Location is super convenient! Nearby to KLCC and all public transportation for going around KL. Really easy to find all sorts of food at any time. Room was comfy and clean; housekeeping staff was very accommodating and attentive. I liked the view and that they provided water filter, placed outside of the room. Just a heads-up that it can get noisy at late night due to traffic outside as it is near to the major intersection of KLCC. Breakfast buffet has a wide variety but I felt the quality was just alright. Reception was very friendly during check-in, and check-out was easy with no hassle, although reception staff during that time was a bit abrupt and rough, but maybe I just came by at the wrong timing. It did caught me off guard but no major issues. Definitely will stay here again.

Our stay at The Face Suites Kuala Lumpur was truly one of the highlights of our trip. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed by the friendly staff. The suite was spacious, clean, and perfect for our family, with breathtaking views of the city that we enjoyed every day. My son especially loved the infinity pool, and it was such a joy creating special family memories together. After a full day of exploring Kuala Lumpur, coming back to a comfortable and peaceful room made all the difference. Thank you, The Face Suites, for making our stay so enjoyable. We left with wonderful memories and will definitely choose to stay here again when we return to Kuala Lumpur.

My stay at PARKROYAL COLLECTION Kuala Lumpur was fairly average overall, and unfortunately, it did not quite live up to my expectations for a leisure or vacation stay. Check-in was quick and straightforward, which was a plus. The room itself was cozy, although I found that the toilet took up a rather significant portion of the room. The air-conditioning, however, was nice and cold, which I personally appreciated after being out in KL’s heat. Unfortunately, there were several issues during the stay that affected the overall experience. I had specifically requested a high-floor room, but was assigned Level 1 — which is essentially Level 2 when viewed from the international floor numbering perspective. This was disappointing, particularly as the request had been made in advance. I had also informed the hotel via email well before our arrival that we were staying to celebrate my wife’s birthday. Unfortunately, there was no special gesture or even acknowledgement of the occasion throughout our stay. I wasn’t expecting anything extravagant, but even a simple acknowledgement or small gesture would have made the stay feel more thoughtful. There was also an issue with one of the bedside table lights. The touch sensor appeared to be faulty and the light would not switch off when pressed. As a result, I had to sleep facing away from the light, which was quite annoying and something that should have been addressed before the room was assigned to a guest. Another issue was the renovation or maintenance work taking place early in the morning. At around 8:30am, there was considerable noise coming from the room/floor above. I eventually had to call the front desk to ask what was causing the noise. While I understand that maintenance and renovation works may sometimes be necessary, starting noisy works that early in the morning was not ideal, particularly for guests who are on holiday and would like to rest. The biggest advantage of the hotel is definitely its location. It is within walking distance of TRX and Pavilion KL, making it very convenient for shopping, business, or attending events in the area. Overall, I would not highly recommend PARKROYAL COLLECTION Kuala Lumpur if you are specifically looking for a memorable vacation or staycation experience. There were simply too many small issues that added up during the stay. In my opinion, the hotel is more suitable for business trips, attending events, or travellers who prioritise location and convenience over the overall hotel experience. For a leisure trip, I would personally look at other options in KL.

The hotel's location is excellent, right opposite Pavilion, making it very convenient for getting around and taking taxis. The hotel's buffet offers good quality and a wide variety of dishes, with most of the bread being freshly baked. Two bottles of water are provided in the room, and you can request two more for free. Snacks and mini-bar drinks, however, come with an additional charge. I particularly loved that the front desk offers free luggage storage, and the room has an iron and a coffee machine! The hairdryer model is a bit old, like those used 10-20 years ago in China, but everything else was great.

Great location, with a metro station right downstairs, although we mostly used Grab. Plenty of food and drink options in the mall downstairs, but the famous Wah Yang Ice Room was a bit disappointing. The room was spacious, and the balcony offered views of both the Petronas Twin Towers and KL Tower. The room facilities were a bit dated, but overall perfectly functional. Excellent value for money.

From arrival till our departure was awesome, upon arrival, we given a 1 bedroom suite on the top 30th floor as we had requested for quite corner room, the Malay gentleman and the lady at reception were so warm.and welcoming with pleasant smiles, it just made our arrival brighter after a tired journey , we were surprised with a birthday cake since it was my partner's bday which was very thoughtful of them. Everything was good and awesome till the day we departed . We were greeted again with the Malay gentleman for our pleasant journey back , ”apologies that I didn't get his name” The only small opinion I would like to share is , it will be great if they upgrade the TVs in the rooms so we can log into our netflix and other networks for leasiure. Other than this , it was a wonderful 4 nights stay at ParkRoyal residences. Thank you All of your kind hospitality

My stay was fairly average. The hotel has a good location and the staff were friendly and welcoming. The room was tidy upon arrival, but some areas could have been cleaner and better maintained. The mattress was comfortable, although the pillows were too soft for my preference. The bathroom was functional but showed signs of age, and a few amenities were missing. Breakfast had a reasonable selection, but the quality was just average. Overall, the hotel offers decent value for a short stay, but a few improvements in maintenance, cleanliness, and facilities would make the experience much more enjoyable.

Sound-proofing of the room is very poor. I stayed in a room that is very near to the elevator. My sleep was interrupted at least three times by the sounds of the elevator opening and closing, the sounds of the doors of the neighbouring units opening and closing, and the sounds of people walking in the corridor. The rest is fine for the price.

Kuala Lumpur's 5-star hotels are generally on par with budget hotels back home in China. Most hotels in the 1000 RMB price range are pretty similar, so I already had expectations. The pillow had an odor, so I brought my own disposable sheets. Other than that, everything else was barely acceptable. The front desk staff was an Indian lady, and the Malaysian cleaning guy was quite responsible. The rooftop pool is small and not very clean; I saw an Indian guy without a swimming cap, so I don't recommend getting in. The breakfast offers a DIY hot pot, and the Teh Tarik (pulled tea) is quite good. You can blanch some wide noodles and other noodles. The main draw is its high value for money. There's a farmers market downstairs with a popular durian stall. I don't recommend walking to the Petronas Towers; it's too hot, and taking a taxi is much more convenient. I also don't recommend taking the subway, as different lines belong to different companies, and most transfers require exiting and re-purchasing tickets. For anything over 800 meters, I strongly recommend taking a taxi! I can't stress this enough!

Hotel Review Location: Excellent—just across the road from Kampung Baru food area, very convenient for foodies. Check-in: Allowed early check-in at 1:30 PM despite 3 PM standard time due to room availability. Much appreciated. Staff: Special mention to the staff member resembling celebrity singer Hafiz—excellent service, kept everything smooth and entertaining. Kudos. Room (1619): Connecting room arrangement was inconvenient; needed to prop the door open (1619,1620) TV in father's room not functioning (1618) Major issue: Strong sewage smell in bathroom—disturbing and needs immediate attention Toiletries: Initially not refilled—no lotion, body wash in my room; no shower gel or conditioner in dad's room. Staff replaced with hand-packed amenities. Appreciated the gesture. Food & Dining: Breakfast buffet: RM37.10—excellent value; surprisingly good nasi goreng (first time I enjoyed it) In-room dining: Nasi Goreng Tamu was good, but sambal prawn was too sweet Hotel breakfast preferred over outside options—area dominated by nasi padang, which isn't to our taste Overall: Okay stay. Responsive service on toiletries and excellent staff, but bathroom odor and room setup issues need fixing.

This is our 2nd time staying here at Furama Hotel Bukit Bintang ❤️ Our first stay was wonderful and our 2nd stay was even better 😘 Our Executive room with a beautiful city view was the perfect setup for a relaxing vacation. We want to give a special thank you to ”Sir Nomi at the front desk for his excellent assistance in upgrading us to this room. Exceptional service💯❤️ The location is perfect for us since Lalaport is right nearby , and there's connecting bridge from the hotel. Personally, i think Lalaport offers the best view of Merdeka 118, especially if you go up to the rooftop garden. The views there are highly Instagrammable 📸 👌 The food in the executive lounge was great, with many selections available and unlimited coffee. It was also less crowded during the breakfast buffet. The two staff members, Sir Rahman and Mam Selvi, were very helpful and prompt in assisting us during breakfast. Sir Tafo, who worked on the evening refreshments , was very friendly and pleasant with our special son. I really appreciate him being so patient and accommodating. I will definitely book the Executive Club again for our next visit in your hotel. It was a superb experience😍

Convenient location to explore Kuala Lumpur as it's minutes away from Bukit Bintang MRT and Monorail stations. There're nearby malls to shop around the hotel. Easy to find choices of food and also walking distance to traditional massage and reflexology. Staff from bellboy to housekeepers were helpful and friendly, always showing up with a big smile. Room was neat and clean, spacious too. On our second day stay, we informed the front desk that the hot water in the bathroom was not working, it was settled within the day. However, on our third day stay, we had informed at least three times (three different timing too) to the front desk that the room telephone as well as the bath mat not available, but till late night no response and we gave up since we will be checking out the next morning. Overall, the stay was a pleasant one.

Convenient location. Stayed for 3 nights. Room is clean and the firm pillow is something that I liked. Most hotels pillow are too soft to provide good support. Housekeeping done on 3rd day as per hotel guidelines with bottled water replenished. Aircon is a bit too strong though, despite setting at the lowest fan speed. This is the best hotel in all of Kuala Lumpur!!! My husband, baby, and I stayed here, and these were the best accommodations in the entire city. We had already tried 5 different apartments in Kuala Lumpur by then, and nothing felt right. The cleanliness was perfect, and the views were magnificent – the best I've ever seen in my life. The staff was top-notch. They very quickly helped resolve an issue with the induction hob (the large burner wasn't working) and even provided a brand new small saucepan so I could cook for my baby. And all this happened almost at night! Thank you so much for your hospitality! Wishing you continued success!

Great value for money, clean and tidy. However, the toiletries are pretty basic. The twin beds can be combined into a large bed, but it's a tight fit. It's about a 10-15 minute taxi ride from the city center, which makes it quite affordable and comfortable in comparison. There's a coffee machine that dispenses hot water directly.

I had a wonderful stay at Banyan Tree Kuala Lumpur and it truly exceeded my expectations. The room was spacious, elegantly designed, and extremely comfortable, with floor-to-ceiling windows offering stunning views of the city skyline. Every detail felt luxurious, from the bedding to the bathroom amenities, creating a very relaxing atmosphere. The breakfast was absolutely amazing and definitely one of the highlights of my stay. The dining ambiance was also calm and refined, making it a perfect way to start the day. The hotel facilities were impressive, and the location was convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions, dining options, and transportation. The service was excellent — staff were always ready to assist with a smile, ensuring a pleasant and comfortable stay. The rooms were comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help whenever I needed anything. The location was convenient and made it easy to get around and explore the area. Overall, the hotel offered great value for money. The only downside was that my room had a connecting door. If you’re unlucky enough to have noisy neighbors, you can hear quite a bit, which made it difficult to relax at times. Other than that, I had a really nice stay and had so much fun seeing the little geckos wandering around 😂

This was my 4th or 5th time staying at Momo's Hotel, but standards have seriously dropped. I booked a Queen bed but was given two single beds pushed together. To make matters worse, the signature body wash felt diluted with water compared to my previous stays. The most unacceptable part was a severe privacy breach: I requested a toothbrush in the morning, but I think id due to a staff communication error, housekeeping opened our door without knocking the door while my girlfriend and I were barely dressed, however the housekeeper got apologised immediately to me. When I reported this unauthorised entry during checkout, the receptionist not really take it seriously without any real apology. As a loyal customer, this poor service and lack of respect for privacy is deeply disappointing.

I booked a two-night stay for a business trip, and the location was super convenient. It's right next to the LRT station; you just exit and turn left, and you don't even have to leave the building. The hotel restaurant is right next to the lobby and front desk, and the food is decent – not too expensive for a hotel restaurant; pasta was about RM16. There are also convenience stores like 7-11 and Mynews, plus a Zus Coffee, right outside the subway station. The room itself in the hotel building felt a bit dated, with some wear and tear on the walls and ceiling. However, the facilities like the shower and toilet were fine – good water pressure and consistent hot water. The only minor drawback was the lighting; it was a bit too yellow and dim. It's fine during the day if you open the curtains, but if you're working in the room at night, the overly yellow light can be a bit disorienting. Overall, it's great value for money. For the price, it's definitely one of the more affordable options in the area, and cleanliness wasn't a major issue.
