We had a great time here for 3 nights, the hotel is beautiful with the Thai northern style design. The room is spacious, clean and quiet. The staff is friendly and helpful. The location is located in the center of the town, so it’s easy to get to anywhere within a short time. The cafe is just opposite the hotel and 7/11 is behind the hotel. We didn’t have breakfast at the hotel because we’re not sure it’s halal or not, but their restaurant has pork menus. Overall, we’re happy staying here.

New Season Square Hotel Located just a 5-minute walk from Lee Garden Plaza, making it a very convenient location. The room was spacious and comfortable. Our first room had an unpleasant smell when we walked in, so we requested a room change at the front desk. The staff were helpful and upgraded us to a larger room with a bathtub, which made our stay much more enjoyable. We booked the Twin Single Bed Room, and it cost around RM250 per night. Overall, it was a great stay with good value for money. The only downside was that the soundproofing wasn’t very good, so you could hear some noise from outside the room.

Other than that, everything is fine — there are convenient power outlets available. Room service and front desk service are perfect. 👌🏿 The location is great, just 600m walking distance to Lee Garden Night Market, and there’s a big 7-Eleven nearby.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a generally wonderful experience. The room was exceptionally clean and cozy, making it a very welcoming space to unwind. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep, and both the water pressure and water heater in the bathroom worked perfectly. However, I did encounter one issue regarding the room layout. The provided working table is quite small, and its corners are remarkably sharp. Unfortunately, I accidentally cut my elbow on one of the sharp edges during my stay. I highly recommend that the hotel management looks into fixing or adding safety guards to these sharp table corners to prevent similar accidents from happening to future guests. Aside from this safety concern, it was a very pleasant stay!

Before heading back to Kuala Lumpur, I spent some time in Hat Yai and enjoyed eating at some authentic local restaurants. I have truly missed Thai food, and I am so glad I got to enjoy it on my last night in Thailand. Hat Yai can be quite difficult for booking holiday hotels, especially during public holidays when so many Malaysians come to visit. As for the hotel, it is located a bit far from the city centre, but the surroundings are quite peaceful. If you are not driving, you can easily use a ride hailing app to get around at any time. The hotel features a cafe and a gym. I did not book breakfast here as I preferred to eat out, plus I had an early flight to catch the next morning. Overall, this hotel offers great value for money and I would certainly recommend staying here.

Pros Second stay here. Excellent location, rooms are clean and spacious Rooms have universal power points, very convenient. Aircon n shower were strong. Cons Buffet itens were ok, but could with more varieties. Refill was slower than tortoise. Breakfast starts at 0630hrs and burners were lighted only at 0630hrs when guests start filling the Breakfast Hall. Orange juice was at less than ¼ mark at 0630hrs, signifying that the orange juice were from the day before. When asked to refill, staff's answer was ”no more”. Stayed 5 days and the orange juice situation was an everyday affair. There was a super big tour group on one of the days, heard was a 3-bus load full of tourists. Food and beverages ran out by 0730hrs, one hour after start time and the slow refills were quickly snapped up. Not enough coffee cups to go round because of the crowd. No extra toilet roll in toilet and we had to resort to using the box of tissue in the room when toilet paper ran out.

The hotel is beautiful, really lovely. I regret not bringing a swimsuit, the pool looked so spacious! The only thing is it's a bit far to Lee Garden Night Market, about 15-20 minutes away. If you want to go to Central, it's about 15 minutes. Also, there's no 7-Eleven nearby, so you need to buy things beforehand or on your way back. Overall, the room was comfortable and I was satisfied.

I stayed at Subanan Resident in Hatyai and had a really good experience overall. The cleanliness is the first thing that stood out — the place is spotless, probably one of the cleanest I’ve stayed at in this price range. The service was also impressive. When I had an issue with the WiFi, I just gave them a call and the staff personally came over to hand me the code face-to-face. Check-in and check-out were both quick and smooth. Even on my first visit, the parking service was clear and well-organised, which made things easier. Location-wise, it’s not in the busy tourist area, which I actually liked. It’s surrounded by local houses, so the vibe is calmer and more relaxing. Within walking distance (about 4 minutes) there’s a Big C Mini, and a 7-Eleven about 7 minutes away. It’s a nice balance — not too far from convenience, but away from the tourist crowds and heat. As for amenities, they’re average. One of the rooms came with a Netflix account, while another didn’t, which was a bit inconsistent. Also, setting it up wasn’t the most straightforward — you need to switch between the TV remote and the Xiaomi box remote, which takes a little figuring out. Overall, if you value cleanliness, friendly service, and a calm local atmosphere over being in the middle of the tourist spots, Subanan Resident is a solid choice. Btw the coffee n tea pastries is just a cupcake and milo powder

The hotel lobby is very hot (not sure why it is without Air Conditioning), the overall stay is good and the location is just nice as McD, KFC and Kru-Pa Yad is just opposite the hotel. For coffee lover, Amazon Cofffee is just in front the hotel. The only cons are the location as it is not that near to the Lee Garden area. But it is within driving range and it’s very near to Central Hatyai and Macro. The room is OK, we rented 2 rooms, one of the are having water blockage issue, which ultimately didn’t get to resolve…. But overall stay is OK as we are outside of the hotel most of the time

This is my personal favorite hotel whenever I visit Hatyai. The price is very reasonable, especially for travelers who just want a comfortable place without expecting luxury. What I love most is that you get the whole room unit to yourself for an affordable price . It’s also not located right in the busy Lee Garden area, which I personally prefer because the surroundings are quieter and less crowded. I don’t mind walking whenever I want to explore the city center. Plus, the hotel is conveniently close to many of my favorite local food spots, and Kim Yong Market is not too far away either.

Aloha Hotel is in a great location, right in the middle of everything. It's just a short walk to Lee Garden Night Market and Kim Yong Market, and the largest 7-Eleven is conveniently located right next to the hotel. Getting a Grab is also very easy. The only downside is that there are stairs leading to the hotel entrance, so it may not be very elderly-friendly or suitable for guests with heavy luggage. Other than that, it offers great value for the price paid.

When I approached her to inform her that I need a hair dryer for my room, she just blush me off and said it was inside the drawer and ask me go check. Obviously I did my check and couldn't find it. Cleanliness wise was abit disappointed. Saw few strands of long hair on the bathroom wall.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Had a wonderful stay at Saran Inn! The room was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The price was also very reasonable, making it great value for money. What impressed us the most was the amazing staff. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. They even helped us find a motorcycle rental shop, which made our trip so much easier. We really appreciated their kindness and excellent service. The only funny thing was the elevator—it made me a little nervous every time I used it 😂. But everything worked fine, and it definitely gave us something to laugh about. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely stay here again. If you’re looking for an affordable, comfortable place to stay with outstanding hospitality, I highly recommend Saran Inn. Thank you to all the amazing staff for making our trip even more enjoyable!

4th time here at p residence, very good price, clean, room fully equipped with kettle, proper place to hang clothes, good size square layout, with balcony, walking distance to all major attractions, plenty of shops.. With all these mentioned above, the small issues like low water pressure and taking stairs become non issues.. Reminder though; no lift, all walk up rooms, you might get lower or upper unit, not suitable if you have elderly who struggle with mobility, other than that, I say book early.. Especially weekend and holidays..

My stay at Patong Bay Hill Resort from 29 June to 2 July was truly a memorable experience. I booked the One Bedroom Suite Pool Access Seaview, and it exceeded my expectations. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The direct pool access was amazing, and waking up to the beautiful sea view every morning made the stay even more special. The room was well maintained and had everything I needed for a relaxing holiday. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. Their hospitality made me feel comfortable throughout my stay. Although the resort is located on a hill, the complimentary shuttle service to and from Patong Beach was convenient and made getting around easy. The resort itself was peaceful and quiet, perfect for relaxing after spending time in the busy streets of Patong. Overall, I had a fantastic stay and would definitely recommend Patong Bay Hill Resort to anyone looking for a spacious room, stunning views, and a peaceful atmosphere while still being close to Patong’s attractions. I would happily stay here again on my next trip to Phuket. Thank you for making my holiday such an enjoyable one!

The pool water was very clean, and being on the 7th floor with no obstructions, the view was excellent. The room was super spacious and very clean, with all the sofas and chairs looking brand new. The front desk staff were very friendly during check-in and even offered welcome drinks. The only downside was the breakfast. Although it's served until 10:30 AM, by a little past 9 AM, almost all the food trays were empty. There were only 2-3 trays with a small amount of food left. I walked around and couldn't find anything to eat, which was quite disappointing. Eventually, a staff member brought me a plate of stir-fried rice noodles, which at least filled me up. This was the first time in decades of traveling that I've encountered such a breakfast situation. We stayed for two nights, and the breakfast on the second day was only slightly better, still feeling like leftovers. It's also quite close to the King Power Duty-Free Shop.

This hotel is a Thai-style garden resort, and checking in allows you to breathe in the fresh air of the large garden. I've stayed here 5 times over the years, practically becoming a VIP. At breakfast, I saw people of all races and colors, proving it's truly loved by travelers worldwide. The service is beyond reproach. Every time I go to Thailand, I make sure to stay here for a couple of days. Even though the sea isn't crystal clear and the beachfront bungalows are a bit basic, being in one of those bungalows while a storm rages outside with high winds and crashing waves is incredibly atmospheric.

Splash Beach Resort Maikhao Phuket I had a wonderful stay at Splash Beach Resort Maikhao Phuket and would definitely consider coming back. One thing that immediately stood out was the excellent hospitality. Even though I only checked in around 6 PM, the staff kindly offered me a complimentary late check-out until either 2 PM or 3 PM. I chose the 3 PM option, which gave me plenty of time to enjoy the facilities without feeling rushed. The location is very convenient, only about 10–15 minutes from Phuket International Airport. The room rates were also very reasonable, likely because it is currently the low season, making it excellent value for money. The resort itself is very spacious. Since the property covers a large area, buggy carts are available to transport guests between the reception, guest rooms, and various facilities around the resort, making it easy to get around. The facilities are excellent. There are separate swimming pools for adults and children. The children’s pool is especially lively, with the staff organizing games and fun activities throughout the day. The gym is well-equipped and provides complimentary towels and drinking water. The resort also has a private beach, which is one of the best places to watch airplanes taking off because of its close proximity to the airport. From the guest rooms, you can also enjoy watching airplanes flying high overhead shortly after takeoff, adding a unique touch to the stay for anyone who enjoys aviation. The rooms are spacious and comfortable for two people. I also appreciated the large bathroom, which features both a separate bathtub and a walk-in shower. The only disappointment during my stay was that the water park was closed due to renovation or ongoing construction. According to the staff, it is expected to reopen around October, so future guests should be able to enjoy this additional attraction. I did encounter one maintenance issue: the toilet flush handle in my bathroom was broken, so flushing required manually pulling the internal mechanism each time. I intended to report it, but I only noticed the problem late at night. I tried calling the reception, but no one answered, possibly because it was already around midnight. The next day, I completely forgot to mention it because I was busy making the most of the late check-out by enjoying the swimming pools, the gym, and the private beach. Despite that minor issue, every staff member I met was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful throughout my stay. Overall, I had a very enjoyable experience. Between the spacious facilities, convenient location near the airport, excellent service, and relaxing atmosphere, I would happily stay here again. Once the water park reopens, I believe the resort will become an even better destination for families as well as travelers looking for a relaxing getaway near Phuket Airport.

Would like to sincerely thank The Nature Phuket for giving us such a wonderful and memorable experience during our stay, even though it was only for one night in Phuket. From the moment we stepped into the hotel, we were greeted with such warmth and hospitality that instantly made us feel welcomed and comfortable. The atmosphere and vibes of the hotel were absolutely amazing, and every staff member we met was genuinely friendly and accommodating. A special shoutout to the team for successfully fulfilling our requests, especially the last-minute birthday surprise for my friend. I had forgotten to inform them earlier, but after confirming her birthday through her passport, they thoughtfully managed to prepare a sweet surprise for her on the very same day. We were truly touched by the effort and sincerity shown by the team. Everything about our stay exceeded our expectations, from the excellent service to the fun time we had enjoying the swimming pool together. Decided last minute to stay two nights in Patong to experience its bustling beach. After checking in, I realized the hotel was in the 'Arab Street' area, with many Middle Eastern and Indian guests. Even the buffet dinner was Indian food – it felt like I'd landed in India! However, this hotel is a chain business-style establishment, so the facilities and management are reliable. The location is excellent: a 5-minute walk to the seafood market, 10 minutes to malls like Big C and Jungceylon, and a 2-minute walk to 7-Eleven. It’s far enough from the lively Bangla Road to be quiet, which is a plus. It's convenient for shopping and getting to the airport later. The rooftop pool has clean water and offers beautiful sunset views. There's also a simple gym. The room's air conditioning was very strong, and they provided a beach bag and bathrobes. The downsides are that the room wasn't very soundproof; I was woken from my nap by loud music from next door, with the sound seeming to come through the Wi-Fi box. Also, the carpet in the elevator was quite dirty.

The staff are quite pleasant, the pool is average with a bar on the outside of it. I thought the buffet breakfast was very average for the 350 baht fee. They also have a cafe that serves meals which is quite nice, but you can't get room service till after 11:30 normally. It's not a guest friendly hotel so after the first guest you have there, you will be charged an additional 500 baht per night for further guests. The wifi is very quick but the air-conditioning was quite noisy.Overall I'd give it a 6/10.

The resort has 2 pools, and most rooms are pool-access. The price before Chinese New Year was 440 a night, which is decent value for money. It's very close to Rawai Beach, with a 7-Eleven and sea-view restaurants right outside. Now for the downsides: 1. No clothes rack in the room, so no way to wash and dry clothes. 2. The hotel doesn't offer breakfast. 3. For a family of three, there's an extra charge of 150 THB for the child, but no extra bed is provided. 4. I subtly got the feeling that Chinese guests aren't particularly welcome. This is just my personal feeling and for reference only.

It was great to have the airport transfer arranged for my late-night arrival. I messaged them on LINE when my flight arrived earlier than expected, and they came to pick me up right away. For 4000 yen a night, I thought this service was excellent value for money. The only downside is that the walls are a bit thin, so it might not be suitable for a larger group staying for multiple nights. The staff were mostly very pleasant, and the front desk was kind enough to help me with a phone call in Thai.

Unbeatable value for money! Google Maps will lead you into an alley, and the tallest building there is this hotel. I initially booked it just for a layover, with no expectations, but it turned out to be surprisingly good. For just over 200 yuan, you can even see the sea. The lobby is huge, and there's a pool, though we didn't get to use it. The room was very clean and new. Someone was there to help with luggage right at the lobby entrance and even brought it up to our room and set it down. The front desk staff were also very friendly and welcoming to Chinese guests, even giving us afternoon tea vouchers. It was absolutely fantastic and definitely a place I'd stay at again! Too bad I didn't take any photos, but it's absolutely worth it and comparable to a Hilton Garden Inn in China.

I had a wonderful stay at Graceland Resort—I can’t be any happier. I arrived pretty late at night, and all I asked for was a nice, quiet room. The front desk lady Jenny at that time of night was incredibly considerate and sweet .She upgraded me to a pool room, and I truly appreciate that. Also, there was a lovely cleaning lady Kanyakorn who cleaned me room every day and was very attentive and pleasant , she let me borrowed the iron exceptionally longer period of time😅Overall, I felt taken care of and very welcomed. The service and hospitality were excellent. The breakfast was okay—I’d rate it about 6.7 out of 10—but the hotel itself is beautiful. It has a couple of pools and it’s right on the beach, with many restaurants around. Hotel got a small gym as well which is good enough for few days workout and oh yes they offer complimentary half an hour morning trainings as well which was nice . I also remember a v kind gesture from them i ordered late night food and they forgot to deliver to bring and on being reminded the food and beverage manager felt terribly sorry and wanted to send free meal next day which wasn’t needed for me so I declined politely but they were so sweet they still ended up sending a fruit platter to room.In all , with such great hospitality, I would definitely come back to the hotel. Customer service was awfully wonderful.

My Stay at Beyond Patong was one of the best hotel stays in very long time. The Hotel is located In Phuket, which is one of the best locations. Near the beach, Restaurants, and local food. Cleanliness of the Hotel is Immaculate, the rooms were really nice especially the suites very unique layout. The Staff I will have to say, Some of nicest people you will ever meet. The Staff is also bilingual which helps with questions you may have in exploring around Phuket. My future trips to Phuket Thailand, and hotel stay will be Beyond Patong. I will miss the lovely staff - Baimond, Kratae, Gigi, Sasi, Nevi , Nam , James, Fam,Oscar, Mario, Garfiq . I hope I didn’t forget anyone 😅. The resort is lush with tropical greenery, and the Angkor Wat-style sculptures make for great photos. Kids could spend an entire day here! The rooms are spacious, and all come with balconies. The standard rooms are quite large, and there are family rooms available with bunk beds. Some room types offer direct pool access, allowing you to step right into the water from your door, which creates a wonderful holiday vibe. Some front desk staff can communicate in basic Mandarin. The breakfast selection is sufficient, with options like porridge, tropical fruits, and omelets alongside Western dishes. 3. Outstanding value for its location: Karon Beach has bigger waves and is less crowded than Patong. You don't need to take a car to get to the beach. Food prices in the surrounding area are also lower than in Patong.

The hotel has buffet breakfast but it has definitely downsized since 2023 so don’t expect much variety. Their food is good for in-room dining and the pools are well-maintained. The cleanliness was definitely the biggest failure in terms of “value for money” considering there is a slimy/sticky residue whenever any sort of moisture meets the floor (coming out of the shower/sweaty from hot weather/coming inside from the balcony bath) and the towels have noticeable stains in them. The bathroom sink only had hot water and the toilet was disgusting - flushing water had a sewage smell. The hotel staff are very helpful and friendly - going beyond to help out. Overall, though, the hotel has a “run down” feeling and an atmosphere of neglect in maintenance. The plumbing in our room (sink & toilet water) could be due to lack of use but it’s still a shame to spend that much money and receive a mediocre room experience.

Overall, we really enjoyed our stay! It's better to book rooms from 48 sq m and up. We had a 30 sq m room, which was a bit small. Our windows faced the mosque, but it wasn't an issue; we're sound sleepers and didn't hear anything. Maybe a tiny bit, but nothing critical. It's a city hotel, exactly as described. We really loved the staff! Almost everyone was responsive and friendly. The reception, the male room service staff, and the ladies at dinner were all fantastic finds. A special thank you to the chef! We recently spent a wonderful few days at Kalima Resort and had an exceptionally pleasant experience. The service truly stands out. We were able to check in around 1 PM, even though the official check-in time was 3 PM, which was a very welcome relief after our journey. All the hotel staff are incredibly friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. You can feel the high level of service and a genuine desire to make guests' stays comfortable. The breakfasts here are simply magnificent – some of the best we've had in Thailand. There's a huge selection of dishes to suit every taste: a variety of pastries, a chocolate fountain, Nutella and peanut butter, several types of meat, fish, sushi rolls, chicken shawarma, and much more. Everything is beautifully presented, and the dishes are constantly replenished; nothing runs out, even closer to the end of breakfast service. We stayed in a sea-view room, and this view was the highlight of our stay at the hotel. The panorama is so breathtaking that it feels like you're on an observation deck with a nearly 240-degree view. The glass balconies and floor-to-ceiling panoramic doors allow you to enjoy the sea even without leaving your room. The room itself is very cozy and pleasant, and the hotel grounds are well-maintained, green, and very photogenic. The pool is nice and comfortable, although the stunning views remained the main draw of the hotel for us. The location is also good: if you're traveling by scooter or car, you can reach Patong in just a few minutes. Walking isn't very convenient, but this wasn't a drawback for us. Kalima Resort left us with very fond memories. It's a place we'd love to return to for the amazing views, excellent service, and truly luxurious breakfasts.

This resort is located in Rawai, and it’s a great choice if you’re looking to stay away from the chaos of Patong. We booked a room with direct pool access, and it was absolutely worth it, especially in Thailand’s warm weather. We also really enjoyed the fresh coconut juice and mango sticky rice from the small kiosk just outside the hotel. It’s very convenient, with a convenience store nearby as well perfect for quick snacks. The beach area has a lovely atmosphere, especially the chairs under the trees, which make for a relaxing spot to sit and enjoy the view. However, swimming isn’t ideal as the water is a bit murky. It also seemed like some drainage from nearby resorts flows directly into the sea, which was disappointing.

We had a street-facing room this time, and the noise from motorcycles and tuk-tuks at night was so loud we couldn't sleep. If you're considering this hotel and are sensitive to noise, definitely avoid the street-facing rooms. The common areas are small, and the lobby was hot with no air conditioning. The staff lacked a service-oriented mindset; no one offered to help with luggage, and the restaurant staff were casually chatting amongst themselves. The room decor was a retro nightclub style, which I guess is a matter of personal taste.

prices are very reasonable! amazing location, 2 mins walk from bangla walking street and 5 mins to the beach. the rooms were spacious and the bed was comfortable enough. i LOVED that the air conditioning could get super cold. breakfast service was slow despite us being the only people there, but the food and drinks were absolutely delicious issues i had: the shower temperature rarely got warm, and if it did, it lasted only a few seconds. expect to shower in room temperature water (not cold, so it's ok with me). their swimming pool honestly tastes a little weird (i have been to many swimming pools and inevitably get pool water in my mouth, this one tasted really weird), and my eyes really stung when i opened my eyes (i can open my eyes in saltwater and pools with no issues so this was weird to me) other than that, service was good, and i truly enjoyed the location of this hotel

I booked a sea-view room, which was quite good. I chose this hotel after comparing several others because of the spacious rooms. The overall environment of the hotel is excellent, with lush greenery and even several peacocks roaming around. The staff were very nice and helpful, the breakfast was abundant, and the coffee was delicious. Karon Beach is also quite close, just a 5-minute walk away. A special heads-up: when booking hotels overseas, always make sure to select the correct number of guests. I didn't, and since the order couldn't be modified, I ended up paying extra for breakfast for one adult and one child at the front desk.

## Facilities: The facilities are quite comprehensive. There's a public swimming pool, lounge chairs, and a small bar. The room has a fridge and a vanity, and the balcony has a drying rack, but no hangers. The air conditioning in the room was very loud and blew directly onto the bed, and the fridge was also noisy. ## Cleanliness: The room was cleaned daily by the housekeeping staff and kept very tidy. ## Service: The front desk staff were all very good, and the dark-skinned gentleman at the entrance was also very nice. ## Other: During our stay, we didn't experience any of the discrimination that others have mentioned. Although our room was on the very end of the 4th floor with virtually no view outside, there were also rooms with good locations given to Chinese guests. Next to us, there was a white family whose room also had a poor location. From this perspective, I wouldn't say it's discrimination against Chinese people. One more thing to mention is that we stayed from July 20th to 23rd, and there was an empty plot of land outside. At night, various small animals made a lot of noise, which was really disruptive to sleep. During the day, there was a construction site nearby, and work started at dawn, haha. I guess that's not really the hotel's fault, just sharing our experience during the stay.

For the latter half of our trip to Phuket, we switched to the Marina Phuket Resort, nestled between Kata and Karon beaches. Firstly, this hotel boasts a traditional Thai style, built on a hillside with a rich tropical rainforest vibe. Strolling through the grounds feels like being immersed in a romantic jungle. The architecture is distinctly Thai, and the landscaping offers beautiful scenery at every turn. What truly stands out is that the rear of the hotel connects directly to Karon Beach. Come sunset, gazing out at the horizon, the crimson twilight merges with the sea, waves caress the golden sand, and the dark cliff rocks add to a stunning, unparalleled view. You can walk along the soft, fine sand or enjoy playing in the water – it's perfect. Next door, there's a restaurant that hosts fireworks and fire-breathing shows in the evenings, so if your timing is right, you can enjoy them for free. Secondly, the hotel's service is generally attentive and gentle, very much in the Thai style – perfect for a relaxed, slow-paced vacation. Guests receive complimentary dinner daily at the Red Chopsticks restaurant right outside, offering a fusion of cuisines that's pretty decent. Breakfast is served by the pool, though the selection isn't extensive. Finally, I personally feel this hotel is better suited for older families or couples seeking a quiet retreat. For families with young children, there aren't many play areas, and due to its hillside location, it might be inconvenient for the elderly to move around.

Since I didn't book a hotel in advance for Chinese New Year, I decided to book this place as the price for a triple room was quite reasonable. The triple room was actually pretty spacious, and having one bed per person was perfect. Location: Overall, the location isn't super convenient. Luckily, we booked private cars and island hopping tours for both days we stayed. Otherwise, there's really nothing around. This place seems quite convenient for going to Phi Phi Island, though, as there's a pier about a kilometer away. I saw many people returning from there in the afternoon. Patong Beach is about 4-5 kilometers away. Environment: They gave us a room facing the street, and it was incredibly noisy. The sound of motorbikes revving was super loud. I tried asking the front desk to change rooms, but it wasn't possible.

Absolutely loved this hotel! The ambiance is fantastic, and the exterior has a really stylish design with lots of greenery. There are several pools, but the rooftop infinity pool with sea views is definitely the highlight. The room design is practical and comfortable, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The staff were very helpful, assisting with luggage to the room. The breakfast spread was incredibly generous, offering everything from stir-fries and salads to yogurt, bread, and even raw marinated dishes. I'll definitely be staying here again on my next visit!

The hotel staff were incredibly kind, and we had a very comfortable stay. The pool was absolutely amazing and created some unforgettable memories. I would definitely want to stay here again if I visit Phuket. The only slight downside is the inconvenient access from the airport, but other than that, everything was perfect, a solid 10/10.

My room was nice and clean, and the hotel is in a perfect location, close to everything in Patong. Unfortunately, I was given a joined room with a locked door connecting to the next room. my stay was completely ruined by the guests next door. They were extremely loud late at night and early in the morning while I was trying to sleep. There was also a strong cigarette smell coming into my room, and even worse, I could clearly hear *** ****** through the wall. I wore earplugs, but they didn’t help at all. I called reception and even banged on the wall to warn them, but they did not quiet down at all. The noise continued and became an absolute nightmare. I barely got any sleep. The room and location are good, but soundproofing is terrible, and noise control by the hotel is very poor. If you’re a light sleeper or value peace and rest, I do not recommend staying here.
