Convenient location. Glad that our room was on the highest floor and spacious for 3 adults.  However, we saw our room ceiling covered with mould the next morning. The mould fell on the carpet, really disgusting.  We Only stayed 1 night, otherwise would have requested to change room.  Aircon fan is very loud, might affect light sleeper.

The rooms were spacious and the beds were really soft and comfy. Breakfast was pretty average. One thing they could really work on is the signage in the carpark; the colour markings on the lots can be inconsistent and the fact that there was only a tad small bit of signage made navigating to the lift lobby from our lot to be a little annoying. We thought we parked at a red lot since the lot we parked in had a orange-red outline. They made us shift our car at 12am in the morning because apparently its not the correct lots that we were allowed to park in, which was a pain.

At least 8 out of 10 starts for this experience. Pros: Excellent location, right above the R&F mall. Kitchen is complete with adequate kitchenware. Comfortable stay for a 1-bedroom apartment. Felt very cosy (attached photo). Easy enough to check in and out following whatsapp directions for the mailbox. Customer service was responsive with my questions. Also the price for 1 night was excellent at only about $61 SGD, and this seems to be the cheapest among all 1 bedroom offerings on Trip.com for R&F Princess Cove. Cons: On a minor note, air-conditioner in the living room was a bit loud (some noise) but otherwise worked fine. I did not use the oven in the kitchen but there was a sign saying it was not to be used. The most unfortunate part of the stay was small bugs/cockroaches in the kitchen/toilet area, I otherwise would have given it a 10/10 for my stay there. I don't believe it is a hygiene issue though as the rooms were observed to be clean, not sure where the bugs are coming from but there is spray provided.

Tak sangka spacious macam ni 😍 Siap ada bathtub lagi! Memang selesa untuk rest after a long day. Breakfast pun sedap! Banyak pilihan dan masakan dia memang kena dengan tekak. Paling best, rendang ayam! 🤤❤️ Sampai suami pun puji. Overall, kami memang happy dengan stay kali ni. Service okay, room selesa & environment pun best. Actually suami dah plan nak extend another night 😂 Kalau ada special rate / discount untuk extend 1 malam lagi, memang lagi best! 🙈✨ Thank you Berjaya Waterfront Hotel for the pleasant stay. Before checking in, I have to send them my ID copy and a deposit to be bank transferred. It is the first time I encountered such requirements in my Trip.com stays, and I do not have a local bank account (as a foreign visitor). This is a bit annoying from my perspective and I told them. Luckily at least they waived the deposit for I stay only one night. Once I got into the room, I was welcomed by a cockroach. Later during stay I had two other cockroaches visiting (or they actually reside there, not sure). I believe there is some pest control work that needs to be done.

This is a nice apartment hotel with no room service nor lobby, suitable for families especially with kids. The place is clean when we checked in, and the diy checkin is quite intuitive wth good instructions. For its price during non-peak, there’s little to complain. When it comes to peak though, prices soars, and the number of guests creates a jam at the lift access to the 39 floor apartment rooms. During our stay, one lift was down and with only 3/4 lifts, the waiting time during checkin and checkout is very very long. Hot water the shower is centralised and not reliable at all. Due to its proximity to KSL Mall, size of the room, and its good price during non-peak, its a recommend, but don’t expect perfection here.

Amazing hotel for 3 star hotel. We loved the ambience and cozy feeling. Rooms were huge and clean. Beautifully designed. Beds were so comfortable to sleep on. Love the fact disposable slippers, toothbrush, shampoo and bath soap. Mineral bottles and be refilled. Staffs were so kind and helpful. Location is so perfect as dobi, shops, restaurants and hawker food. Definitely would love to return and highly recommend.
