

We booked last minute and liked the look of the hotel and rooms as they were heritage style. The price of the deluxe room with breakfast was great value too. in reality the Hotel was even better than we imagined in a very nice building surrounded by excellent stylish restaurants only a stones throw away from the centre of Bogor but a lovely quiet area. Rooms and breakfast were great and the staff were excellent. We would love to stay there again.

Went to Swiss-belhotel Bogor for 2 days of meeting and stay 1 night. The location itself is great, close to cafe and resto, to toll road and easy to find. it's not a big hotel but it accommodates our needs. The meeting room and the hotel room are clean, the staffs are fast respond, Mba Lena and Mba Meriam were very helpful for extra guests we had, for any sudden request or at any trouble. From what I see is most of staffs are women to handle meeting rooms but cannot ignore men staff's capability, they are helpful and fast too ;-)

Als ich im Zimmer war, innerhalb 2 Minuten kann ich gleich sehen, 1. Es gibt viele flecken auf dem Bettdecken , nicht nur ein Bett sondern zwei davon. Ich habe aber nur eins fotografiert. Eine von das Bett sieht wie nicht neu aus (wie jemand hat da geschlafen bevor ich). Als ich die Flecken gefunden, kann ich nur alles wieder kontrollieren. Da gibt auch Kalk bei der Duschkopf und der Raum ist einfach alt, nicht gut gereinigt und gepflegt. Als die Hausdame den Betten neu machen finden wir zusammen noch eine große Flecken auf dem Bett gibt, omg. Ist das wirklich? Das Housekeepers sind aber nett und schnell kommen 2. nachdem ich das alles kontrolliert, habe ich an der REZEPTION angerufen und erklärt alles. Sagte Sie „so möchten Sie das Bett neu machen? Sollen wir kommen?“ fragst du mich? Na klar! Was soll ich machen? Soll ich auf dem dreckigen Bett schlafen? Was für ein 4 Sterne Hotel fragt das? Also muss Mann ja gleich wissen was die tut soll. Omg 3. Frühstück haben wir bezahlt und als wir da gewesen, müssen noch warten weil alles voll ist, und haben wir in der Lobby gewartet voll Hunger aber kein Problem, bekommen keine Getränke oder so während wir warten. Wenn wir ein Tisch bekommen, hat der Kellner ein schmutzige teller bei uns gegeben, der Kellner war voll unfreundlich, habe ich gesagt bitte saubern hat er nur einmal gewischt ohne zu sehen und wieder weg. OMG muss ich alles mit der Hand saubern, kommt eine Kellnerin aber zum saubern (hat die mich vielleicht gesehen, dass ich mit der hand versucht sauber zu machen). Das Essen war nicht wahlreich, Hauptsache kann man essen.

I'd certainly suggest this place to anyone who wishes for a great viewing hotel in the city centre. It's close to Botani Square & Kebun Raya Bogor. Plus, it's far enough away from the main street, providing a tranquil atmosphere to stay in.

Lift terlalu lama nunggu karna hotel full dan kapasitas lift kecil. Resto nya juga kecil jd antri saat breakfast. Tapi Lokasi ok untuk yang mau golf, kamar bersih, kita dapet upgrade tipe family. Overall ok banget. Booking lewat trip.com jauh lbh murah

I have a business meeting with my business partner and my client. We booked outdoor area at restaurant. We ordered some foods, coffee and tea also mineral water unfortunately the waitress was very took time for serving. We had complained about waiting for more than 30 minutes without any notice from them. When we came to the lobby - the security didn't temperature checked as healthy protocol due to COVID-19 pandemic

Most ideal location. Surrounded by cafes, restaurants of many types of cuisines, even warungs and a small Indomaret, and all that within walking distance. Room was great however my biggest gripe was seeing a tiny cockroach on the bedhead. Please do get that checked out. Personally for me, the best part of the stay was not only the strategic location, but also the shower. The shower current was strong, and the hot water was very much comforting. Could’ve spent hours in that shower if I didn’t have to rush hahaha. Needed that staycation away to clear my head and this was a good place to go, especially if you don’t have your own transport to go get food. Sorry for the lack of pictures. I was hardly on my phone and only had videos of my room. Though my room looks exactly like the photographed Deluxe Queen Room on here so I can say that the pictures do match. Overall, great stay and would come back.

This hotel is pretty big, and the location is pretty good as well. The cleanliness wasn't too good, as well as the lighting in the bedroom. In the Superior room, there is no plug available. So if you want to use the plug, you must unplug on of the hotel equipment. Breakfast was quite good, pretty much variety they served. I hope the Hotel Management can improve some aspects (especially service and cleanliness) to be better in the future.

The best hotel I’ve ever been privileged enough to stay at. Gorgeous building, and it only gets more breathtaking when you walk in. High-quality room and high-quality service. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Bogor. Keep it up.

Initially they gave us a room that was very loud and noisy. Apparently, that wing was under renovation. We called the hotel and requested a quiet wing. They agreed and moved us to a newer room (on the other side of the wing). If you love nature and tranquility, you will love this hotel. They have spa, bar, pool and mini zoo. The room is quite spacious and it has balcony (with garden/mountain) view.

Overall, I had a great experience with the Botanical Sanctuary, staff was incredibly helpful, and the amenities were great. The room was wonderful, very clean, and perfect to celebrate a birthday weekend even in the peak season. Thank you for making my husband's birthday so special. Will come back for sure!

Amazing experience staying at Amaryllis Boutique Resort.. Even though the trip to Amaryllis is quite extreme via narrow rocky roads, and it's quite dark at night, it pays off with the beauty of the resort. Btw, this resort has a private resort concept, so when you stay here you rarely meet people, so we can relax while enjoying the beautiful mountain views and lots of trees and the air is very cool also. The service of this resort is very nice and friendly, the food is so delicious and the cleanliness is really good. If we have time, we definitely want to come here again for a family staycation

nature hotel near by puncak. i was stay here last year and very happy! the staff name Alva help me a lot to stay here even im booked sudden but he give me room with pool view, and the hotel have facilities like a zoo (ada kandang ayam&burung) very amazing service! make us not bored during stay here. will come back soon!

Good price with good service and facilities, I'm staying with my kids they have a bunch of programs that will busy with your kids, they have some pool, when we have breakfast, still need to improve because still cannot control the crowd, have a bit issue with room because the have a air-conditioning leaking and the shower run not maximum, but overall they have a good room
