"The hotel bed is spacious 1.3M and comfortable enough for one adults and one children. The breakfast selection is wide, the hotel staff very helpful to arrange transport to the nearby restaurant. Just the hotel has some distance to the main ski resort. Ski facility and onsen facility has to take a connecting small bus which can be very crowded and need to stand."

AAnonymous UserHad a fantastic trip to Changbai Mountain during the May Day holiday! So lucky that Tianchi Lake was open. The hotel was incredibly comfortable – the room was spacious, bright, clean, and the bedding was super comfy. The service was warm and attentive, and the breakfast was delicious and plentiful. The outdoor hot spring is definitely worth experiencing, and the facilities are great. It was an amazing trip!

SSUN_LisaThe environment is fantastic, very clean, and well-equipped. The hot spring experience was also incredibly relaxing. Breakfast offered a great variety, but what truly stood out was the service. Right after check-in, a butler was assigned to us, ready to answer any questions and provide helpful reminders. There was even a dedicated shuttle service for the hot springs. Any issues we encountered were promptly resolved by the staff – their service-mindedness was truly impressive! The hotel's exclusive access to Changbai Mountain was very convenient. Overall, it was an excellent stay, and I'll definitely be back!

GGuest UserStayed with my family during Chinese New Year. We booked a club suite and a club king room. The rooms were a bit dated but generally well-maintained. The club rooms come with executive lounge access. The light meals are served in the lobby on the first floor, and while the selection wasn't huge, it was convenient. We had a butler who added us on WeChat, recommended some local attractions and activities, and helped arrange transportation, showing good service. If you're bringing kids for skiing in winter, definitely book a coach in advance via the mini-program.

下下雨了布布The hotel service was absolutely wonderful! When we checked in, the front desk saw we were cold and immediately offered us warm bottled water. Our room was beautiful, clean, and very comfortable. When we went to the hot springs, the staff member managing the area was so enthusiastic. She constantly reminded us to be safe and even specially guided us to try the outdoor hot springs, which was a 100% amazing experience. Despite the cold weather, we truly felt the warmth and hospitality from the hot springs staff. She even helped us take a group photo – fantastic! 👍 Breakfast was also excellent, with delicious food and even frozen sliced pears. Next time I come to Changbai Mountain, this hotel will definitely be my first choice.

GGuest UserThe room has a very traditional Chinese style, and the service is exceptionally thoughtful. The hotel's cleanliness is excellent, and the soundproofing is superb, allowing me to enjoy the tranquility my vacation deserved.
They even sent an ice bucket to the room in the evenings, perfect for a nightcap after a day of exploring. The hotel added me on WeChat beforehand, and the butler was able to provide timely and very attentive service.
The parking is free, and there's a direct elevator to the hotel, so the amenities are quite good.
The hotel's restaurant is fantastic. I usually struggle with new cuisines, but the food here was excellent and perfectly suited my taste. It offered local specialties while also being palatable for someone from the south. The breakfast, especially, was outstanding, and the wontons were delicious.
Finally, a special thanks to the duty manager, Joy. She was incredibly patient with every guest, providing a lot of help during my two-night stay and answering many of my questions about exploring the resort. When our car tire went flat after checking out, Joy even recommended a nearby repair shop that was very fair and reasonably priced. The service at Park Hyatt truly demonstrated the professionalism expected of hotel staff; their dedication didn't waver even after we checked out. They genuinely care about ensuring every aspect of your trip is safe and smooth.

The help from several of the butlers made our trip to Changbai Mountain much more convenient and enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone planning a trip to Changbai Mountain. The butlers provided thoughtful and attentive service, ensuring my smooth visit to Changbai Mountain, saving me time and effort. The itinerary for the Erdaobaihe small town, arranged by the travel butler, was also very interesting. With pick-up and drop-off services for every part of the trip, neither the elderly nor the children felt too tired, allowing us to fully immerse ourselves in the fun of the journey. The hotel's hot spring was also fantastic! 👍🏻 The service was excellent and greatly helped alleviate travel fatigue. The little fish in the fish therapy pool were also great companions for de-stressing during the trip. Both breakfast and dinner were quite delicious, with a wide selection for breakfast. I genuinely recommend staying here to create even more wonderful memories for your Changbai Mountain trip! A big thank you to every butler and hotel staff member for taking care of my family and me during our four-day, three-night stay!

GGuest UserI highly recommend the Beidahu Hyakumanseki Hot Spring Hotel; it's the ultimate choice for a ski resort getaway! As a high-end hot spring hotel under Gokurakuyu, Japanese aesthetics are integrated into every detail. The rooms are elegant and spacious, with premium and thoughtful amenities. Opening the window, you're greeted by a stunning, serene, and healing view of the snow-capped mountains. The location is absolutely fantastic, with an exclusive corridor leading directly to the ski equipment hall. No need to carry your gear; you can truly ski-in and ski-out, saving effort and hassle. After skiing, head straight to the Gokurakuyu hot spring, where the aroma of cypress wood fills the air. With both indoor and outdoor pools to choose from, the romantic experience of soaking in the snow is maximized, and all fatigue melts away. The butler service is meticulous, providing thoughtful care from check-in to check-out. The breakfast offers a rich variety of Chinese and Western dishes, ensuring you start your ski day full of energy. The hotel is well-equipped with a supermarket and a Japanese izakaya, fulfilling all your vacation needs in one place. Whether for a business retreat or a ski holiday, it's an impeccable top choice and has already been added to my must-visit list every year!

MM52909****The overall environment of the resort is pretty good; it would probably be even better in the summer. The service is exceptional, with everyone paying great attention to detail. However, as a mom looking for a weekend getaway with my child, I found the activities to be just so-so. The snow activities themselves are free, so any amount of fun is a bonus. The hot springs, though, were really disappointing. There are only a few indoor pools, no high-temperature areas, and more importantly, they didn't feel like actual hot springs! 😦 The outdoor iron pot was impossible to use due to too much debris. From a value-for-money perspective, it's not the best choice for a weekend trip. And the kids' play area... sigh.

GGuest UserThis hotel is located in the heart of the city, on Hongqi Street. It's right next to the famous shopping mall 'Zhe You Shan' and across from the Changchun Film Studio Museum. With the #54 tram stopping right outside, getting around is super convenient, perfect for sightseeing and shopping. The surrounding area has great transport links, and taxis are easily available. The front desk staff, especially the lovely 'A. Ice' (that's her WeChat name!), was incredibly warm and professional. Check-in was efficient, and they were quick to resolve any issues, making me feel right at home. The room itself was spacious and the mini-bar was complimentary. The views from the room were expansive, and the air conditioning was adjustable, which made for a really pleasant stay overall. I'll definitely choose this hotel again when I'm back in Changchun.

MM681841****This guesthouse really exceeded my expectations! The location is fantastic, just a 3-minute walk from Wanda International Resort, with no detours needed. The decor is cozy with traditional heated 'kang' beds, which I'd never experienced before – so comfortable and warm. The natural light is amazing; you can see the Qinglong ski slope from the ski resort right from your window. The room was decorated so warmly, I immediately felt a great sense of hospitality. This guesthouse has everything you need, with a supermarket and restaurant on-site. The owner even built their own small ski slope, which we all had a blast on! The owner is incredibly nice, responds to messages super fast, and provided clear directions and check-in instructions before our arrival. When we checked out, they even thoughtfully asked if we needed any help. Next time I visit this city, I'll definitely choose this guesthouse again! I honestly recommend it to everyone.
