Paradox has so far been the best hospitality and service experience we've had in years. Right from reception, room service to valet. They're friendly, extremely helpful, there are details that you'd never think of heated floors in the bathroom, filtered floral air in the washroom. Right in the middle of downtown, everything is within walking distance, the rooms are absolutely an oasis in the middle of a metropolis. Stay here!

This ****** hotel is amazing, but it is on the pricier side. There was a bit of construction while we were there, which wasn't too impactful. Apart from that, the pool was great for the kids, the location was perfect (we wanted to be near the night market and it's within walking distance). It was a quick and cheap Lyft/Uber to the night life. Overall we'd stay here again.

The restaurant at this hotel was soooo nice; but even nicer was our waiter, Remi. We had our daughter's mother in-law visiting from Morocco this past weekend. She knew very little English; however, Remi saved the day. He knew Parisian French and was able to converse with her very easily. It made our dinner time together very special. Remi also kept watch over us and gave ideas as to how better enjoy our dinner. Thank you Remi~! You are a wonderful ”young man” and so appreciated by us. The Lord bless you. The Davis Family

This was perfectly adequate for my one night stay prior to a cruise. The location is easily accessible from the train from the airport and less than a mile from the cruise terminal. It is no frills but clean. I had a shared bathroom which was a concern but it was fine. You share the bathroom with another room and you will hear them in there but, again, it was one night. There was a sink in the room which was good as you didn't need the bathroom for basic teeth brushing, etc. If I was doing an overnight in Vancouver again, I'd go back.

This hotel is best for cruise travel, because it is the nearest place for departure and arrival in Vancouver.Not only for cruise travel, but also the downtown and commerical area in Vancouver. The travel places which include Stanley Park ,conventional centre and gas town. The skytrain is just on the side of the hotel, you can use the sky train the other regions of Vancouver. I lived 4 nights there with my wife, they cannot provide free parking space for their guest. So that you cannot ask your friend come to visit you in the hotel. The view is the best from your hotel room. I can see the crusies in and out of the harbour and also see the seaplanes flying on the sky and landing on the sea bay. The charge for seaplane of the Vancouver city tour is 199 for each single person,but just half an hour. This hotel can provde you gym facilities and swimming pool. I recommend you to first time in Vancouver on this hotel.

I enjoyed the large and comfortable room at this hotel. We came for a few days ahead of leaving for a cruise. The hotel is centrally located and an easy walk to Granville Island. The biggest concern had nothing to do with the hotel, but there were many homeless persons nearby. They did not bother us, but it was noticeable. There were numerous clubs, restaurants and shops in the area, within a half mile radius. The staff were super helpful and eager to be of assistance. I would stay here again without hesitation.

This is a very clean and welcoming hotel! Unfortunately a few amenities were out of service as they are currently renovating (hot tub and bicycles) but everything else was fantastic. They also accommodated an early check in and late check out with zero surcharge. We would definitely stay here again!

This hotel is very nice and located conveniently in Richmond. Only downside was there were no street parking nearby.

Very professional and supportive receptionists!I have some misarrangement and I was a little bit panic. The receptionists offer me the solution on it and helped me settle the problem. Best experience I ever have! 前台非常专业！非常帮得上忙！ 我在安排上出了点问题，当时就有点慌，前台很快就有解决办法，然后帮我把问题直接给处理好了。属于是最棒的体验了！

Hotel guest services is very poor upon arrival, only focussed on bus service to airport. Way to much valuable free time when no bus runs to airport, that could be sanitizing sitting areas. Very poor communication, information sheet of what the hotel has to offer is only at the front desk. Basically who ever deserves to know the services they offer. The service clerk put that blame on our facilitator, ” That was your facilitator that should have informed you, she had all your keys!” Like every hotel has all those informal sheets provided in all guest rooms. My facilitator is not your employee, she was a guest along with us. Stayed there for 6 days, they considered that a long period of stay and they do not service rooms unless requested. Upon my request was for fresh washcloths, the bed was made the full garbage bins were left and no fresh washcloths as requested. Service clerk turned into a joke and claimed she did not know what I was talking about and did not know what a washcloth was. The filthiest gym, after I had walked in, I really needed to do my exercises. That was my first and last. I was concerned of contracting a staph infection from that hotel. My dozen of eggs and all my vegetables and dip froze in the fridge, the manager said all he can do is offer me a free Breakfast. I replied no, the service on your busiest day the servers have no patience, And my dip alone cost the amount of a breakfast, I can not eat too much restaurant food because I get sick very easy! My vegetables I had provided and accommodate was meant for my lunch during my whole stay. For a very busy hotel I am sure that staff is well informed ahead of time to be mindfully prepared of the amount of guests to be expected for all service provided by hotel. Very poor at the baggage storage, provide tickets, no consistency with tickets, my belongings were seperated, had to return back to hotel to retrieve my belongings, manager claim no contact information or my contact number. Ridiculously EXPENSIVE hotel filled with poor services from front desk to restaurant. Food is very good !

Lovely hotel that is conveniently situated 5 mins away from Broadway-City Hall Skytrain station. Views overlooking the city. Comfortable room and delicious breakfast.

Very good location at a great price! Highly recommend this place especially with amazing staff and daily housekeeping! The building itself is definitely slightly aged, but it's evident that the current management/owners are doing their best to improve the facilities. The good - affordable coin laundry, communal kitchen, very big rooms, amazing rooftop patio and sauna, impeccable location in Vancouver downtown The not so good - no breakfast options, communal kitchen's own pots and pans look iffy, slightly aged facilities (but the communal areas are definitely renovated in recent years) Will stay again if I'm ever in that area!

We booked a junior suite with access to the club lounge. The suite was ok, not exactly huge as we had to lay our second cabin sized suitcase in the living area, which by the way did not have a door between it and the bedroom. The club lounge was very average, not exactly club like as there were kids, babies and toddlers as well as adults in singlets and shorts. Soft beverages were available as were snacks but alcohol had to be purchased. Pretty average compared to other club lounge in terms of the breakfast. We should have gone with a std room and bought breakfast outside .

Great hotel in downtown Vancouver Robson Street. Close proximity to train station and shopping district. Room is big and spacious. Nespresso machine and yoga mat provided in room. Front desk staff are super friendly and welcoming. We enjoyed our stay at this hotel.

We were pleasantly surprised with the excellent quality and design of the room. Everything is very convenient and well-prepared. The furniture is good and new. There is a closet, drawers and a small coffee shop area where you can sit, drink coffee and relax while looking at the view. There was a microwave, coffee machine and a fridge. The bathroom was very elegant and convenient with LED mirrors which are so great if you want to apply makeup on your special day. There were many towels as well with some basic toiletries. The reception staff was always very friendly and helpful. The location is closed to many shops, supermarkets and public transportation. The hotel is very safe and clean.

The hotel appears newly renovated, it is quite clean but the room is a bit small. Ordered for a king size bed but given 2 large king size beds, hence there is no desk if you want to eat and drink in the room. The location is very good at downtown city center, close by to train stations and public transport. It is within a walking distance to waterfront and Yaletown. Receptionist service staff are quite friendly, especially Priscilla, she has been very good for letting me early check in at 8.30 AM. I was also allowed for a late check out at 12PM. I would recommend this hotel for anybody whilst in Vancouver.

Location is very convenient, has a few malls close by. Washroom has a stinky smell everyday. They are not very clean. Some used glasses/ cups outside another room's door was still there for 2 days. Receptionists at night time don't even speak proper English so it's not very professional. But for convenience its fine.

I checked in hotel quite late. After entering the room, noting some of the amenities were missing, I called up and my request was responded promptly. The location is really convenient. I can get up last minute for airport check in.

I had an excellent stay at the hotel. The room service meals were delicious and promptly delivered. The bed and linens were very comfortable, ensuring a good night’s sleep. The amenities were top-notch. The staff was quick and helpful in resolving any issues. The airport shuttle service was punctual and convenient, making travel easy. Highly recommend this hotel.

The staff working here were the friendliest, most helpful and kind people I have encountered in a hotel ever. They definitely made up for the challenges of the current renovation. Our room was very comfortable and the view of the mountains was lovely. It was difficult not having good restaurant options for breakfast. There is a cafe with limited choices but they really should open the restaurant up for breakfast. There was a strike going on while we were there so maybe that was an issue. The pool was also closed so the the whole hotel feels a bit like a ghost town. I think that it is pretty expensive for the situation it's in at the moment but understand that it is an airport hotel so will be pricey. I cannot say this enough though: the staff were incredible. This makes such a difference and we really appreciated it.
