I really enjoy my experience here! 🌻 My room was neat, elegant and very comfortable. The Hot spring was clean, spacious and colorful! I could find dry towels everywhere. And also nice people very open to help. Our family of 4 had a wonderful 2 nights stay in mid December. The great service started even prior to our stay as we had 2 personal concierge 小张 & 莹莹 assigned to us. We had requested for connecting rooms via Trip and 小张 & 莹莹 contacted us directly via WeChat. They not only helped us get connecting rooms, they also gave advice and helped to arrange for our luggages to be sent to the hotel while a private driver (additional cost) picked us from the train station to start our tour of Changbaishan immediately so that we do not have to waste time traveling. All the staff at the hotel were wonderful as well. Our room package included 3hr ski tickets and access to the natural hot spring. It was our family’s first time trying to ski and we asked our personal concierge to arrange for private coach (additional cost). Immediately upon arriving at the ski lodge the coach was waiting and led us through the entire chaotic process of collecting and wearing the gears. The hotel has direct unlimited access to the hot spring and it was also a great experience not to be missed (Don’t forget to pack your swim wear!) It even has a fish pool where we dip our whole body. There’s also a Cute Pet Paradise with different animals you can feed. Overall there’s plenty of activities for everyone and we will definitely highly recommend the hotel to everyone coming to Changbaishan.

We had a pleasant stay, and the service from the team really stood out. The front desk staff gave us a complimentary room upgrade at check-in. Later, when the room felt a bit warm, they brought a standing fan to our room since the central cooling system couldn't be adjusted. It was a thoughtful gesture which we really appreciated. The breakfast offered a decent selection to start the day, and the hot spring (opens after 2pm) had enough pools to keep our kid entertained. Location wise, Changbaishan station is a mere 5mins ride away.

Its basically a spa, getting in and out of the spa is very troublesome as they keep your shoe as hostage and you are required to queue to check for payment every time you need to leave the hotel which is extremely time consuming. not suitable for family holiday hotel. Alot of additional charges especially for kids using the sauna.

Xinxin at the front desk provided exceptional service. They upgraded our room for us, fearing that we might not be comfortable with the heating system. They assigned us a room on a higher floor, which was also very quiet. Xinxin was genuinely friendly and the room was clean and tidy. Experiencing the local customs and culture in Northeast China was very warm. The hotel’s location, with a mountain to the left and the Changying Film Museum across the street, is excellent. The breakfast was also quite good. We would definitely come back if given the opportunity.

實話實説，酒店的設施、環境、衞生以及地理位置都不錯，值得給滿分，走路到網紅牆不到一公里，早餐也很豐盛可口，唯一的瑕疵就是服務。首先，定了三個標間，有長者有孩子，麻煩前台給安排三個相鄰的房間方便照顧，結果前台接待臉臭的不行，説已經安排好的房間，告訴其他客人了。行吧，為什麼沒有人提前告訴我給我安排的哪個房間呢？結果安排了不同樓層的房間。不通人情在這家店體現的淋漓盡致。其次，下午四點多到店的，結果告訴我房間還沒有收拾出來，還得等一個小時，那請問我第二天下午四點退房你們同意嗎？果斷聯繫攜程客服後，結果告訴我馬上可以入住了，原因我就不説了，不過這件事得給攜程上大分，以後還會在這個平台訂酒店。

Furthermore, the logistics are handled seamlessly; the shuttle service to and from the High-Speed Rail station was very convenient. For those visiting Changbaishan, the hotel offers a direct bus service (provided you have a ticket), which made my trip stress-free. I want to extend my sincere gratitude to Da Ling and Yin Ling. Their attentive care and constant check-ins throughout my stay made me feel truly valued and were the highlights of my trip. The dining experience was equally impressive. The breakfast buffet featured a wide variety of delicious options, and the on-site restaurant served a diverse menu where every dish was flavorful. Overall, I am thoroughly impressed. I will certainly choose to stay here again on my next visit.
