Great location which is very close to Wuzhen village. Lots of Souvenir shop and restaurants nearby the hotel. The rooms and design are very artistic. An amazing location, fantastic service, the owner and her mother were extremely helpful and friendly, took us by car to the ticket office and entrance to wuzhen. Breakfast was well provided for Asian taste , suggest the have some milk for morning tea for the odd westerner like me staying, but it's not a big deal Coffee shop inside the boutique motel rather than a home stay. We will stay here again, I hope they visit us in new Zealand..

Staff is friendly and nice, Walking distance to Wuzhen West Scenic district. Hotel also owns a restaurant opposite with nice food and discount for hotel guest. They also have a Hanfu rental below the hotel at discounted rates.

設施：還可以，但是我個人喜歡現代一點，男朋友説更像家裡，畢竟像民宿一樣的酒店，買的房間是沒有浴缸的，老闆娘給我們升級了，當天晚上使用了一下還是挺不錯的，很舒服。衞生間的淋浴出熱水有點慢，後面來的顧客需要耐心的等一下，房間空間是很大的，很舒服，很寬敞。唯一不足的是電視機有點用不來，網絡連接不上，想了想住了一晚也就算啦！希望老闆娘看到改進一下。但是302的衞生間門的設計我不是很喜歡，因為有點不太方便。其他還是可以的。 衞生：衞生情況還是可以的。 環境：住的離西柵入口很近。酒店一樓有鯉魚，很漂亮。 服務：老闆娘很熱情，送了我們小餅乾。老闆當天晚上給了我幫忙。 漢服體驗:可以試樓下的漢服，挺不錯的

we took a bus from shanghai pudong airport to jiaxing north station then just took a taxi via didi in alipay to get here. the homestay location was great since they were just beside the No. 2 Gate. For foreigners, we needed to get tickets and show our passports to the visitor center just around 100 meters away from the gate and hotel. from before our arrival all the way to check in, i was in touch with them already via wechat and the response was always very quick and helpful. we liked that the inn also had a free shuttle service on call for us and took us back and forth to dongzha (and old street beside it), as well as the bus station to get to suzhou. The uncle was also very helpful and friendly, ever ready to help us with our luggage all the way to the 3rd floor and to give us his recommendations on timings, directions and such. The younger family member in the front desk was also very helpful! They told us not to engage with the many people offering day trips outside just to be safe. They also lent us umbrellas for the rain and sun, and even band-aids. We would gladly stay at this B&B again but request a lower floor like the 2nd just because we usually go back mid-day and tend to forget stuff so the flights of stairs is something to consider if you're not up to the exercise. The room and toilet were very clean and good value for money! They were also very considerate as to putting all scents away upon my request. Just beside the B&B were small groceries, eateries and stores so we walked around also at night. For wuzhen, we did xizha only first next to the hotel from 4pm onwards for one day then dongzha ,old street (morning to afternoon) and xizha at night again the next day to save on the ticket costs.

I reserved 3 rooms for our family of 8 adults and 2 children. The hotel receptionist assisted to have all 3 rooms within the same block beside allow us check in at noon instead of 3pm. She even upgraded one of my room with jacuzzi inside too. She recommends the restaurant just next to the hotel which the foods served are yummy super delicious yet affordable price. The rest serves own make salted pork and fish which go well with rice quite a unique delicious taste. I highly recommend this hotel for distance, convenience and services in Wuzhen vacation. Great location, Great services and above all Great value for money.

一次愉快的旅程少不了一家令人滿意的旅店，這次這家民宿給我的感覺好極了。 老闆和老闆娘人超級棒，管家式服務，熱心周到。從我們預訂開始，就一直和我們保持溝通，還給我們提供了很多有用的旅行建議，也給我們推薦了好吃的飯店～ 裝修很新很上檔次，房間明亮整潔又很寬敞，衞生乾淨，環境優美，設備齊全且貼心。一次性的馬桶坐墊，一次性浴缸袋，為淺眠人士準備的眼罩和耳塞，各種貼心的裝備深得我心。 房間採光非常不錯，無論是在窗前還是在小院裏曬太陽都非常舒服。 民宿離景區非常近，步行可達，交通便利，入住體驗極佳，五星推薦。

酒店位子很好找，房間巨衞生乾淨明亮，性價比很高，就在景區不遠，停車也免費。老闆人很熱情客氣，耐心推薦景區遊玩和小吃。走的時候還特地送了伴手禮。很推薦！nice

充滿文藝氣息的一家民宿。一樓吧枱有間小小的書房，外出回來可在此看看書。老闆娘美麗又熱情，給我們贈送了早餐券，不忙時也會和我們閑聊下。房間裏還有兩衹可愛的貓咪和小狗狗。我們訂的是家庭房，樓下能睡兩個人，三樓是張超級大的床。裏面的樓梯小朋友很喜歡，也很適合拍照，床品非常舒適。小店離景區很近，步行8分鐘，周邊都是美食。
