Here’s a clean and natural review you can use: I had a really comfortable stay at this hotel and would definitely come back again. The location is a major highlight—it’s within walking distance to Central Festival Mall, and there’s also a 7-Eleven and Makro Mall just across the road, which makes everything very convenient. The room was spacious and well-equipped, including a hair dryer, which was a nice touch. Although there’s no balcony, the overall comfort of the room made up for it. For those driving, the hotel provides ample car park space, and I really appreciated the availability of two-bay EV chargers, which is a great added convenience. Overall, it’s a great choice for a comfortable and convenient stay. I would definitely repeat my stay here.

But very good at helping. Location is very good. Not too far from city, you have a very relaxing and quiet environment, and halal food within walking distance only. Got swimming pool, but the pool is a bit too much chlorinated. Parking space dont have problem. They have plenty parking spaces, bus also. Overall is very good. When I travel to Hatyai, I usually will book this S.C. Heritage Hotel! The vibes are wonderful and also the price is affordable. The location of the hotel is strategic and nearby to the city centre. You can also go to the Hatyai train station easily! This is my favorite hotel and I recommend this hotel too! Check out the view from my room at level 6! (refer to the picture). There's also a limited parking space provided! Overall, the hotel is clean, proper, affordable, accessible and simple! Suitable for family, couple or solo travelers!

4th time here at p residence, very good price, clean, room fully equipped with kettle, proper place to hang clothes, good size square layout, with balcony, walking distance to all major attractions, plenty of shops.. With all these mentioned above, the small issues like low water pressure and taking stairs become non issues.. Reminder though; no lift, all walk up rooms, you might get lower or upper unit, not suitable if you have elderly who struggle with mobility, other than that, I say book early.. Especially weekend and holidays..

The overall value for money is high. If I had one small suggestion, it would be that rooms in Block A facing the bar can be a bit noisy at night, which might affect light sleepers. I'd recommend choosing a room in a different block when booking; it would be much quieter and lead to a better stay. Aside from that minor issue, the overall accommodation experience was very satisfying. The room was comfortable, the environment was clean, and the location was excellent. I would definitely choose to stay here again next time I'm in the area and would recommend it to friends and family.

The rooms were nice, clean, right size, very friendly customer service and they prepared porridge, fried mee hoon and free flow of drinks (hot drinks making machine) and pineapple biscuits too. You also can make a hot pot of tea too. All free I really love when we reached our room after 7pm and the room air-condition were on for us but only for the 1st night. Hope they will continue to on it whenever someone booked the rooms and that will be a great services to us. The only complaint I would want to make is that they found the towel dirty and took photo telling me that I might need to pay but frankly, I did not check all the towels so I replied to them that Ive no idea of the dirt as I did not check.anyway is just a small misunderstanding. Overall it was a comfortable stay.

If youre looking for a sleek, ultra modern 5 star resort, this may not be for you. But if you want authentic Thai hospitality, traditional Thai-inspired architecture, lush tropical surroundings, and a peaceful beachfront escape, this resort is absolutely worth it. I stayed here as a solo traveler and had one of the most relaxing stays Ive experienced. Its also perfect for couples, honeymooners, and families. I was pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade to a sea-view hillside cottage even though I booked one of the more affordable room categories. The private beach was the main reason I chose this resort and it was exactly what I was looking for, quiet, uncrowded, and perfect for relaxing. I also loved the petting zoo, the beautiful pool, and the delicious food. Every staff member we encountered was warm, welcoming and genuinely helpful. Special thanks to Ms. Chuty and Ms. Kat at the front desk for making our stay even more memorable. They assisted us during checkout, kindly reminded us about a few belongings we had accidentally left in the room without ever making us feel rushed, and even allowed us to extend our stay until 12:30 PM, which we truly appreciated. Since our flight was later in the afternoon, they also arranged lounge access so we could comfortably wait in an airconditioned area until it was time to leave. Their kindness and thoughtfulness really reflected the genuine hospitality of the resort. I also appreciated the complimentary refreshments in the lobby, the beach bag provided for guests, the convenient buggy service, and the fact that ordering GrabFood was easy. My only suggestion would be to upgrade the TVs to Smart TVs. Other than that, everything exceeded my expectations. This resort may not be the newest, but it’s clean, wellmaintained, peaceful, and full of character. If you appreciate nature, privacy, and heartfelt service over ultra modern luxury, you’ll absolutely love staying here. I absolutely loved this hotel; my overall experience this time was truly wonderful! ❤️ The hotel staff were all very friendly, and the quality of service was excellent. Although we only found out after booking that the hotel's waterslide was under maintenance, and I was a bit worried the kids would be disappointed, the hotel was very thoughtful and provided an inflatable pool for the children to play in. The kids still had a fantastic time! I also have to commend the hotel's breakfast. The variety was incredibly rich with so many choices, and it was included with the stay at no extra charge, which was a huge plus. The shuttle service within the hotel grounds was also very convenient, almost always available on demand, making it easy to get around with kids or luggage. While it was a bit of a shame that the waterslide was under maintenance this time, the hotel's arrangements for service and alternative facilities were very sincere. The overall stay experience wasn't diminished at all. Great service, rich breakfast, family-friendly, and convenient shuttle – this is a hotel I would definitely want to stay at again! A nice little hotel for a rest after a long journey! I chose this hotel with my child so we could quickly get there after a long flight. Our plane landed at 11 PM. By the time you clear passport control, get picked up, and take a shower, it's already 1 AM. This is a good option! The linens are clean cotton! There's hot water! A 7-Eleven and massage place are a leisurely 7-minute walk away. They change the linens, towels, and water every day. We needed two days to recover, and extending our stay was easy. The pool is clean. Breakfast is European style: omelets, sausages, ham, some Thai dish (chicken in sauce), rice, toast, croissants, jams, butter, coffee, tea, cocktails, juices. It's a perfectly good breakfast. The cost is 250 (baht, presumably). Of course, if you're used to staying in luxury hotels and have high demands, you might want to think twice. I've stayed in various categories of hotels, from four-star resorts to beach bungalows. I've been to places where they didn't change the bed linen. Here, it's clean, and the staff are incredibly welcoming and lovely! Everyone is ready to help. Everyone always smiles. Many reviews mention drawbacks, but I won't even discuss those. It's clean, clean, clean, and the staff are as welcoming as can be. It's a good place to rest after traveling, get used to the local vibe a bit, and acclimatize to the warmth! Facilities: This was our first time bringing our child to Phuket. We initially booked The Emerald in Karon, but then I read reviews saying that while it was new, the pool felt a bit cramped between the two buildings. So, I checked out more reviews and decisively switched to the established Old Phuket Karon Beach Resort, which has a more resort-like vibe! It boasts a super large pool water park, and there's even a dedicated children's area with a small water slide 🛝 for toddlers, which is fantastic! Cleanliness: As an older five-star hotel, the decor is a bit dated, so the rooms feel a little old, but overall cleanliness is quite good. There were no issues with small animals or anything like that, unlike some online reviews suggested. Environment: As always, I've attached pictures; beauty is in the eye of the beholder. Service: The front desk service was excellent. We booked island hopping tours daily, and they picked us up at the front desk each day. On the first day, I was unfamiliar with the area and worried about finding the driver, so a staff member proactively helped us check our itinerary and contacted the driver via phone to clarify things in Thai! Thumbs up! One more thing I absolutely must mention: The Old Phuket Karon Beach Resort's location is arguably the most convenient in the Karon area. Right outside, there's a small commercial street with massage parlors, fruit stalls, Thai food, and seafood – everything you could want! Plus, turn right out of the hotel and walk just 30 meters, and you're at the stunning Karon Beach in minutes. There's also a 🚌 bus stop right outside that goes to Phuket Town, which is much more convenient than Centara Karon Resort Phuket!

I've stayed at this hotel many times, but this was by far the worst experience. I was traveling with my child and, due to a schedule change, I had to book two separate orders for different room types. I explained the situation to the front desk and asked if I could upgrade my room by paying the difference. The front desk lady, seeing the booking, seemed to sense an opportunity to make more money. She then rattled off a bunch of reasons to charge me extra for my child: an extra bed fee, an extra breakfast fee, and a room upgrade fee – totaling 5000 baht for four days! When I checked the app, I realized that for just a few tens of extra bucks, I could have booked a whole new room. The hotel's breakfast fee also shot up from 250 baht to 470 baht per person, with no significant improvement in quality. I really want to ask the hotel, do you have to be so obviously greedy?

If you're staying in the annex building, be careful of the long, steep slope. We saw a guest's luggage slide down from there and hit someone. Please make sure to store your personal belongings safely in your room. Other than that, everything else was good, and the pool was great. The room was spacious enough too. Just remember to run the bath water first to make sure there's no yellow discoloration.

The hotel indeed has very few Chinese guests, but they were still quite friendly towards us. I'm not sure if it was because they initially messed up my name, or for some other reason, but they upgraded us from a family room to a suite, which was large and beautiful. We were very satisfied with our stay, and there was an ocean view right outside the window. The hotel environment is nice, but the breakfast is just average. It's not too far or too close to Jungceylon and the seafood market, about a 20-minute walk, but taxis are quite expensive. The only downside is that it's too noisy at night; you can hear all the sounds from the road and the bars, and the soundproofing is a bit poor.

I stayed at the hotel with my two children (ages 4 and 6). The breakfasts were a bit repetitive, but you could always find something, like fruit. The kids absolutely loved the pancake machine. The housekeeping definitely left something to be desired; the floors remained dirty. On the plus side, bed linen and towels were changed regularly. The air conditioning was a bit weak, and there was a damp smell. However, the staff were very responsive and helpful with all requests (I asked for help with the stove, and a technician arrived in 10 minutes; when I forgot my room card, they issued a new one). The ladies at the reception were always friendly and smiling. All the staff always greeted us. 😉 There are three interconnected pools, all 130 cm deep, which was fun to swim through, especially under the bridges. You could take a boat to the beach, and there were free sun loungers provided by the hotel. We visited in August, which is off-season, and the waves were very strong, making swimming impossible.

A cozy, medium-sized hotel shaped like a cruise ship. The definite highlight of this hotel is the infinity pool on the rooftop, offering a fantastic view of the city and the sea, especially at night. A DJ entertains guests with music by the pool in the evening. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The only downside for me was having a bathtub instead of a shower. The fridge only contained paid bar drinks. You can walk from the hotel to the beach, passing countless cafes, restaurants, massage parlors, and convenience stores along the way. There are several Russian-speaking channels on the TV. The price is reasonable. I recommend it.

The service was excellent! I didn't encounter any discrimination as mentioned in previous reviews. From the front desk to every staff member we met, everyone was very enthusiastic, greeted us proactively, and offered help. The hotel pool was clean, and the room was spacious. The facilities were pretty basic, and the air conditioning was quite noisy, but strangely, I could still hear the frogs and birds chirping outside. We weren't staying directly above the pool but in an adjacent building, also overlooking the pool. It wasn't humid at all, and the balcony got sun after 3 PM, perfect for drying swimsuits. The hotel is probably more than a 10-minute walk from the beach; we took the hotel shuttle back and forth, as walking would feel more like 20 minutes. All in all, we had a great stay!

I recently stayed at Marina House Muay Thai and overall had a very good experience. The hotel facilities are excellent, especially for athletes and fitness enthusiasts. The highlight for me was the impressive 62-metre swimming pool, which is fantastic for training and getting quality swim workouts done. It is one of the best hotel pools I have used for serious swimming practice. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the location is convenient for those attending Muay Thai, fitness, or training camps in the area. However, there was one disappointing experience during our stay. One staff member was rude to my wife, which was unexpected and did not reflect the otherwise positive atmosphere of the hotel. I hope management will address this and ensure all guests are treated with courtesy and respect. Despite this incident, we enjoyed our stay and appreciated the excellent facilities. With improved customer service consistency, Marina House Muay Thai would be an outstanding place for athletes and families alike.

The Andaman Embrace Patong Phuket boasts one of the best sea view pools and breakfast dining environments in Phuket, which is why we chose to stay for two days. The downside is that the hotel is very large and the rooms are located halfway up the hill, so you need to take the hotel shuttle for all ins and outs. However, the shuttle service is very convenient and always available on demand, with excellent service. There are many restaurants outside the hotel, and Patong Beach is within walking distance. For Jungceylon Shopping Center in Patong, you'll need to take a taxi. Overall, it's a great place, and definitely recommended for those seeking breathtaking sea views.

Overall, we really enjoyed our stay! It's better to book rooms from 48 sq m and up. We had a 30 sq m room, which was a bit small. The only things I didn’t enjoy was how understaffed the beach bar seemed because we had to constantly ask when our food would be finished because it was taking so long. I assumed it was understaffed in the kitchen. Ask the lobster bruschetta was not actually lobster, but shrimp. Unsure if it’s a language barrier thing or they stopped using lobster for it and just didn’t change the menu to reflect that. It tasted great, but perhaps the price would be different if it was labeled what it actually was. The room was so nice and clean! Cleaning ladies came by daily and every single person working there was unbelievably friendly and kind. I will most definitely go back just for the hotel alone! The hotel close to everything, including many different beaches. One thing to keep in mind, even though the hotel is on a beach front, you can’t swim in that particular beach, but they do have a pool on site! 10/10 🤩

When checking in, I specifically asked not to have a room by the red pool, but they assigned me one anyway. The staff lacked a service-oriented mindset; no one offered to help with luggage, and the restaurant staff were casually chatting amongst themselves. The room decor was a retro nightclub style, which I guess is a matter of personal taste.

For the latter half of our trip to Phuket, we switched to the Marina Phuket Resort, nestled between Kata and Karon beaches. Firstly, this hotel boasts a traditional Thai style, built on a hillside with a rich tropical rainforest vibe. Strolling through the grounds feels like being immersed in a romantic jungle. The architecture is distinctly Thai, and the landscaping offers beautiful scenery at every turn. What truly stands out is that the rear of the hotel connects directly to Karon Beach. Come sunset, gazing out at the horizon, the crimson twilight merges with the sea, waves caress the golden sand, and the dark cliff rocks add to a stunning, unparalleled view. You can walk along the soft, fine sand or enjoy playing in the water – it's perfect. Next door, there's a restaurant that hosts fireworks and fire-breathing shows in the evenings, so if your timing is right, you can enjoy them for free. Secondly, the hotel's service is generally attentive and gentle, very much in the Thai style – perfect for a relaxed, slow-paced vacation. Guests receive complimentary dinner daily at the Red Chopsticks restaurant right outside, offering a fusion of cuisines that's pretty decent. Woody and the team at Bandara took great care of us. The staff were incredibly helpful with anything we needed from booking excursions to ensuring my sister’s dietary restrictions were catered for. The facilities were well maintained and the rooms we had were a comfortable size for us. Beds were also very comfortable. Whilst Panwa is a bit removed from the hustle and bustle of Phuket, it was the perfect relaxing escape for us. There are still plenty of eateries and things to do near by. We honestly don’t want to leave! I’d highly recommend a stay at Bandara. We hope to come back again in the future.

Staffs are friendly and helpful. Location is good to travel around Phuket. For some reasons, buffet breakfast is not available but we got our breakfast delivered right to our room! Awesome Sunrise view! They prepared our breakfast to pack to Airport too! Appreciate it and Thumbs up!

Here's my honest review! Overall: Recommended. Pros: 1. The hotel is relatively new, and the interior, including the very popular rooftop pool, is beautifully designed and aesthetically pleasing. 2. The room type I booked was very large and spacious, with a separate refrigerator and counter, which was very comfortable. 3. The hotel breakfast was incredibly rich and varied, with a wide range of options. It's served until 11 AM, making it perfect for those who want to sleep in and have brunch, or wake up early, take photos and swim at the pool, and then enjoy breakfast. 4. It's an adults-only hotel, which is ideal for guests like me who prefer not to deal with noisy children during their vacation. The entire hotel is very quiet. 5. There's a Let's Relax spa located within the hotel, which is very convenient. Cons: 1. The large slope at the entrance is genuinely steep. I'd read about it in other reviews, but didn't truly grasp it until I saw it (please refer to the attached photos). It's incredibly strenuous, and you definitely can't walk up it with luggage. 2. After going down the slope, it's not far to the beach and 7-Eleven, but it's quite a distance from the commercial area of Kata Beach, making it feel rather secluded. In summary, this hotel is a great choice for those who prefer new facilities, enjoy a quiet hotel stay, and like leisurely beach walks. However, it's not suitable for those who want immediate access to shopping, or prefer a lively nightlife with bars.

The hotel is a bit dated. Although the common areas use central air conditioning, our smaller room had an individual AC unit. It was incredibly noisy, making it hard to sleep, and definitely needs replacing. Breakfast was decent, and the hotel's overall environment was okay. However, try to avoid the side near the corridor, as there's an unfinished building that looks quite eerie. There are two Thai restaurants within a 5-minute walk of the hotel entrance, one to the left and one to the right. The one on the left is better and accepts WeChat Pay, though it charges a 3% service fee. We chose this hotel mainly for its proximity to the airport, as we had a Similan Islands day trip scheduled for the next day. Staying here allowed us to wake up at least an hour later than if we had stayed at beaches like Patong. We also noticed many flight attendants staying at the hotel during breakfast.
