The breakfast was delicious, and the room service food was excellent. We ordered the salmon and rice with vegetables, and it was absolutely delicious. The luggage service team was also outstanding, providing excellent assistance throughout our stay. A special thanks as well to Carole, who was incredibly helpful in arranging the delivery of my products and for curry We are very happy with our stay. The staff were polite, kind, generous, and genuinely caring. One of the things I loved most about our experience in China was meeting such wonderful people. I booked an Executive Room, and it was unexpectedly perfect! Service: I was escorted from the front desk on the first floor to the Executive Lounge on the third floor for check-in. It was quiet and efficient; I just sat comfortably and waited. The staff on this floor were noticeably a cut above – all tall, beautiful, and with lovely voices. They could all provide service in three languages, and their Cantonese was perfectly modulated, soft and soothing, truly melting your heart. While I was in a blissful daze, the staff even arranged a room upgrade and late check-out for me – super happy! 🥳 On the night of check-in, they gave us a welcome gift and a handwritten card as a small anniversary present. 🥰🥰🥰 Perhaps due to the late check-out service, the room card's magnetic strip had a slight issue, but it was resolved quickly and smoothly – excellent job! Every staff member I encountered, at all levels, had genuinely radiant smiles, not forced at all. The entire team is well-trained, and the salaries and benefits must be good around here – truly living up to the 'White Swan' name. ☺️ Dual Executive Lounge Privileges: By the time we checked in, it was past afternoon tea, so we enjoyed the evening cocktail hour. There was a variety of basic mixes, and they could even make non-alcoholic versions for ladies and children. Besides small snacks, there were various Western appetizers, nuts, cookies, and cheese to pair with red wine. Vegetable salads and fruits were also available, along with Chinese dishes like chicken wings and braised ox tongue – you could easily have a full meal! 🤣 Unfortunately, we only had a little bite before heading to the pool. Cleanliness: All mirrors and metal surfaces in the room were sparkling clean, the bathtub was spotless, and the bedding was soft and comfortable. Facilities: The heated infinity pool has an accompanying hot tub and changing rooms with showers. The large towels were clean and soft. Right next to it is the spa, separated for men and women, with both dry and wet saunas. There are attendants to guide and introduce you, so you won't feel lost. What's particularly worth mentioning is the landscaping. The gardeners have meticulously trimmed and maintained all the flowers and trees. The plants are thriving and blooming, with no obvious signs of being haphazardly planted and replaced when they die. Especially those very old staghorn ferns – their blossoms smell wonderful, giving a full tropical vibe. The Koi pond's water quality is excellent, and the fish are healthy and lively! The White Swan finally showed me the true meaning of 'feeling at home.' When checking out, the staff member bid me farewell with 'see you next time,' and I genuinely look forward to it.

Strategically located in the bustling heart of the old city, the Oriental Hotel boasts an unbeatable position with two converging subway lines nearby, making getting around incredibly convenient! The hotel lobby is grand and impressive, and the staff are exceptionally warm and welcoming. A special shout-out to Jason Xie at the front desk, who has consistently upgraded my room on every stay. The room facilities are in perfect condition, and the hygiene is impeccable. The garden on the first floor also offers a pleasant and comfortable environment. The Oriental Hotel is always my top choice for accommodation!

Since early 2025, whenever I'm in Guangzhou for business, I've always stayed at China Hotel (except during the Canton Fair when rooms are fully booked). Each stay is usually 2-3 days, and sometimes I'm there twice a month due to frequent trips. The hotel's location is excellent and the service is good, which is why I keep choosing it. However, I had such a bad experience on this recent trip that I felt compelled to write a review, hoping the hotel takes it seriously and improves its cleaning standards. I checked in on June 2nd and requested a clean and quiet room at the front desk. The female front desk agent assigned me room 1638. I asked if an upgrade was possible but was denied, told that room 1638 had already been processed. Assuming there might not be other rooms available for an upgrade, I didn't press the issue. That evening, I returned to the hotel very late after a long day. After showering and getting into bed, I noticed the sheets felt a bit damp and had a strange odor. Initially, I thought it was coming from the carpet, but then I sniffed the pillows and realized they were the source of the smell – a mixture of sweat and mildew. All four pillows had this unpleasant odor. I felt completely uncomfortable and only managed to fall asleep around 3 AM (given how late and tired I was, I didn't want the hassle of changing rooms, though I strongly suspected the housekeeping staff hadn't changed the bedding). On June 3rd, I left a note requesting that all bedding be changed. Later that day, the housekeeping staff left a note saying the bedding had been replaced and the previous items had been sent for drying. As a star-rated hotel that often hosts international guests, I hope China Hotel thoroughly investigates its housekeeping hygiene to avoid damaging its reputation.

This stay at the Guangzhou Huaxia Hotel's 'Zhenpin' (Premium) room was fantastic! It's been completely renovated and looks brand new, with many added features and facilities. They've smartly separated the washbasin area, toilet, and shower into three independent spaces, which is brilliant because it prevents guests from bothering each other and caters to everyone's needs. There's also a dressing table, perfect for women to do their makeup and skincare. Plus, the shower now has a stone bench, which is incredibly thoughtful for guests with mobility issues, allowing them to shower safely without slipping. Absolutely wonderful!

This stay far exceeded my expectations – I'm incredibly satisfied! The room was decorated with a charming, childlike theme, like a mini-playground, and the warm lighting made it extra cozy. The cleanliness was excellent, with every area neatly organized. The in-room amenities were incredibly comprehensive; it had everything from a washing machine, dryer, fridge, and microwave to a direct drinking water dispenser, making life very convenient. The bathtub, toilet seat, and child-friendly booster seat specifically for kids were all very practical, and there was an ample supply of disposable toiletries. Any issues we had were quickly resolved by customer service. The location is also a huge plus, as it's not far from any of the attractions. Overall, it was a fantastic experience and definitely worth a visit!

The location is very close to the metro station (Beijing road), just a few meters away from the metro station. Also, there are various restaurants,convenient store, coffee shops around. The nearest mall is Tee mall, just a little walk away. The room is very clean and tidy. There are gym and laundry that can use for free. At the lobby also have drinks such as water, infuse water, coffee and tea. The staff are helpful and nice. But only one thing that disappoint me is my room has some noise like water drop from the morning of day2 to the night of day 4. I told the staff on day 2 evening, they asked me whether I want to change the room but I said it’s ok don’t have to change because the sound is not always come. But I don’t know whether they solve and fix it or not because until my last day I can still hear it at midnight and it is quite disturbing, I can’t sleep well that night.

Cleanliness: The room was very clean and well-maintained. Facilities: Good. The shower, especially the rain shower, had great water pressure and was very comfortable. What a pleasant surprise! I just booked randomly and didn't realize it was a newly opened hotel. It's not luxurious, but it's definitely cozy and comfortable. The location is fantastic, right by the river, perfect for a stroll. There's free parking, though the subway is about a 10-15 minute walk away. The value for money is outstanding; I'll definitely come back! If I had any suggestions, it would be that the room didn't have paper bags, and when water was delivered, there was no carrying bag, which made it a bit inconvenient to handle. Also, the free laundry room could be better organized. It would be a great bonus if they could offer services like Atour, where laundry is delivered to the room, or if someone could transfer washed clothes to the dryer.

This is a new hotel, and there's a strong, unpleasant smell everywhere – in the hallways and rooms. They even had empty rooms with open doors, presumably to air them out. I wouldn't recommend it if you're traveling with kids. The hardware facilities are pretty good, but the service is terrible. When we checked in, we found the window wouldn't close, and there was no screen either. The front desk refused to change our room and sent a cleaning lady to fix it. She told us all the windows were like that, which was a blatant lie. When I pointed out that a window on the other side *did* close, she fell silent and stopped claiming 'they're all like that.' She still wouldn't change our room, suggesting she could tie the window shut with a rope instead. She even said she didn't think it was a big deal and we could just stay there. It was 36 degrees Celsius, the window wouldn't close, and there were huge mosquitoes. We insisted on changing rooms – I think that's a pretty basic request, don't you? After a standoff that lasted over ten minutes, the cleaning lady wouldn't even let us sit on the bed, saying, 'If you change rooms, I'll have to clean this one again.' Overall, there's absolutely no service consciousness, they're dishonest, and they don't solve problems – the service is a complete sham. If the front desk had known the window was broken and proactively offered a room change, we wouldn't have stood in that room waiting for so long. And if the cleaning lady hadn't lied to us, claiming all the windows were like that, and simply said there were no rooms available at such a late hour, I might have actually thought this hotel was decent.

The hotel is great (clean, counter & cleaning staff are friendly, has a bare bones gym with access at your request to counter staff), but a little pricier than what I would expect for Guangzhou. The location is very close to the TuanZi harbor. The closest Metro is Beijing Road station which is about 500m away from hotel. The front desk quite helpful. The hotel building is shared with other commercial offices or dental clinic. Smoking smell at the hallway when we checked in which is totally unacceptable. One of the lift is still under renovation condition where it is still covered with plywood. Drilling work going on around 11am and there’s no advance notice to guests. Laundry at 19th floor and can only access with 1 out of the 3 lifts. You will need to get out to the open air area before access to the laundry room and gym. The view to the river is nice if you get the tiver view room.

广州交通其实很方便，尤其是广州地铁覆盖很广。

👉 我的建议：

  • 选 “步行5分钟内到地铁” 的酒店
  • 尽量选有换乘站的地方
💡 为什么重要？广州有些景点距离不近，如果你每天都要打车或走很远，真的会很累又花钱。

⭐ 看评价不要只看评分（要看“内容”）

很多人只看评分 4.5⭐ 就直接订，其实不够！

👉 要重点看：

  • 最近 3 个月的评论（比较真实）
  • 有没有提到：干净 / 隔音 / 服务
  • 看有没有人说 “旧” “有味道” “吵”
💡 小技巧：如果很多人都提同一个问题，那大概率是真的

Oakwood Premier is extremely convenient - just one metro station ride on Line 1 from Guangzhou East rail station, and ＜10 mins walk from Exit A. The check in, restaurant and housekeeping staff members are courteous and responsive to our needs - extra towels, restaurant bookings etc. It is a welcoming change from other hotel chains in other countries which we experienced lately. The room is clean and spacious. There is however too many furniture (probably due to accommodating long term guests who need plenty of storage). Less furniture would be ideal with more walking space and effective opening of doors, eg bedroom door, if open, will block access to the wardrobe door. The breakfast buffet spread is sufficient - Chinese and western dishes. The dining room is huge, bright and spacious with large windows. The F&B knowledge could be improved though eg having available the appropriate condiments with the buffet items (calamari rings, delicious but no dips to go with), fresh waffle with no maple syrup (just 4 different fruit jams and 1 peanut butter options), crispy bacon (but not cripsy in reality), Chinese dim sum (with no chili oil/sauce, vinegar etc) at lukewarm temperature (the steaming switch was deliberately kept at OFF though I switched it to ON several times.) We will be back though. The value is in the location, clean and spacious room. Not the food.

There’s also McD and KFC opposite the hotel. The hotel location is very strategic and is very near to most of the popular attractions. Highly recommended and will definitely stay here again for my next visit!

We had a wonderful stay at Fraser Suites Guangzhou and honestly could not have asked for a better experience. We stayed in the one-bedroom apartment, and it was extremely complete and comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed, including utensils and appliances, which made the stay very convenient. Having a washing machine was also a huge plus, and we really appreciated being able to make tea and feel at home during our trip. The breakfast was excellent every morning. One of our favorite parts was the fresh juice machine where we could squeeze our own juice. The selection was very good, and the chefs and restaurant staff were always attentive, professional, and kind. The concierge team was absolutely amazing. They helped us many times with directions, locations, transportation, and even our orders. Communication was very easy because their English was excellent, which made our stay even more comfortable. A special mention to the housekeeping team, who truly made the experience exceptional. On the second day, the housekeeper noticed that I was washing clothes and kindly brought a drying rack to the room so we could hang everything properly. She even arranged the clothes for drying herself. She also left thoughtful notes whenever she was unsure about personal items — for example, one day there was a teapot on the table, and instead of removing it, she left a note saying she did not clean it because she was not sure if we were still using it. These small details showed genuine care and attention. The location was also extremely convenient. The hotel is directly connected to the mall, which made shopping and moving around very easy. There were trendy bakeries and cafés literally next to the entrance, and we loved trying them during our stay. We could also simply cross the street to reach Taikoo Hui for luxury shopping, and Grandview Mall was only a short walk away. There were plenty of convenience stores nearby and even some halal food options around the area, which made everything very comfortable and accessible for us. Overall, we absolutely loved our stay and felt very welcomed throughout the entire experience. I would highly recommend Fraser Suites Guangzhou and will definitely stay here again on my next visit to Guangzhou.

I chose a star-rated hotel in Tianhe for my business trip to Guangzhou this time, and the experience was truly great. Here are a few quick thoughts. The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of Tianhe. The subway station is just a short walk downstairs, making it convenient for shopping at Zhengjia or Parc Central, or meeting clients. The front desk staff were efficient during check-in, and I especially want to thank Mia, Joelle, and Dion for their very thoughtful service. My room was on a higher floor (10+), and the floor-to-ceiling window offered a stunning view of Zhujiang New Town, especially at night when it was all lit up – truly breathtaking. The bedding was very comfortable, with both soft and firm pillows available, so as someone with neck issues, I finally got a solid night's sleep. I couldn't find any fault with the cleanliness either; the sink and bathtub edges were sparkling. The breakfast deserves a special mention – a wide variety of options that were replenished promptly. They had freshly made rice noodles (changfen) and wonton noodles, and the croissants were perfectly flaky. Surprisingly, the coffee wasn't instant! I also checked out the gym and the pool; the equipment was comprehensive, and the pool water was clean. If I hadn't been in a hurry, I would have definitely swum a few more laps. It was very quiet at night, which didn't disturb my sleep. Overall, it's worth the price, and I'll likely make this my first choice again when I come back to Tianhe. I've already recommended it to colleagues planning a trip to Guangzhou.

First of all, a big thank you to the hotel for upgrading me to the Cantonese Charm Suite. The room was brand new and, having been recently renovated, the facilities and amenities were top-notch. Every detail in the room was meticulously thought out, really showcasing the hotel's quality and sincerity! The room was also incredibly quiet; I didn't hear any noise from next door or the corridor at night, so it was a really comfortable stay. I also booked a package that included breakfast and dinner buffet. The buffet offered some à la carte dishes that were exquisitely prepared and delicious, and the other self-service options were good too. My only minor gripe was the limited beverage selection, but considering the restaurant isn't huge, it probably helps avoid waste, which I understand. What I was most looking forward to was the morning dim sum, and it certainly didn't disappoint. The shrimp dumplings and siu mai tasted incredibly fresh, and the dim sum platter was beautifully presented. The boat congee and rice noodle rolls were also excellent, truly living up to Guangzhou's reputation as a foodie paradise!

This was my first time in Guangzhou, specifically to see the Phoenix Legend concert, which also happened to be our wedding anniversary (I'd noted it in the booking and mentioned it over the phone). I actually deliberated for a long time between the Mandarin Oriental and the Ritz-Carlton. My husband said, 'Since we haven't stayed at a Ritz yet, let's try it.' Turns out, it was an unwise decision, for these reasons: 1. **The pitiful decorations**: A few balloons, a 'LOVE' petal arrangement, a cake (the cake was directly exposed, why wasn't it covered with a glass dome?), and a card. (The funniest part was the card said 'newlyweds'... do you guys have a wrong understanding of 'anniversary' versus 'honeymoon'?) 2. **The room had a slight musty smell** (we had to ask for an air purifier later). I honestly can't understand why a hotel of your caliber would have such decor. I'm not even comparing you to hotels of the same luxury tier; you can't even compete with a regular five-star. Hilton, Fairmont – which one doesn't completely outshine your decorations? Their birthday setups are more thoughtful than yours, let alone anniversary arrangements. Moving on to other things: The staff, from the concierge to the front desk, the lounge, and the restaurant, were all very good, especially the ladies in the lounge. Breakfast was decent. The food in the lounge was quite mediocre; there's no need to go unless you're really too lazy to go out, because you won't get full and will still need to order takeout. As for the hotel being old, I think that was displayed during the booking process, so I don't really mind that. Oh, and by the way, don't lean against the side of the elevator, or you'll get a drip of icy water. **In summary**: The Ritz-Carlton Guangzhou is okay, but I probably won't stay here again when I come to Guangzhou. (Instead of asking for good reviews, focus on the details. If you do things well, good reviews will naturally follow, and guests will rebook. Otherwise, it's all just talk.)

Since early 2025, whenever I'm in Guangzhou for business, I've always stayed at China Hotel (except during the Canton Fair when rooms are fully booked). Each stay is usually 2-3 days, and sometimes I'm there twice a month due to frequent trips. The hotel's location is excellent and the service is good, which is why I keep choosing it. However, I had such a bad experience on this recent trip that I felt compelled to write a review, hoping the hotel takes it seriously and improves its cleaning standards. I checked in on June 2nd and requested a clean and quiet room at the front desk. The female front desk agent assigned me room 1638. I asked if an upgrade was possible but was denied, told that room 1638 had already been processed. Assuming there might not be other rooms available for an upgrade, I didn't press the issue. That evening, I returned to the hotel very late after a long day. After showering and getting into bed, I noticed the sheets felt a bit damp and had a strange odor. Initially, I thought it was coming from the carpet, but then I sniffed the pillows and realized they were the source of the smell – a mixture of sweat and mildew. All four pillows had this unpleasant odor. I felt completely uncomfortable and only managed to fall asleep around 3 AM (given how late and tired I was, I didn't want the hassle of changing rooms, though I strongly suspected the housekeeping staff hadn't changed the bedding). On June 3rd, I left a note requesting that all bedding be changed. Later that day, the housekeeping staff left a note saying the bedding had been replaced and the previous items had been sent for drying. However, the rooms at the Pullman Guangzhou Baiyun Airport seem a bit small, and the hotel's popularity doesn't feel as high as it used to be during my previous stays. Even though Terminal 1 is no longer in use, there's a convenient shuttle bus service to and from T2 and T3 for guests. While it's very handy, it does add a bit more travel time.

An amazing hot spring resort experience with our little one, perfect down to every detail! We stayed at Bishuiwan Hot Spring Resort with our 1 year and 8-month-old baby, and the overall experience was fantastic! The Paris family room was cozy and our baby absolutely loved it. I especially want to commend the hotel's thoughtfulness – upon check-in, they gave us an Artemisia argyi health hammer, and specially prepared small toys and a children's gift for our baby 🎁. Our little one adored them and couldn't put them down, which was a truly delightful and thoughtful surprise! The room was clean, there were many hot spring pools with excellent water quality, and the staff were always proactive in helping out when they saw us with a child. The Lixiangyuan restaurant also accommodated us by preparing a low-salt, no-garlic meal for the baby, which was very considerate. Plus, the portions were huge – this was the only restaurant where we ate till we were stuffed 🍴, literally burping. It was a warm and relaxing family vacation, and I've already told my family we definitely need to come back to Bishuiwan! I hope this level of care and effort gets recognized 💕

My room was a luxurious suite with private bath tub (around hkd 3000 for two nights including breakfast). Hardware is definitely exceptional. However when it comes to service it is below standard: 1) front desk - service was poor without any greetings such as bell boy. Front desk officers were unhappy without any eye contact when they talk to you. No hospitality at all; 2) breakfast - the quality both food and service were not up to a 4 or 5 star service. Table was not clean, staffs were almost unfriendly, except one female manager and one staff, all staffs were rushing their task and unwelcoming. I believe the hotel management need to motivate their staff ,otherwise, people won’t come again. 3) Amnenties - room is a luxurious suite with private bath tub, massage chair, kitchen , dining table and queen bed. The tub was not very clean, with water splitting . Such a waste as their service was not meeting the standard of what it is expected to be a 5- star resort. (The environment, garden were nicely decorated indeed) The Hot Spring pool is well known but I have’s try so cannot comment. I won’t come to this resort again, if the service of the hotel haven’t improved. And I won’t recommend travelers with kids who is looking for a family friendly and good service resort. I happened to visit during International Women's Day. On March 7th, I even received a carnation from the hotel staff for Girls' Day. However, there didn't seem to be any activities on Women's Day itself, which was a bit disappointing. We usually prefer to book rooms in the main building here because it's been renovated and the room facilities are newer. This time, when we went to the pet feeding area, it felt like they weren't ready for guests; maybe the timing was off. There were no staff members, and we didn't know what to feed the animals with. We could only look and then leave, which diminished the fun. However, the customer service here is still good. Although sometimes the response time was quite slow, there was always a follow-up.

Four years ago, I stayed at the Four Seasons in Guangzhou first, then moved to Jumeirah. I'm so glad I switched to Jumeirah, the experience was fantastic! I called ahead to reserve a parking space, and as soon as the car arrived at the hotel entrance, the concierge staff were there to open the car door and help with luggage – they were incredibly enthusiastic. However, I do have a suggestion: it's best not to place guests' travel bags on the floor. I think the floor is quite dirty, and it's a travel bag, not a hard-shell suitcase, after all. The hotel truly lives up to its reputation as being on par with the Burj Al Arab in Dubai, even sharing the same designer. The design is incredibly luxurious and sophisticated; the lobby is grand yet understated! I stayed in the duplex suite again. The price is much more affordable now than four years ago, a real bargain! I absolutely love this room type. Both the first and second floors have bathrooms and shower rooms, the ceiling is high, and the space is utilized very efficiently. Although the first room I was given during check-in had a strong musty smell, after mentioning it to the butler, they immediately changed my room – super efficient! The room is quite smart. The shower room is very comfortable, with back and side jets, a feature many hotels lack. The air conditioning is powerful and kept the room very cool. The sanitary ware is Duravit, the toiletries are Biology, and the hairdryer is Dyson. The mini-bar doesn't have many drinks, but the mineral water is Elix, and they provide a generous amount! The bedding is also very comfortable, and they quickly brought latex pillows to my room when requested! Personally, I'm not a huge fan of the square toilet; it's not very comfortable to sit on. The most unbearable thing is that when you flush, the water splashes out, so you have to stand further away, or it'll splash on your legs and feet. Don't ask me how I know, hahahaha! Another slight disappointment is that the TV doesn't support casting. The service is, as expected, truly five-star plus! Every staff member greets you with a smile and is very professional! Their quality of service is also very high! Packages can be delivered to your room, and every evening, there's sweet soup delivered in a thermos flask to your room! The biggest surprise was on the second day when I was heading out; the concierge actually proactively greeted me and told me a package had arrived. I'm very impressed that they can remember which room each guest is in – this is truly top-tier, high-end service! I genuinely believe Jumeirah is the best hotel in Guangzhou, bar none!

I booked an Executive Room, and it was unexpectedly perfect! Service: I was escorted from the front desk on the first floor to the Executive Lounge on the third floor for check-in. It was quiet and efficient; I just sat comfortably and waited. The staff on this floor were noticeably a cut above – all tall, beautiful, and with lovely voices. They could all provide service in three languages, and their Cantonese was perfectly modulated, soft and soothing, truly melting your heart. While I was in a blissful daze, the staff even arranged a room upgrade and late check-out for me – super happy! 🥳 On the night of check-in, they gave us a welcome gift and a handwritten card as a small anniversary present. 🥰🥰🥰 Perhaps due to the late check-out service, the room card's magnetic strip had a slight issue, but it was resolved quickly and smoothly – excellent job! Every staff member I encountered, at all levels, had genuinely radiant smiles, not forced at all. The entire team is well-trained, and the salaries and benefits must be good around here – truly living up to the 'White Swan' name. ☺️ Dual Executive Lounge Privileges: By the time we checked in, it was past afternoon tea, so we enjoyed the evening cocktail hour. There was a variety of basic mixes, and they could even make non-alcoholic versions for ladies and children. Besides small snacks, there were various Western appetizers, nuts, cookies, and cheese to pair with red wine. Vegetable salads and fruits were also available, along with Chinese dishes like chicken wings and braised ox tongue – you could easily have a full meal! 🤣 Unfortunately, we only had a little bite before heading to the pool. Cleanliness: All mirrors and metal surfaces in the room were sparkling clean, the bathtub was spotless, and the bedding was soft and comfortable. Facilities: The heated infinity pool has an accompanying hot tub and changing rooms with showers. The large towels were clean and soft. Right next to it is the spa, separated for men and women, with both dry and wet saunas. There are attendants to guide and introduce you, so you won't feel lost. What's particularly worth mentioning is the landscaping. The gardeners have meticulously trimmed and maintained all the flowers and trees. The plants are thriving and blooming, with no obvious signs of being haphazardly planted and replaced when they die. Especially those very old staghorn ferns – their blossoms smell wonderful, giving a full tropical vibe. The Koi pond's water quality is excellent, and the fish are healthy and lively! The White Swan finally showed me the true meaning of 'feeling at home.' When checking out, the staff member bid me farewell with 'see you next time,' and I genuinely look forward to it.

For those of us accompanying an elder for medical care, it saved us a lot of hassle and made things much less stressful. The medical appointments that day took longer than expected, and by the time we returned to the hotel, it was already close to noon. Worried that we wouldn't have enough time to pack, I hesitantly asked the front desk if we could have a late check-out. The staff member was very understanding of our difficulties accompanying a patient and readily agreed to extend our check-out until 2 PM, without any extra charge. Their gentle and caring attitude made us feel truly embraced by the hotel's empathy and kindness. The room's cleanliness was impeccable. The floors, bedding, and bathroom were all spotless and fresh, with no unpleasant odors. The apartment-style room was spacious, and the twin bed layout was perfect for accompanying an elder. All the amenities were complete and in good working order, including the air conditioning, hot water, and storage facilities. The surrounding environment was quiet and peaceful, allowing for a great night's rest, which was much needed after the exhausting medical visits. Overall, the service was meticulous and attentive, the facilities were excellent, and the cleanliness and environment were all beyond reproach. I highly recommend this hotel, especially to those who are in town for medical reasons. The personalized and caring service truly helps alleviate a lot of the anxiety associated with medical care. While they were quick to move us, the first replacement room reeked of barbecue when we opened the door, much to the embarrassment of the housekeeping manager. The second room they gave us was on a different floor and was thankfully a degree cooler. The breakfast at the Executive Lounge is highly recommended; while not a huge variety, it's more than sufficient, and the view from the 40th floor is beautiful and the environment is quiet.

The room itself was great, very clean. The breakfast offered both Chinese and Western options (I've included some pictures). This is our third year booking this hotel apartment. We book the same room type every year because it's spacious enough for our three large suitcases. This time, however, we were inexplicably assigned a super small suite. When we spoke to the hotel, we were told all suites of that type were the same, even though Ctrip listed the room size as 58 square meters. They claimed they 'sell them interchangeably'. We asked for the room type we always stay in, but were told it was unavailable. However, after complaining to Ctrip, the hotel miraculously found an available room for us. I've attached the floor plan for our level, which includes room sizes. According to this plan, the first room we got was only 50 square meters, and even the slightly larger one we switched to was just over 54 square meters – nowhere near the 58 square meters the hotel advertises on Ctrip. This hotel is engaging in false advertising. Furthermore, we stayed on a non-smoking floor, but many guests on that floor were smoking. The smoke even seeped into our room through the air conditioning system, yet the hotel's smoke alarms didn't react at all. Every morning, when the cleaning staff opened other room doors to tidy up, the entire floor was filled with a strong smell of smoke. Is your hotel's non-smoking floor just for show? Over the years, the hotel apartment's facilities have visibly aged, and many areas are poorly maintained. Housekeeping is also subpar, with many neglected spots, especially in the bathrooms. All in all, we were very disappointed with this hotel apartment after this stay. Its service quality has significantly declined. If there are no improvements, we likely won't choose this place again in the future.

The hotel is 3 minutes from Shiqiao station. There is a bus line in front of the hotel that takes you to Shawan old town and other sites. It is across from a local mall with a lot of eateries. My only complaint is the cloth drier is hard to use without WeChat pay. Anyway, it is a good stay at this property.

My stay here was incredibly comfortable from start to finish. The hotel's location right next to Guiyang Station is super convenient for travelers. Plus, there are plenty of shops and restaurants downstairs, making it easy to grab anything you need. The front desk staff were warm and friendly, and both check-in and check-out were quick and efficient. My room was spotless with no strange odors, and the bedding was soft and dry. The hot water flowed consistently, and the soundproofing was excellent, so I wasn't disturbed by outside traffic during my rest. All the amenities were well-maintained. Overall, it offers fantastic value for money. It's perfect for both short trips and temporary stays. I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time I'm in Guiyang.

I specifically chose the Nansha Marriott for a short getaway from the city center, and the entire experience far exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend it to travelers visiting the Greater Bay Area. The hotel is ideally located in the heart of Mingzhu Bay. Self-parking is convenient with plenty of underground spaces, making arrivals and departures hassle-free. Check-in at the front desk was very efficient; the staff were friendly and polite, and there was no unnecessary waiting. They also thoroughly explained how to use the hotel's amenities. The room itself was spacious and bright, with large floor-to-ceiling windows offering a direct view of the Jiaomen River. During the day, the river sparkled, and at night, the lights along the banks created a beautiful display – the view was absolutely stunning. The soundproofing throughout the room was excellent; despite being close to a main road, the interior remained peaceful and quiet. The bathroom was well-designed with a separate wet and dry area, and the toiletries had a pleasant, subtle fragrance. The mattress was just right – not too soft, not too firm – and there were various pillow options available. I slept incredibly soundly for both nights. The breakfast buffet offered a well-balanced variety, including Cantonese dim sum, freshly made noodles, and Western pastries, all fresh and hot. The heated pool was clean and not crowded, and the 24-hour gym was well-equipped, perfect for a relaxing workout. The hotel's amenities are comprehensive, and the service is attentive without being overbearing. It's suitable for business stays, family vacations, or romantic getaways. I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Nansha.

This hotel truly embodies the meaning of ”home away from home.” From the moment I walked in, the warm smiles and greetings from the hospitality staff made me feel incredibly welcome. The comfortable sofa in the room was the perfect spot to relax, just like a cozy recliner. The hotel's laundry return service was a particularly pleasant surprise; my clothes were folded neatly – excellent attention to detail. The local specialty noodles I had for breakfast were a delicious way to start the day, putting a perfect end to my trip!
