The wontons are another one not to miss! The soft wrappers are packed with filling and tossed in a fragrant, slightly spicy sauce that really gets your appetite going. I’d say order both the xiao long bao and wontons, then add a few side dishes to share with the group. That way, everyone gets to try a bit of everything!

My husband suggested this place for our 33rd marriage anniversary and I'm thankful that we came for our 4 nights stay here! We stayed at the Deluxe King Room. Firstly the immediate response with an official/personal email from the GM Mr Tony Teh acknowledging our booking and asking if we needed anything - this is exceptional and personal which gives us such warm feelings even before we started our stay! We forgot to notify in advance about our anniversary, yet upon check in, Mr Hykal who attended to us assured us that he would check about the matter. And just happened Ms Lynn who is the Public Relations in charge was at the Front Office received what I shared and she purposely made a special effort in making the special arrangements upon seeing my email reply to their GM. We chose the Sky Cafe to have our anniversary dinner - The special decorations done in the room (as a surprise to my husband) and the special table set-up for our dinner with a special discount for our anniversary dinner. On top of it the Chef Mr Phyo personally blessed us with his special-bake chocolate cake! The GM personally came up to the Sky Cafe to meet with us, such warmth and kindness! Upon arrival as we were lazy to go out, we ordered room service and the nasi goreng was super yummy! The daily breakfast is amazing - food is delicious (had the chance to chat with the Chef Shahrul), with different spreads throughout our four days. All the staff in the Breakfast place are exceptionally friendly, polite, helpful and always with smiles! These are the personnel that I managed to get their names - At the Front Office, Mr Hykal and Mr Sharul were the first who attended to us with the rest who were very helpful to our enquiries as well: Sofy, Najwa & Syirah. A special shout-out to the Housekeeping team under the leadership of Mr Hafis - who did such a great job in making such special decorations in the room! The Sky Cafe Team who served us during our anniversary dinner - Mr Azrael, Ms Fazlin and Chef Mr Phyo. And the Restaurant great team inside the kitchen and outside the restaurant area under the Manager (I can't recall his name) who were very attentive! Ohh, the night views of Genting Hilltop from the Rooftop Pool area - superb! Mr Tony Teh, you have a great asset - your Team is amazing! Thank you for making our 33rd anniversary a memorable one, and we are already considering coming back again!

The room was clean, the bed and pillows were comfortable, and it wasn't noisy, so I slept really well. I'd definitely stay here again. There's plenty of food downstairs, and it gets lively at night with Malaysian food stalls and rickshaws, plus a McDonald's. If you're looking for Bak Kut Teh, there's a great and affordable place downstairs. I will definitely stay here again.

The room was ok, but overall cleanliness was not good. There were many cigarette remnants and bread crumbs near the window. The service provider by the number of 0126739878 is not professional and not responsive. I was having issue of getting the key card and locating the mail box, and i try to call the number, but the operator refuse to take my call for 8 times. It was frustrating when u couldn't get the check in process done and the operator refuse to take my call. i will not book through this operator anymore

Booked the Family Room, which can accommodate up to 6 guests. Our room was located in the building nearest to the link bridge to SkyAvenue, which was convenient. Overall, I would say the hotel room was average. The room looks rather dated, with visible wear and tear on the furniture. The shower water pressure was also quite weak, and the hot water was intermittent — it could suddenly turn very hot, which can be dangerous especially for young children. While the hotel is relatively near SkyAvenue, there is still quite a bit of walking involved. I had booked another room for my elderly parents, but unfortunately, their room was allocated in a different building. They had to walk across the link bridge to get to our building, which was inconvenient as they have difficulty walking. Another thing to note is that check-in is largely self-service via kiosks. The hotel staff do not check you in at the counter, and I found the kiosk system not very intuitive. This could be particularly challenging for elderly guests who may not be familiar with using such systems. Overall, the main advantage is the location and the availability of larger family rooms, but the rooms could definitely do with some upgrading. I would also recommend families travelling with elderly guests to request rooms in the same building in advance, if possible.

The price is slightly expensive considering the facilities provided. The room itself is quite basic, with limited amenities. There was no complimentary drinking water or tea provided in the room, which was a little disappointing. The bathroom was also quite small and cramped. Overall, I feel that the hotel is more suitable for a short stay, especially because of its convenient location. However, if you are planning to stay for several nights, I don’t think it offers very good value for money considering the room facilities and comfort.

Overall, the resort feels refreshed and in great condition after the renovation. The warm-water swimming pool was definitely a plus point — we enjoyed it so much! 🏊🏻♀️ There are plenty of in-house activities, including family-friendly sports, which kept everyone entertained throughout our stay. The free hourly shuttle to GPO was also very convenient and made getting around so much easier. 👍🏻

My experiences stay at Midhills.First night worst, because the aircond not working properly every 1 an hour or 30 minutes shut down. Cannot sleep very well. The check-in experience was horrible, was informed by estate management that room was not ready even at 4:30pm (chk in supposed to be 3:00pm). Trip.com has to step in but seems the communication between Trips.com and estate management ((Stonez7) does not go well. I somehow managed to get into the unit at 5.00pm after few round of close follow-up. The room was cosy but cleanliness could be improved. Dust still found on the floor. The shower temperature is hard to control. In most cases, we have to bathe with cold water. We were asked to leave the unit by 11:00am on the final day. Even though we have been informed during check in that they have extended our check out time by additional 2 hours. This is totally a big disappointment as seems there has been miscommunication here and there. Anyway, plus point is that the unit come with balcony and view is nice. We are fortunate to see double rainbow from our balcony.

I recently stayed at RustCamps Glamping Resort, and it was a wonderful experience. The place is beautiful and perfectly set up to enjoy nature and peaceful surroundings. It’s a great spot to escape the busy city life and truly relax. One of the highlights of my stay was the jacuzzi — it was incredibly relaxing and added a special touch to the whole experience. During our stay, the lift malfunctioned for about an hour, the air conditioner was leaking water, and the water heater kept alternating between hot and cold water. Despite all these issues, we requested compensation but received none. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience that completely spoiled our holiday mood. Not recommended.

Check-in was an absolute breeze, and the staff were incredibly nice, welcoming, and helpful right from the start.We booked the 2-Bedroom Suite, and it looked exactly like the photos online.The view from our room was absolutely beautiful, directly facing the brightly lit mountain peak of Resorts World Genting and the casino complex. It was stunning to look at, especially at night! The entire building is brand new, modern, and very well-maintained. A huge credit goes to the housekeeping team—the room was spotlessly clean, and the beds were beautifully made. They clearly do a phenomenal job! The location is also excellent. It is located very close to a great selection of local restaurants. The view of the room is Highly recommended for families or groups looking for a clean, comfortable, and hassle-free stay in Gohtong Jaya. We will definitely be back!

Hotel was great and room was comfy! The staff at the concierge was warm and friendly. Ariff was his name. Free parking was an annoyance as it was in a separate block. You either end up taking lifts and moving several towers to get to the place, and signage was poor so you might get a little lost initially. Or just walk outside and skip the confusion and lift waiting. just pay for parking outside the unit to avoid all these hassle. The free onsen for those who stay there was good, albeit one of the pool was being maintained. Wished it was a bit more open air and authentic in design. Again, staff here is really friendly to explain and help.

First, i find the naming of all the hotels confusing. Genting should just have unique names for their hotels rather than Highlands hotel - formerly known as Resorts Hotel. Then they have RW hotel formerly known as something else, Sky world hotel, Resorts World. Don't repeat the words Resort, World, Highland and make them unique. There is nothing seriously wrong except for the price. For its price, I expected the hotel to be much better. The rooms are rather jaded to be frank. I mean the price of Resorts world is about a fifth of what I paid for Highlands hotel - makes me really wonder what I am getting foe such a premium price.

The room is spacious. But the toilet have that kind of smell that you know its not properly cleaned. There are even doodle marks on the mirrors. I usually sleep on 22c and yesterday 18c still feels average cold. Probably need maintainance. The breakfast selections was ok given the price is cheap. But as i was about to take the food suddenly a wasp fell off on the toaster oven before it flew on the wall next to it. Told the staff yet they didnt do anything about it. Anyone cound get bitten giving that the dining room wasnt that big. I give it 6/10 for the stay.

I recently stayed at Hotel Seri Malaysia Genting Highlands for one night. The hotel has a rather dated appearance, and many aspects of the room, including the bed, wardrobe, and furnishings, seem unchanged for many years. While the room was spacious, the overall condition could benefit from refurbishment. The room itself was reasonably clean, but the bathroom was less impressive. There were visible signs of mould and some dirt buildup, particularly in certain areas of the toilet. One of the biggest drawbacks of my stay was the noise level. The hotel is located close to the main road at Gohtong Jaya, and traffic noise could be heard clearly throughout the night. As a result, I found it difficult to get a deep and restful sleep. Overall, the hotel may be suitable for a short one-night stay if you’re simply looking for a place to rest before heading to Genting Highlands. However, for a stay of two or three nights, I would probably consider other options, especially if sleep quality and comfort are important to you.

About the properties experiences, the property is well clean, nice interior design however i just a bit dissatisfied on the air cond under master room where it was autamatically stop after 10-15 minutes operated with it was default on the timer even try top reset it but it still happen. The aircond also is not really cool. Maybe the maple technician must look into this as priority. This also for the ceiling Fan inside the master room only can go for speed number 4. Other than that is not functioning . All the rest for me is good. This time visit i give 3 star out of 5. TQ

The water pressure from the shower is low, one of us had to shower cold water until we manage to figure out the water pump. The host sent their maintenance guy to fix the water pump the next day at 9am (when we were still sleeping). Couldn't find the AC remote, took us 30 minutes to final find it next to one of the beds. The kitchen sink was clogged and making noise. Parking is a hassle as it's open air and you need to park quite a distance if you get back late. It was raining when we arrived, so we were all soaked due to the open air parking. We called the host at 12am to ask about the water pressure, he was responsive and helped us (over the phone) to sort it out. Water pressure is still low, but I guess that's the ”normal” pressure. Room can fit 6 adults comfortably. Good sound proofing.

Overall, my experience was pretty good, and we stayed for two nights. The room was clean, comfortable, and the view was fantastic; we could see Genting Highlands directly from our window. The location is very convenient with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby, making shopping and dining hassle-free. Plus, it's a short drive to Genting Premium Outlet. The only downside was how long check-in took. We queued at the registration point in another building at 4 PM and didn't get checked in until after 5 PM, with a lot of people crowded together. Despite that, the overall experience was positive, and I'd definitely come back again.

The suite was good and spacious. It has balcony and the facility around that area is quite good. The view also nice. There is a few cafe to choose from, and retail outlet like The News and KK Mart outlet. There are basic room item provided such as iron and iron board, slippers, toothbrush, soap & Shampoo, kettle, coffee & tea, mugs, TV, safety box and hair dryer, but there is no mineral/drinking water, small fridge or microwave provided. However the check in is quite tricky as you may find the person arranging check in staying in the alley nearby The News outlet, there is no proper reception counter available. The customer service will not answer your call. They only reply via what's app so do not bother to call, you may get scolded by the lady who answered. This can be said as not a hotel service, so do not expect that kind of services from this provider. It is more like AirBnB style. However it was a nice stay just during the night i don't know why there is strange shouting and yelling and disturbing sound once in a while came out from nowhere. so it's quite disturbing my sleep a few time wake up in a shock hearing something unwelcoming sound. But if your ear is sound proof while sleeping i think it will not becoming a problem to you.

So the kids had to sleep on the floor 😬 Also follow the instructions given in the series of photos. There are many tower blocks and lifts so things can be easily confused. The staff provided excellent service, responding and bringing supplies even in the early hours of the morning. However, the WiFi was very poor and almost unusable. No disposable toiletries like toothbrushes, slippers, or bottled water were provided. The location is a bit far from the cable car station (RM15-17 by Grab) and even further from the mountain top (RM25+ by Grab).
