New Season Square Hotel Located just a 5-minute walk from Lee Garden Plaza, making it a very convenient location. The room was spacious and comfortable. Our first room had an unpleasant smell when we walked in, so we requested a room change at the front desk. The staff were helpful and upgraded us to a larger room with a bathtub, which made our stay much more enjoyable. We booked the Twin Single Bed Room, and it cost around RM250 per night. Overall, it was a great stay with good value for money. The only downside was that the soundproofing wasn’t very good, so you could hear some noise from outside the room.

Room service and front desk service are perfect. 👌🏿 The location is great, just 600m walking distance to Lee Garden Night Market, and there’s a big 7-Eleven nearby.

The location is fantastic, with many halal eateries, a lively night market, and a 7-Eleven convenience store all within walking distance. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and communicated well in English. Our room was clean, comfortable, and featured a lovely view. The bed and pillows were exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep. Parking was easy and convenient, adding to the overall hassle-free experience. Pros Second stay here. Excellent location, rooms are clean and spacious Rooms have universal power points, very convenient. Aircon n shower were strong. Cons Buffet itens were ok, but could with more varieties. Refill was slower than tortoise. Breakfast starts at 0630hrs and burners were lighted only at 0630hrs when guests start filling the Breakfast Hall. Orange juice was at less than ¼ mark at 0630hrs, signifying that the orange juice were from the day before. When asked to refill, staff's answer was ”no more”. Stayed 5 days and the orange juice situation was an everyday affair. There was a super big tour group on one of the days, heard was a 3-bus load full of tourists. Food and beverages ran out by 0730hrs, one hour after start time and the slow refills were quickly snapped up. Not enough coffee cups to go round because of the crowd. No extra toilet roll in toilet and we had to resort to using the box of tissue in the room when toilet paper ran out.

The room is spacious, but the downside is that I had to re-enter the Wi-Fi username and password whenever I was offline for a while, which was quite inconvenient.

The room was spacious, but unfortunately the overall stay was disappointing. The lobby was under renovation and the corridor looked messy. In the room, the curtain blind could not fully cover the window, so it was difficult to sleep until late. There was also loud noise from the compressor outside the window, and the air-conditioner itself was noisy too. The room door had a visible gap, which affected privacy as it was possible to see inside from outside. The shower head was also faulty. I originally booked for 3 nights, but decided to check out after the first night due to these issues.

So far the best hotel we stay in hatyai within budget. Nice interior and exterior decor. The staff very well services, and very helpful, eventhough they dont speak english much. But very good at helping. Location is very good. Not too far from city, you have a very relaxing and quiet environment, and halal food within walking distance only. Got swimming pool, but the pool is a bit too much chlorinated. Parking space dont have problem. They have plenty parking spaces, bus also. Overall is very good. Will repeat again this hotel when im here again.

There is a massive amount of storage in the built-in wardrobes and plenty of desk space, making it perfect for digital nomads or long-term travelers. • Well-Equipped Bathroom: The bathroom is a highlight. I appreciated the separate glass shower partition and the inclusion of a bidet sprayer. Having a proper water heater unit in the shower ensures a consistently warm experience. • Comfortable Layout: The seating area by the window is a nice touch for morning coffee, and the AC unit is well-positioned to cool the entire room effectively. The hotel lobby is very hot (not sure why it is without Air Conditioning), the overall stay is good and the location is just nice as McD, KFC and Kru-Pa Yad is just opposite the hotel. For coffee lover, Amazon Cofffee is just in front the hotel. The only cons are the location as it is not that near to the Lee Garden area. But it is within driving range and it’s very near to Central Hatyai and Macro. The room is OK, we rented 2 rooms, one of the are having water blockage issue, which ultimately didn’t get to resolve…. But overall stay is OK as we are outside of the hotel most of the time

When I travel to Hatyai, I usually will book this S.C. Heritage Hotel! The vibes are wonderful and also the price is affordable. The location of the hotel is strategic and nearby to the city centre. You can also go to the Hatyai train station easily! This is my favorite hotel and I recommend this hotel too! Check out the view from my room at level 6! (refer to the picture). There's also a limited parking space provided! Overall, the hotel is clean, proper, affordable, accessible and simple! Suitable for family, couple or solo travelers!

4th time here at p residence, very good price, clean, room fully equipped with kettle, proper place to hang clothes, good size square layout, with balcony, walking distance to all major attractions, plenty of shops.. With all these mentioned above, the small issues like low water pressure and taking stairs become non issues.. Reminder though; no lift, all walk up rooms, you might get lower or upper unit, not suitable if you have elderly who struggle with mobility, other than that, I say book early.. Especially weekend and holidays..

However, the location is quite far from the main attractions, and even convenience stores like 7-Eleven are not within walking distance. That said, if you prefer a quiet environment away from the crowds, traffic, and nightlife, this hotel is a suitable choice for a more peaceful stay.

The hotel is great. We enjoyed the pool access room and the swim-up bar. One of the shuttle drivers was awesome. Always up for a friendly chat. Sorry I didn’t get his name. The restaurant was nice. Friendly servers but they will comment on how much you have eaten… bit awkward. The room was clean. Basic amenities. Nothing fancy but just what you would need. It’s quiet. No complaints . A nice hotel if you want to spend some time at the hotel on your holiday, too. Just note if you have mobility issues , the hotel is a bit far from the beach and up a steep hill. You have to rely on hotel shuttle service which starts at 11am (the schedule is on their website) or grab/taxi.

Overall, I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The staff were courteous, the property was clean, and everything else met my expectations. The only downside was that the rooms were quite compact. One suggestion for improvement would be to have a designated smoking area on every floor. Currently, the smoking areas are only on the rooftop and the ground floor. Since my room was located far from the lift, it became a bit inconvenient to travel up or down every time. Adding a smoking area on each floor would make the stay much more comfortable for guests who smoke.

If youre looking for a sleek, ultra modern 5 star resort, this may not be for you. But if you want authentic Thai hospitality, traditional Thai-inspired architecture, lush tropical surroundings, and a peaceful beachfront escape, this resort is absolutely worth it. I stayed here as a solo traveler and had one of the most relaxing stays Ive experienced. Its also perfect for couples, honeymooners, and families. I was pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade to a sea-view hillside cottage even though I booked one of the more affordable room categories. The private beach was the main reason I chose this resort and it was exactly what I was looking for, quiet, uncrowded, and perfect for relaxing. I also loved the petting zoo, the beautiful pool, and the delicious food. Every staff member we encountered was warm, welcoming and genuinely helpful. Special thanks to Ms. Chuty and Ms. Kat at the front desk for making our stay even more memorable. They assisted us during checkout, kindly reminded us about a few belongings we had accidentally left in the room without ever making us feel rushed, and even allowed us to extend our stay until 12:30 PM, which we truly appreciated. Since our flight was later in the afternoon, they also arranged lounge access so we could comfortably wait in an airconditioned area until it was time to leave. Their kindness and thoughtfulness really reflected the genuine hospitality of the resort. I also appreciated the complimentary refreshments in the lobby, the beach bag provided for guests, the convenient buggy service, and the fact that ordering GrabFood was easy. My only suggestion would be to upgrade the TVs to Smart TVs. Other than that, everything exceeded my expectations. This resort may not be the newest, but it’s clean, wellmaintained, peaceful, and full of character. If you appreciate nature, privacy, and heartfelt service over ultra modern luxury, you’ll absolutely love staying here. It has a large territory, delicious and varied breakfasts, and buggies are constantly available for transport. The only downside is that we've never been able to visit the hotel's water park because it's closed for renovation during this off-peak season. However, this time they made up for it with a water trampoline and unlimited ice cream for the child. The rooms are large, beautiful, and have everything you need! Daily cleaning is also provided.

Decided last minute to stay two nights in Patong to experience its bustling beach. After checking in, I realized the hotel was in the 'Arab Street' area, with many Middle Eastern and Indian guests. Even the buffet dinner was Indian food – it felt like I'd landed in India! However, this hotel is a chain business-style establishment, so the facilities and management are reliable. The location is excellent: a 5-minute walk to the seafood market, 10 minutes to malls like Big C and Jungceylon, and a 2-minute walk to 7-Eleven. It’s far enough from the lively Bangla Road to be quiet, which is a plus. It's convenient for shopping and getting to the airport later. The rooftop pool has clean water and offers beautiful sunset views. There's also a simple gym. The room's air conditioning was very strong, and they provided a beach bag and bathrobes. The downsides are that the room wasn't very soundproof; I was woken from my nap by loud music from next door, with the sound seeming to come through the Wi-Fi box. Also, the carpet in the elevator was quite dirty.

Coconut Village Resort is quite good in terms of both location and cleanliness. It's close to the beach. There's also a 7-Eleven store outside the hotel. Bangla Market is 1 km away. I'm a little disappointed with the management because I booked two rooms about a month and a half ago. I had two children with me, but they gave us separate rooms. According to the booking, they should have reserved the adjacent room for me.Rooms 110 and 113 are both in the same direction and a short walk down the stairs. I requested a room as well, but they said there were no rooms available. So it's the management's fault.

The hotel's location is unbeatable. It's a four-minute walk to Pub Street, six minutes to Jungceylon Shopping Center, and seven minutes to Central Patong. All the dining, entertainment, and shopping you could want are right nearby. The best part is that self-drivers get free parking, which is fantastic! The breakfast is plentiful, and the service is excellent. The only downside is that the main building, especially floor 23, is incredibly noisy. A friendly tip: definitely avoid rooms ending in 01, 03, 05, or 07 – the noise will keep you up all night. Don't expect to get any sleep before 3:30 AM!

I had a wonderful stay at Graceland Resort—I can’t be any happier. I arrived pretty late at night, and all I asked for was a nice, quiet room. The front desk lady Jenny at that time of night was incredibly considerate and sweet .She upgraded me to a pool room, and I truly appreciate that. Also, there was a lovely cleaning lady Kanyakorn who cleaned me room every day and was very attentive and pleasant , she let me borrowed the iron exceptionally longer period of time😅Overall, I felt taken care of and very welcomed. The service and hospitality were excellent. The breakfast was okay—I’d rate it about 6.7 out of 10—but the hotel itself is beautiful. It has a couple of pools and it’s right on the beach, with many restaurants around. Hotel got a small gym as well which is good enough for few days workout and oh yes they offer complimentary half an hour morning trainings as well which was nice . I also remember a v kind gesture from them i ordered late night food and they forgot to deliver to bring and on being reminded the food and beverage manager felt terribly sorry and wanted to send free meal next day which wasn’t needed for me so I declined politely but they were so sweet they still ended up sending a fruit platter to room.In all , with such great hospitality, I would definitely come back to the hotel. Customer service was awfully wonderful.

We stayed at Cassia Phuket for fifteen days, and it was a truly perfect trip! First, I booked a one-bedroom loft, and the room had direct access to the garden and pool, which was incredibly convenient for our child to go swimming and play whenever they wanted. Second, the room was spotless and tidy. The bedding in the bedroom was super comfortable – all down feather. The moment we walked in, we were greeted by that familiar, signature Thai scent! The kitchen was fully equipped with everything from cutlery to plates and cookware – absolutely everything! For staying in the Laguna area, Cassia is the best choice for a longer stay! The location is very convenient; the shuttle bus was on-call and always available. It's just a 3-minute walk to a small commercial area with a supermarket, hospital, and various restaurants. Plus, there's a night market every weekend! If you want to get to Bangtao Beach, it's only a 2-minute ride on the Laguna-exclusive shuttle boat! There were plenty of sun loungers, making it very relaxing. The breakfast was also excellent, with a wide variety of options! We ate there for 15 days and never got bored! Finally, I want to give the warmest commendation to the ladies at Cassia's front desk! I regret not asking for the name of the lady who checked us in before we left! She was incredibly friendly and enthusiastic! Every day, as we passed the front desk, she would warmly call out to my child, Ricky! Although my child is a bit shy, he absolutely adored her! There was also a lady who spoke Chinese, and she was very friendly too! The overall atmosphere was superb! I also experienced the free Muay Thai classes twice a week! A huge shout-out to the Muay Thai instructor as well! I will recommend this place to all my friends planning a trip to Phuket! Super review from Ricky's family!

Five-star review! We stayed in a family room on the first floor. It's inevitable for it to be a bit humid, but that's really due to the local climate and weather, so I don't think the room's orientation or floor made much of a difference. We were right next to the kids' pool, so we could just open the door and walk out – super convenient! With one king bed and a bunk bed, it was absolutely perfect and comfortable for a family of four! As for the hotel environment, it's very spacious. Although the breakfast leaned towards Western style, they had local noodles and soups that tasted great. Enjoying some bread and jam with black tea and coffee was also a nice touch. All the staff we encountered were very friendly, and the room cleaning was prompt – very good. Overall, the hotel offers great value for money. Both adults and kids could spend a whole day in the pool, and the two big waterslides were even better! Karon Beach is just a right turn out of the hotel, and there are many hidden gem restaurants nearby. Plus, there are two 7-Elevens right outside, and you absolutely have to visit Thailand's 7-Elevens multiple times a day! And for durian, you'll definitely be full! There are a few stalls at the 7-Eleven intersection, where we found the long-stemmed, sticky kind. The Monthong durian near the Karon roundabout, just a short taxi ride away, was also delicious!

Overall, we really enjoyed our stay! It's better to book rooms from 48 sq m and up. We had a 30 sq m room, which was a bit small. Our windows faced the mosque, but it wasn't an issue; we're sound sleepers and didn't hear anything. Maybe a tiny bit, but nothing critical. It's a city hotel, exactly as described. I was a bit surprised when the cleaner entered my room while I quickly came back from breakfast (I didn’t put up a cleaning sign), but she was very apologetic and handled it well. I booked 2 nights without breakfast and purchased a breakfast coupon during check-in, which saved me 100 baht. The location is the only downside which around 15–20 mins walk to Bangla Road and Patong Beach. However, there are good local food options about 10 mins away. The infinity pool is well maintained, with great cocktail happy hours. A perfect place to relax away from the busy nightlife. I would definitely come back to stay here again.

This resort is located in Rawai, and it’s a great choice if you’re looking to stay away from the chaos of Patong. We booked a room with direct pool access, and it was absolutely worth it, especially in Thailand’s warm weather. We also really enjoyed the fresh coconut juice and mango sticky rice from the small kiosk just outside the hotel. It’s very convenient, with a convenience store nearby as well perfect for quick snacks. The beach area has a lovely atmosphere, especially the chairs under the trees, which make for a relaxing spot to sit and enjoy the view. However, swimming isn’t ideal as the water is a bit murky. It also seemed like some drainage from nearby resorts flows directly into the sea, which was disappointing.

If your room is located before A East 510, you'll likely have an amazing view. So, it depends on your luck. We happened to stay in 510, and it offered a fantastic sea view. Personal experience: As someone who enjoys fitness, I can confidently say that this hotel's gym is the best I've encountered in any hotel. It's well-equipped, clean, and spacious, which I'm extremely satisfied with. The entire hotel is quite large, so taking a stroll around is also a nice option. Exiting through the hotel's back door, staff members are available to help you hail a taxi and cross the road, which is a thoughtful touch. The hotel breakfast is also very generous. If you've booked breakfast, this one meal will be enough for the day. There are also some small animals like peacocks, chickens, and cats around the hotel, which children will find very entertaining. Overall, I'm very satisfied. It's worth staying here. The only minor drawback is that 7-Eleven stores are about a 10-minute walk away, so on hot days, it can feel a bit far.

We're island hopping, searching for 'our' perfect beach, spending two nights at each spot. This hotel is simply lovely. It's quite intimate, almost a boutique hotel – quiet, peaceful, and perfect for a relaxing getaway without the usual hustle and bustle of larger resorts. Yet, the quality is on par with a Courtyard by Marriott, which I also adore. The breakfast was excellent. Even though there are no dedicated kids' areas, our 7-year-old never got bored: he swam in the pool, played with the jacuzzi, and relaxed on the grass. The beach is about a 10-minute walk away. I actually prefer that it's a bit set back from the lively restaurant strip and requires a short stroll. A special highlight was the rooms with direct pool access. This was my first experience with that, and it was fantastic! And I really enjoyed Kata Beach. Compared to other beaches we've visited, the water here was calm and clear (other beaches were quite stormy due to the rainy season).

I had a pleasant stay at Dinso Resort overall. The staff were all incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. Their excellent service made the experience even more enjoyable. The hotel’s location is also a big advantage. It’s close to many restaurants, cafés, and convenience stores, making it very easy to walk around and find places to eat. The only downside was the swimming pool. Unfortunately, the water didn’t seem clean and looked quite dirty during my stay, which was disappointing and made me choose not to use it. Overall, I had a good experience thanks to the wonderful staff and convenient location. If the pool maintenance were improved, I would definitely rate this hotel even higher.

For the latter half of our trip to Phuket, we switched to the Marina Phuket Resort, nestled between Kata and Karon beaches. Firstly, this hotel boasts a traditional Thai style, built on a hillside with a rich tropical rainforest vibe. Strolling through the grounds feels like being immersed in a romantic jungle. The architecture is distinctly Thai, and the landscaping offers beautiful scenery at every turn. What truly stands out is that the rear of the hotel connects directly to Karon Beach. Come sunset, gazing out at the horizon, the crimson twilight merges with the sea, waves caress the golden sand, and the dark cliff rocks add to a stunning, unparalleled view. You can walk along the soft, fine sand or enjoy playing in the water – it's perfect. Next door, there's a restaurant that hosts fireworks and fire-breathing shows in the evenings, so if your timing is right, you can enjoy them for free. Secondly, the hotel's service is generally attentive and gentle, very much in the Thai style – perfect for a relaxed, slow-paced vacation. Guests receive complimentary dinner daily at the Red Chopsticks restaurant right outside, offering a fusion of cuisines that's pretty decent. Breakfast is served by the pool, though the selection isn't extensive. Finally, I personally feel this hotel is better suited for older families or couples seeking a quiet retreat. For families with young children, there aren't many play areas, and due to its hillside location, it might be inconvenient for the elderly to move around.

Since I didn't book a hotel in advance for Chinese New Year, I decided to book this place as the price for a triple room was quite reasonable. The triple room was actually pretty spacious, and having one bed per person was perfect. Location: Overall, the location isn't super convenient. Luckily, we booked private cars and island hopping tours for both days we stayed. Otherwise, there's really nothing around. This place seems quite convenient for going to Phi Phi Island, though, as there's a pier about a kilometer away. I saw many people returning from there in the afternoon. Patong Beach is about 4-5 kilometers away. Environment: They gave us a room facing the street, and it was incredibly noisy. The sound of motorbikes revving was super loud. I tried asking the front desk to change rooms, but it wasn't possible.

Love the location of the hotel. Smack in the middle of the town, but far from noises (just a bit of noise from the boxing stadium but quiet after 12am). Room was comfortable for 2. they take 2000baht cash depo per room tho, just I thought was too much (they don’t take credit card). The water heater also keeps going too hot and cold.
