This was an excellent hotel with superb services. The staff, in particular was very helpful in arranging drives to various interesting sites. The lady called Sophia spoke excellent English which made life easy for foreigners. The only thing I would recommend is that they make an effort to clean the carpets more thoroughly.
Huayu International Hotel (Hotan Old Night Market)

The hotel accepts foreigners. Free pickup, dropoff (airport/train station…). Reception does not speak english so translation app will help. They are very helpful, even helped me with sending a parcel. Room is old but clean and spacious. There is even a working desk with a computer. Typical business hotel for the Chinese I guess. Walking distance to Hotan Night Market (out of the hotel just turn right to Renmin road and straight to the crossroad, crossing the road then it is a tunnel-shaped building which is the night market). No hair dryer though and I could not find wifi of my room so I had to use that of the other room. In the hotel room there is a guidebook to Hotan and you can use it to ask the reception to help you catch a taxi to the destination you want. Jade market is the most famous spot here and many Han Chinese come to Hotan for that. Everything in Hotan must be taxed heavily or so (for the massive construction that is going on?!), everything is more expensive than Kashgar and other cities in Xinjiang. So at least this hotel price is quite ok for this range in Hotan.

Close to the airport , the bed was very comfortable and the room was clean. Service at check-in was friendly enough, but they made a big deal about not being able to speak English, which was unnecessary and embarrassing. Facilities are limited, the restaurant operates at breakfast only, and the selection was meager. All food and drinks were the same temperature and no tea or coffehe available. The surrounding area is not ideal for those without a vehicle as there are only mechanics and similar enterprises to be found in the immediate surroundings. Service is the biggest issue. On check out the staff member insisted that I leave a review mentioning both himself and his colleague by name, even though they were not the staff members who helped me and answered my questions at check-in, nor was I able to read their names myself from their name tags which do not include Pin Yin. Another unnecessarily uncomfortable interaction. I suspect they don't get a lot of international guests, which seems appropriate given what is on offer.

令人難忘的喀什假期一晃而過,人雖已回京,但假期中愉快的點點滴滴仍歷歷在目。家人喜歡喀什的美食,如喀什的烤羊腿、羊排、烤肉饢、羊肉串、手抓飯、大盤雞、糕點等等等等,而我卻喜歡獨具魅力及民族特色的喀什古城;喜歡南疆環球港國際酒店豐富的早餐、精緻的下午茶、舒適的入住環境及工作人員認真熱情的服務態度。在此尤其要感謝前台經理李聖楠和阿熱孜姑麗細緻真誠的服務,讓我們有了賓至如歸的感覺。喀什,我們還會再見;環球港,我們還會再相遇。

Decent Atour hotel, amenities are excellent, the room was clean and having stayed at numerous Atour hotels this one was good. The laundry room is useful for travelers and I didn’t need to wait to use the facilities. The local restaurant on the first floor (outside the hotel) is excellent. Just follow the music and you’ll find it. Car parking is OK, we parked at the back but if does get busy because of the restaurant. Can they improve? Yes, of course, the check in receptionist looked as though she’d never seen a foreigner before and was cold and abrupt. I thought she was rude. Come on Atour, train your people properly. Breakfast was good, although the staff should have replenished all the items towards the end of service - there was virtually no fruit left. The differences between Atour hotels are largely around individual employees, here the reception/check in was below my expectation. No water or tea offered either. Says it all really.

Cleanliness and location are great, as well as the price. But where this hotel lacks is service. There was a MAJOR hiccup in how front desk handled my situation. I came back at 4am after a night out and lost my room key. The front desk really struggled to find my room number. After about 5 minutes of searching, she found my room and handed me a new key. Except IT WAS THE WRONG ROOM. I walked into a room that had 2 complete strangers asleep in the room. They were startled and I closed the door immediately. Went back downstairs and had to ask the front desk for another key, which the lady searched for another 5 minutes before finally finding my room. Needless to say, this is BAD. You CANNOT give someone’s room key to a stranger. That is an absolute sin in the hospitality industry. I hope they will retrain their staff and learn from this review.

訂的時候沒注意,酒店是剛剛翻新過的,我一般是不會訂特別新的酒店,因為新冠過後呼吸道一直很敏感,就害怕裝修有味道,進來房間就是還有一點味道,但是不重,也可能是香薰,開窗通風后好了一點,本來還沒覺的有什麼,半夜起來想喝點水,一低頭穿鞋就發現床底有很多臟東西完全沒有被打掃,然後又發現地毯上還有上一家吃的辣椒皮,證明這酒店保潔就完全不打掃地面,其他地方的衞生看着還算乾淨,酒店前台兩家共用,讓人搞不清楚,住宿在32樓,電梯有點慢,趕上高峯更慢,得等好半天。

Located n the Hemu scenic area, so you must have a ticket to enter the area to stay here. Access is via a couple of mandatory buses (you cannot drive directly here) so best not to bring heavy luggage. The suite is basically a self-contained 2 storey wooden hut. Adequate but a little cramped despite the 55sqm claim. Staff are friendly and try to be helpful, the room is well heated, and the breakfast is ok. WiFi very bad though. (Note that all the hotel rooms in Hemu village are wooden huts.) Close to the local free bus stop, so easy to get around. But note that it’s a 20+ minute walk home from the night market area because the buses stop running at around 9pm. To be honest, it’s expensive for what you get but I guess Ok for a one-night experience.

Setiap tetamu cukup berpuas hati dengan hidangan mereka ⛳️Lokasi: Sangat bagus, lebih daripada 20 minit dengan teksi dari lapangan terbang, sangat mudah. Terdapat sebuah restoran terkenal di tingkat bawah, jadi jika anda tiba lewat, anda tidak perlu risau kerana tidak dapat makan hidangan istimewa Xinjiang! Walaupun masih terdapat beberapa butiran kecil yang perlu diperbaiki di hotel yang baru dibuka ini, ia secara keseluruhannya cukup bagus! Kalau ada kawan-kawan yang datang ke Xinjiang, boleh datang stay sini💪

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. Their hospitality was truly outstanding. The rooms were spotless, beautifully designed, and very comfortable. I especially appreciated the cozy bed, which made for a great night's sleep. The breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options to start the day right. On top of that, the staff were so helpful—they took the time to guide me on how to get around the city and even recommended fantastic places to eat at night. This hotel truly exceeds 5-star standards. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for an exceptional stay. Thank you for making my trip so memorable!
