I have stayed at Centara Hotel Hat Yai many times throughout the years, and they never fail to impress me. Upon arriving at around 12:30 PM, the front desk team was warm, attentive, and professional. We were welcomed with a refreshing welcome drink and were pleasantly surprised to be granted an early check-in, which was greatly appreciated after our journey. Later that evening, we returned to our room and found a complimentary fruit platter waiting for us. It was a thoughtful gesture that made our stay even more memorable. Centara Hotel Hat Yai remains my first and only choice whenever I visit Hat Yai due to its excellent location, comfortable rooms, and outstanding hospitality. My only minor feedback would be that sound insulation between rooms could be improved, as noise from neighboring rooms can sometimes be heard. I also noticed that the breakfast buffet spread is slightly smaller compared to previous years. Nevertheless, this is still an excellent hotel, and I look forward to staying here again on my next visit.

We had a great time here for 3 nights, the hotel is beautiful with the Thai northern style design. The room is spacious, clean and quiet. The staff is friendly and helpful. The location is located in the center of the town, so it’s easy to get to anywhere within a short time. The cafe is just opposite the hotel and 7/11 is behind the hotel. We didn’t have breakfast at the hotel because we’re not sure it’s halal or not, but their restaurant has pork menus. Overall, we’re happy staying here.

And the location is nearby Central Hatyai but it would be a bit far if you go there by walk. So taking a motorbike would be more recommended.

This hotel was a pleasant stay for me. It is very clean and the location is super convenient as it is just opposite Central Festival Hatyai and next to Makro. Other popular tourist spots are also nearby within around 3KM and easy to get around by renting a bike or using Grab/Maxim. Service was great, we arrived early around 7:30AM just to drop our luggage and the staff were happy to keep it. They even allowed us to check in an hour earlier since our room was ready. Amenities were good and looked very nice although I did not have time to enjoy them as I was mostly busy food hunting. The staff were friendly, helpful, spoke decent English and some Malay and breakfast did not have many choices but was acceptable and suited my taste as a Malaysian. Kim Yong market is 400 metres away where you can shop for about anything from clothes wear, dried food and 7 eleven (yes 7 eleven) for shopping. And if you have the numbers, the hotel barn can arrange a van at very reasonable price to visit sights in Songkla.

Stayed here for 3 days and 2 nights. The downside is that the air conditioning is not cold, the lighting is not bright enough, and the WiFi is really weak 😤. Other than that, everything is fine — there are convenient power outlets available. Room service and front desk service are perfect. 👌🏿 The location is great, just 600m walking distance to Lee Garden Night Market, and there’s a big 7-Eleven nearby.

The room was clean, spacious, and reasonably priced. There was plenty of parking space available for guests. The hotel is within walking distance of Hatyai Central Mall, which is very convenient. This was my second stay at the hotel, and I am very satisfied with the overall experience. The only issue was that the water heater in Room 707 was not working. The maintenance team checked it, but unfortunately, they were unable to resolve the problem as the unit was malfunctioning. Another inconvenience was the ironing facility. Guests are charged 100 Baht per hour to use the iron, and only a garment steamer was available, which was not very easy to use. There was also no ironing board or suitable stand provided, making it difficult to iron clothes properly. This aspect was quite inconvenient and could be improved to enhance the guest experience.

Before heading back to Kuala Lumpur, I spent some time in Hat Yai and enjoyed eating at some authentic local restaurants. I have truly missed Thai food, and I am so glad I got to enjoy it on my last night in Thailand. Hat Yai can be quite difficult for booking holiday hotels, especially during public holidays when so many Malaysians come to visit. As for the hotel, it is located a bit far from the city centre, but the surroundings are quite peaceful. If you are not driving, you can easily use a ride hailing app to get around at any time. The hotel features a cafe and a gym. I did not book breakfast here as I preferred to eat out, plus I had an early flight to catch the next morning. Overall, this hotel offers great value for money and I would certainly recommend staying here.

A nice place to stay in. Check in was fast and easy. I booked 2 rooms. Rooms look new with simple fuss free design. International plug point with USB which is great. Floor ( non carpeted ) feels a little bit dusty but rest of the furnitures are clean. I just gave a quick wipe with the toilet floor towel and it was all good. Had a good sleep , quiet room. Has in house parking area ( the guard helped to get parking slots ) Many massage parlours nearby hotel. Happy with the hotel.

If you want to go to Central, it's about 15 minutes. Also, there's no 7-Eleven nearby, so you need to buy things beforehand or on your way back. Overall, the room was comfortable and I was satisfied.

When I travel to Hatyai, I usually will book this S.C. Heritage Hotel! The vibes are wonderful and also the price is affordable. The location of the hotel is strategic and nearby to the city centre. You can also go to the Hatyai train station easily! This is my favorite hotel and I recommend this hotel too! Check out the view from my room at level 6! (refer to the picture). There's also a limited parking space provided! Overall, the hotel is clean, proper, affordable, accessible and simple! Suitable for family, couple or solo travelers!

When I approached her to inform her that I need a hair dryer for my room, she just blush me off and said it was inside the drawer and ask me go check. Obviously I did my check and couldn't find it. Cleanliness wise was abit disappointed. Saw few strands of long hair on the bathroom wall.

This is my third stay at this hotel, and it's truly fantastic. The hotel grounds are like a beautiful garden, absolutely lovely. Even though it's not in the bustling Patong Beach area, the hotel offers a free shuttle service to and from Patong. It's about a 20-30 minute ride one way. Taxis there and back would cost around 80 baht, so it saved me some meal money! If you don't want to venture out, you can just relax on the hotel's beach, feel the sand between your toes, and do some simple snorkeling. If I ever come back to Phuket, this hotel will definitely be my first choice again. Highly recommended!

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Splash Beach Resort. Everything was excellent from the moment we arrived until check-out. The reception team and all hotel staff were incredibly welcoming, professional, and attentive throughout our stay. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. I was especially impressed by the staff’s attention to detail and the genuine care they showed to every guest. The hotel facilities were outstanding, and everything was organized perfectly. The restaurants and bars at the resort were fantastic. The food was delicious, and the drinks were excellent. One of my favorite parts of the hotel was the beautiful beachfront swimming pool — such an amazing place to relax and enjoy the atmosphere. A special thank you to Anna and Duan at the reception for taking such great care of us. Their kindness and professionalism made our experience even more memorable. I was truly impressed with everything and will definitely come back again in the future. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Phuket!

I really liked the hotel. The biggest plus is the location. It's only about an 11-minute walk from the airport, so if you need to stay overnight between flights or just don't want to travel anywhere after a flight, this is a very convenient option. The breakfast is quite tasty, and the hotel is clean, cozy, and comfortable. Everything is tidy, and the staff is pleasant. For its price, the hotel fully meets expectations and is an excellent choice for a short stay. As for the downsides, I'd note the absence of slippers and dental amenities (toothbrush and toothpaste) in the room, as well as rather weak internet. Overall, I liked everything else, and my impressions were positive. I would gladly stay here again.

When we arrive around noon time, room is not ready, we wait for 3hrs and the receptionist said free ug to deluxe room, but after 3 hrs, we got the room with Twins bed (originally booked king bed)on the ground floor, room facing to the renovation site. Then, we change to a new room with King but without upgrade and no apologize. The ventilation of the toilet is not good. The water pressure of the showerhead is low. The housekeeping put our cloths on the lamp shade after cleaning. The room was noisy at midnight due to restaurant downstairs boardcast the music with the speaker. The people walk by the corridor also noisy. The pillows are not comfortable too.

Excellent family hotel! Breakfasts are good until 10:00 AM; they keep replenishing and cooking until the very end, so you can linger. The grounds are large and well-maintained. The water park is super – great fun for both adults and kids; we couldn't get our child off the slides! There are two large slides, plus a small pool with slides for younger children. Plenty of sun loungers for everyone. The hotel cafe is inexpensive. There's a kids' playroom (schedule in photos). Not many Russians here. The beach is just across the road. Opposite the hotel, you'll find a 7/11, cafes, and massage places. Kata beach is about a 20-minute walk away. Honestly, no complaints at all; we loved everything.

Unbeatable value for money! Google Maps will lead you into an alley, and the tallest building there is this hotel. I initially booked it just for a layover, with no expectations, but it turned out to be surprisingly good. For just over 200 yuan, you can even see the sea. The lobby is huge, and there's a pool, though we didn't get to use it. The room was very clean and new. Someone was there to help with luggage right at the lobby entrance and even brought it up to our room and set it down. The front desk staff were also very friendly and welcoming to Chinese guests, even giving us afternoon tea vouchers. It was absolutely fantastic and definitely a place I'd stay at again! Too bad I didn't take any photos, but it's absolutely worth it and comparable to a Hilton Garden Inn in China.

The location is perfect—just steps away from Patong Beach, yet peaceful enough to relax away from the crowds. We loved being able to walk to the beach in minutes while still having easy access to nearby restaurants, shops, and nightlife. The resort itself is beautiful and well-maintained, with spacious rooms and very comfortable beds. Our room was clean, modern, and had a lovely balcony where we could unwind in the evenings. The housekeeping team did a great job every day, keeping everything spotless. One of the highlights of our stay was definitely the pool area. The resort has multiple pools, so it never felt too crowded, and there were always plenty of loungers available. It created a really relaxing atmosphere, perfect for a couple’s getaway. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive throughout our stay. From check-in to check-out, everyone was welcoming and helpful, always greeting us with a smile. Their service really made us feel valued and taken care of. We also enjoyed the breakfast buffet, which had a wide variety of options—both local Thai dishes and international choices. Everything was fresh and delicious, and it was a great way to start each day. Overall, Graceland Resort & Spa exceeded our expectations. Cleanliness: Very good. I even saw the cleaning staff take off their shoes before entering to clean the room. Service: Mostly okay. It was during a marathon, so there were a lot of guests, but the basic services were met. The front desk seemed to have some new staff members; there was a mix-up with unlocking my door, which led me to run up and down four times. They could definitely use more training and shouldn't be distracted while serving guests. Environment: This is a large hotel within the Laguna complex. It offers great value for money, which explains why it's so popular. The hotel has its own pool, and transportation within the community is very convenient. Facilities: Decent. The bed was too soft for my liking, not very comfortable to sleep on. However, for the price, the value is excellent, and the lake view room is absolutely stunning – highly recommended! The hotel also recommended a very affordable massage place, conveniently located within the Laguna community.

Amazing hotel staff, was worried at first it would be loud at night but it was quiet for the 3 nights I spent here and slept really well. Location is good, 10 minutes walking distance from the Bangla street and clubbing area. Calling a Grab car or taxi is convenient as well with the front parking space directly on the road. Regarding amenities, you can use the rooftop pool or gym. Only thing lacking is there's no face tissue provided. Although there's always 3 rolls of toliet paper prepared in the bathroom.

Orico is highly rated across all platforms. We booked a room with direct pool access and were given room 1116, which we were very happy with as it's in the prime central location! The cot was already set up and ready for us. I'm giving this place five stars across the board. Of course, there are some minor drawbacks, like the humidity and the number of mosquitoes, and you can clearly hear chairs being dragged on the second floor. However, our whole family had an amazing experience! We can accept these small issues, as we're right by the water, and a little mosquito spray on the duvet helps. All the staff were friendly and welcoming, smiling and greeting my daughter. The breakfast environment was also excellent. Upon check-in, they proactively came to help with our luggage. There are a lot of Chinese guests here!

Overall, we really enjoyed our stay! It's better to book rooms from 48 sq m and up. We had a 30 sq m room, which was a bit small. Our windows faced the mosque, but it wasn't an issue; we're sound sleepers and didn't hear anything. Maybe a tiny bit, but nothing critical. It's a city hotel, exactly as described. We really loved the staff! Almost everyone was responsive and friendly. The reception, the male room service staff, and the ladies at dinner were all fantastic finds. A special thank you to the chef! The dinners were absolutely delicious. We were very satisfied. We chose from the menu, and the Caesar salad and fish were simply amazing! 😍

The hotel is huge, and the environment is excellent, making it perfect for photos, giving off a strong vacation vibe. There's a side door that leads directly to the beach, where you'll find plenty of restaurants and massage parlors nearby. Another exit also leads to various local eateries that are both affordable and delicious. The massages are also very cheap and comfortable. The only downside was the hotel's breakfast, which was a bit bland (like 'white people food') and not cheap either. It was definitely better to go to a nearby small shop for brunch instead. The hotel staff also folded super cute towel animals. It was a perfect trip! Even though it's the rainy season, we had four days of bright sunshine and even saw a stunning sunset, which was incredibly lucky!

We recently spent a wonderful few days at Kalima Resort and had an exceptionally pleasant experience. The service truly stands out. We were able to check in around 1 PM, even though the official check-in time was 3 PM, which was a very welcome relief after our journey. All the hotel staff are incredibly friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. You can feel the high level of service and a genuine desire to make guests' stays comfortable. The breakfasts here are simply magnificent – some of the best we've had in Thailand. There's a huge selection of dishes to suit every taste: a variety of pastries, a chocolate fountain, Nutella and peanut butter, several types of meat, fish, sushi rolls, chicken shawarma, and much more. Everything is beautifully presented, and the dishes are constantly replenished; nothing runs out, even closer to the end of breakfast service. We stayed in a sea-view room, and this view was the highlight of our stay at the hotel. The panorama is so breathtaking that it feels like you're on an observation deck with a nearly 240-degree view. The glass balconies and floor-to-ceiling panoramic doors allow you to enjoy the sea even without leaving your room. The room itself is very cozy and pleasant, and the hotel grounds are well-maintained, green, and very photogenic. The pool is nice and comfortable, although the stunning views remained the main draw of the hotel for us. The location is also good: if you're traveling by scooter or car, you can reach Patong in just a few minutes. Walking isn't very convenient, but this wasn't a drawback for us. Kalima Resort left us with very fond memories. It's a place we'd love to return to for the amazing views, excellent service, and truly luxurious breakfasts.

This resort is located in Rawai, and it’s a great choice if you’re looking to stay away from the chaos of Patong. We booked a room with direct pool access, and it was absolutely worth it, especially in Thailand’s warm weather. We also really enjoyed the fresh coconut juice and mango sticky rice from the small kiosk just outside the hotel. It’s very convenient, with a convenience store nearby as well perfect for quick snacks. The beach area has a lovely atmosphere, especially the chairs under the trees, which make for a relaxing spot to sit and enjoy the view. However, swimming isn’t ideal as the water is a bit murky. It also seemed like some drainage from nearby resorts flows directly into the sea, which was disappointing.

Excellent, absolutely fantastic! This is my third trip to Phuket, and I've stayed in over a dozen hotels. I can honestly say this might be the one I'll book again next time. I saw a package deal on another platform and I'm already tempted to book it now! The rooms are very new, and the pool is large and beautiful. The only slight drawback is that the breakfast isn't particularly outstanding; it could use more variety. Kata Beach is one of my favorite beaches in Phuket, and there are many great places to eat nearby. The hotel's location is excellent. I highly recommend against staying in Patong. Patong Beach has raw sewage discharging directly into the ocean; it's practically a cesspool, which is truly heartbreaking. I've joined a Phuket environmental protection group. We regularly organize beach cleanups, and I really hope this hotel could organize similar events for guests to participate in, helping us collectively protect the beautiful beaches of Phuket!

There are small convenience stores and restaurants nearby, about a 10-15 minute walk along the main road. If you take the shortcut from the hotel's beach down a small path next to the hotel, it's only about a 5-minute walk. Besides convenience stores, there are also several eateries there, and some even have Chinese menus. The prices are quite reasonable; a pineapple fried rice, a stir-fried noodle dish, and a fresh shrimp spring roll cost around 160-180 RMB.

This hotel had mixed reviews online, but my actual stay was fantastic, especially the ocean view. I booked two nights and requested a room with a good view on the third floor. However, when I checked in, the front desk informed me that those rooms were full and assigned me a room on the first floor next to the lobby for the first night, with a promise to switch me the next day. But it turned out to be quite convenient, with easy access in and out. So, when they called the next morning to switch me, I politely declined. When the weather is clear, the view of Phuket's Kata Beach is truly stunning. The hotel staff also had excellent service. If you're traveling with kids and want to enjoy the water, you can just cross the street to the beach, where there are staff maintaining order. For those who just want to relax and enjoy the view, this place is a no-brainer.

Environment: I chose this hotel specifically because of its strong Southeast Asian style, and it certainly didn't disappoint upon check-in. I absolutely love the hotel's decor, and there's a great pool bar too. Cleanliness: The staff cleaned the floors multiple times daily and cleared leaves from the pool. In the mornings, when leaving, it felt like they were applying mosquito repellent, possibly lemongrass-based, to the ground, which was a thoughtful touch. There were very few mosquitoes in the room. Service: Every staff member was enthusiastic and polite. My friend and I kept saying we'd recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Phuket. The hotel breakfast was also excellent, with a rich variety of dishes and good flavor.

The overall style is very 'old money' – even though some facilities are a bit outdated, the beautiful environment and beach more than make up for it. The hotel has extensive greenery, making it quiet and perfect for a relaxing stay. There are also many restaurants nearby. The service is excellent, and having Chinese-speaking staff available via WeChat for direct contact was a thoughtful touch. The beach is about a 3.5-minute walk away, and the pool is also great for photos and sunbathing.

The room was big and we were really happy with it. We loved the bed — it was very large and comfortable. We didn’t get to use the swimming pool because we didn’t have much time. The staff were great and excellent overall. We did not request housekeeping on our second day. Someone cleaned the room and thank you for that,but they forgot to replace the bath mat when we returned around 11 PM. I was too tired to ask, so I just let it go. However, I was surprised later when they questioned why the bath mat was missing. I definitely had no plans to take a bath mat with me on my way to Koh Pangan! 😂 the lady who assisted us in checked put were so lovely she just did her job and apologize for asking this and she did a great job.And to the guy who assisted printing my bus ticket thank you so much. The towels also weren’t changed during service and there was no bath mat, but honestly, it was fine with us. Still, being accused of taking the bath mat was a bit insane. 😭

This hotel is a solid all-rounder, with the only downside being its inconvenient location. That deadly steep hill definitely gives your lungs and heart a workout! However, it's quite convenient if you're planning a trip to Koh Racha. Plus, there's a cheap massage parlor right down the hill – 300 baht for an hour of pure bliss. The hotel also has a Let's Relax branch, and I tried both. Thailand should really make 'massages' a UNESCO World Heritage! A 7-Eleven is also within a ten-minute walk, and once you go down the hill and turn the corner, there are plenty of restaurants. I tried two, and both tasted pretty good: one Chinese restaurant with couplets (can't remember the name, but it looked like it was run by Cantonese people) and another with two chefs. I booked a garden view room for 600 baht, which came with a super-sized Jacuzzi. Remember to bring bath bombs if you stay here; it's perfect for a soak with your partner. The Jacuzzi is outdoors, so privacy isn't its strongest suit, but you can always wear a swimsuit. The room itself is quite spacious, with a capsule coffee machine and free water. Mini-bar snacks aren't complimentary. The bathroom has a separate wet and dry area, and the room feels very dry and not humid at all. The cleanliness is also quite good. My room wasn't accessible by elevator; I had to walk up a flight of stairs. However, the concierge helped with the luggage, so it wasn't a big issue. The rooftop infinity pool offers a fantastic view overlooking Kata Beach, and there's also a restaurant there. Breakfast is decent, with a different theme every day. The gym equipment is also pretty comprehensive. I didn't encounter any of the discrimination issues I'd heard about online; the staff were all very nice. It's a very modern hotel, and I really liked it. However, it's adults-only and doesn't accommodate children. I think it's perfect for couples, and most of the guests I saw were indeed couples. If I visit Phuket again, I'd definitely consider staying here.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐½ (8.0/10)‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️ Overall, I would rate this hotel 8 .0 out of 10. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the environment was peaceful and enjoyable. The staff were generally pleasant, and the property itself provided a good experience. The environment has an awful smell too‼️‼️‼️‼️ However, the main reason I am not giving this hotel a higher rating is because of the floating breakfast experience, which was honestly disappointing. Guests are charged an additional fee of around 850–1,000 Baht for the floating breakfast, while a regular breakfast costs only about 350–500 Baht. For that premium price, I expected a much better experience and more value for money. The floating breakfast looks beautiful in photographs and is perfect for social media content. Unfortunately, it seems designed more for pictures than for actually enjoying a meal. The food selection was quite limited, and there was not enough variety considering the extra amount being charged. Another issue is that while trying to take pictures, the food remains exposed for a long time. In my experience, insects were attracted to the food, making it less enjoyable to eat afterward. Also, because the tray is floating in the pool, water can sometimes splash into the food and drinks. By the time you finish taking photos and videos, parts of the meal may no longer be appetizing. What disappointed me most was learning that guests who pay extra for the floating breakfast are not allowed to also access the regular breakfast option. After spending a significant amount on the floating breakfast, I felt there should at least be some flexibility or access to the standard breakfast buffet. Instead, it felt like I paid extra mainly for the photo opportunity rather than for a satisfying breakfast experience. My honest advice to future guests is this: book the floating breakfast only if your goal is to take beautiful pictures. If your priority is enjoying a good breakfast, the regular breakfast may provide better value for money. Apart from this issue, I enjoyed my stay, which is why I am still giving the hotel a solid 8.5/10. Improving the floating breakfast experience would easily make this a much stronger overall rating.

Love the location of the hotel. Smack in the middle of the town, but far from noises (just a bit of noise from the boxing stadium but quiet after 12am). Room was comfortable for 2. they take 2000baht cash depo per room tho, just I thought was too much (they don’t take credit card). The water heater also keeps going too hot and cold.
