Memandangkan ini adalah perjalanan untuk meraikan hari lahir ayah saya yang ke-60, saya memberi perhatian khusus kepada penginapan! Selepas melakukan banyak penyelidikan dan mendengar rakan-rakan yang pernah ke sana, akhirnya saya memutuskan Amiana. Sebaik sahaja saya tiba, kakitangan yang sangat ramah menjaga bagasi saya dan membawanya pergi, dan walaupun terdapat sedikit orang, daftar masuk mengambil masa kira-kira 10 minit. Saya merasakan kerja itu dilakukan lebih cepat daripada yang saya jangkakan. Resort ini sangat besar sehingga anda perlu menaiki kereta untuk bersiar-siar. (Bergantung pada di mana anda berada, jika anda memberitahu kakitangan, mereka akan memanggil kereta. Jika anda menelefon dari lobi atau bilik, ia biasanya datang dalam masa 5 minit, dan walaupun anda tidak menelefon, anda boleh terus naik ke atasnya. kerana mereka sering pergi.) Terdapat tiga kolam renang, jadi anda boleh menggunakannya bergantung pada kedalaman, lokasi, dan lain-lain, dan bahagian yang terbaik ialah pantai persendirian!! Anda boleh melihat ikan hanya dengan berjalan masuk, dan jika anda mengambil baki roti dari sarapan pagi dengan anda, ia datang betul-betul di hadapan anda!! Sarapan pagi sangat, sangat lazat dan memuaskan, kecuali kekurangan mangga. Terdapat waktu gembira di tengah-tengah, dan saya sangat menyukainya, jadi saya menikmatinya sepanjang hari! Kopi Vietnam (susu pekat) yang dihidangkan pada masa ini jauh lebih lazat daripada kopi Vietnam yang dihidangkan semasa sarapan pagi! Saya juga menggunakan spa lumpur/jet ski dan ia adalah penginapan yang sangat bagus dan memuaskan.

It was our second visit to the Alma resort following the first visit in April. In our first visit, we have stayed 4 days in the Alma resort, and we had great time and really liked the memories of that time, so we visited again. and it was really good choice.☺️ When we checked in at the reception, the staff welcomed us very kindly and professionally. Her name is 🩵’KIM MI’💙and she was really really kind. 🥰She helped us check in with careful consideration and smile, saying thank you for our revisit. Also, we really liked the room, and thanks to this, we were able to start our journey in the Alma resort in a really good mood.😆 When we visited, it was not busy season, so there were not so many people swimming compared to the dry season (April). So we swam so much. Even the main pool, which used to be so crowded, was also very comfortable to enjoy swimming and beautiful scenery. Also we went to the water park in the resort that I had not been to in the first visit, and many slides and flowing water pool were also good for adults to play with, and all the staff were kind.^^ We enjoyed breakfast at LA CASA. We can’t go to the pizza buffet this time due to the schedule, but LA CASA is our favorite restaurant among many other resorts because of its lovely mood and good dining.☺️ Even if it wasn't as impressive as the first visit including the ocean front pool villa, the second visit to Alma resort was also very successful. So we will go to the Alma again in the next month‼️😆🩵I hope the weather also will be fine. Thank you.😊

Possibly one of the busiest hotels we have ever experienced. Definitely not the chilled vibes shown in photos! The rooms are spacious but a little dusty in corners. The breakfast is plentiful but busy and the pool is mentally busy… we enjoyed the beach location but even then one day the tide changed and brought in lots of rubbish including diapers!

A very nice hotel and amenities. During first night, some hiccups over shower screen door but the counter leader, Thanh was fast enough to arrange necessary check and change of room. Even though I tried ro be a little bit difficult, Thanh was always on a smile to address concern. Thumbs up to the organisation for having Thanh as their employee. Thanh deserved to be praised and rewarded by the hotel organisation for good service attitude. Room were clean and big. Amenities are good too. Staff are always ready to help as our dad has difficulty walking, the security guard and bell boy there will always rush forward to help and hold our dad when walking up the hotel front entrance stairs. All of the hotel bell boy and security guards deserve to be praised and rewarded by the organisation too. Thank you! We will be back again.

Ia terletak di pusat bandar, jadi mudah untuk perjalanan kerana kedai urut dan restoran semuanya tertumpu di sana. Walau bagaimanapun, pengering adalah agak rawak, jadi ia mungkin rosak. Selain daripada itu semuanya baik. Kolam renang juga terletak di atas bumbung, jadi anda boleh menikmati pemandangan pada waktu malam atau siang hari. Perkhidmatan kakitangan adalah baik.

Đánh giá cao khách sạn vì dịch vụ chu đáo, nhân viên thân thiện vui vẻ, khách sạn mùa thấp điểm nhưng vẫn chỉn chu, sạch sẽ từng góc. Rất hài lòng trong tầm 4*, mình đã ở thử 1 số ks 4* khác. Tiếc chưa được dùng xông hơi.

필요한 것과 컴플레인 상황 등을 실시간으로 카톡으로 간편하게 해결 할 수 있다는 점이 되게 좋았습니다. 입실 후 침대에 누웠는데 이물질이 묻어 있어서 기분이 좋지 않았지만 바로바로 커버를 교체해 주셨고 컴플레인 상황을 빠르게 해결해 주어서 좋았습니다. 다들 햄버거 추천해서 먹었는데 저는 개인적으로 피자가 더 먹을만 했고, 스무디나 쥬스 종류 생과일도 바로 갈아줘서 너무 맛있었습니다. 프라이빗 비치는 스노쿨링 하기에는 바다가 너무 탁해서 물 속이 잘 보이지 않았습니다. 그리고 리조트 안 풀장은 썬비치 갯수가 턱없이 모자라서 물놀이 후 쉴 곳이 없어 너무 불편했습니다. 시내랑 가깝다고는 하지만 근처 마사지샵 무료 픽드랍이 거의 없더라구요... 외부음식 반입도 안됬지만 저희는 리조트 안 bar에서 수제맥주와 안주 먹고 배불러서 외부음식 생각도 안났어용 아! 그리고 생각보다 조식... 별로에요.... 너무 기대를 해서 그랬는지는 모르겠지만 여러나라와 여러 리조트 조식 먹어봤는데 중간 정도 그 이상도 이하도 아닙니다... 반쎄오는 맛있어용👍🏻

Good palace. But weather is so bad time January  And my son was sick at children's pool  But they don't pay hospital money 😭

This is a brand new hotel with all villa, inside the room is very very clean, bed is comfortable, faculties in the house are new (without kitchenware), but there is a little problem is you will find some little flies inside the villa (because of the drainage system problem), also outside the villa are quite dusty, I don't find mosquitoes around (maybe is not the season) , but honestly, hotel have to improve all the public areas cleanliness, swimming pools are very big, the beach sands are the white and fine but with many trash (hotel already have staff pick up the trash everyday but still many), staff are very friendly but have to improve more English, Cam Ranh is a new developing resort area with many hotels resort along the beach (few kilometers long, still building many resorts) , 5mins drive away from the airport (private taxi cost around: 80,000/way), 35mins drive away from city center (private taxi cost around: 300,000/way), there is a street ”Cau Moi” 10mins drive away from hotel with some seafood restaurants (many local people goes, need to compare the prices)

Ia adalah yang terbaik. Ia tidak masuk akal bahawa anda boleh menginap di hotel seperti ini dengan harga sekitar 30,000 won. Kakitangan yang mesra boleh berkomunikasi dalam bahasa Inggeris Kolam renang Sarapan Kemudahan gimnasium yang sempurna Perkara yang paling penting ialah penghawa dingin (saya banyak memuat naik kerana ia sejuk) dan tekanan air yang baik.

We really enjoyed our stay during the holiday season at Panama Nha Trang! This hotel has a great location right next to the beach of Nha Trang and is located in a predominant tourist area. They do a great job of welcoming you into the hotel and offering you a lemon tea as they check you in and bring your stuff up. Staff are very friendly as well. One thing that I did not anticipate and that I felt was not clearly expressed to me prior to booking was paying the $50/500k deposit. You do receive your money back upon check-out but that was an unexpected fee -especially when they only take cash. Nonetheless, we really enjoyed our stay. The rooms are spacious and modern. The hotel has 30 floors with a great rooftop view on the top deck with pool, and a breakfast buffet on the 3rd floor. The breakfast was quite nice quite a variety of options including dim sum, freshly cooked brunch items, and classic Western breakfast items such as pancakes and eggs. The hotel caters to a lot of tour groups so you can expect busloads of tourists from overseas as well. I really appreciate the supportive staff when we visited. Unfortunately during our visit, we got scammed by the taxi drivers in the area and he was trying to get us to agree to a drive to the airport. The staff were incredibly supportive in helping us get away from him and we felt really protected from the upsetting experience. We absolutely recommend this hotel again for the staff that goes above and beyond!!

Well overpriced flashy resort- Good for kids, but staying there wasn’t worth it and better not go dining in the beach restaurant as you pay a fortune for a little snack (had a rib eye steak that was thick as a sizzle steak and maybe as big as my female hand for approx ~$50! Accompanied by a handful of dry fries) The room had a fantastic view, a balcony and a big bath/shower/toilet. It is run down and needs some attention- definitely not what standard I expected for the price paid. They have kid’s activities inside a play room- some at extra costs. They have a kids water play area with pool side bar service at your sun lounge /chair. They have a big pool and a smaller pool (for adults only) and four big slides down the hill to the beach. The slides are a lot of fun, but kids have to be 7years old and maximum weight of 50kg. At the beach they have sun chairs and umbrellas and you can rent bodyboards and sand toys. On the street side they have their so called Swiss village which contains a restaurant and a clubhouse, a night club and a gym. They also have a rope climbing park which is only for kids from 14 years of age the sign said- the man at the desk said 7 years, but that still didn’t help satisfying our 4 year old monkey daughter that was very keen to try it… Bouncy castle free of charge but with loads of holes so it’s not completely blown up. Breakfast is good and a variety of different kinds, mostly Asian food is the best choice, but soooo many people trying to get something on their plate don’t make it a nice experience. Best experience for our daughter probably was the complimentary 15-16 o’clock chocolate hour- which basically is like afternoon tea time but with loads of different chocolates and a fountain and fruit and mini cakes & cupcakes 🧁

So pleased to see Ana Mandara take in the feedback over the years and improve. We were worried when we realised they were situated at Cam Ranh instead of the main ***** but this ended up being a pleasant surprise as we preferred the beach and surroundings of Cam Ranh, it is much more quiet and exclusive. Ana Mandara’s service is very dedicated, leaving us a very thoughtful breakfast box for our early checkout. Good to see a resort that is doing its due diligence to keep up with demands!

This place is high recommended if you are looking for a relaxing holiday. The resort is amazing, inside the green, arranged with villa (different size) distributed on the surface on the hotel area. The room is beautiful and well organised, with private outside area. It is close to airport (20 min), has private beach with very nice sea. The service is very good, the outside area is super followed by management. The breakfast is wonderful and huge, for lunch and dinner there are 2 restaurants (international/ Vietnamese and Italian cuisine) with a good selection of proposals. Also the spa is high recommended. Just the gym is a little small and I would suggest to create a “yoga” room for some exercises on the floor. In general we spent a great time here

Hope the manager will see this comments below and improve the service of some staff. Globally speaking, the hotel has a fantastic view and very good taste of design. Every where you go, you will be amazed by the view. The breakfast is not rich, but it is very exquisite. The plate is exquisite, and the taste is good, which makes us very satisfied. What surprises me most is the service attitude of the employees here. I must say that most of the employees are friendly, and all the cleaning staff you meet on the road will take the initiative to say hello to you. However, the staff at the reception and the restaurant always have poker faces. They gathered at the reception desk to chat and turned a blind eye to the passing guests. An employee named Becky met us on the road and quickly turned around and pretended not to know us. The staff of the restaurant are very busy. You don't need to expect time to read the bill in the dim light, however you will be urged to sign quickly and leave. Also when you check out, it is difficult for you to expect Becky to ask how you feel. She just wants you to sign the bill quickly and leave. She always gives me a condescending attitude. I don't understand where her arrogance comes from. Generally speaking, the beautiful scenery, architectural design and food here are worth the price, but the supporting services can't keep up. Especially considering that there is no airport shuttle bus, and there is only one shuttle bus to the city every day, I think there can be other more cost-effective, especially service options.

I made two separate bookings and will be staying at Fusion for a total of 5 nights, which covers all of my time in Nha Trang. The resort is expansive and boasts a beautiful private beach. One of the resort reception staff members, Thay, is exceptionally friendly and thoughtful. The resort's breakfast buffet offers an abundance of fruits, may source from their own farm. We spotted peacocks and goats wandering along the paths, which was quite charming. The best aspect of Fusion, in my opinion, is the all-inclusive spa. We are able to choose one spa treatment per day. There are two main areas for improvement: Firstly, the resort is quite far from the town, and the shuttle bus service only runs one service to the city and two back to the hotel a day. If you opt for a taxi, it takes approximately 45 minutes to reach the town. Secondly, dining options are limited, with only two on-site eateries and no convenience stores or supermarkets nearby.

It was a lovely little getaway. The location was great (you rarely leave the resort). The service was wonderful, from all staff. The food was spectacular. The main thing, for me, it wasn’t loud.

Was a nice experience, but I would say this hotel needs to fix windows, and also I would add more activities for the full board. Food is good, but why full board dinner and lunch doesn’t include any drinks but water?

Sau khi đặt phòng xong, mình mới vào đọc review, cũng khá rén và đến resort mang theo tâm lý “đề phòng”. Nhưng thực sự những trải nghiệm của mình tại resort trong 3 ngày đều rất ổn. Phải công nhận resort vẫn đang trong giai đoạn hoàn thiện nên chưa full tiện ích, nhân viên có vài bạn chưa thực sự chuyên nghiệp, khi nói chuyện với khách vẫn khá run, nhưng tất cả nhân viên đều rất nhiệt tình hỗ trợ. Có thể sau các review trước, resort đã rút kinh nghiệm và nâng cao chất lượng phục vụ hơn. - Resort rộng có 2 hồ bơi và bãi tắm riêng, khoản này nhà mình rất rất ưng. Không gian rộng, hiện đại. - Phòng thiết kế đơn giản, sạch sẽ, mới - Mình không sử dụng dịch vụ buffet 3 bữa, mà chỉ dùng bữa sáng. Các bữa khác mình có xuống ăn tại nhà hàng và sử dụng menu gọi món, chất lượng khá ổn, định lượng đồ ăn nhiều, mức giá thì khá phù hợp nếu không muốn nói là rẻ. - Nhân viên rất vui vẻ, nhiệt tình, lễ phép. Thường xuyên hỏi khách thấy thế nào, có cần hỗ trợ gì không. - Có dịch vụ đưa đón miễn phí vào Nha Trang chơi trong khung giờ 11h-16h. Khoản này cũng rất ưng. - Hiện tại giá đang khá ưu đãi, đáng để trải nghiệm. Mình nghĩ sau này hoàn thiện chắc sẽ không có giá này 😂 Cảm ơn resort và các bạn nhân viên đã giúp mình có kỳ nghỉ thoải mái, vui vẻ, đáng nhớ ❤️

Very good, beach is beautiful and pool is fantastic. Last day the food gave me food poising felt so sick and had to fly was horrible.

I had a good time here. It's quiet and relaxing. 7 minutes drive away from the airport which is nice. There are a few restaurants in walking distance. Easy parking. Easy checking in and out.

3박 4일 머물렀어요! 수영장이 넓고 붐비지 않는다는 이야기를 듣고 가든 빌라로 예약했는데 정말 최고였습니다! 조식 먹는 곳, 수영장, 바닷가가 가까운 곳으로 배정해주셔서 정말 잘 쉬다 갔어요! 1. 수영장 후기대로 정말 붐비지 않았어요!!! 오전에 바닷가쪽 수영장을 이용했는데 4~5팀 정도였어요! 비치타올, 구명조끼 제공되고, 원하는 썬베드 골라서 자리잡았습니다. 튜브 바람도 넣어주세요ㅎㅎ 아가들 놀 수 있는 깊이부터 1.8m까지 다양한 깊이여서 좋았어요! 마지막날엔 12시쯤 안쪽 수영장을 이용했는데 1시간 반 동안 혼자 이용했습니다ㅎㅎㅎㅎㅎㅎ 짱이에요 진짜!!! 수영장때문에 재방문의사 완전완전 있습니다!!!! 2. 조식 쌀국수가 두 종류 나오는데, 매일 다르더라구요~ 음료도 수박/구아바/망고주스 등등 달라졌어요! 골라먹는 재미가 있었습니다! 베이컨이랑 토마토 조합이 진짜 존맛탱이었어요ㅎㅎ 빵 종류가 다양했습니다!!! 커피도 주스옆에 있었는데, 그것보다 요청드려서 먹은 카푸치노가 더 맛있었어요ㅎㅎ바로 내려주셨습니다ㅎㅎ 3. 레이트 체크아웃 사전에 리조트이메일로 레이트체크아웃 문의드렸는데, 방을 옮겨서 20시까지 이용가능하다고 답변 주셨어요!! 심지어 무료!!!! 하루 더 놀다오는 느낌으로 잘 쉬고 왔습니다~ 사전에 말씀드려서 공항까지도 편하게 이동했습니다. 4. 그 외 배달음식 가능합니다! 대신 버기타고 정문까지 가서 픽업해야 해요ㅎㅎ 하루 전 미리 말씀드리면 나트랑 시내로 나가는 셔틀 무료로 이용 가능합니다! 무료에요!! 내부에 *** 있는데 한국인 직원 계세요!! 수박주스 맛있게 먹고왔습니다ㅎㅎㅎ 다음번엔 라면이랑 만두 꼭 먹을거에요...!!ㅎㅎ

It is a brand new rather large resort. The room was really good and clean. It seems to be rather kid friendly, with a lot of shallow pools, meandering pool-river as well as a kid zone. The breakfast is not bad, but it does get rather crowded. I guess it will be great in a year or so when all buildings are finished and shopping street fully operational, because it is situated in the middle of nowhere and great for 'all inclusive stay in resort', but much less so if you want to explore around. It is super close to the airport which is why we stayed in it in the first place.

Khách sạn này quả thật khiến tôi phải quay lại lần sau. Đường vào rất dễ dàng, không bị vướng mắc gì. Không gian rộng, nhiều khu vui chơi cho trẻ em, các bé cứ vui chơi cả ngày. Khuân viên xanh mát, có nhiều góc chụp hình đẹp. Nhân viên chu đáo, dịch vụ rất tốt.

Super close to airport but we did not hear a single air plane. Nice service at the front desk with very good English. Excellent service in the restaurant, both dinner and breakfast. Pizza was very nice! The only thing I criticize is that they gave us a room located next to the entrance to the construction site nearby, so there were trucks in the early morning and all day - the hotel was nearly empty, so why didn’t they give us a better located room??? Very annoying and unnecessary.

It is a great vacation, resort located nearby the Cam Ranh airport, just 5 minutes by taxi. The hotel interior and facilities were all clean and nice. Our room is so new and fully equipped with beautiful sea view. The staff were amazing at the reception and breakfast also delicous. The swimming pool is close to the sea, so you can go right out, and the swimming pool is large and the depth is just right, so I had fun swimming I recommend this Arenia Cam Ranh Resort, which boasts excellent value for money

The hotel is spacious, beautiful, the rooms are clean. At first it was not clear where to go, to which building. The beach has trash in some places. If breakfast is not included in the price of your room, then food will become a problem, as it is quite expensive in the hotel and around the hotel. You need to shop at the supermarket before your trip to eat properly. The hotel has a transfer from Nha Trang, I didn’t know about it, it would have been cheaper than taking a taxi. Admin Harry at the reception was quite helpful and very polite and made up my mood. Also, he helped me figure it out. Overall the hotel and service are excellent. Would like breakfast included (will be better).
