시내 중심가에 위치해있고 바로 근처에 Norma와 REWE가있어 편리하다. 방은 굉장히 높은 퀄리티로 이틀간 완벽한 휴식을 보낼 수 있었음. 이불이 푹신하고 책상이 넓다.

Good location for autobahn, good car parking (€4 per night), friendly staff, clean spacious quiet room. Not much in the way of English TV channels though! I would stay again.

We had a three night stay in Erlangen to visit the Bergkirchweih festival - it was a wonderful opportunity to spend time in a great city in Franconia and see the festival after two cancelled years. Staff were excellent and very supportive and helpful and the rooms were more than adequate although a little tired. Breakfast was excellent and the staff in the mornings were uniformly eager to please. We will certainly stay again when we return.

Brauchte spontan ein Zimmer in Erlangen. Da ich nicht allzuviel Zeit hatte, Preise und Hotels zu vergleichen, entschied ich mich für den Bayerischen Hof. Den Namen kennt man, das Haus in München genießt einen tadellosen Ruf. Kann mir nur schwer vorstellen, dass es einen Zusammenhang zum Münchener Haus gibt. Das Zimmer, was mir hier angeboten wurde, war, um es mal diplomatisch zu sagen, unterirdisch. Nicht von den Fotos täuschen lassen. Wenn man Pech hat, landet man in einem Albtraum aus dunkelrotem Teppich und Möbeln, die selbst in Berlin ein paar Tage am Straßenrand stehen bleiben würden. Das Bad: absoluter Wahnsinn. Fenster ließ sich nicht öffnen, die Jalousie wurde behelfsmäßig festgeknotet, im Rahmen bildete sich Schimmel. Die Dusche war kaum nutzbar, kochend heißes oder eiskaltes Wasser, dann aber ohne Druck. Armaturen und Duschkabine stark verkalkt. Der Kellerfrühstückssaal bietet ein Frühstück, das man maximal als mittelmäßig bezeichnen kann. Bei meiner Abreise wies ich auf den Zustand des Badezimmers hin, worauf mir lapidar, ohne die Augen vom Monitor zu nehmen, entgegnet wurde, dass man dem Hausservice Bescheid sagen würde. Meine Beschwerde-Email (mit Fotos), die ich im Nachgang geschickt habe, blieb unbeantwortet.

I have stayed 5 nights at the Quality Hotel in Erlangen, and it was very pleasant time. The room #206 was very clean, good shower and with a comfortable bed. Yes, the location is not in the centre of Erlangen, but I have enjoyed the 10 to 15 minutes’ walk into the town centre. The breakfast buffet has a nice selection of fresh items, and I enjoyed to try every morning something different. The staff is polite and helpful and give you advise where to eat out etc. If you want to eat delicious local food e.g. ”Schäuferle” (rost pork shoulder on the bone), then only a 5 minutes’ walk away is the “Gasthaus Spezerei”, or the “Fish Kitchen Nützel” and little but further out the local brewery “Steinbräu”.

We verbleven in dit hotel voor de derde keer als tussenstop op onze reis. Voor het eerst werd mij gevraagd om de toeslag voor onze hond (7,5 kg ****zu) te betalen. Niets vreemds, behalve dat de toeslag 25 euro is. Ik denk dat dit belachelijk is. In principe betaal je, voor parkeren en hondentoeslag, bijna net als de kamer zelf. We zullen niet terugkeren.

We had a fabulous stay at this hotel! The room was very clean, had all the amenities we needed for our 4 night stay, the little kitchen was so useful! We easily rented bikes and enjoyed using them for little adventures around Erlangen and Nuremburg. All the staff were very friendly and welcoming and the virtual check in and out made the whole process super easy, even after hours. It’s is located right in the heart of the city and we enjoyed many delicious meals and drinks, just a short walk from the hotel Would definitely stay here again!
