What impressed me most was their attention to detail and their warm attitude throughout our stay. Every small interaction felt sincere, and they were always ready to assist whenever we needed anything. Their service definitely added a personal touch to what was already a beautiful and luxurious hotel experience. This was my first time staying at DoubleTree by Hilton Kuala Lumpur, and I had a really pleasant experience. The staff were very friendly, attentive, and helpful throughout my stay. They were always willing to assist and made us feel very welcome. The breakfast was also one of the highlights of our stay. There were so many choices and a good variety of food, which was very impressive. We really enjoyed having breakfast there. Overall, it was a decent stay for our one night baby moon trip. We were able to check-in early than 3pm and the services are great from front desk and the room service. The only thing that needed improvement is the cleanliness - the room is clean but upon check in, there are few bits and pieces of plastic or probably little clean up leftover from the house keeping. Not a big deal but if this can be further improved, it can definitely make the stay more great. Other than that, the only thing I'm not very satisfied is the pillows were too soft that it’s affected my sleep and slightly hurt my neck and shoulder. We did request for additional pillows and they did provided us with extras. Hope the team can look into this and further improved as we really enjoyed our stay.

We booked this hotel based on the reviews but it was different from what we expected. We stayed there for a week and unfortunately, our initial room was right next to the elevator and had no windows. It was extremely noisy and we could hear everyone passing by in the hallway. Eventually, they moved us to another room which was a bit quieter. Cleanliness was just okay, not great. We had to ask housekeeping to change the bedsheets because they were stained, and the bathroom cleanliness was also average. Although the staff were friendly, they weren’t very professional in handling complaints. When we raised our concerns, the response was basically, 'It is what it is.'

1. The hotel service was very friendly. The Chinese guy with glasses was very welcoming, and the receptionist at the restaurant was lovely too. They even gave us complimentary bottled water before we checked out. 2. The hotel room was very clean, tidied and serviced daily, and they even folded the towels into swan shapes. 3. The only minor drawback was that the bathroom didn't have a separate wet and dry area, so a lot of water would splash out while taking a shower. 4. The hotel location is decent. Although it's not right in the city center, it's only a 10-minute taxi ride from the KLCC Petronas Twin Towers. However, there isn't much to explore within walking distance. 5. The breakfast was delicious; I'd recommend booking a room with breakfast included.

The front desk offers Chinese-speaking service, but if you don't ask, they'll assign you a room at the very end of the hallway—it's a long walk from the elevators, though it is quiet, so it depends on what you prefer. It seems none of the hotels in Kuala Lumpur provide bottled water; instead, the rooms have Halal direct-drinking water taps, but you can cross the street downstairs to buy bottled water with green caps from the convenience store. The hotel restaurant looks quite good, but I got back to the hotel too late every day to try it. The hairdryer is great and the bed is comfortable too; overall, I am very satisfied. It's only about a 10-minute walk from the Petronas Twin Towers back to the hotel.

The room is spacious and clean. Perhaps our room is not facing the main road, we do get peaceful night rest (love it). As we booked the executive club, we were entitled to the club benefits, where we enjoyed ourselves every evening with great snacks and drinks, served by Audray. He is cheerful and attentive. He is always ready to clear the table in a timely manner, and make sure we get the help we need. In the morning, you can choose to have breakfast at level 3 cafe with a wider range of food choices, or you can choose to have a quiet breakfast in the lounge, served by White. Even though the food choice is lesser compared to the cafe, the food was yummy and sufficient. The swimming pool is small, enough if you just want a quick dip. I am not a gym person, but it is available. This hotel is connected to lalaport by bridge. Is convenient and easily accessible. BTW there is this massage opposite - Asia Oasis. They provide a 10% discount to Furama staying guests.

I booked the Pullman Kuala Lumpur City Centre for F1 during the National Day holiday, knowing it would be late and hotel prices would be heavily inflated. I chose this Pullman after extensive research and comparing many reviews. However, right after booking, prices kept dropping due to the Indonesian haze… frustrating 😓. The hotel itself is an older upscale chain with a certain sense of history. The facilities are quite dated; the overall decor, air conditioning, hairdryer, and iron all show their age, but they are maintained relatively cleanly. Noise is a major issue: 1) There's a construction site right outside the hotel. 2) The door gaps are very wide, offering no sound insulation (and I was given a room near the elevator, so I could hear people checking in late every night). 3) The air conditioning unit is old and makes a clunking noise when operating. There are still some positives: The buffet breakfast offers a good variety and tastes decent, and there's plenty of seating, so you rarely have to queue. There's an outdoor pool and gym on the 10th floor, both well-maintained. The location is also quite good; Pavilion is just across the road, but note that you can't just walk straight across as there's no crosswalk. You have to walk about 300 meters to use the pedestrian bridge (the same bridge also leads directly to the Petronas Twin Towers). Overall, it's decent. Shopping and dining in the vicinity are well-covered. However, the value for money significantly drops during holidays. If you can get it for a few hundred during off-peak times, it would be excellent value, given its prime location.

As this was my first time in Kuala Lumpur, I chose to stay at this hotel for its great location. Right across the street is the Central Market, so finding souvenirs and food at the 2nd-floor food court was a breeze. The train station is just a short walk away, making it easy to get anywhere. Walking a bit further brings you to the Kuala Lumpur Station, from which you can also visit Batu Caves. The location of this hotel is simply unbeatable. Plus, there is a laundromat right in front where you can wash and dry your clothes for around 20 RM. The breakfast, though simple, offered a variety of local flavors, and I was glad I chose the breakfast-inclusive plan. There were a few ants, but it didn't bother me much. The only disappointing thing was the lack of soap, so I had to use body wash to wash my hands. Overall, it's a very nice hotel.

The check-in experience was very good. Someone came to help push the luggage when I got of the bus. Although you can't check in early if you arrive early, you can also check in your luggage for free. During check-in, there are also staff to help deliver the luggage to the door of the room, and will also explain where to eat if you need a hotel buffet breakfast the next morning. The service is considerate! Check out is also very smooth and there is no need to wait! The security is also very good. There will be several guards downstairs! Despite a quick and efficient check-in, we were assigned our room. Upon arrival, there was a constant motor noise in the room, as well as extremely loud music and street noise. The music vibrations were so strong that we asked to change rooms. The second room was even worse in terms of noise—a constant air conditioning hum. When you put your head on the pillow, the noise and vibrations in our ears were even worse. We spent 3 horrible nights because of this noise. Elevator wait times can be long. Very helpful staff and nothing to fault regarding cleanliness. The location is top-notch. As for the rest—specifically getting a good night's sleep—with two different rooms, the experience was very disappointing.

The location is fantastic, but the traffic right outside is indeed quite heavy. The hotel is very welcoming to Chinese guests. When our credit card failed to process the deposit after multiple attempts, they waived it altogether. The staff greeted us warmly whenever we came and went, proactively asked for our license plate number and kept an eye out for our ride while we waited, and enthusiastically helped with our luggage. Rooms on higher floors are relatively quiet. The facilities are not overly outdated; while there are a few missed spots during cleaning, it is generally good. Housekeeping is prompt and includes turndown service. Overall, it's a great place. None of the messy issues mentioned in the negative reviews happened to us. Perhaps the hotel has improved since those reviews were written? Anyway, I had a very pleasant stay...

Location is good. It’s about a 5-minute walk to Bukit Nanas Monorail. The room was great, and the washing machine and dryer were both functioning well. They also provided detergent, which was a nice touch. I stayed in the single room while my parents stayed in the master bedroom. Overall, everything was great except for a very long/non-stop “beeeeeeeep” sound, especially at night. For people who are sensitive to noise, this might be quite annoying, as it was for me. I’m not sure where the sound came from, but I could only hear it when I was in my room, not in the toilet. Maybe it was coming from the air conditioner. When I switched the aircond off or set the temperature around 23–24°C, the sound disappeared. However, when I set the aircond to the coldest temperature, the beeping sound came back.

TLDR: Ceylonz is a great hotel, but the provider (Five Senses) is not. Book a different provider if you want to stay at Ceylonz. (Trip.com does not let me post videos, refer to the pictures below) Initial room conditions: When we first entered the room we encountered these things: - Leftover jacket from the previous guest(?) - stains on the chairs - water stains on the wardrobe - dead ants in the wardrobe - a flickering light Service: Because we chose to stay for 7 nights, we had a 1 free make-up room offered to us which we appreciated. However when we flagged up the issues we found on the first day, they gave us a make-up room on the second day and consumed our free make-up room without our choice. We wanted to use it in the middle of the trip like the 4th day. Because of this we had no toilet paper, tissue box was empty, towels were not replaced. After the 2nd day, they no longer replied to our texts when we enquired about using the sports lounge, requesting a makeup room, getting more toilet paper. Very bad service. After their make-up room, they removed the jacket and cleaned the seat stains, but they did not fix the light or clean the dead ants in the wardrobe. We understand fixing a light might not be possible but the ants were easily removable and we did it ourselves after they left. It felt like they were cutting corners as they also did not replace our tissue box, clean the dead ants or clean the water stains on the wardrobe. Ceylonz: The hotel comes with - nice pool, - 2 gym rooms with great views, - a minimart at the ground floor, - amazing location, walking distance from Bukit Bintang's Pavilion Room: - the amenities provided are not the same for every room, the last time we came there was a water dispenser and pull-out kitchen, this time there isn't (same five senses at ceylonz, same room type) - spacious - tall ceiling - well equipped - bay window - the walls are relatively soundproof so you cannot hear other rooms but the door is not and the hallway is very audible from inside the room, we can hear people chatting, checking in, pulling luggages Bed: - not soft, hard bed with springs - pillows and blanket is okay - uncomfortable bed We would have given this place a glowing review if they: - Stuck to their 1 complimentary makeup room offered - service: replied to our enquiries at all after the 2nd day - better room cleanliness/make-up room diligence: cleaned the dead ants and the water stains on the wardrobe

Most hotels provide housekeeping only once during the day, but Four Seasons went the extra mile. The hotel's location is absolutely fantastic. From our room, with the curtains open, we had a direct view of the Twin Towers. On good weather days, we could even walk to the Twin Towers through the park downstairs. If you want to avoid the sun and wind, you can take the long corridor on the G floor, then an elevator down to the C floor, and use the underground passage to reach KLCC. From KLCC, there's even an indoor skybridge connecting to Pavilion Mall! This whole experience was truly excellent! The hotel service is top-notch, whether it's the front desk or room service. The only minor drawback is the lack of Chinese-speaking staff, so you'll need English throughout your stay. However, the breakfast selection was quite ordinary, and some items weren't to my taste. Additionally, the bathroom design is rather impractical. The shower and bathtub share a single sliding glass door, which inevitably leads to a larger area of the floor getting wet when showering, making it a slipping hazard. Moreover, the showerhead is positioned quite low, making it a bit inconvenient to use.

It takes about an hour by SUV taxi from the airport, costing 94 MYR. I stayed here for 3 consecutive days. It's a well-established hotel located in the Bukit Bintang area, surrounded by many upscale hotels and shopping malls. While the hotel is a bit dated, the facilities and amenities are quite good, and the breakfast is also decent. The main advantage of staying here is the convenience for shopping—Pavilion, Fahrenheit88, Jalan Alor, and the iconic McDonald's photo spot are all within a 10-minute walk. On the second floor, there is a sky bridge connecting to the adjacent Marriott; you can walk through the Marriott main entrance, and Pavilion is right across the street. Walking to the Petronas Twin Towers takes about half an hour, and you can take the covered walkway starting near Pavilion all the way there. Overall, a decent stay.

We accidentally lost our wallet during the trip and needed to communicate with the local police and relevant authorities. He patiently and thoughtfully assisted us in overcoming language barriers and communicating effectively, which gave us immense help and peace of mind. Encountering difficulties in a foreign country makes such sincerity and warmth particularly touching. Huge thanks to Hao Ting for his professionalism and kindness, and we hope the hotel management will recognize his efforts! Exceptional staff truly bring a warmth that exceeds expectations to any stay.

Though our Premier room was big in size, it was not efficiently layout with bed facing the entrance door directly. Though we were at 32nd storey, the room faced a tower under construction. Fortunately upon request, we were given another room on the 43rd storey the next day, though it was a 'downgrade' to a Superior room. Thanks to the friendly front desk lady who helped us with the room change. Cheers

Booking Shaw's Inn was definitely the best decision I made on this trip! It's located on the edge of Bukit Bintang. The hotel is probably a four-star, a little bit old but offers excellent value for money. The top floor has a swimming pool and a gym. You can even see half of the Twin Towers' night view from inside the hotel. There's a Starbucks right at the front desk, and the rooms come with a mini-fridge, welcome drinks, and a coffee machine. The breakfast was also fantastic; I booked a room with breakfast for two people for just over 400. Downstairs, there's a super delicious chicken rice place, and the durian stall (called Yes) across the street is incredibly tasty and cheap. Across the road is a 7-Eleven, but I highly recommend the local supermarket called KK instead – everything there is much cheaper than 7-Eleven, including food and drinks. So, it perfectly met all my basic needs. The main thing is, it's easy to get a taxi! Very convenient for getting around! The service attitude was also great. Highly recommended. They require a deposit upon check-in; we paid in RMB cash since we didn't have Malaysian Ringgit, and it was returned immediately upon check-out.

Quite a surprise! I booked this hotel last minute, and the price was great. After checking in, I found it to be very clean and much quieter than the hotel next door. It has a pool, and when you store your luggage, they give you a proper tag, unlike other hotels where they just haphazardly leave it at the front desk. After a long day of sightseeing, I was too tired to go out, so I ordered takeout to the hotel. Overall, I'm very satisfied.

Oh my goodness! We went straight to the hotel after landing in Kuala Lumpur. We arrived four hours before the 3 PM check-in time, but the hotel welcomed us in the lobby right away. The bellboy was so cute and strong, which really made us feel warm and welcomed upon our arrival. When we got to the 53rd floor, the front desk found two Chinese-speaking staff members to assist us, and they were even a supervisor and a subordinate! It was truly touching. They helped us store our luggage, showed us to the restrooms, and let us choose an aromatherapy scent while offering iced tea and snacks. The whole process was polite, thoughtful, and gentle. When we checked into our room in the afternoon, we couldn't have been happier. It had a bathtub, double sinks, a smart toilet, a king-sized bed, a large sofa, and a spacious shower. In the afternoon, someone even came to turn down the bed and light an aromatherapy diffuser. The breakfast was incredibly exquisite – a combination of buffet and à la carte! Absolutely delicious! The hotel's location is superb, connected to Pavilion via a skybridge, so we didn't have to worry about sun or rain when going in and out. It truly maximized our sense of happiness and relaxation during the trip! Most importantly, we had an unobstructed view of the Petronas Twin Towers and all of Kuala Lumpur. Jalan Alor was right behind Pavilion; it's such a prime location! I highly, highly recommend Banyan Tree Kuala Lumpur!

I booked the forest room cozy and suitable for 1 night. If you could improve to clean the windows even though have the flora outside the scenery will bo pretty. The bed also I have no problem and bathroom also satisfied for me but enhance more on wiping the bathroom since it's glass door. For amenities if could prepare a keetle in the room will be good also. Also if could you upgrade the aircond will be more good. Anyway I'm enjoying the stay so much ☺️❤️⭐⭐⭐⭐
