Came here for a night with my kid.Hotel is very near to the checkpoint.I got here around 4pm so it wasn’t crowded.Super smooth check in.I did request on the spot for a complimentary upgrade but was told they’re unable to do that.Maybe that’s something they can work on.I was given a later check out at 12.30pm so it’s not too bad.Room was amazing and clean.The toilet has a bidet so it’s a plus point!We were on the 29th floor.Staff were friendly.The breakfast buffet spread was good too.I loved the pastries.Swimming pool was empty when I brought my son so it was really good and I feel the size of the pool is perfect.It isn’t small.Overall it’s a pleasant stay and I’ll come back again!

Also, the shower door inside the common toilet in the suite I was staying in on the 21st floor would not fully open. The location of the towel rails needs to be changed to avoid any major accidents like the door shattering

The male staff at front desk seemed neither polite nor rude, but he was very robotic and uninterested.

I was downgraded from a Superior Room to a Deluxe Room because I requested a smoking room, but no refund was offered for the downgrade. I was informed that smoking rooms are only not available in the Deluxe category. This should be stated clearly on the website to avoid misunderstandings during check-in. After the room change, I was first assigned a room that was quite warm. I was then moved to another room, but the TV kept restarting automatically and was not working properly. A technician was sent to troubleshoot the issue, and the entire room change and repair process took more than an hour to resolve. On a positive note, Trip.com made the effort to call me to follow up on the issue and compensated me with Trip Coins for my next booking. I appreciate their prompt customer service and support. Thank you.

The location is great, very convenient for driving to Sutera Mall and nearby areas. It's a quiet hotel nestled in a bustling area. There are also plenty of food options nearby, like R&C, Ah Shui Durian, and Yu Xiao Er. If you don't have a car, there's a large food court downstairs that's open very late; I once saw it still lit up past midnight when I returned to the hotel. Next to the hotel, there's also an indoor badminton court and a McDonald's (inside the petrol station), so it's super convenient overall. The hotel also has pools for both kids and adults, a gym, and a conference room. The biggest advantage of this hotel is the incredible water pressure – showering is a real pleasure. I've stayed here 5 times already and will definitely keep coming back.

The location is fantastic, especially for visiting Singapore. From the balcony, you can clearly see Singapore across the strait – literally a view of two countries! It’s super convenient. Downstairs, there's a shopping complex with a JAYA supermarket and various restaurants, including Northeastern and Henan cuisine. Getting to CIQ (Customs, Immigration, and Quarantine) is a breeze, with covered walkways all the way, protecting you from the elements and with clear signage. With the RTS (Johor Bahru–Singapore Rapid Transit System) coming soon, it'll be even more convenient.

Upon exiting the elevator on my floor, I immediately noticed the carpet was quite dirty with several obvious stains. The overall cleanliness of the room was acceptable, but housekeeping definitely needs improvement. For breakfast, the food was tasty and filling, though the selection was somewhat limited. Overall, the hotel has some of the basic infrastructure expected of a 4-star, but there's significant room for improvement in maintenance, cleanliness, and service details. Given its current performance, it doesn't offer good value for money and the price doesn't quite match the experience.
