Stayed with the family for 5 days. Can really recommend the place. We had a superb time at the Mercure in Fuerth. Staff were fantastic, cautious and friendly. Location of the hotel worked perfectly for us. Having an outside pool in this weather was an extra. Very relaxed a**osphere throughout, you can dine in the restaurant on selected nights, order food in from outside or have a 15min walk into town to various restaurants. Clean rooms, nice breakfast. Gott sei dank wurde man nicht mit dem G3 oder G2 Schwachsinn schikaniert. In der Suite war ein Rollo defekt und hing die ganze Zeit herunter und konnte nicht heraufgefahren werden. Darüber kann ich aber hinwegsehen, auch wenn dieser zustand hinderlich für ein optimales Fotoshooting in dieser Nische war. Beim nächsten mal würde ich mir wünschen, dass die Rezeption ohne Mundschutz spricht, damit man sie besser versteht. Als ob nicht die dafür angebrachte Glasscheibe reichen würde. Bei den Reinigungskräften würde ich mir deutsches oder zumindest europäisches Personal wünschen. Hier setzt man offenbar auf billigeres Personal aus dem Orient. Ja, mit dieser Meinung macht man sich nicht beliebt, aber ich möchte meine Bewertung so ehrlich wie möglich schreiben. Um der Wahrheit die Ehre zu geben möchte ich aber vermerken, dass die Reinigungskraft von der Arbeit und von der Freundlichkeit her tadellos war. Ich finde so eine Personalpolitik einfach nicht in Ordnung, wenn Deutsche im eigenen Land auf der Straße stehen.

Very nice hotel located in the heart of Furth, Germany. Conveniently located steps from the Furth Christmas markets and a very short walk to the train station. Public transportation will get you to Nurnberg Christmas Markets in 15 minutes. There are several great restaurants within walking distance. There's a very good Thai place right across the street. (Highly recommend). The staff was very friendly and helpful. Hotel has a very nice sauna area at no extra charge. Did not eat at hotel, cannot review. Parking was about 14 Euros per day. Room was very spacious with separate sitting area, bedroom and a small kitchen with sink, refrigerator and microwave. Overall, a very nice stay and convenient to Nurnberg. Very reasonable rates as well. highly recommend.

Service good, bed comfortable but cushion terrible : too soft. Next railway made impossible to open window when airco did not cool the room. Breakfast was average, breadrolls were reheated and dry, and cheese was cold and dried out, should be covered. Wifi was decent but not stable, and housing keeping a bit slow in addressing issues. Still good location to city center, but railway line is something to consider. Good value for money considering the style of hotel

Zeer vriendelijk personeel. Wij zaten in een groot familie kamer met 2 aparte slaapkamers, keukentje en badkamer. Dit is in een ander gebouw dan het hotel op 20 meter lopen. Kamers waren zeer schoon, netjes en goed! Wij verbleven hier 2 nachten op doorreis en het Playmobil park. Ongeveer 13 minuten rijden naar het playmobil park. Het ontbijt (in het hotel) was ook goed, uitgebreid en lekker! Een aanrader!
