Very nice staff. Good location. Clean, Qiet. Peacfull. Ment to stay 2 day, but keep extending my stay. After all I stayed there week. Hostel offering transwers to the Tawau airport for 30 myr.

It's not far from RDC and the Orangutan Conservation Center. The sanitation is good, the environment is nice and quiet, and the front desk service is good. One thing to note is that it's not so easy to get a taxi from there to the city. I waited for 20 minutes before I got one.

Excellent little accomodation that has all you need at very reasonable rates. It's centrally located, clean and has very friendly staff. I decided to extend my stay for an other two nights. I was initially a bit hesitant as I read that wifi might not be working well, but it was quite the opposite. It was strong enough for me to take a video call for work which I'm happy about. The room was very comfortable, and there was a free breakfast every day. The front desk wasn't open 24 hours, but there were multiple staff members during the day. There were two toilets, one of which was large. There were two shower rooms. There was a place to cook and a refrigerator. Most of the guests were middle-aged.

Great value for budget travelers! Signel Hostel is very affordable and the rooms are very clean. The staff are super polite, friendly, and helpful. I really appreciated the bed setups—each comes with a personal reading light, a power outlet, a small shelf, and even a few clothes hangers, which was a very thoughtful touch! A few practical things to note before booking: There is no elevator, so carrying heavy luggage up the stairs can be challenging. The bathroom facilities are a bit old, limited in number, and the shower area is unisex/shared for both men and women. Overall, considering the cheap price, cleanliness, and wonderful hospitality, it’s still fantastic value for money!

Stay at 4th floor. Water pressure is nice, the bed is too squeaky at even slightest move but its very comfortable, pillow is good too. Not sure why but everytime i got back from outside I always smell cigarette smell in my room huhu. But other than that i enjoy the stay!

I had a wonderful stay at Greenage Ming Garden Suite. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable, with all the necessary amenities provided. The location is convenient, making it easy to access nearby restaurants and attractions. The staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to assist, which made the overall experience even more enjoyable. Everything was well maintained, and I truly felt relaxed throughout my stay. I highly recommend Greenage Ming Garden Suite to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable place to stay, and I would definitely choose to stay here again in the future.

I arrived in Tawau at 3 PM, but the airport didn't allow overnight stays, so I had to head to Semporna three hours earlier. Coincidentally, the front desk staff that day didn't speak Chinese or English, so we communicated using a translation app. It went smoothly; they allowed us to rest in the lobby and use the public restrooms. They were really kind and friendly throughout. After daybreak, we left our luggage there and went island hopping. We checked in upon our return in the evening. The cleanliness was good, and I didn't find any mosquitoes. My only minor regret was not having a place to hang my washed clothes, but thankfully, summer clothes dry quickly. The location is great, with plenty of food and drink options downstairs, including restaurants and supermarkets. Overall, for the price, I was very satisfied. If I go back, I'd definitely consider staying here again. I forgot to take photos of the hotel, so I'll just use my island hopping pictures instead.

hye. the lady at front counter very amazing, very friendly and helpful. the room is also tidy, just nice for 1-2 traveller. however, there are some amenities that are broken..the plug in the room is broken, so i can only use one plug. and the door at the ladies toilet also broken and very dangerous because it can. falll and hit others. i hope the technical and management team are aware of this. they need to check often. other than that im satisfied. especially the location since it is very very near to the entrance of imago mall.
