Hotel agradável.... funcionários muito simpáticos..... gostei muito da localização... Comércio por perto.... vários lugares dá pra ir a pé. Quarto arejado...amplo.... Gostei muito do fato de ter armários.... quarto limpo...... tudo funcionando bem .... café da manhã gostoso... farto. Eu pesquisei bastante antes de ir ..... tem outros hotéis por perto.... mais ele ficou mais em conta e não me decepcionei.

Nesta semana tive a oportunidade de me hospedar no presente hotel no qual já havia tido informações do TripAdvisor de que o hotel necessitava passar por uma reforma geral nos seus quartos e instalações. Pois bem, vou informar minha percepção do hotel, uma vez que durante os últimos três anos, comparativamente, me hospedei todos os meses em outros hotéis…..no hotel deville premium e/ou no grand Park. Os atendentes da recepção foram simpáticos e bem receptivos. Porém, tivemos um problema com a questão do café da manhã no qual não conseguiram localizar o voucher do café. Meu quarto foi o 180 e percebi ao adentrar que o cuidado com a limpeza no banheiro deixou muito a desejar. Outros viajantes já haviam comentado por aqui e eu não fui exceção. Encontrei cabelo no azulejo do box, e o teto o banheiro havia resquícios de mofo. A Toalha de banho estava rasgada e mal cuidada. A privada não tinha força de água suficiente para funcionar adequadamente. O chuveiro era bom, assim como os amenites …... Tanto o sabonete quanto o shampo eram da phitoervas e de boa qualidade. O quarto, todavia, era extremamente frio, e a roupa de cama disponível era somente um lençol . Não havia edredon, e o cobertor disponível era extremamente pequeno. Havia uma Luz próximo da janela que mesmo apagada ficava parcialmente acesa durante a noite prejudicando o sono. No geral a experiência não foi boa e não recomendaria a estadia.

O hotel é bom, mas fico em dúvida se deveria ser classificado como quatro estrelas. Os quartos não são espaçosos, o menu do restaurante (para refeições) é restrito e o atendimento da equipe é BOM, nada de excepcional. A arquitetura do hotel é diferenciada e interessante, mas a condensadora do ar condicionado dos quartos fica suspensa, acima da porta de entrada do quarto, o que ocasiona um ruído desagradável durante todo o tempo de funcionamento do aparelho (você tem que optar entre dormir com temperatura agradável e barulho ou com temperatura ambiente e silêncio). Tivemos problema com o telefone do quarto (não funcionava) e eu pedi manutenção por duas vezes. Nada foi feito. A localização é ótima para quem quer ir a pé ao centro.

Very nice and attentive staff at the restaurant. Comfortable large beds. Curtains that block the light completely. On the negative side - Be prepared to arrive for a late afternoon check in, with extra slow, untrained front desk service, and no help with your suitcases and finding your room in the dark (no resort maps available). The rooms face each other and don’t have a set of sheer curtains. When you’re in the room you have to close the blackout curtains and no light comes in. No closet in the room. Instead, there’s a bar with three hangers and a shelf in the bathroom. No drawers. The bathroom has no windows. Anything you wash and hang in the bathroom will never dry. Bathrooms have three extremely loud exhaust fans each. Housekeeping routinely cleans empty rooms and leaves the exhaust fans on (together with the lights). Be prepared to hear exhaust motors all night. We realized what the noise was after two difficult nights, and had them turned off in the neighboring room. Terrible room maintenance: Upon arrival, we noticed that the phone in the room wasn’t working and we had that changed. The showers have a rubber ***** on the floor to keep the water from flooding the bathroom. Half of our rubber ***** was missing. Maintenance said it would be replaced the next day, but this never happened because they had to order the piece. The front desk asked us to change rooms, which would have been work for us, but housekeeping found a bandaid solution by wrapping a towel in a plastic bag and using that to dam the water in the shower stall. One leaky sink, and the other stopped up - never fixed despite two calls to the front desk which leads me to: Terrible front desk service (and not just checking in). We once forgot a bikini that was left out to dry on a bench near the front door. We noticed on the road and called the front desk to have someone put it in the room for us, and it was still on the bench when we returned in the afternoon. Be prepared to come back to your room at 5:05pm after a long day of activities, to find that housekeeping didn’t clean your room. Then call the front desk and nothing happens. The solution was to speak to the manager of the front desk, who personally brought the one and only housekeeper on duty that tends to emergencies after 5pm. Had to help her to do the bed in order to speed things up. Such a shame because I was here twenty years ago and it used to be an excellent hotel. Will not return, as there is now a better option available.

The Hotel Deville Prime Campo Grande was a really fantastic place to stay, and I wish we had more time to spend there. It was just superb in every regard. Unfortunately, my friend and I only had enough time to sleep here because we were quickly moving on to the Pantanal part of our adventure. The hotel is adjacent a very large park with big ponds and tons of wildlife. I got to spend about 45 minutes photographing wildlife in the park, and it was a big highlight of my time in Campo Grande.

Hotel Promenade is located 1.1 km from the centre of Bonito. Built in motel style the hotel opened in December 2021 and offers 78 ensuite rooms over 2 floors. Parking in front of your room. In the hotel you find a pool and a restaurant. Free Wi-Fi. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Our spacious room was nicely furnished and decorated, with a good kingsize bed, TV, air-conditioning, open wardrobe & safe, table & chairs, washbasin and an extra single bed. We had a separate toilet and separate shower. The water pressure in the shower is very low. There is an open kitchenette with fridge, sink and separate washbasin for cloths. No water-boiler, no cooking plate, no cutlery, no crockery. The window can be opened but don’t have a mosquito screen. We came in hot spring and were happy to find the airco working. All was very clean. The buffet breakfast is very good: a choice of cookies & pastries, bread & rolls, ham & cheese, scrambled eggs, butter & marmalade, fruit salad, juice & fruits, cereals & yoghurt, tea & coffee. We found Hotel Promenade very comfortable, and we had an excellent stay. Highly recommended.

Hotel com profissionais gentis e muito educados. Quarto muito espaçoso, com camas confortáveis. Serviço de quarto muito eficaz, limpeza impecável. O café da conta com grande variedade de opções. O hotel tem piscina e amplo espaço em sua área de recepção.

Foi uma estada ótima, meio de improviso, pois não estava nos nossos planos, isto foi devido a chuva de 09/08/2024. Fomos em 2 casais, eu e minha esposa, ficamos num apto de cadeirante, e o outro foram meus cunhados, que ficaram em apto comum. Tudo ocorreu como combinado, sem nenhum tipo de contra-tempo. Gostamos muito, jantamos no hotel ao lado, NOVOTEL, também do mesmo grupo. Tomamos caldo de piranha, acompanhado por vinho australiano e água com gás. Foi muito bom e perfeito. Adoramos a nossa estada por lá.

Desde ontem estava em contato com o hotel pois tenho uma reserva de 24 a 28 de abril, pedidno a gentileza se fosse possível anteciparem o check in pois chegaria de viagem às 5 da manhã. Fui informada que dependeria da disponibilidade. ok normas . Ao chegar no hotel fui atendida pessimamente com discriminação e piadinhas pelo sr Lucas q disse pra sr Luciane atendente olhando pra mim e alto que nada deveria tirar a paz deles. perguntei do meu quarto desde 9 da manhã e ele falou que teria que esperar as 14 horas que não estava pronto. Ok. Chegou 14 horas e meu quarto que paguei no pix , valor total para 3 pessoas não estava pronto. Indaguei senão poderia me mudar de quarto e ele disse que não que o mesmo já estava designado pra mim mesmo.no horário não estando pronto. Passado 15 minutos arrumaram um outro quarto pra mim. Ora , se isso não é implicância, falta de atendimento, discriminação eu não sei o que é. Várias pessoas conhecidas foram alocados , só eu e meus 2 filhos que não é nem tivemos o direito de consumidor respeitado.A frase pra mim era: a senhora tem que ter paciência só as 14 horas, as 14 horas chegou e nada.. mais de 10 quartos entraram e estavam disponíveis rapidamente. O cliente anterior saiu do quarto as 12 horas e será que a equipe do hotel não podia arrumar ele pra que entrassem em 2 horas? É esse o atendimento da rede harbor? Atletas que vieram competir serem tratados com descaso? Não estou pedindo favor, pedi meus direitos enquanto tive que esperar até as 14 horas pois era direito do hotel. Agora será mesmo que ter que colocar meus pertences no balcão e falar dos meus direitos não adianta pra ser atendida com qualidade mínima? O que fiz pra merecer esse tratamento? Porque simplesmente não realocar um cliente pra outro quarto como fizeram as 14:15? Triste descaso, cancelei todas as minhas alimentações que seriam feitas no hotel pois sinceramente espero que passe logo essa estadia aqui. Respeitem para serem respeitados. Simples assim..

Ótimo atendimento, cafe da manhã com grande variedade de bolos, pães, frutas e sucos deliciosos. Ambiente agradável e familiar com musica e videos relaxantes para começar bem o dia. Recomendo tanto a passeio como a trabalho.

Hotel pequeno, mas limpo, bem localizado em Bonito. Você pode ir ao centrinho em uma curta caminhada. Os quartos superiores são pequenos, mas funcionais. os quartos do pavimento inferior são mais espaçosos. O atendimento é muito cordial. Café da manhã básico, mas honesto. O Staff é muito gentil, inclusive fizemos um churrasco nas dependências do hotel que nos disponibilizou churrasqueira, grelha. Quartos com ar-condicionado e banheiros privativos. Excelente custo benefício.

Hotel confortável e bem cuidado. Equipe atenciosa, eficiente, gentil. Suíte satisfaz com todo o necessário. Café da manhã servido desde bem cedo para atender aos hóspedes que tenham passeios agendados ou eventuais Check-outs por conta de voos no período da manhã.

The pousada has been managed by Giuliana and her husband for the past couple of years (so many previous reviews are about the time before that). Giuliana and her husband did not speak English but they certainly made us feel at home and were extremely helpful. We stayed at the pousada for 5 nights. The bedroom was basic but there was AC and warm water for the shower. During the day it was very hot outside so the AC did not completely cool down our room. The breakfasts were fantastic: every day freshly pressed orange juice (not diluted like in some other places), watermelon juice and a third option. Every day there was a different freshly baked cake. Also the warm snacks varied every day. We enjoyed the common area where we made barbecue. There was abundant space to park our car. We would definitely recommend this pousada and it was very moderately priced.

Rarely i make comments about my hotel stays, because i usually use timeshare condos...but this hotel deserves all the best remarks! Be sure to enjoy a fantastic, flawless stay in this place. Check about Bonito in other sites: a great outdoors tourist attractions, but believe, this the hotel to stay between activities ! Food, breakfast, facilities and, specially, the staff is really the best in town. Don't hesitate...stay here !

Tive uma ótima experiencia no Hus Hotel Dourados. Excelente atendimento de toda a equipe e staff, muito conforto, um delicioso café da manhã, ótimo custo x beneficio, a localização é privilegiada anexo ao shopping da cidade bem pratico, pois tem tudo o que vc precisa em uma viagem.
