What a remarkable experience! The inability to find words speaks volumes. Everything was flawless, meeting high Western standards. Additionally, we inadvertently left a sweater in the room as we continued to Tokyo. Upon contacting the hotel, the staff were immensely helpful in resolving the issue. They efficiently arranged for the sweater to be delivered to Tokyo, saving us considerable effort and allowing us to continue our journey peacefully. The service was exceptional, especially considering that the responsibility was entirely ours. Absolutely outstanding service..

JR宇都宮駅の東口から徒歩5分ちょっとの位置にあるホテルです。今回、サムティの株主優待を利用して宿泊しました。 部屋は広くはありませんが機能的にまとまっていました。新しめのテレビや大き目のベッド、デスクも使いやすかったです。 滞在中はフロントにある無料のカフェコーナー（15:00～24:00、6:00～）と、部屋にも持ち出せるコミック類が嬉しかったです。 株主優待の宿泊では朝食が付かなくなったのは少し残念でした。

Currently staying here for 2 nights and this is night 1. Location is nice and scenic.The room and view is pretty HOWEVER our room smells and smells bad. Not sure if they gave us a smoking room (which I did not request) or the room just smells. Asked a staff person and either they didn't understand me or it really is a smoking room. Staff tries with english but ive not had much luck. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash is little packets in the lobby which i had to search and find. I went down to the desk to ask about shampoo and the older gentleman ducked into the room behind the desk and didnt come back out because he spoke no english. Also, wifi is pretty much nonexistent in room 1503. The buffet option is kind of eh, not really as many options as the pics make it look like and it's not very warm but it was edible i guess but over priced. I wouldn't stay here again if I'm in the area and would suggest trying a different hotel in the area. Then starting at 8am either they are renovating a room near us or there's no sound proofing between rooms judging by the banging noises. It would be a nice romantic place to spend a night maybe? If there are unsmelly rooms. Almost every other person staying here we've seen has been elderly (60-70+) and that should kinda tell you the type of person this caters to. I've stayed in worse.

This is my third trip/adventure to Japan. I would say as a solo traveler this has to be one of the very best places I have ever stayed in when travelling around Japan. I came to Nikko np to explore the vast array of hiking trails, all of which I did, had breathtaking views and a poetic, truly majestic Japanese feel to them. I rented a car from Nasushiobara (Shinkansen) and drove across to Kinugawa. On arrival I was greeted by a host of the hotel staff, welcoming me and helping me with parking and my bags. I checked in with ease and with some broken English and Japanese on my part was led to a beautiful traditional Japanese style room overlooking the river. The service throughout was world class and made me feel both very comfortable, at home, but also special. I stayed 3 nights with half board (breakfast and dinner), both truly amazing and served with grace and politeness. On the first evening’s dinner one of the serving staff took the time to speak with me and allowed me to share some of my recent experiences/photos etc whilst preparing dinner - this was most welcome, especially as I had been travelling alone for over a week. The location of the onsen hotel is about 60 mins drive to some of the most sought after walks in the np. Very easy to access by car and excellent roads. The accommodation itself is a mix between very traditional Japanese resort and original/boutique Ryokan. The private and public onsen’s are fantastic and a well deserved rest-bite after a long days hiking! Having been to some of the most popular ryokan’s in Japan; Iwaso, Claska etc, this came as a very nice surprise and at an affordable rate without any compromise. If in the area, I would highly recommend staying…

Arrived at Hotel and parked the rental car in the car park for free. Staff were very efficient and check in was very quick. Japan is still very Covid conscious and masks are worn everywhere. We were advised that there were were facilities for making Tea/ coffee in the room and that we should take any provisions required (for free) from the table arranged in the lobby i.e. tea / coffee / toothbrushes..etc. Room was lovely and spacious with a comfortable bed and lovely en-suite- lovely deep bath (shower fixings would be low for taller individuals). They had an evening bar and Onsen (natural hot water spring separate for males and females). They had a restaurant that provided an extensive buffet menu for breakfast - very tasty, and they had a select menu for the evenings and what we tried was very tasty also. The staff in the Hotel and restaurant were most friendly and encouraged me when I attempted some Japanese words. A very lovely start to our holiday in Japan - Thank you for your hospitality, we would happily stay here again

Centrally located and close to the shopping *****.and their Tobu mall. Lives up the name Grande impressive lobby and rooms. Banquet Hall designed for weddings. Large comfortable rooms. Heating on cold weeks. Basement carpark charged at Yen1300 per day multiple every and exit. Very service oriented staff. Will stay again.

Excellent service! The staff were so kind and friendly! The location is also very convenient as it’s right next to the station. I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. Thank you very much. ほんとにありがとうございました😊

1泊2日の素泊まりで利用させて頂きました。 鬼怒川という栃木県でも有名な宿泊地でも、大人2人で9200円という驚きの低価格。 今回は素泊まりと言うこともあり、食事は付かなかったのですがホテル大滝さんでは食事の提供をしておらず、別館に移動して食事はいただけるようです。 周辺には買い物が出来る場所も、食事をするお店もないので素泊まりで宿泊される場合は、事前に食料・飲料を購入してからチェックインするのをオススメします。 フロントにてスナック菓子・カップ麺・自動販売機等は有りますが割高です。 お風呂は1度外を出て別館の大浴場へ移動する必要がありますが、湯加減・質感共に良くのんびり温泉を楽しむことが出来ます。 また、客室は風呂・トイレ別となっていて清潔感もあり綺麗なので大浴場で入浴が出来ない方もオススメです。 さて、肝心の客室ですが2人では広すぎる10畳のお部屋でした。 残念ながら川沿いに面している訳ではないので眺めはあまり良くありませんが…鬼怒川を囲む山々を眺めながら広縁でのんびりする事も出来ます。 冷暖房は古い床に設置型の物でしたが、効きは文句なく扇風機も置いてあるので部屋全体の温度を整えることが出来ます。 ただ1つ気に入らなかった点は、ロビー・フロアのトイレにはウォレットだったのですが、客室のトイレにウォシュレットが付いて居なかった事くらいです。 どうしてもウォレットが良いという方は各フロアにある共同トイレを使用しましょう。 さて、肝心のお部屋ですが

The location is superb! There's a few malls around as well as restaurants. Supermarket is located at 1st floor. The hotel provides the lounge area too.

Nice hotel in this location. Room is little more spacious than few other hotels in the same location. Staffs were friendly. Room was clean and well maintained. Bed gives an excellent sleep. Breakfast option is good in the restaurant located within the hotel premises. Located within 5 mins walk from Utsunomiya station and to nearby eateries and restaurants.

宇都宮駅東口から近い位置にあるが、東口はLRT関連の工事が行われていて、ぐるっと回り込んでいかなければならない。工事は2022年8月までの予定になっている。 設備はダイワロイネットホテル標準。広めの部屋で、静かであり、快適。 周辺は西口と比べて閑散としているが、コンビニや居酒屋、餃子屋など最低限なものはある。 賑やかな西口に出ようとすると、工事区域を回り込んでいかなければならないのが多少面倒かもしれない。

宇都宮もこちらのホテルも初めてでしたが、駅から迷わず到着。チェックインは支払いはチェックイン機ですが、手続きはフロントマンが対応してくれ、（苦手意識のある）機械の操作も案内してもらいスムーズでした。フロントで、自分に必要なアメニティーやドリップコーヒーもいただきます。 お部屋に、スマホ用の充電器があり便利です。また、加湿器に予め給水されていなく、新たに給水するのは、衛生的だと思います。ベッドの質が良く寝起きの腰痛がなかったのが、助かりました。パジャマの着心地も良かったです。 朝食は、ビュッフェに加えて、焼き餃子やフレンチトーストをオーダーしてる方もいて美味しそうでしたが、少食な私には、ビュッフェで充分でした。 全体的に、気配りが細やかで、快適に過ごせました。 どうも有難うございました。

素泊まりで利用しました。 禁煙ルームのはずなのに、エレベーターを降りたらタバコの臭いがプンプン。 部屋もタバコの臭い。 エレベーターを降りたところに空気清浄機が1台ありました。 部屋は埃っぽくて鼻がムズムズしました。 床に近い壁紙がペロペロ剥がれていたり、床がベタついたり、寝るだけだけどもう少しなんとか…と思いました。 周辺は中心地ら離れているので、飲食店、コンビニへは5、6分歩きます。 少し離れた場所に福田屋があるので、開いてる時間には利用できます。

Asaya is a large onsen hotel rather isolated from stores, shops, and restos. Inside there are lots of them but I could not find a cup of coffee at 4:00 AM. There is free tea dispenser in the lobby. We all had access to the Premiere Club room by 6:00 AM where we could enjoy snacks and drinks and coffee. Breakfast is served for guests. We ate there and in the main dining room for one of our breakfasts. I loved their beef jerky which I took to my room to eat later. The main dining room for breakfast and dinner offered a hidden room with semi-privacy. The size of our tatami room with Premiere access was just enormous -- about as large as any hotel room I have ever had (one exception was in a Las Vegas hotel). The floor was mainly tatami mats but bamboo flooring in the bathroom and toilet rooms. The housekeeping is immaculate with daily service. There's a long queue just before dinner at 5:30. The food was delicious and plentiful with steak, crab legs, tempera, sashimi, and other seafoods. I enjoyed the soft serve.

Das Hotel ist ein luxuriöses Ryokan in Nikko in Gehdistanz von all den Tempel. Busstation ist direkt beim Hotel, zudem bietet das Hotel einen Shuttle zum Bahnhof (JR und Tobu). Die Zimmer sind im typisch japanischen Stil eingerichtet und sehr geräumig. Das Person war an Freundlichkeit nicht zu übertreffen, sowas haben wir noch nie erlebt. Das Onsen im Hotel war genial und auch der Leih-Kimono (genannt Yukata) gab dem ganzen einen typisch japanischen Stil. Das Essen ist typisch japanisch inklusive Frühstück und vielleicht nicht jedermanns Sache. Wer nicht rohen Fisch zum Frühstück will, sollte vielleicht ohne Mahlzeiten buchen hier.

如果你想有一個清静的地方享受環境及温泉， 就是這裡。 房間優雅，用膳的地方亦都是一個個私人房間。 服務員有來自不同亞州國家的青少年， 他們都很熱心服務。 多謝女主管在我生日用晚膳時登意到來祝賀。 If you want a quiet place to enjoy the scenary, onsen and food, this is the place. The rooms are elegant and you have your own room for meal. There are many young employees (trainees) from different asian countries, so it may be a bit easier to communicate in English. They are all devoted to their work. Thank you for the supervisor to come to the dinning room and wish me to have a happy birthday.

酒店從鬼怒川温泉站下車，沒有酒店車接站，有温泉各酒店的迎送巴士，在5號巴士站上車，告訴司機酒店名就可以了。不要走路過去，推着行李很不方便。沒有行李走路15分鐘一路逛逛也不錯。 酒店外觀有點舊，千萬不要因為外觀錯過這家酒店！ 酒店有歷史感，牆上有介紹。雖然很老，但很乾凈，房間挺大挺乾淨的。朝着鬼怒川的房間風景好，但流水聲很大，我們睡眠好沒什麼影響。 酒店温泉挺大，早晨男女温泉會換地方，可以體驗不同的池子。温泉乾淨，人也不算很多，還可以掃碼查看温泉人多不多，人少時再去。 酒店下午3點有免費的下午茶，點心很好吃，冰激凌也很好。 酒店的早晚餐特別豐盛，每一種食物都很好吃。我們住了三晚，每天都吃得很開心！ 酒店所有服務員都很熱情友善！ 從酒店到車站的巴士需要提前預約！

家族旅行で利用させていただきました。 鬼怒川温泉駅前でレンタカーを借り、山道をひたすら登り1時間20分くらいでしょうか、女夫渕（めおとぶち）駐車場まで、そこから旅館の送迎バスに揺られて30分ほどさらに登ってようやく到着。 部屋はログハウス和室。広くて清潔、温かみのある良い感じです！ 後で聞いたところカナダ製の大木で作られているとのこと。 暖房は大きめの石油ストーブひとつだけだったのですが、天井のシーリングファンなどで空気が循環されて十分暖かでした。 前情報で、あると思われたテレビはありませんでした。冷蔵庫もありません。 お風呂は先に体を洗う為、早い時間で各々内湯へ行き、私と息子は食後、妻と義理母は女性専用になる21時にそれぞれ露天風呂に入りました。 夜なのであまり周囲の風景は楽しめませんでしたが、初冬の寒い空気の中での露天風呂は気持ちの良いものでした。 食事はこちらもログハウスタイプのレストハウスで。 猪鍋メイン、鹿のたたきや鮎の塩焼きと山の料理。 プランで鮎の骨酒も2合x4つもついてきた為、ゆっくりくつろぎながら頂きました。 夜は外に出て空を見上げると満天の星！ ここまでの星空を観るのは初めてだったので、とても感激でした。 0時近くに2度目の星空鑑賞。 その時には流れ星まで観ることができました！！ ほんの一瞬で、「今のそうだった？」って感じが３回ほど。 翌朝、おいしい朝食を頂き、9時の最初の送迎バスで女夫渕駐車場まで送っていただきました。帰りの便では運転手さんがガイドをしながら、途中の絶景スポットで車を止めてくれるサービスもありました。 そういえば、旅館の水は全て湧水ということで部屋の蛇口から出る水も雑味無く美味しかった。 その水もこの時期は凍って水道管が破裂してしまうのを防ぐ為に館内のあらゆる水道の水がずっと出しっ放しでした。 館内での酒の販売は自販機でアサヒスーパードライのみでした。 部屋で晩酌をとお考えの方は先に購入しておきましょう。

建物も古くひと時代前のビジネスホテルです。でも、きちんと部屋も清掃されており空気清浄機があり快適でした。素泊まりで朝食は食べていませんが駅前にはコンビニもあり便利です。曜日によっては近隣の食事処が休日なので注意が必要です。ユニットバスなどは老朽化していますがきちんと清掃されていました。フロントに外国の方が働いていましたが一生懸命に仕事しているのが印象に残りました。

+ clean rooms + great location (i was driving) + great onsen, small but sufficient (max 4 pax) + great service +/- small rooms, but typical of this budget range and location +/- no on-site parking if you check in after 7pm (first-come-first-serve), but there's additional parking opposite which is also free - onsen is a little small (4 pax max) - pillows weren't comfortable, and the pillows that you could borrow from the lobby ran out early

綺麗に改装されていて、HP通りの雰囲気でした。フロントの方もテキパキして感じが良い。ワイドデスクは便利でコンセントやRunケーブルも用意されている。部屋はかなりコンパクトだがビジネスホテルとして考えれば問題ないレベル。2人はきついかな。朝食の品数は多くはないが、どれも美味しく頂きました。 電子レンジとトースターが朝食会場の所にあるので終日利用できます。でもフロント前を通るのでちょっと・・結局使わなかった。 説明はありませんでしたが1Fに綺麗な自転車が2台あってレンタサイクルできるのかも。 気になった点は、部屋のユニットバスの段差がすごいこと。年配の人や酔った時注意。大浴場は男女で規模が全く違う。土曜入替らしいが小さい方は半分位。自慢の露天風呂は温度が低すぎて入っていられない。スリッパが使捨てじゃない。館内着の化繊が強すぎて被れる。（浴衣が借りれました） チェックアウト前後は各部屋の清掃が始まって廊下がシーツとかで大変なことになっている。これは気を付けた方がいいと思った。 アウトレットへは10分。バス停やコンビニまでは4分。でも田舎あるあるで歩いている人は全くいない。車無いと不便ですね。 会員登録かつ早割で予約したので格安でした。2泊朝食付きで12,000円とちょっと。 値段から考えれば満足です。

之所以選擇這家酒店來住，是因為地處佐野奧特萊斯購物中心，步行距離最短的酒店。周邊餐飲配套齊全。雖然也是小，但設施完備，啥都不缺，服務也是不錯，唯一缺憾的就是，不知是隔音問題還是住宿的鄰居人的素質問題，第一晚叮叮噹噹各種聲響吵得很，忍到很晚才安靜下來。第二晚稍好一點。

The room was very clean and looked brand new. Had a very good sleep there. After a whole day in Ashikaga Flower Park, we had a great night rest. We also had our curiosity satisfied on what was like to stay in such unique container vans.

Fabulous accomodation in Sano, excellent communication and kind staff, we highly recommend this place! Close to Ashikaga Flower Park and Sano Premium Outlets. Also excellent breakfast and parking!! Thank you very much, great start to our trip!
