We had a great 4-night stay at this hotel. The check-in process was smooth and hassle-free, making our arrival very convenient. While the room looked a bit dated, it was well-maintained, clean, and cozy—more than comfortable enough for a relaxing stay. The location is definitely a highlight, with easy access to nearby attractions and amenities. As a bonus, we even had a partial view of the Petronas Twin Towers from our room, which added a nice touch to the overall experience. The price was also reasonable for what the hotel offers, making it a good value choice. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-located place to stay.

Had an amazing 2-night stay at Royale Chulan Kuala Lumpur and it was truly unforgettable ❤️ We were celebrating our anniversary, and the hotel surprised us with complimentary cake and chocolates — totally unexpected and such a sweet gesture! My husband honestly thought I planned it myself 😆 A special thank you to Ms Affie and Ms Hema for their excellent service and thoughtful arrangement. It really meant a lot to us. We stayed in the Superior King Room, which was very spacious, comfortable, and gave us the perfect relaxing vibe. It honestly felt like we were reliving our honeymoon all over again 🥹✨ Overall, the service was great, the ambience was calm and elegant, and everything felt truly worth it. Highly recommended for anyone planning a romantic stay or special celebration. Definitely looking forward to coming back again 💕

We truly enjoyed my stay at PARK ROYAL COLLECTION Kuala Lumpur. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed. The location is fantastic and made everything so convenient for us, whether it was shopping, exploring, or just getting around the city. What really made the stay special was the wonderful service from the entire team. The door staff greeted us with warm smiles, the front desk handled our check-in smoothly and kindly, and the buffet staff were always friendly and attentive. Everyone we met made us feel comfortable and well taken care of throughout our stay. Our room was spacious, spotless and very well maintained. Housekeeping did an amazing job everything was clean, neat, and thoughtfully prepared. It really made us feel relaxed and at home. The level of cleanliness was excellent and definitely stood out. We also enjoyed the food, which had a nice variety and was very satisfying. Overall, the experience felt pleasant, comfortable, and welcoming in every way. Thank you to the whole team for such a lovely stay. We left with great memories and would happily return again in the future.

Great location, right across Pavilion KL and convenient for exploring the city. Stayed in King Deluxe 18th floor — the room was comfortable after a mattress topper was added, as the bed was initially too firm. Amenities were basic (no magnifying mirror or scale), and breakfast pastries were underwhelming, though the hotel bakery is excellent with a 50% discount after 6pm. Staff were polite, helpful, and attentive. I also received a lovely wedding anniversary cake, which was a very nice touch and much appreciated. Overall, Pullman KL delivers on location and service but lacks the usual Pullman “wow” factor. For sunset views or nightlife, visit Vertigo on the 59th floor at Banyan Tree, right next door — highly recommended.

The check in process is easy but takes quite sometimes because there's only line for check in that day and the crowd was quite busy as there's convocation day on weekend near PWTC I think..The room is great complete with amenities but my favourite is the spacious bathroom and showers is spacious and have assistance bar for elderly and OKU and there some space to sit as well for those in needs.Toilet still have water hose so Muslim friendly. The breakfast buffet is great but a bit crowded but still acceptable. There's varieties of food being served during buffet so a lot to choose from. Parking is flat rate Rm13. But during check out and driving out of the hotel there's a bit a system glitch or something that we ended up being stuck in a jam for a while and at the parking toll the hotel management have to check every guest room to give the flat rate for parking.Overalls, it's still a great experience to stay here and we're planning to come again sometimes 😀

Needed a 2 bedroom place as I was travelling with dad. Was given a very spacious flat with 2 bathrooms, an extra guest room, and laundry with partial views to the twin towers. The interiors are a little dated but very well-maintained, has 2 very nice pool areas, and decent breakfast. Not sure if it’s 5 stars but it’s perfect for our purposes.

I have frequently chosen this hotel for its prime location and excellent value. As a business traveler, I typically opt for rooms without windows, which suits my needs as I rarely have time for scenic views. During my most recent stay, Room 327 was particularly satisfactory, offering a pleasant layout and convenient proximity to the lift without any noise disturbance. On this occasion, I utilized the gym facilities. Unfortunately, the treadmill was outdated and noisy, indicating a lack of maintenance. The gym itself is rather small and features limited equipment. I hope to see improvements in this area in the future. The hotel offer breathtaking scenery from the pool deck. Despite all this, I intend to return.

I love the location. Less than five minutes walk to Sg Wang, Lot10, Star Hills. Around 10 minutes walk to Pavilion/TRX. So convenient. Smack in the middle of Bukit Bintang Area. The room is spacious, very comfortable and equipped with iron and hair dryer. Conmplete with toiletteries and coffee tea. Hotel staff is very warm, attentive and helpful. Special mention to the housekeeping staff, Farhad for cleaning our room nicely. Breakfast buffer has a good selection and ample seating. The vibe is chill and relaxing, so nice for our stay in KL. I will come back to Royal Hotel and I recommend the rest to give this hotel a try.

One of the best staycations I’ve had in KL! The place is right in the city centre—just across the road is the famous Jalan Alor, packed with local street food. My room was peaceful since it didn’t face the main road, and it offered a stunning view of Merdeka 118, the world’s second tallest building, right from the living room. The room is completed with amenities. Plus, if you enjoy local art and creative spaces, GMBB Mall is just next door, which is a bonus for you.

Banyan Tree Kuala Lumpur – A Wonderful Stay in the Heart of the City The hotel is beautifully located in the Golden Triangle, just across from Pavilion KL, with stunning views of the Petronas Twin Towers. It’s slightly removed from the hustle and bustle of Bukit Bintang, yet still close enough for easy access — a perfect balance between convenience and tranquility. Upon check-in, guests are offered a selection of incense and essential oils for their room — a lovely and thoughtful personal touch. We stayed in the Signature Banyan Retreat, which was cozy, comfortable, and came with all the amenities you’d expect, plus a beautiful view of KL’s night skyline. We did encounter a minor issue on our first night when the room’s light switches stopped working, including the master switch. The maintenance engineer arrived promptly, even though it was close to midnight, and quickly resolved the issue with a system reset. Really appreciate how efficient and polite he was! We also dined at Torito, the hotel’s Peruvian-Japanese restaurant, and it was a delightful experience. The ceviche clásico is a must-try — so refreshing and full of flavor. The lomo saltado featured perfectly cooked medium-rare beef tenderloin, and the stone ceviche, a warm twist on the classic, was equally impressive. Unfortunately, we were too full to try dessert, but the attentive service made the meal memorable. Special thanks to Izat (Front Desk), Hakim (Breakfast), and all the other staff members whose names we didn’t catch, for their warmth, patience, and genuine hospitality. Their friendly smiles and willingness to help made our stay at Banyan Tree Kuala Lumpur truly enjoyable.

The hotel is in a great location, and the outside area is nicely decorated with trees. There are plenty of food options nearby — nasi kandar, Minang dishes (like nasi padang) and lots of other interesting things to try. The nearest public transport is Medan Tuanku Monorail (about 300m) and Sultan Ismail LRT (around 400m), so it's super easy to get around. From here, I managed to visit a few places like Central Market, KL Forest Eco-Park, hopped on the KL Hop-On Hop-Off bus at Bukit Bintang and more. The room itself was clean and comfy. The aircond and hot shower worked perfectly. I absolutely loved the herbal scent of the shower gel and shampoo — felt like I was in a spa! That said, it would’ve been even better if there was a bidet next to the toilet for cleaning up and maybe some hangers or a proper spot to hang clothes. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay here and would definitely consider coming back next time.
