这个真的不用怀疑，第一次来西安一定会去！很多人以为只是 “泥人罢了”，结果现场看到都会惊讶到讲不到话，因为现场看那个感觉真的不一样......🙂‍↕️ 尤其是一号坑，站在上面往下看的时候会有一种很感慨的感觉：“哇…这个居然是 2000 多年前的东西。” 而且每个兵马俑的表情都不一样，真的很说不出的感觉，太神奇太壮观了。

如果说兵马俑是西安的历史代表，那大唐不夜城就是西安的灵魂 😂 这里晚上真的超夸张，整条街灯一亮，直接像穿越回长安城。而且气氛超热闹，街头表演、灯光秀、汉服小姐姐 everywhere~~ 很多马来西亚人第一次来这里都会疯狂拍照，因为真的太出片了。

我自己很推荐傍晚来这里。因为夕阳＋古城墙＋西安夜景一起出现的时候，那个感觉真的很不一样。对于喜欢拍照的人，在这时候拍照绝对超出片📸 很多人会直接在城墙上租脚车骑一圈，边骑边看夜景，超级 chill。

This was my first time staying at this hotel for four nights, and I'd like to share my experience. The hotel is conveniently located near the Bell and Drum Towers, with a subway station right outside, making it super easy to get around. Plus, there's a street dedicated to local delicacies right next door, perfect for trying authentic flavors. All the hotel facilities were in perfect condition (large TV, smart toilet, mini-fridge, coffee machine, etc.). What really stood out was the thoughtful touch during the hot summer days: each floor had a common area with a table piled high with dozens of complimentary bottled water 24/7 for guests – something you don't often see in other hotels. Every afternoon, there was a lovely tea service in the lobby lounge, offering coffee, tea, fruits, and exquisite pastries. Finally, let's talk about the service. As soon as we arrived, a staff member was there to help us with our luggage and escort us to the lobby on the second floor. The front desk lady (WeChat name: 'If one day') was incredibly enthusiastic. She even upgraded our room and gave us a detailed overview of all the hotel's services. From now on, Novotel will definitely be one of my top choices for future travels.

Room Type: The furniture is a bit old, but the room is very quiet, comfortable, and spacious. Location: It's super convenient – just a two-minute walk downstairs to Longshouyuan Station on Line 2. There's also a shopping mall and a food street right across the street. Service: On the first night, there was a small issue with the air conditioning that was temporarily fixed, and then fully resolved the next day. You can really feel the hotel's commitment to guest satisfaction. Thumbs up! Cleanliness: Very clean, and the cleaning staff were very polite. Food: This is my second time in Xi'an, and this hotel has the best breakfast I've had. The bread is delicious, and the Chinese dishes are authentic. Overall, the hotel is excellent. The location is convenient, and the service quality is great. Definitely worth coming back to.

I stayed for 4 nights to celebrate my birthday while traveling in Xi'an. I asked the hotel if they could arrange a birthday cake, and they readily agreed! Not only was the cake large, but it was also delicious – even better than ones you buy outside. I'm so grateful to the hotel for that. The breakfast was also very substantial. From the front desk to room service to the breakfast staff, everyone provided wonderfully comfortable and thoughtful service. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit Xi'an. The only minor drawback was that the swimming pool had some floating lint when I checked in back in April, but it cleared up by the third day of my stay.

I have to give a huge shout-out to our butler, Star! Their service was incredibly thoughtful and attentive throughout our stay. Any request we had was met with an immediate response, and they truly went above and beyond, making our experience absolutely fantastic. The hotel's amenities are top-notch and incredibly complete – the laundry room, gym, and parking are all free to use, making everything super convenient whether you're out and about or just relaxing. The breakfast buffet and afternoon tea offer a wide variety of choices, and the food itself is delicious and doesn't disappoint. Our room was spacious, tidy, and spotless, making our stay extra comfortable. I'll definitely be looking for Star again on my next visit!

I brought my little one to Xi'an for a trip. We visited the Terracotta Army, Shaanxi History Museum, Big Wild Goose Pagoda, Bell and Drum Towers, Xi'an City Wall, and the Grand Tang Dynasty Everbright City, among other places. We stayed at this hotel for all five days. The hotel's location in the old city is excellent, making it convenient to get to all the attractions. There are also many Xi'an specialty snack shops nearby, so dining out was easy. As an established five-star hotel, both the facilities and service were top-notch. The hotel breakfast was plentiful, and the heated pool was lovely!

Environment: The hotel's overall environment is excellent, and the view from my reserved room was particularly good. Service: The ladies at the front desk who handled check-in and check-out were super nice! The disposable bathtub liner needs to be requested at the front desk. It seems a young man named Peter delivered it to my room. After I asked for the liner at the front desk, I went to the gym for a bit, and he was waiting right outside my room door when I returned. His attitude was really great! The front desk lady spoke very gently (I forgot her name). Facilities: My room was on the 12th floor. The 220v socket for the hairdryer at the vanity wasn't working. I mentioned it to the front desk lady when checking out, and she was very understanding and polite. Hygiene: The hygiene was impeccable, really good. Facilities: The hotel room came with an independent ironing board and iron, as well as a flashlight and a safe. There were also plenty of hangers, about 8-10 of them. This is the best-equipped hotel I've stayed in for years. The hotel's location on the Bahe River offers great views, though it's a bit far from the city center. But picture 2, taken on my first day, shows the truly beautiful scenery. Picture 1 was taken on a rainy, overcast day when I was leaving. One small suggestion: it would be more convenient if the bathtub liner could be placed in the room's vanity area, along with toothbrushes and other amenities.

Choosing to stay at The Westin for my trip to Xi'an was an absolutely brilliant decision! Before coming to Xi'an, I read a lot of guides, and many people recommended staying near the Bell Tower because it's in the city center and convenient for getting everywhere. However, I knew I'd definitely want to visit Datang Everbright City, and getting a taxi back from there can be tough, while the subway is often crowded. So, I decided to stay near Datang Everbright City, ideally somewhere I could walk back to the hotel from. It turns out I made the perfect choice! Location: The Westin's location is incredible! Right outside, you have the Great Ci'en Temple and Grand Tang Mall, and you can reach the best photo spot for the Giant Wild Goose Pagoda just by stepping out. Datang Everbright City is just around the corner, a short walk away, and you can even see the pedestrian street from your room. It's also only an 11-minute drive to the Shaanxi History Museum – so convenient! Ambiance: The hotel's interior decor is simple and not overly luxurious, but it's very clean and tidy. The rooms are too. Breakfast: There's a wide variety of dishes, and the food tastes excellent, especially the stir-fried dishes – they were really good! The stir-fried bitter melon with egg, stir-fried lettuce with egg white, and stir-fried honey beans were particularly delicious, and you could tell the ingredients were super fresh. I rarely praise a hotel's breakfast stir-fries this much. The only minor drawback was the doormen on the first and second days; they completely ignored guests getting in and out of cars, which was a first for me. However, the doorman I met on my departure was very helpful and assisted with loading my luggage into the car. Overall, a very satisfying stay. If I get the chance to visit Xi'an again, I'll definitely choose to stay here.

This Holiday Inn Express, located right by the Bell and Drum Towers, is in a fantastic spot. It's just a few minutes' walk to the Bell and Drum Towers and the Muslim Quarter, and the subway is conveniently close, making getting around a breeze. The rooms are spotless and dry, and even though it's on a busy street, the soundproofing is excellent, so we slept soundly. The front desk staff were efficient, and the breakfast included a good variety of local snacks. Plus, they offer free Hanfu (traditional Chinese clothing) for guests to try on, which is a nice touch. Overall, it's great value for money, and I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time I'm in Xi'an.

My stay in Ramada is very good especially the excellent service I received from front desk staff Jason Yang who helped me with local assistance.. The hotel is well located within walking distance to the Bell tower and Muslim Hui Food Street, which is bustling at night. Nearby across the road there is a couple of restaurants serving dumpling which is a welcome change for spicy and oily food I have from Urumqi. Hence the hotel is in a good location for local food.

Facilities: I've been staying at this Xi'an location since it opened until this year. The facilities might be a bit older compared to some of the newer Backpacker Ten-Year establishments. Cleanliness: The room attendants always clean the rooms thoroughly, but there are always some inconsiderate guests who litter, and the waste bins in the bathrooms are often full of paper. The shower area can also be slippery at times. Environment: The environment is excellent, no complaints there. From the inside out, the staff – including the front desk ladies and gentlemen and the cleaning aunties – keep everything very tidy. Service: The front desk staff are all quite good; at the very least, they always accommodate any requests I have.

Love love love this hotel!!! I stayed with my friend in a 2 bed 2 bath room for 8 nights and it was extremely spacious and comfortable. The rooms were very clean and the beds super super super comfy ( I could sleep it in all day but my itinerary was super full). The photos online are quite true to the actual room. They had extremely good service too, starting from the airport pickup, where they were on time and the car was spacious and luxurious! We did the 5 seater sedan at RMB100, the price is comparable to a didi premium but the difference is that they would track your flight and made sure to you were taken care of. The hotel even had Butler service and was very attentive, I could even get them to help store my friend's birthday cake sent from the local cake shop and send it up to us when we were back. The laundry service was handy for a long stay, it was easy to use (and we were on the same floor so it felt like home to just go to and from our room to the laundry room). They even had special prices for popular shows, easily saving more than 50% of the listed price. Thanks for being a home away from home! PS the cats on the 2nd floor is super cute!

Xi'an, as a tourist city, has truly excellent infrastructure, and the local hotel services are top-notch. This hotel, from its service to its facilities, is very good. Although it's not brand new, it doesn't affect its quality. It's very satisfactory. The hotel even offered two complimentary photo shoots, and the photography was professional – a nice keepsake for the kids. The sour soup noodles were delicious. It's not super close to the Big Wild Goose Pagoda, about 1.7 kilometers away. One thing to note is that the hotel's swimming pool water quality was quite poor, and I saw a child cut their foot, so that's something to be aware of.

My stay at the Xi'an Grand View Castle Hotel was absolutely fantastic! The hotel's ambiance is elegant and grand, with stylish decor that creates a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. The staff were incredibly warm and attentive, providing thoughtful and detailed service from check-in to check-out, which made me feel very welcome. The location is excellent, making it super convenient for getting around. What I appreciated most was the easy parking, which is a huge plus for anyone traveling by car! Overall, both the facilities and the service were impeccable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Xi'an and will definitely choose to stay here again on my next trip!

💒 What an amazing stay at the Grand Hyatt for 520/521! The hotel was incredibly thoughtful and upgraded our room, and Judy's service truly stood out – she deserves a special shoutout! 👍 The suite we stayed in was super spacious and had a fantastic ambiance. The staff even took the time to beautifully decorate the room, paying attention to every detail, which made it feel extra special and ceremonial ✨. The package we booked included breakfast and afternoon tea, both of which had a wide variety of delicious options. The evening light meals also offered plenty of choices, and we could order all sorts of cocktails. There was even a fun cocktail challenge, but unfortunately, I wasn't feeling well that day and couldn't participate. My friends and I have already planned to come back specifically to try it next time! I also managed to squeeze in some time at the pool. There were hardly any people there, and the environment was really comfortable. A quick swim was incredibly relaxing. Overall, the facilities, all the food options, and the service were impeccable. I highly recommend it and will definitely be back!

My stay this time was excellent. The hotel butler was incredibly warm, professional, and attentive, treating guests with exceptional politeness, and answering questions promptly and efficiently. The hotel grounds and courtyard boast beautiful scenery, nestled by the mountains with a comfortable environment and fresh air – truly an ideal choice for a short getaway. The amenities are solid, with a shuttle bus service and direct subway access. All the staff members were enthusiastic and friendly. The hotel also features hot springs, a swimming pool, and various parent-child facilities, catering to different travel needs. My only minor suggestion would be for the Chinese restaurant's dishes to be improved. I recommend optimizing the specialty dishes and Cantonese flavors to further enhance the food quality. Showcasing the highlights of Cantonese cuisine would make it even more perfect. Overall, the comprehensive experience was great, and I will definitely choose this hotel again for future trips. I genuinely think it's fantastic and will bring my children next time! 🥰

This hotel boasts an excellent location, making getting around incredibly convenient. There's an abundance of parking spaces, which is a huge plus for those traveling by car. The front desk staff were warm and friendly, and both check-in and check-out were very efficient, with thoughtful and attentive service. Our room was spotless and well-arranged, with soft and comfortable bedding. The soundproofing was also good, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The bathroom facilities were complete, with a stable hot water supply, and the toiletries were of good quality. The public areas were tidy and grand, and the attention to cleanliness was impressive, especially the small details. A special shout-out to the handwritten card in the family room for guests with children – it was a really heartwarming touch. The housekeeping staff even noticed we drank a lot of water and proactively left two extra bottles in our room with another handwritten note. Premium brand toiletries were provided (not generic ones); truly, the attention to detail was impeccable. The most pleasant surprise was the front desk staff, who proactively upgraded me to a room with a stunning city night view and even included a complimentary welcome fruit platter. When checking out, as I was in a rush, the front desk kindly arranged for my luggage to be stored. However, I wasn't happy with the room facilities. The family rooms are on the top floor, and the entire floor has poor ventilation. As soon as you step onto the floor, there's an unpleasant smell, and it's the same in the room. It smelled like furniture and carpet, so we opened the windows as soon as we arrived. Being street-facing, there was a lot of dust. The air conditioning was also very noisy. The facilities are old and not smart, making them quite inconvenient to use. The decor feels like it's from over a decade ago. I hope they upgrade the facilities, otherwise, I honestly wouldn't recommend staying here just for the hotel itself.

Upon check-in, they upgraded my room, which was a very thoughtful gesture. The facilities are incredibly well-maintained, indicating excellent materials, meticulous management, and careful upkeep. The off-white seating in the public areas was spotless, instantly reassuring me about the hotel's hygiene. The courtyard was smaller than I imagined, but the greenery and layout were very pleasant, especially the centuries-old trees that seemed to stand guard, inspiring a sense of reverence. The guest room was comfortably and tastefully appointed, with multiple small, opening windows – a refreshing change from the large, fashionable windows often found today – offering a more residential feel and excellent privacy for different functional areas. The breakfast was exceptional, with both a buffet and à la carte options. The ingredients were fresh and high-quality, and it was absolutely delicious! When I returned to the hotel around noon after my errands, they kindly extended my check-out until 2 PM. The service was delightful; they diligently helped me with my luggage both upon arrival and departure, making me feel right at home. I'm especially sensitive to noise; the hum of an air conditioner from two buildings away can keep me awake. I also have mild mysophobia. I prefer sweet flavors; full-sugar milk tea is just right for me, and desserts generally described as 'not sweet' often taste bland to me. - Here’s the detailed review - Hygienics: Full marks. No dust or dirt visible to the naked eye, the hairdryer was clean, and there was no grime in the corners. The showerhead wasn't clogged, though a little brown, seemingly rusty, residue came out when I first turned it on – no big deal. Service: The check-in service at the front desk was good. However, when I called about an issue with the room's ventilation system, the explanation I received was a bit flawed and made me a little frustrated. But later, what seemed to be a manager came to my room to check the situation, and their attitude and explanation met my standards, showing great professionalism. The housekeeping staff were cheerful and had a good service attitude. I suggest further training for the staff member responsible for the chicken soup at breakfast. Overall, good. Smell: When I first entered the room, it felt a bit stuffy. After opening the ventilation system and windows, and letting it air out for half a day, the air quality reached a comfortable level for me. No other peculiar smells. Quietness: A pleasant surprise, it was indeed very quiet. I had a great night's sleep. Full marks. Facilities: There's a swimming pool, a hot tub, and a gym with a full range of equipment. The hot tub temperature was comfortable and quite nice. The pool water was a bit cold, though. Also, I suggest the hotel establish a third changing area at the pool, as otherwise, elderly women with male children (not infants) might enter the women's changing room, which isn't ideal and quite startling. Dining: I tried the hotel's breakfast and was pleasantly surprised. They even had baked beans with tomato, which is very English (haha), I love it. There was also a small yellow pastry, a sweet orange flavor, which I also enjoyed. The *Shuipen Yangrou* (lamb soup) tasted very comforting, and I absolutely loved the square cheese. The grapefruit juice was also quite refreshing and cut through any richness. Breakfast was mainly Western, but also included some Chinese options like fried rice. Overall, the variety of food was quite comprehensive, with meat, eggs, vegetables, dairy, fruit, coffee, and local specialties (*Roujiamo*, *Shuipen Yangrou*). One suggestion: it would be good to add orange juice as a regularly available beverage option. (Special praise here for the female staff member, possibly a manager, at breakfast that day; I asked if they had orange juice and she effectively resolved the issue for me.) Basically, this is one of the most satisfying hotels I've stayed at in the past six months. It's a shame I didn't get a pretty fridge magnet, haha. I saw them before entering the restaurant but by the time I left, someone else had already taken them. A step too late. The hotel was generally very nice and convenient, not far from the highway exit and very close to the Olympic Sports Center (about a ten-minute drive). Even the river-view rooms had great views, and the rooms were quite spacious. The environment was really nice, but it's a prime location. I went on New Year's Eve, and it was incredibly crowded. I wanted to try the breakfast, but unfortunately, I was too late to get up, so I won't comment on that (I think a small open-air balcony would be nice; I highly recommend it). The only drawback was that the facilities had some minor issues. I drove there right after work, already exhausted, and wanted to rest before going out for dinner and entertainment. However, the bedside socket was faulty, and it took about 40-50 minutes to check and repair it. It was really frustrating. This is the bare minimum for a hotel; any room problems should be addressed beforehand. I don't know if the previous guests didn't report it or what, but this kind of basic mistake shouldn't be made. Furthermore, no staff member apologized at all. The only apology was from the repairman who said something like ”sorry to bother you.” No one from the front desk or the housekeeper inquired about our well-being. I just wanted to ask, ”Where is the apology?” My first stay wasn't great. When checking in, I asked if I could have a late check-out. The receptionist, Ms. Zheng, was very kind and let us check out at 2 PM. Considering it was New Year's Day, being able to check out at 2 PM was still a huge relief. The concierge was also very helpful; he even helped me with my luggage, although I only had two backpacks, and explained how to use the lighting controls. In short, the price wasn't really good value for money. Without the receptionist and concierge, I would have given this hotel a bad review. It's unbelievable that such a large hotel isn't as good value as hotels costing 200-300 yuan these days; it's ridiculous.
