The experience was great from the beginning when I notified my late check in due to my flight arriving almost at midnight. I know that the booking has to be respected by the hotel, but incredibly some don't do it. The hotel is 50 min from KL international airport, you can use Grab app to get a taxi and pay in cash if you can't link your card to it, that would be about 80 RM + the toll fees, that would make it around 20 usd. The staff at the front desk was so kind during check-in and check-out. I read some reviews about the construction site beside the hotel and the cemetery that is around the hotel. As for the cemetery, it is just part of the landscape, and honestly it is a good story to tell your friends about, I understand how those places are much older than modern constructions. Regarding the construction site, if you are too sensitive to noise, it might be a little annoying if your room is on that side of the hotel, maybe you can arrange the hotel to change you to the other wing. The neighborhood is busy since it is about 300m from KLCC park so it might be a little noisy during the night. The overall hygene of the room was great except that the kettle in my room still had some water. Nothing that can't be solved by washing it. There were two glass bottles that can be refilled in the filter by the elevator. I really appreciate that they stop using bottled water and reduce plastic waste. Breakfast had a lot of variety including western food, Malayan and some Chinese. I used the gym for one day because I was stuck due to heavy rain, it has a couple of treadmills, bikes, escalator and some machines, not too big, but comfortable to do some strength work. The location is great to walk to KLCC and from a couple of meters from the hotel you can take great pictures of the Petronas. About 45-50 min walking distance of central market to buy nice souvenirs, the national mosque and the national museum. 40 min taxi trip to the Batu caves, go early (8 am) because it might be a quite busy place to get to. I enjoyed my stay and definitely I would pick it again if I come back to KL, definitely recommended 9/10.

Nice hotel. Beautiful clean and spacious room. The hotel was almost perfect. Just two minor details were a pity. The elevators were very slow. Waiting for them made us lose a lot of time. The gym was small and there were not enough powerlifting or benches to do exercises (actually had a queue waiting for exercise spots). We do recommend this hotel for the spot and room.

Excellent Stay at DoubleTree by Hilton Kuala Lumpur Hilton brand has always been my preferred choice for work trips in Kuala Lumpur — whether it’s Hilton KL, DoubleTree, or Hilton Garden Inn. I stayed in a King Room (no view/partial view, with window). The room was spacious and comfortable, with the signature Hilton bed ensuring a restful sleep. I also appreciated the pillow menu and the transparent bathroom with adjustable curtains. The air-conditioning worked perfectly, keeping the room pleasantly cool. However, the TV channels were limited to local stations and standard movie channels — it would be even better if the hotel upgraded to smart TVs for streaming convenience. Parking is complimentary and shared with Intermark Mall and office tenants. Valet parking is available at RM60. The lifts from the parking connect to the lobby, but hotel guests have dedicated lift access for security — a thoughtful feature. Special thanks to Ms. Sumaiyah for the smooth check-in process and for fulfilling my request for a complimentary birthday cake slice and a 1-hour late check-out. The bellman was friendly and punctual in handling my luggage — overall, the staff made me feel genuinely welcome and valued. Breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options. The saltwater pool (1.3m deep) and kids’ pool make this hotel a great choice for families as well. Being located within Intermark Mall adds convenience — guests have easy access to a variety of restaurants and cafés, both inside the hotel and within the mall, all at reasonable prices. The location is also strategic, with direct access to Jalan Tun Razak, KLCC, TRX, and nearby LRT/MRT stations, making it ideal for both business and leisure travelers. Overall, an excellent stay that truly reflects the warm Hilton hospitality standard. Highly recommended and will definitely return.

9 years ago i held my wedding in this very hotel, and im back to celebrate my 9th wedding anniversary. We got a little room decoration courtesy of the hotel, and we got a little surprise in the room for us too. We booked Collection Club for the lounge access, the lounge is very comfortable, i’m willing to relax there whole day. Room is clean, the bed is superb, I’m had back pain every morning due to slipped disc, but not with this bed, a really big positive for me. The food very nice, breakfast very nice, friendly staff, friendly manager.

For business travel at KLCC convention center. walking distance to convention center, around 10-15mins walk with covered walkway. however between the walkway to hotel, there is around 200min uncovered. there is option to go to Pavilion and link bridge to bayan tree residences and 50mins uncovered walk way to pullman, the rest are awesome.

Spacious room. Nice service apartment with well-equipped kichenette. Monorail is in walking distance (need to cross a mainroad). Eateries and shopping malls in walking distance (about 1km), can walk to avoid jam. But the surrounding appears unsafe at night (many vagabonds around). Complimentary parking for inhouse guest. Value for the money.

Basic clean room suitable for tourists as a transit hub due to its strategic location. It was my favorite choice of accommodation in KL. Nonetheless, sadly, in the recent months till to-date, it was noted that many trans in this hotel as a hub for their activities ! I am sure the management must be aware of such happenings but condoned to it. There is a need to step up compliance, before the image of this hotel got tarnished as a tourist class standard.

The staff were friendly and location was not bad either. The room was rather run down and was offered a newly renovated one with extra cost, to which we declined. Water hammering was bad in our toilet with loud noise of water gushing down the pipes that woke me up on few occasions. To exacerbate the matter worst, construction were going on next door and noise started filtering in after 8am. Not ideal

I was pleasantly surprised by the spaciousness of the area, and I absolutely love it! The convenience of having a parking space right next to the hotel for just RM12 per day is fantastic. The only minor downside was a slightly musty smell in the room, but it was manageable. The shower pressure could be a bit stronger, but everything else was quite convenient. I would definitely consider staying here again, especially since my dad really values convenient parking! Please note that the ironing facilities are shared, and the iron may not get very hot. Additionally, the toiletries provided are quite basic, so remember to bring your own toothpaste and toothbrush.

It is good for a boutique hotel so do not expect amenities like a pool, gym, etc., value for money. The staff was very friendly and helpful, kudos to them. AC in one of the rooms started making noise in the evening but staff helped change the room immediately when it could not be fixed by them. No restaurant in the hotel and nearby Indian restaurants unfortunately opened late (most in and after lunch hours) so vegetarian breakfast was an issue for us in that vicinity but managed via Hasan Ali hawker center nearby. Can take a grab taxi to most of the KL tourist attractions (factor ~10 min taxi wait time though, grabs' issue) so location is also good. Not a noisy road outside but the view from the room is limited. Not sure about parking but did not see any outside the hotel.

The places that we went was accessible by grab from 10 mins(KLCC/ Pasar Seni) to 30mins (further up - more local businesses at KL East mall). Just a tip, try to book grab before 5pm during weekdays because it can get busy on the road or you can walk too if you want to go Bukit Bintang area it’s nearby.
