Good environment for hotel, and it was large area for living and good view, but I think that the hotel lobby was difficult to find it.

i enjoyed the hotel resort..Conveniently located in Richmond...Easily accessible to everything. Preferable to have a car. Sky train was avail , but we had our own vehicle. Resort fees includes the parking which is good compared to other hotels nearby that charges $50/night for parking. I definitely would recommend to stay here. Room sizes are large, good entertainment.

The Hotel is very convenient, it located near Brighouse Skytrain station, about 10 minutes walking distant. The room is clean and the bed is comfortable, the front desk staff is helpful. There are Richmond Centre, supermarkets, restaurants and shopping area near the hotel. The best things is that they have free shuttle to and from the airport (the shuttle bus had words of Executive Hotel and only a small logo of Surestay by Best Western, make sure don’t miss the airport free shuttle) and free breakfast, I think the variety of food is good. I’d recommend this hotel.

The WYCA is located pretty well central and easy to get anywhere in Vancouver. Room was clean and basic but had all you need. Bed was excellent. Wifi worked well and shower was very good. We also had a balcony. There was no kettle in the unit but free tea and brewed coffee was available in the morning. Overall it is a good value place to base yourself when staying in Vancouver

The room looked like it was recently redone so it was clean with comfortable bed with white towels. Upon check in reception stated we did not have breakfast included and that a deposit of $100 was required but I would receive it back within 2-3 days on my c. card. I already prepaid online for the room which was $386 with taxes I later checked my voucher and it did say we had a breakfast for 2 so I brought it down in the reception gave us 2 breakfast vouchers. Breakfast cost is $15 per person minus 20% as a hotel guest normally. The breakfast does not include drinks only water. There was bacon, scrambled eggs, pan cakes, bread for toasting and hash browns. I went to the hotel reception and retrieved coffee & tea from the reception machine. Upon check out the gentleman now at reception said a $200 deposit charge would be refunded in 2-3 weeks! I asked why so long as I can get my money on a store return in a day!?! He didn’t have a clear answer. Anyways, I guess I’ll have to wait and ensure it does go on. I’m not sure why such a big deposit charged and why it would take weeks to refund…something fishy on this part but we’ve been there and can’t change it. However , I am dubious to use Choice Hotels - Quality Inn & Suites again since it seemed inconsistent as to the staff knowing why they charge a high amount and the return time. I also had booked a Choice Hotel for our return home and had put the incorrect date in by one day. They would not modify it and only cancelled it and still charged me! So their billing is skcetchy to me and that was my dealing with 2 of their Choice Hotel units

My stay at Accent Inns was great! Their service and facilities were excellent - they supplied me with an umbrella when it was pouring outside, the laundry facilities were great, the room was spotless and very comfortable. Shower, TV, fridge, AC were all really appreciated. I would definitely recommend this hotel when taking a flight to anywhere out of Vancouver. They also have a shuttle bus every half-hour to the airport. It can't be beat!

The room is spacious and clean. However, there are no safe nor usb charger available in the room. Besides, the mattress is a bit too soft to use.

Fairmont Vancouver Airport is a great place to stay if you have a fairly long layover. A decent 5 hours and more layover would warrant your stay in the hotel for obvious reason to fully utilise the 5 star amenities in the hotel. What I love about this hotel is the ideal location of being in the airport itself which saves plenty of time from commuting and gives you plenty of rest before your next flight. Not going to be afraid of long layover in Vancouver anymore.

It's a good hotel for the price. My room was clean and they have a pool and hot tub and small exercise room. There are restaurants like Denny's, Moxie's and a&w all within walking distance. My only complaint would be that an extra blanket would be nice, the blanket was quite thin

I had an absolutely amazing stay! From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and attentive to every detail. The room was spotless, beautifully designed, and had all the amenities I could ask for. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I slept like a baby. The dining options were superb, offering a wide variety of delicious dishes that catered to all tastes. The hotel facilities, including the pool and spa, were top-notch and made my stay even more relaxing. What truly stood out was the exceptional service. The team went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. I felt genuinely valued as a guest. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and memorable experience. Very good location at a great price! Highly recommend this place especially with amazing staff and daily housekeeping! The building itself is definitely slightly aged, but it's evident that the current management/owners are doing their best to improve the facilities. The good - affordable coin laundry, communal kitchen, very big rooms, amazing rooftop patio and sauna, impeccable location in Vancouver downtown The not so good - no breakfast options, communal kitchen's own pots and pans look iffy, slightly aged facilities (but the communal areas are definitely renovated in recent years) Will stay again if I'm ever in that area!

As everything in Vancouver, it’s expensive. But it was a quality stay here. Super friendly staff, clean and big room. The outside pool is small but nice to cool off in. The sauna works great. Gym area is small but can do the job. Location is great, Tim’s & Liquor Store right next door, bike rental, restaurants etc all nearby. Also not as many “Zombies” on the street in this area.. felt pretty safe here. The Water Faucet in the shower was los and kept falling off was the only downside of the room.. acceptable. If you got money, recommend the stay here and stay away from Gastown, Chinatown etc.. those areas are hella scary these days,

It’s a convenient location with 24 hour drugstore nearby and plenty of food choices. The suite is clean and the view from the balcony is very captivating.

First room given to me smells cigarette and smells really bad. I requested thru phone if there is another room available but then refused as they do not have any vacancies. I approach lobby the check in service lady gladly given us alternative room way better than the first one we've got. Location wise is close proximity YVR and shuttle guy is really nice.

This is my first to stay here. Overall are excellant. Tje hotel provide shuttle bus to go and return the airport. If you are arrived at mid-night, please keep the taxi recipt (around CAD25), you can get a claim CAD20 from the hotel.

Our stay was only for one night before taking an international flight. The hotel was an amazing place to get a good rest before travel. The staff was extremely friendly and professional. The room was clean, modern and comfortable with an incredible bathroom. There are many restaurants nearby and the local night market and outlet mall are within walking distance. The airport is just a quick 5 minute drive from the front doors. We highly recommend this hotel if you need a place to stay before travel.

Location is very convenient, has a few malls close by. Washroom has a stinky smell everyday. They are not very clean. Some used glasses/ cups outside another room's door was still there for 2 days. Receptionists at night time don't even speak proper English so it's not very professional. But for convenience its fine.

Stayed one night here. It said free airport pickup for each half an hour. I had however waited for an hour before being picked up. The name of the hotel was displayed on an A4 paper pasted on the van, not easy to identify unlike other hotels'. Apart from this, I am satisfied with this hotel. The room is cozy, clean. I love most the location where there're many restaurants (especially Chinese) and supermarkets around. Staff polite nad helpful.
