Hotel Dengan Breakfast di Puno, Peru

Located in central Puno near the old cathedral square so whatever tours you book there’s zero chance they don’t know where to pick u up. The little frustration (as in a lot of Latin American old towns) is that not every street in the old town is drivable. So say you booked a trip there’s a good chance you will walk two three blocks to jump on a bus but your tour guide will sort it out When people go Puno u usually either stay in the city or further out to be on a floating island. In my case I chose convenience over experience The hotel is generally clean. Breakfast is “alright” not pampered for choice but sufficient variety still Otherwise pretty no frills hotel. By the way they don’t give out free water here apart from your daily allocation of two bottles just buy from outside I wasn’t entirely sure the price is worth it I’ll never know I paid usd160 for two nights. Could have gone cheaper I suppose because it’s no more than a three star hotel experience wise either

Check out time all around the world is 11:30 to 12:00 latest. I gave them room 11:44 and they still charged me for half day😡😡😡😡😡😡😡 I will not go back to that FKN hotel again and tell my friends and put in my Instagram too. I travel 200 days out of 365 days with my wife and I use trip.com You want my feed back you have it now

It is located outside the town center but just a quick taxi ride which is not expensive. Very beautiful view from our room on the lake. Clean and nice facilities. Staff is very helpful.

寒い中暖房付きの部屋は非常にありがたい！ 友達の部屋暖房のリモコンが見つからず使えなかった。 朝ごはんはフルーツやケータリングがいろいろあって満足です！

酒店位置不錯，在女巫廣場附近，由於晚上才到酒店，下榻之後可以立即到旁邊參觀女巫的店。酒店旁邊有幾家Pizza店，又有一家以差利卓別靈作主題的漢堡包店。酒店的設施一般但是服務也算不錯。由於我第二天早上要趕飛機離開，店員幫我提早叫了的士來接我到飛機場。酒店在市中心比較嘈吵的地方，所以店員在我取房間的時候，問我要住近街道那一面還是比較遠的後面，過了晚上一點之後酒店就沒有那麼嘈吵了旁邊的強勁音樂聲開始消失。不過我只住一晚，而且只逗留了幾小時，也就覺得問題不大。

The hotel is dated, but the room was clean and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The hotel fails however when it comes to customer service. At breakfast there's no warmth or welcoming from staff. On my first night a lady had her laptop and money stolen from her locked room. The reception reaction was couldn't care less. On my last night I accidentally dropped a cup of hot tea and the cup smashed into pieces . The receptionist's first reaction was not, ”are you okay?” but rather...”you need to pay”! And pay I did, 5 soles!! These 2 incidents showed to me just how uncaring and money grabbing this hotel is. I would NEVER return and would certainly NEVER recommend. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

Não condiz com as outras Casa Andina que conheci no Peru; até a CASA ANDINA STANDARD MACHU PICCHU é melhor; principalmente em relação ao café da manhã. Não gostamos também do fato da gerente do hotel tomar café da manhã com os filhos/família no salão. No último dia em que ficamos no hotel, havia somente uma funcionária (tadinha, super querida) pra dar conta de tudo; um abuso...

Nice lake view and good location away from downtown. There was loud music/ performance at night (before 11pm) tho

El hotel muy buena la ubicación está cerca de todo lo recomiendo aún que deberían mejorar su infraestructura la atención es buena y me gusto la comida tradicional. Bendiciones y gracias espero puedan mejorar eso

Excellent place just next to Titicaca. Great welcoming staff, good food. It was a welcome break after a long drive from Colca canyon.
