......apart the location (30 min walk to the centre of Honfleur) and parking, the hotel was nice enough. The staff were friendly and helpful, and a small buffet breakfast. The room was a double, albeit a small one, the bed was firm but not uncomfortable, sadly no kettle and the shower was too small, I couldn't shower probably without smacking my elbow.

J'avais prévu de prendre cette hotel chaque fois que je dois être au CFA promotrans a coté Malheureusement sur 2 semaine passée ça se dégrade J'arrive le dimanche l'accueil par le monsieur est parfait J'arrive dans 2 chambre différente (car deux réservations différente une au début du mois et une a la fin) Dans les deux des problèmes de lumière rien de grave mais bon dans les deux levier n'est pas droit qui crée donc de l'eau stagnante La dame de l'accueil dans la semaine est juste autaine Elle fait des remarques déplacées ET LE PIRE C'EST QU'ELLE ME FAIT FAIRE LA VAISSELLE DE CE QUE J'UTILISE POUR MANGER C'EST INADMISSIBLE J'en passe des verte et des pas mûres Hôtel catastrophe je ne recommande pas a évité a tout pris

What a disappointment....don't go there!!!!!. In their description of the property it fails to mention it is located in an industrial estate, surrounded by commercial properties. The exterior of the property was a disgrace with long grass which had not been mown for some time and gave the impression of being a neglected wilderness. The receptionist did not present a professional appearance, dressed in trousers and a non-descript polo shirt, rather than corporate identity clothing. Given a key for the room on the 2nd floor, we found it did not deactivate the locking mechanism and on return to the reception, the receptionist remonstrated and shouted at my wife saying he was trying to be helpful in the rudest terms. There was no lounge to relax in and no alcohol beverages were available. My wife and I left the premises having been told we would not receive any refund for the three nights we had booked. Thankfully I paid for the rent of the room by Creidt Card and should be able to recover my outlay. A truly disgusting location, property and receptionist. Avoid at all costs!!!!

Très bon accueil, le serveur a répondu avec gentillesse à nos interrogations ; il a été de bons conseils de l'apéritif accompagné de frites de patates douces ainsi que les vins proposés avec les pizzas, délicieuses, bien garnies avec des ingrédients de qualité, bien cuisinées et très bien cuites. De plus, nous avons eu la chance d'avoir la présence d'un chanteur de talent. Bravo à toutes les équipes et bonne continuation !

I booked the hotel online which was a simple operation, I was arriving after reception closed and entry was via an automated machine at the car park entrance. Despite having paid I had to pay again to get my room entry cards which needed calls on my return to U.K. to arrange a refund. I had booked three rooms initially but added another date at the start, these were dealt with as totally separate bookings. The first room was two single beds with a third bed above the singles, the bathroom was very small, the impression was not good. Breakfast was adequate. For the second set of three nights we had to book out of the first room repack all of our kit and move into the second room after 2pm. The second room was much better with a double bed a larger bathroom the whole thing was better. There is free wifi, lots of parking. The manager could have been more helpful with the refund issue.

Welcomed by a lovely lady whose English was better than my French. Easy check in and room was clean and well laid out. Room cleaned every day and fresh towels supplied If you are on a budget this is the place and add to that secure parking, we rode down on Harleys so secure parking is a must, it was a great hotel. Right next door to McDonalds and Buffalo Grill so easy to get fed and watered Close by os petrol stations

Visited the Premiere Class Bayeux whilst on a trip to the area. The hotel is competitively priced. It's also quite basic. There were two people in our room, although the room has beds for three. If it were to be occupied by three people then it would be really cramped - it was congested enough with two people. The room was in decent condition: cleaned daily. However the bathroom is very small. Not much space at all. But the shower was hot and powerful enough so the basics are covered! The beds were comfortable enough for a good night's sleep. A breakfast is provided. I didn't try it, but others reported it as being basic. Overall - basic but certainly workable for a stay if you are looking to stick to a budget.

Het is een prima hotel nette kamer schoon fris ,alleen beetje ingewikkeld hoe je de sleutel van de kamer krijgt als je niet een dag van te voren boekte,na een telefonisch gesprek met de receptie werd het duidelijker verder liet het prima, maar houd er dus rekening mee

L'accueil fut correcte, hôtel situé proche d'un carrefour très fréquenté. Niveau calme toit est à revoir, dès que personne passe dans le couloir les vibrations des ses pas résonnent dans la chambre, on a pu de même suivre la conversation d'une des chambre mitoyenne. Le plafond de la salle de bain est moisis et la peinture s'écaille dans la douche ce qui ne donne pas une bonne impression quand à l'hygiène, bon point il y avait 2 trousseaux de serviettes mis a disposition. Le lit est d'un confort relativement bas de gamme qui grince au moindre mouvement. Pour les boissons proposés avec la bouilloire j'ai eu la surprise d'avoir du lait périmé depuis 1 mois!

We booked Les Jardins de Deauville because we wanted to stay close to friends who live in the area. We thought we would just park our bags, visit our friends and then head up to Deauville for dinner. (We've been to Deauville on previous trips - it's lovely and certainly worth a visit.) However. When we arrived at the property, we had a ”pinch me” moment - the grounds and landscape were stunning. We were personally greeted on arrival by the owner and his amazing staff. He gave us a quick tour and showed us the gorgeous swimming pool before we headed to meet our friends for lunch. We booked a triple room which was very spacious and stylish. On the way to lunch with our friends I asked my family if they really wanted to go up to Deauville for dinner. Our teen said ”Can we please just go back and chill at the hotel?” So we did. The pool is really terrific and I loved that the staff came around and offered orange wedges as a light refreshment. Service at the pool was amazing. Service everywhere in the hotel was amazing. They have considered pretty much every detail and how to balance excellent service without being too stilted. We had an incredible dinner that night but do book ahead on weekends - we had a late seating, which was fine but they do fill up. I had booked the hotel because it was close to our friends' house. I had no expectations - I just wanted a convenient place to stay for the night. It was such a happy surprise to find such an inviting, chic hotel. It's a great base if you do want to visit Deauville but it's also the perfect place to just go and chill for a weekend and think about nothing. Truly love this special place and am so glad we found it!

After an early morning departure from London, a 6 hour ferry ride, and another nearly 2 hours of bus from Caen, we arrived at Grandcamp-Maisy quite tired. Our tour director had our room keys available and we headed to find our rooms. It was worth the search. Very large apartment-style room with a modern kitchen, living-room, separate bedroom, and slightly larger than normal bathroom. Very comfortable and attractive. The separate bedroom was a bit small; very little room to maneuver around the bed, but comfortable and manageable for a single occupant. Just a five minute walk to the beach. The Maisy battery, if you're interested in WWII sites, is not too far away, either. Breakfast was the usual buffet-style offerings, but there were plenty of options and all the food was fresh. There was a minimal staff in January, but we managed to do just fine. A very nice place.

Très bon rapport qualité/ prix pour cette auberge de jeunesse nouvelle génération, tout le personnel a été agréable et compétent. Une mention particulière au chef cuistot du Birgit pour ses délicieux gâteaux faits maison, sa salade de fruits, son coulis de framboise et tout le reste au petit déjeuner. Je recommande cette auberge de jeunesse ainsi que le petit déjeuner XL

Lovely very modern hotel with some nice design and safety features! Friendly and efficient reception and staff. Spacious twin room with partial harbour view which was still excellent with a balcony with ever changing views of ships arriving or leaving! Very easy access to the underground parking with direct access to the hotel with EV charging points! Very modern design inside with bar and lounge areas - pet friendly! Very good breakfast with hot food cooked to order - good coffee . The hotel has a good restaurants where we enjoyed a lovely meal one evening during our stay! Only one minor issue was housekeeping was quite late in the afternoon on two occasions.....but we would definitely stay again!

Nous avons réservé début mai un séjour pour une nuitée sur Rouen. Notre séjour a commencé par une longue file au Check in. Au bout de 20min, une gentille dame a l’accueil nous reçoit et tapote sur son ordinateur. On donne numéro de réservation, elle voit notre numéro de réservation avec un autre nom. On nous demande d’attendre dans le lobby le temps qu’elle aide les autres personnes derrière nous. Nous nous retrouvons donc dans le lobby avec 3 enfants (7ans - 2 ans - 6mois) après un trajet de 7h. Une autre gentille dame du restaurant est venue nous demander si nous souhaitions boire quelque chose. 1h après, on nous explique qu’il y a eu un bug informatique et qu’on nous a trouvé une chambre malgré le fait que l’hôtel est overbooker. On me garantit que c’est la même chose que ce dont on a réservé. Arrivés dans la chambre, un lit manque. On nous demande si nos enfants de 7 et 2 ans ne peuvent pas dormir dans le même lit. Hors de question pour nous. Au final, on nous donne une chambre équivalente à ce dont on a réservé. Le lendemain matin, nous souhaitions aller au petit déjeuner. On rentre par une petite porte dans le restaurant qui était bondé. On nous demande notre numéro de chambre et on nous dit d’attendre. Il y avait bien 15 personnes devant nous. Nous avons donc tourner les talons et avons plié bagages. Nous avons expliqué à la dame de l’accueil que ce n’était pas possible pour nous d’attendre aussi longtemps avec nos enfants. Nous attendons des nouvelles du manager. Nous n’avons vu aucun responsable. Les chambres sont de très bonnes qualités et t bien équipés. Le personnel était super aimable, malgré le fait qu’ils devaient gérer notre mauvaise humeur.

This hotel is brand-new and it is beautiful to look at. Very much style over substance unfortunately. We arrived late and had put room requirements on the booking. When we arrived, there was no cot in the room for our baby, the sofa bed wasn't made up for our toddler, and therefore we had to go back down to reception to ask for this to be sorted as there was no phone in the room to call down. There was no coffee machine or fridge which were stated on the booking, and the television didn't work. The person who helped us was really helpful and got everything sorted as quickly as possible but it didn't feel ready for our arrival. Throughout our visit, we had to visit reception multiple times to ask for more coffee pods, and extra paper cups for coffee which meant they replaced multiple times so we have more than one cup. The pool wasn't ready for our visit which was a shame as we wanted to use it with our toddler. The gym is very small and has very limited equipment looks great, but the free weights are almost like kettlebells and difficult to use. Step free access wasn't clear so had to bump the pram up and down each time. Hopefully within a few months everything will be running more smoothly The on site restaurant is lovely

Abbiamo scelto questo hotel perché la catena Mercure offre sempre un buon comfort. Stanze ampie, pulite, insonorizzate. Un’ottima scelta. Non abbiamo fatto colazione perché non essendo particolarmente affamate al mattino, ci sembrava inutile spendere a testa 17 euro.

Accueil sympathique, chambre et literie de très bonne facture avec produits rituals à disposition Le personnel du restaurant est très sympa et la nourriture est très bonne, que demander de plus ! Une nuitée parfaite !

We are frequent European travellers, used to comparing and contrasting. A nice little hotel and good value too. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff, food, alcohol or anything else. The room was clean and comfortable (interesting colour scheme but not unacceptable) and there were eateries available in the shopping centre across the road. The centre was but a short tram ride away. My wife was not so keen onthe location but I was content overall. A nice little hotel.
