Kempinski Ishtar exceeded our expectations and made our honeymoon absolutely unforgettable. The stay was much better than expected. The rooms are very comfortable and have a balcony, facing the Dead Sea. The choice between 5 pools is really great, as well as direct access to the Dead Sea. In line with the legendary Jordanian hospitality, the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. In particular, thanks to our longer stay, we got to know some of the staff members better and, therefore, we would like to thank Tamih for wonderful bellydance shows every evening – they were very entertaining and it was amazing that she invited people to dance with her – very fun! Our trip to Petra and back to the hotel with Adnan, the driver, was very entertaining, and we learned a lot about that part of Jordan. There were also had very kind and friendly lifeguards – Hani and Mousa – who made sure that we have everything we needed for our stay by the pool. In addition, there were some great waiters – Jan, Suhaib and Elias – who brought us fresh and tasty orange juice and Turkish coffee. Floating in the Dead Sea was also great thanks to Jalal, who made sure we have the information we need. As we consider the Lebanese cuisine restaurant Rehan the best out one in Kempinski Ishtar, we went there of ten enough to thank Chef Abu Eiles, Omar, Mousa, Bajes and Ahmad – who made sure the food was delicious and we were properly served. But Blu and Obelisk also served delicious food.

موظفين الحجوزات لا يردون على الهاتف او الايميل وبعد عشر اتصالات بيحكولك خلص تمام الحجز بتطلب رقم تأكيد confirmation بيحكيلك والله كثيير عندي شغل مضغوط بس انت الصبح انزل وبيكون الحجز موجود ولما تنزل وتسأل في الفندق بيحكولك ما في الك حجز واذا بدك تحجز حاليا بيكون ضعف السعر تقريبا لما تحكيلهم هاد الشخص من الفندق هو اللي حجزلي بيحكولك احنا ما النا دخل احنا بس بيوصلنا الحجز بترن عليه عشر مرات وبتبعث مسجات ما بيستنظف انه يرد عليك بترن على هاتف الحجوزات الارضي وبتطلب الشخص اللي حجزلك بيحكولك مجاز وما في حد مكانه بتطلب حد مسؤول تحكي معه بيوخذوا رقم تلفونك علشان يرجعوا يرنوا عليك وما حد بيرجع وبيتكرر الموضوع اسلوب تعامل حدا سيء ما في اي تنسيق بين الفندق والحجوزات سوء ادارة وموظفين ما عندهم الحد الادنى من المسؤولية ومش بس ما في احترام في التعامل لأ بتحس انه في احتقار في التعامل موظف الحجز الذي تم التعامل معه زيد الطراونة

This hotel was a very comfortable stop on our 2 week holiday in Jordan. The room was very spacious, the decoration was lovely and it was well supplied with toiletries, water, tea and coffee. The staff were friendly and helpful and made the stay very easy. We didn't use the restaurant apart from breakfast but there was plenty of choice for breakfast and the food was good. I must recommend the small gift shop in the lobby which had an excellent range of gifts at very reasonable prices. Madaba itself is great, unlike Amman you could walk around easily, there were lots of tourist sites but also a chance to experience a bit of Jordanian daily life. I would definitely recommend a visit to Madaba and a stay at the Mosaic City Hotel.

انا اشكر السيد عصام جرادات مشرف من قسم الهاوسكيبنك على حسن الاستقبال والاهتمام بنضافه الغرفه كل الاحترام والتقدير قضيت اجمل يوم انا والعائله غرفه جميله نضيفه ممتازه راحه جميله مفروده من الورد الطبيعي فرش نضيف لا يوجد اي تعليق شكر خاص المشرف عصام جرادات غرفه (٤٠١)

Dreamy location, shame about the hotel. The surroundings are amazing but the hotel itself is dirty, unmaintained and very disappointing. -mouldy showers -broken lights -slimey pool -broken lift -faulty electrics We decided to leave early and go to the hilton hotel 30 mins down the road.

Great hotel, big and very comfortable room. It was very silent. The buffet was good (dinner and breakfast). The staff was very polite. The public areas are very nice too! However, the shower was terrible, barely working, at least in our room. I suggest you to test it before getting comfortable so you can change the room if necessary.
