房型很好，王經理服務非常熱情周到。這家酒店整體體驗非常好，房間乾淨整潔，設施齊全，床品舒適，讓我睡得很安心。辦理入住和退房都很高效。酒店位置便利，周邊餐飲和交通都很方便。有高鐵接站服務，早餐種類豐富，味道也不錯。整體性價比很高，下次來還會選擇這裏。

1.位於高鐵站不到兩公里，適合剛到長白山已經要從長白山出發的遊客居住。 2. 在合理的情況下酒店配合取消訂單重新下單，為顧客真真實實的省錢。 3. 酒店前台員工服務意識強，讓本次旅行體驗更加舒心舒服。 4. 餐飲部工作人員也很有人情味，整體體驗超出預期，早餐也很豐富。 5.酒店中就有温泉區域，爬完長白山泡去一身疲乏。6. 由於個人疏忽將重要物品遺失在酒店，今天的（2.26日）的前台客服值班經理和工作人員們都及時響應，積極配合，最終找到了遺忘物。並且給寄出了！ 這讓我能夠安心踏上回家的路程。 總的來説，本次入住體驗極佳。工作人員服務貼心，設施齊全，住得很舒心，沙發可以充電，必須五星好評！

I recently stayed at this hotel and was thoroughly impressed by the experience. The location is perfect for travelers who need easy access to Changbaishan Railway Station, and the park right across the street provides a lovely place for a relaxing stroll. However, the most memorable part of my stay was the outstanding service I received from the moment I checked in. Chen Yuanyuan (陈园园), the hotel staff, was an absolute delight. She is always smiling, polite, and going above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable. From the beginning, she warmly escorted us to our room and took the time to explain all the hotel amenities in detail. Her thoughtfulness did not stop there. She proactively connected with me on WeChat to ensure quick responses to any requests we had. The next morning, she personally reminded us about breakfast and even offered to come to our room to guide us to the restaurant. Her dedication was evident as she stayed until we were seated comfortably in the buffet area. Even after checkout, her exceptional service continued. She presented us with lovely hotel gifts and waited with us until our taxi arrived, ensuring a smooth departure. Chen Yuanyuan’s service attitude is truly commendable. Her attentiveness, warmth, and professionalism set a high standard for hospitality. She is undoubtedly a role model for her peers and a huge asset to the hotel. This experience reinforced my belief that service in China is truly excellent, and it’s because of staff like her that I will definitely return to this hotel on my next trip to Changbaishan in a different season. Самый любимай для нас спа отель! Находится в тихом местечке, очень дружелюбный ресепшен, попросили несколько личных просьб и нам не отказали! Благодарим! Всегда очень чисто и удобно. Завтраки очень шикарные, все вкусное и свежее, салаты разные каждый день. В этот раз появилась кофе ☕️ машина, чему мы были безумно рады! В отеле тепло, 👍 единственное, выходя из отеля каждый раз плохо срабатывали браслеты, не открывали номер, приходилось каждый день спускаться с 5го этажа опять на первый и настраивать их, раньше такого не было, в этот раз у нас такое. Если вы не будете выходить из гостиницы в город, у вас такого не будет. Отличная баня и горячие источники, то что нужно зимой. В этот раз попробовали массаж банками и остались очень довольны! Спасибо всем работникам отеля за отличный отдых!

Very nice room, decent location. Service is ok, not exceptional but still very ok. The greatest thing is this hotel is next to a Dongbei (North-East) bathhouse which offer a very good bathhouse and massage experience.

Our family of 4 had a wonderful 2 nights stay in mid December. The great service started even prior to our stay as we had 2 personal concierge 小张 & 莹莹 assigned to us. We had requested for connecting rooms via Trip and 小张 & 莹莹 contacted us directly via WeChat. They not only helped us get connecting rooms, they also gave advice and helped to arrange for our luggages to be sent to the hotel while a private driver (additional cost) picked us from the train station to start our tour of Changbaishan immediately so that we do not have to waste time traveling. All the staff at the hotel were wonderful as well. Our room package included 3hr ski tickets and access to the natural hot spring. It was our family’s first time trying to ski and we asked our personal concierge to arrange for private coach (additional cost). Immediately upon arriving at the ski lodge the coach was waiting and led us through the entire chaotic process of collecting and wearing the gears. The hotel has direct unlimited access to the hot spring and it was also a great experience not to be missed (Don’t forget to pack your swim wear!) It even has a fish pool where we dip our whole body. There’s also a Cute Pet Paradise with different animals you can feed. Overall there’s plenty of activities for everyone and we will definitely highly recommend the hotel to everyone coming to Changbaishan.

特別好的一家酒店，已經是第二次來住。我已經滑了很多年，也住了很多酒店。 我覺得在體驗過北美假日和地中海這些酒店後，這家酒店的優勢在於以下幾點：性價比特別高（雖然他不含雪票，但我分開買算上房費還是便宜的）；住宿環境配套及服務特別好。 首先，在入住前，會由專屬的管家聯繫，建立微信羣，包括提供雪包的提前送到房間（我不喜歡託運，所以都發德邦），引導入住到房間，住宿期間：每天車輛來往雪場的接送（這個是我覺得非常受用並且強列推薦的部分），衹要微信羣裏和管家説一下，很快就能有車，比之前住的假日北美這種定點班車要好很多，而且和透風的擺渡車不同，他的車子還有暖氣，隨叫隨到。退房也衹要羣裏和管家説下，非常便捷，因為航班的關係，我要求了延遲退房，溝通十分順暢，最後一天滑完臨走前還可以回房間沖涼換衣服，這個在其他酒店是沒有的。 住宿條件很乾凈，衞生間房間特別整潔。在整個入住期間，除了每日的打掃外，可以要求管家幫你安排每天換床單。硬件也很好，小米全屋智能，可控制燈光，窗簾，晚上我基本投屏看個電影，非常舒服，當然酒店提供了騰訊會員可以看電影。此外，房間的風景也很不錯，可以看到雪道，每天到雪場就兩三分鐘，特別👍
