Hotel Hot Springs di Jiuzhaigou

Absolutely wonderful stay in this hotel. You're already inside the national park so you only need to buy entrance tickets once. You also don't need to wake up too early to start your day exploring the national park. All hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. Lovely dog too! Every day the hotel lady helped me plan a route to follow in the park. The dinner options were yummy. They even took us out to see stars and took some photos of us. Our room also had an outdoor tub which we used to relax after every day of exploring the national park. The view from the room was also stunning. I highly recommend this hotel if you visit Jiuzhaigou! 100%! Thank you for making our visit to Jiuzhaigou so pleasant and unforgettable!

I had a wonderful stay at this accommodation. Although it’s located a bit far from the main Jiuzhaigou scenic area, the staff made up for it with exceptional service. From the moment I booked, they arranged transportation and took care of everything until the very end of my trip. A special thanks to Linjiao, who was incredibly kind and attentive. Her hospitality was outstanding — she looked after me with such care, provided helpful recommendations, and constantly checked in to ensure I was safe and comfortable. The room itself was beautiful and cozy, and the environment felt very warm and welcoming. There’s a nice local restaurant nearby and a fruit market just a short walk away. The locals were also very friendly, which made my stay even more memorable. I’m truly impressed and grateful for the experience. Highly recommended!

A super pretty hotel with beautiful design and great vibes throughout the property and the rooms. The surrounding scenery is stunning. It’s very convenient that the hotel provides a Mercedes van shuttle service to Jiuzhaigou National Park. The breakfast offers a variety of options and tastes great. I stayed at the end of autumn, close to the winter season, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. I will definitely return and highly recommend this hotel to everyone! 🥰✨

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Qinghe Courtyard in Jiuzhaigou. The hotel itself was beautiful, clean, and very comfortable, with a peaceful ambience that made our stay feel relaxing from the moment we arrived. The room was great, well maintained, and the hot spring was also a lovely highlight after a long day of travelling and sightseeing. What made this stay truly special was the staff. Every staff member we met had such a positive attitude and was genuinely kind, patient, and helpful. Although we spoke English and they mainly understood Chinese, they still took the time to use translation tools and communicate with us clearly. Their effort and hospitality made us feel very welcomed and taken care of. Breakfast was provided, and the hotel also offered a shuttle van service from the hotel to the Jiuzhaigou park entrance, which was extremely convenient. They also kindly allowed us to leave our luggage at the hotel before we went to the park. At the end of our visit, we asked if they could help arrange transportation back, and they offered to call a carpooling service for us at 60 yuan per person. Since we were a group of three, this was very reasonable for a 90 km ride. The staff even picked up our bags and dropped them off at the park entrance for us, then waited until our carpool ride arrived. This level of service was far beyond what we expected and made our trip so much smoother. Overall, we were extremely satisfied with our stay. Qinghe Courtyard provided excellent service, great facilities, a clean and comfortable room, and a warm atmosphere. Most importantly, the staff were amazing. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Jiuzhaigou.

Great convenient location, lots of food and mini shops nearby, and to Jiuzhaigou national park. Wonderful service too where they were as accommodating as possible when we had requests to the room and to our booking. We had originally a few rooms booked for the family and noted that the one on the highest floor was the best.

It's a 45 min's drive from Jiuzhai Valley National Park. The road was under construction & closed at certain times hence we were unable to have our free breakfast before going out to avoid the closure. Upon returning, we were stuck for an hour in the car before the road was opened for passing. The room is big & spacious however there's no rack in the bathroom to place the body wash, shampoo etc.

Front desk lady is very kind, sending and picking us up from the Jiuzhaigou scenic area. “Hot spring” in our room is more akin to a small jacuzzi. Nice to soak tired and sore legs in, especially after climbing up the steps in the scenic areas. Hotel is located on a rather steep uphill climb so be ready to climb if you want to go to a restaurant or shop nearby.

Highly recommend this hotel if you come to Jiuzhaigou! it is worth the money!!! The hotel is located a little bit far from center and Jiuzhaigou Valley Scenic (around 20km) but no worries about this because the hotel have a free shuttle bus to drop & pick up (at 8:10 and pick up at 17:00) The hotel rooms are very big, fully equipped with all the amenities you need and especially the rooms are very clean. It’s far from center so it’s lack of activities at night but i’m fine with this. ^^
