"This hotel was nice and clean. VERY clean!! Great location!!! They were recently renovated so they were still working out the glitches but overall a good stay. Would have been great if my husband and I could have gotten a room on an upper floor but they weren't able to do so. But next time I will just make sure I request an upper floor when booking. Also I want to shout out the housekeeping staff. They were truly so friendly and kind. We will definitely be back. Oh and one thing I think needs to be added is a table. My husband and I order out and eat in the room but we had nowhere to eat but on the bed."

Alexa1162We slept in everyday, so cleaning never managed to get in our room. The floor was filthy after the first day from sand and silt.
The bathroom either didn’t have a fan or it was tied to one of the lights and was broken. The room was constantly humid and our swimsuits never really dried.
The public areas were clean and well kept. There were a lot of families, most of whom were great. Eating breakfast to the sound of a girl being beat by her younger brother with a stick wasn’t fun on that one day though.
The location was a two block walk from the beach and was quite close. Mostly what you’re paying for here is the location.

This hotel is clean and the staff provides great service. Unfortunately, each room has a de-humidifier which can't be switched off and is quite loud, especially during the night. Bring ear plugs!

I was super pleased with our stay! We got a very reasonable price on our stay so I was a little nervous to see the place and I was so very happy we chose to stay here! The staff was great, the hotel was clean, and the location couldn’t have been better! The only complaint we had was the elevator took forever and was not air conditioned so we used the steps which the stairwells are also not air conditioned. They had maintenance people painting rooms and doors keeping the place looking nice so they definitely care about the look and they guests so hopefully they can help this in the near future… I looked at a crazy about of places before we booked and I read reviews on every single one so I hope to help someone else with reassurance that this is a great place to stay! 5 stars!

The temperature controlled two rooms which was very uncomfortable and inconvenient. The unit made very loud noises at 2:00 am and would not shut off. I had to turn the power off at the source to turn the unit off to allow me to sleep in peace. The following morning went to the manager and was told he couldn’t switch my room because the hotel was sold out. That same afternoon I contacted the manager again to advise the unit was making the LOUD noise again and the room was very cold. This time he changed the room. In the new room experienced the same issue. I unit controlled both rooms making my room temperature 63 which was very uncomfortable, I had to tumors on the oven to warm the room to a comfortable temperature. This trip was very stressful and the manager didn’t try to accommodate until I threatened to call corporate. Poor customer service and bad heating/cooling set up. This needs to be fixed because everyone was complaining about the temperature in their rooms. I won’t return here again.

郑The staff at the front desk were very nice. I wanted to buy a bottle of water, but gave me a bottle for free. The breakfast was okay. The hotel type. There is a women's baseball park nearby, and more families stay with children on weekends. The sound insulation is not very good, and the heating sound is a bit loud, but it was unplugged before going to bed.

雨轩听晴Not to mention the location of the hotel, the beach is next to the sea, and the hotel itself has several swimming pools of different styles, suitable for children. The hotel is not far from the commercial area, and there are many fast food restaurants around. It is about a five-minute drive from the outlet, which is quite suitable for leisure vacation and parent-child travel. There are many parking spaces in the hotel, distributed in several different locations, but because of the high occupancy rate on the weekends, it is still a bit difficult to find parking spaces. Guests arriving at night can only stop by the hotel and move to the parking spaces the next morning. The hotel attendant will also call you to move the car. Breakfast is included in the room rate and is served at 7-10 o'clock. It is better than expected. The variety is very rich and the taste is very homely. It can basically meet the needs of people in different countries. The sea-view suite we lived on was on the 15th floor. The picture shows the view from the balcony. The building opposite is also the guest room of his house. The overall sanitary conditions and hardware configuration are good. Will choose this next time.

The hotel itself was amazing! Beds comfy, slept very well! Room smelled horrible, light flickered, desk was notified, bathroom had hair everywhere, beer caps, on the floor, room had an odor. Yes I cleaned up the room prior to me staying completely in the room. TV wouldn’t stay on. Fridge rattled all night, pillows were comfortable though. Unfortunately, the reservation was non refundable so we had to stay. Otherwise we probably would have left and for the price we weren’t losing that amount of money. The location I have to admit is perfect, close to everything, shopping, food, gas, interstate you name it. The staff, I can’t speak enough on the staff, friendly, kind and very welcoming. This isn’t my usual hotel when I come to Columbia, but it was a stay.

The first room I booked was an oceanfront king. When I arrived I was placed in a small room on the 2nd floor by the pool. It smelled like it was just bombed for roaches. The bathroom was the size of a walk in closet with the shower directly behind the door. I was starting to get discouraged about this trip at first but I went up front to ask for another room higher up. The guy at the front desk was very understanding and moved me to the 7th floor with a room with 2 beds. The elevator there made me pray for my life every time I used it but once I reached my room I was highly satisfied with the change. The room was twice the size of the original king room I booked. Bathroom was still kinda small but cleaner. The view was amazing compared to looking at everyone in the pool and the room didnt smell of raid. This place could use some updates and definitely has potential.

I was pleasantly surprised at how beautiful this 3 bd 2 bath condo was. Maintenance and housekeeping were very responsive when we needed new batteries for the smoke detector and a trash pickup. I took away one star because I felt like the shower floor wasn’t cleaned to my satisfaction and there wasn’t anywhere to place soap and shampoo inside the shower. Overall it was a very pleasant experience.
