The hotel is nice, a bit far away from some scenic spots, but buses are well connected. Only topic to be improved is that kids with 4 years have to pay already for breakfast which was not indicated during booking process.

We stayed 2 nights at this hotel. There's a train station across the street, just one stop from the Kyoto Station so the location was very convenient. From the lobby, there is a door that leads to a Family Mart. The rooms are quite spacious. The bathrooms are of a good size and the toilet is separate from the shower which makes it easy for people to use the bathroom. The amenities were good too. The beds were very comfortable as well. Our room rate came with breakfast which was very good and had a very wide selection of food. The front desk service was great too and people were very helpful. We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel and will likely stay here again for our next visit to Kyoto.

Had everything I need, entrance built into the station so very easy to catch your train in the morning. My walk to my room was super long though, I’d advise anyone to request a room close to the elevator.

We stayed here for one night, I would like to stay longer. Close to Kyoto station, but I don’t like this part of the city. Whatever I like the hotel’s concept! It’s nice onsen hotel, where you have to take off your shoes before entering into the hotel, everywhere in the hotel is tatami, so nice to walk on. First floor is for onsen and restaurant. It was amazing breakfast, I think I can eat different food everyday and won’t be bored! You can make yourself coffee, matcha, tea or any other beverages, can make it with ice so on. Seriously, I was surprised about your food service, I have to mention about evening ramen for everyone, it was nice to eat after visiting onsen, I also grab an iced late after. In the resting area near the onsen gate there is free ice cream and diary beverages.

Anschliessend kann man das ganze Hotel entweder Barfuss oder in Socken begehen. Service sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Im Zimmer hat es Pyjamas. Die Zimmer sind klein, jedoch Tiptop im Schuss gehalten. Onsen: Es hat 2 offene Bäder, getrennt nach Frauen und Männern. Zudem hat es 5 private Onsen. Diese sind 24h offen. Reservieren muss man nicht. Wir hatten immer ohne Probleme ein freies vorgefunden. Sonstiges: In jedem Stock hat es eine Auswahl an Kissen in jeder Variation. Zudem hat es Kimonos die man nehmen kann. In der Lobby gibt es Kaffe und Tee. Zudem gibt es Abends von 10 - 11 im ersten Stock Nudelsuppe. Ich würde dieses Hotel wieder buchen.

I would happily rate this stay one of the best ever. The room might not be big in size, but the feel it gives out is top class and the best thing is it's not really expensive. I enjoyed the communal bath and it's facilities very much. Maybe the breakfast needs more variety as it feels pretty dull by the 3rd day.

宮津駅より徒歩で10分程かかり、天橋立へ3km程の距離があり、宮津市街地唯一のコンビニエンスストアにも徒歩で10分程度要する場所にあるホテルです。周辺環境の状況から利用しづらい印象を持つと思いますが、だからこそかもしれませんが、平日休日問わず周辺は静かで、大声でおしゃべりするような宿泊客もおらず、非常に快適に滞在できるホテルだと思います。ホテルのスタッフも一様に丁寧な接客で、気さくに声をかけてくれるものの、必要以上に距離を詰めてくるような接し方はしません。 ロビーから客室に至るまで、清潔さが保たれているのは言わずもがな、設備やアメニティも無駄が無くよくまとまっています。客室への入室時のカードキーをかざすセンサーが分かりづらい、客室の電気系統がやや分かりづらい（入口のスイッチは、部屋全体の電気系統のオンとオフを切り替えるもののようです）、バスルームはバスタブが無くシャワーのみ（且つ大浴場が無い）、という注意点がありますが、それ以外は全く申し分はありません。 1階のロビーには待ち合わせスペースの他、共用のキッチンのようなスペースがあり（シンクがあるだけで実際の調理は出来ません）、宿泊客に対し無料でコーヒーを始めとするドリンクのサービスが提供されています（全て無料です）。 殆どの宿泊客が車で利用するからか、充分な広さの駐車場が備わっている上、ホテルの目の前には高速バスのバス停があるため、京都などからの高速バスを利用してのホテルの利用も非常に便利です。 周辺は飲食店がいくつかありますが、上記の通りコンビニエンスストアはこのホテルよりやや遠いところにあります。一方でホテルの北（徒歩2～3分程度）のところにショッピングモールがありますので、食糧調達に殊更不便、ということは無いと思います。周辺環境にやや難はあるものの、ホテル自体は素晴らしく、何度も利用したくなるホテルです。 It takes about 10 minutes on foot from Miyazu Station, about 3 km to Amanohashidate, and about 10 minutes on foot to the only convenience store in Miyazu city center. The surrounding environment of this hotel may give the impression that it is difficult to use the hotel, but perhaps that is why the area is quiet on weekdays and holidays, and there are no guests who chat loudly, making the hotel a very comfortable place to stay. The hotel staff is also uniformly courteous and friendly, but they don't treat you in a way that puts more distance between you and them than is necessary. From the lobby to the guest rooms, it goes without saying that cleanliness is maintained, and the facilities and amenities are well organized without being wasteful. There are a few minor issues: the sensor to hold the card key when entering the room is confusing, the electrical system in the room is a bit confusing (the switch at the entrance seems to turn the entire electrical system on and off), and the bathroom is shower only with no bathtub (and there is no large bath). Other than that, everything else is perfect. In addition to the meeting area, there is a common kitchen-like area in the lobby on the first floor (with a sink, but no actual cooking) where coffee and other beverages are served to guests free of charge (all free of charge). The hotel has a large parking lot, probably because most guests use the hotel by car, and there is an express bus stop right in front of the hotel, making it very convenient to use the hotel by express bus from Kyoto and other cities. There are several restaurants in the area, but as mentioned above, a convenience store is located somewhat farther away from the hotel. On the other hand, there is a shopping mall just north of the hotel (about a 2 to 3 minute walk), so it's not particularly inconvenient to procure food. Although the surrounding environment is a little difficult, the hotel itself is excellent, and I would like to use this hotel again and again.

While it is very remote, it’s in a beautiful location close to a major tourist site, although you will need a car to get around for the amenities (but the hotel provides a lot you might need anyway). The room is huge even by international standards, with nice views of mountains and the ocean, with more than enough space to relax. I even received a ¥1000 voucher to spend there, and for the price this is an incredible deal considering it is a hot spring resort. Well recommended if you’re in this overlooked area of Japan.

We stayed at Monjuso one night during our two days one night trip to Amanohashidate. The stay experiences are satisfactory with warm hospitality from the hotel staff, the dinner and breakfast were really delicious. The freshest local ingredients were prepared and served us with a warm hospitality and we feel like home. Thank you all the hotel staff who help us during our stay and especially the lady staff who served our dinner with warm service. Our heartfelt gratitude to all the staff once again. We will definitely come back to visit Amanohashidate again without a second thought. Cheers! :)

阿蘇海沿いの好ロケーションにあるホテルで、駅からのアクセスもとても良いです。 部屋でゆっくり寛ぐのも魅力的ですが、特徴のひとつである天然温泉を引く、大浴場の利用には日帰り入浴やすぐ近くにあるリーズナブルなオーベルジュ天橋立に宿泊するのも手です。（サムティの株主優待対象ホテルですが、こちらだと一人で3枚必要(ただし2食付き)。一方でオーベルジュであれば、一人1枚で宿泊可能） 天橋立を一望できる露天風呂が良かったです。

The staff are very nice and services is super good !! I arrived in the evening in cold weather , staff immediately give me Wellcome hot tea and snacks which is so warm and caring!! Location is great and very closed to boat place ! My room can see the bridge very clearly ! 😀

Hôtel loin de la gare Pas d’ascenseur , avec des grosses valises c’est très compliqué . Chambre minuscule, pas la place d’ouvrir sa valise en deux ailleurs que sur le lit . Hygiène tres douteuse , tapisserie tachée +++ ,mobilier sale ,salle de bain sale, rideau de douche moisi , literie tachée. Le mini frigo sert de table de nuit et fait un boucan pas possible. Pas de sèche cheveux. Et le pompon ,les grandes chambres avec vue sur mer ont la possibilité de faire des bbq en chambre, une odeur de graillons se dégage des 17h et envahit les couloirs et les chambres autour ! C’est écœurant

宿泊は宮津の清輝楼。創業は元禄年間（1690年代）で、現在の建物は明治三十年代半ばの建築で国登録有形文化財。江戸時代には円山派や狩野派の絵師、近代では野口雨情、菊池寛、吉川英治、河東碧梧桐、吉田茂などの作家、詩人などが宿泊し襖絵、詩歌などを残した。が、最近では施設・設備が更新されずに老朽化し、接客サービスも低下、客足も少なく、一部の関心がある層しか宿泊せず、悪循環に陥っている様子。女将、その息子らしき男性、料理担当女性の3人しか見かけなかった。三階の大広間と二階廊下の絵画は声掛けすると電気をつけてくれるが、特に。部屋の冷蔵庫には前の人の残した食べ物が放置され、夜中に大きな蛾が飛び回りガサガサと音を立てていた。食事はスタンダードコースだが肉は固く噛むのに苦労したひどいものであった。建物や作家の残した色紙などに興味ある方限定の宿になってしまっている。

妻との1泊2日舞鶴旅行（9月2日海上自衛隊舞鶴地方隊ｵｰﾀﾑﾌｪｽﾀ見学を目的）で利用しました。利用したのはｽﾀﾝﾀﾞｰﾄﾞ・ﾂｲﾝ2室(18m2、ﾂｲﾝには　ｺﾝﾌｫｰﾄ・ﾂｲﾝ、ﾃﾞﾗｯｸｽ・ﾂｲﾝもあります)。こちらを選択した理由は　1 JR西舞鶴駅から近く　2 温泉大浴場があり　3 新しく開業したﾎﾃﾙ（2023年3月22日ｵｰﾌﾟﾝ）4 朝食無料　などです。18m2の広さは　1人の居住空間として十分であり　無料で提供された朝食の内容も一般的に無料で提供される朝食と比較し　良いように思えました。更に　温泉大浴場も一般的なﾋﾞｼﾞﾈｽﾎﾃﾙに設置されている大浴場と比較し大きく　部屋にいながら混雑状況がわかるのも好感を持ちました。唯一気になったのは　ﾊﾞｽﾙｰﾑへの入口に段差が15cm程度あったことだけです。

西舞鶴駅西口の駅前ロータリー脇にあるレンガ調タイルが貼られた9階建ての建物。宴会場や結婚式場もあるシティホテルで、広々としたロビーでは地域の特産品を販売。3階には大浴場が1つあり、男女で利用時間が分けられている。部屋は改装されて間もないのか内装や家具に新しさを感じる。テレビは大型で壁掛け。エアコンは家庭用のものが設置されており温度や風量を自由に設定できる。 駅前立地でシングル1泊6,300円。便利でリーズナブルないいホテルである。

コロナ禍でレストランでの食事も落ち着いてできない昨今、このホテルでは無料の朝食を、備え付けの容器に詰めて自室に持ち帰りOK、というサービスを行っています。 みそ汁やスープ用のカップ容器もあり、自室で安心して食事ができます。もちろん容器代などの別費用もかからず、また「必ず1時間以内にお召し上がりください」などの衛生面の周知もされています。このご時世に、大変ありがたいサービスです。 （メニューが少ないというのはまあそうかもしれませんが、無料でこれだけ朝からがっつり食事がいただければ、私にはもう十分です。） その他、フロントの接客もそつがなく、また部屋の設備は最新ではないですが必要十分なアメニティときちんとした清掃で快適。至近のスーパーで買い出しすれば晩酌も安上がり。駅前なので朝一から素早く移動できるなど、コストパフォーマンスは高いです。ビジネスや一人旅などに、手堅く使えるお宿です。
