外観は古めかしいが、館内はとてもきれいで清潔です。ウエルカムドリンクのサーバーも便利でした。部屋も広く、この価格では満足度が高いです。男性大浴場は、露天風呂、室内風呂、半身浴風呂、水風呂、サウナが有りとても充実しています。女性には岩盤浴があります。 風呂上がりの洗面所のアメニティも充実しています。風呂上がりの冷水サーバーのところに粉末タイプの大麦若葉があり、自分で作って飲めます。 宮崎に来た際にはまたこちらを利用したいと思いました。 但し宿泊者の駐車場は有料でした。

Location, parking facility, room cleanliness, breakfast etc everything was almost perfect. Especially this hotel has indoor onsen bath which is a big plus. One thing I like to note is that they use the electronic key system on the door of every room and they provide hotel-issued password printed on the paper. The number combination is 6 digit so it is not easy to memorize. Therefore you have to always carry your pwd paper with you and if you forget it someone can always open your room easily. I think hotel needs to let the customer choose their own password combination, so that they do not have to carry the piece of paper.

The hotel is good for a quick one-night rest. The ventilation inside our toilet was dusty and so are the headboard and some areas of the room. The toilet door got stucked and we couldn't get in, but I'm guessing it's a common occurrence since the front desk immediately sent someone over to open it up again. There's also coin laundry in the adjacent building, but you have to bring your own laundry detergent. I think the best part of the hotel is the warm, hospitable staff. The amenities could be better, but for one night, I can't complain much.

愛知県からの九州旅行で、夫婦で一泊しました。 ホテルに行く前、観光の途中で転倒して腕を怪我（後に骨折と判明）してしまい、夫がチェックイン時に「妻が怪我したので冷やすための氷がほしい」とお願いすると、無償でたくさんの氷を用意してくださいました。 かなり痛みがあったのですが、冷やしながら就寝しおかげさまで朝までぐっすり眠ることができました。 また翌朝の食事の席は海が見えない場所だったのですが、見える席のお客さんが先に食べ終えたので、スタッフの方（外国人の若い男性）が気を利かせて見える席に案内してくれました。ちょっとした心遣いって嬉しいですよね。 とてもいいホテルでした。

The hotel is very close to JR Miyazaki and it takes about 8 minutes of walk to get there, so it is really convenient. The room is really big, and this is unlike most hotels in Japan in the city center. The only criticism is that there is no hot water in the showers. The waters are lukewarm at best, and hot water is really important in the winter.

全国のドーミーイン２０数か所宿泊してますがここには初めて投宿しました。 チェックイン時のスタッフ（女性）ははきはきしており応対の良さでポイントが上がります。 事前に喫煙ブースに近い部屋（ツイン）をリクエストしておいたところブースの隣の部屋がアサインされてて助かりました。 ツインの部屋は他のドーミーインと比較するとやや狭めな印象。大浴場も内風呂・露天風呂・サウナがホテルのキャパを考えるともう少々広ければ・・と感じました（脱衣場も同様）。 ドーミーインに宿泊する人は風呂好きな人が多いのですがここはいつ行っても混雑してました（１月に宿泊した大分のドーミーインも同様でした）。 関東地区や北陸地区のドーミーインだとひとりだけの貸切状態にたびたび遭遇するのですがここはいつ行っても混んでました。 朝食は郷土料理メニューが入ってて満足度は高いです。 残念だったのは隣接地にある提携駐車場に駐車するのが２F以上になっておりエレベーターが無いことです。重い荷物がある場合には入庫前に荷物を降ろしておかないと往生することになります。 駐車場の件だけ気をつければ快適に過ごせるドーミーインだと思います。

This Hotel is famous for the tourist but the building is a bit old. Their toilet has old bidet, it’s hard to operate. They have old fashioned key, don’t be confused. But when it comes to service ill give them 5⭐️they are very helpful and polite staff.

We did not expect much from this hotel since it was not located in a big city. But surprisingly great!!! Every thing was over expectation. Staff is the most amazing we ever met, everyone speak english and understand the guest. They have Heart to service which sometime difficult to find in big city eg. Tokyo or Osaka. Room is spacious with separated dry/wet bathroom zone. Cleanliness is 10/10. Location is the best! Thank you for your hospitality!!!

普段は１人での利用ですがうちの家族にも一度此方に泊まって貰いたいと思い今回は母、兄、姪の４名３部屋1泊で利用させて頂きました、昼間は高千穂峡やその周辺の神社を巡ってから宮崎市へ移動し夕方にチェックイン、夜はニシタチのお店でゆっくり食事、お酒を楽しみました。 いつも楽しみにしてます翌日の朝食ですが家族にも大好評で「どれも美味しく、宮崎ならではの食材もあって大満足」と言っておりました、ワゴンサービスで提供して頂きましたマンゴーソースのかかったアイスクリームは姪っ子が感動してました！ 部屋についても清潔で皆快適に過ごせたと言っており連れて来て良かったとの思いです。 チェックアウト後は宮崎神宮、青島、道の駅フェニックスを巡り帰途につきました。 おかげさまで今回の旅行が大変満足のゆくものとなりましてスタッフの皆様に感謝申し上げます。 また9月に利用させて頂きますのでどうぞ宜しくお願い致します。

飲み屋街に隣接していて、飲食にとても便利。部屋はビジネスホテルでは、やや広い。内装と備品はシンプルだが、新しく明るい雰囲気で快適だった。部屋のお風呂も新しくて良かった。朝食は無料で期待していなかったが、和洋とも必要な料理が一通り揃っていて、悪くなかった。
