We stayed at the Hotel for 11 days, they advertice the hotel as a 5 star, but I would only rate it is 3 star. 1 star for cleaning, 4 for service from the frontdesk, and location close to the beach. The rooms has daily cleaning, and one has to call te reception everyday to tell them when the room is ready for cleaning, we did that and the only thing they did was making the bed, we asked several times to have the floor cleaned, or filling up soap, and we even had to go to the reception to ask for toilet paper, sometimes they didn't empty the trash. One day we came back to our room and they had left the gas on in the kitchen so we had to air out our room for long time. We asked to borrow an iron board and as you can see on the picture we got one, but as you can see it was of no use. The hot tub at the balcony is not a jacuzzi, it is only a hot tub, and we were never able to use it, since the warm water was not enough to fill it up. For the price and the fact they advertice it as 5 star, I would recommend you to find another place to stay. The breakfast was nice, you go downstairs to the bakery which is very good. It is not a hotel I would recommend, and I would never return

We visited the hotel two days before our stay. We were shown several suites. We booked and paid specifically, Suite #301. When we got to the hotel, on the first day of our stay, Suite #301 had been given to someone else. They did give us a refund and a perk but it was still not the room we really wanted. Not the sitting area we were hoping for and the larger balcony/terrace. Very disappointing! The room and bathroom were comfortable but the temperature in the shower constantly fluctuated from scorching hot to cold, several times while showering. Annoying to say the least. There was a safety deposit box, a fridge and bottled water replenished daily. Our balcony was very nice with views of the hills. The two pools were very nice but the water was colder than expected. The breakfast was a la carte and adequate!. We dined one evening at the hotel restaurant and the food was very good. Lovely romantic ambiance if you dined al fresco. There is parking if needed and an elevator for the higher floors. Overall, we had an enjoyable 4 night stay.

Generally ok and I did extend my trip a couple of days. The food was good and the entertainment team were great. The front desk however are a bit full of themselves. When I arrived at 14h30 they told me the room would be ready by 15h15. When I went back at 15h30 they said 16h30… it was because they were still painting it! When I went in the room I lent against the wall and got covered in paint. I contacted the front desk who seemed very inconvenienced by the issue and said ‘I suppose you will want to change room’. Well yes… did they offer to help me clean off the paint, move my luggage to the new room, bring the new keys to me? No No No - had to do it all myself. So service recovery skills there non existent. They also messed up the new keys when I extended the stay so I had to go back. There is a club area on the beach but it is so badly signposted that people would drift in there and sit down and then get into a fight (literally) with the club guests. The signage needs to be made a lot clearer. I don’t really want to listen to that on my vacation and I expect people who go in there by accident want to be humiliated either. But I did like the hotel and particularly the beach was great for swimming.

Se gli interni fossero curati come gli esterni sarebbe un ottimo hotel. Pulizia sufficiente, ”rattoppano” le zanzare spiaccicate sui muri con un po' di pittura bianca qua a là che alla fine fa effetto collage. Serramenti da curare un po' di più, lenzuola e asciugamani non sempre puliti, a volte rotti. le tende nella camera consiglio di mettere quelle oscuranti, il colore giallo e il tessuto leggero, fa trapassare tutta la luce della mattino impedendoti di dormire. Il punto dolente è la doccia del bagno con la tendina al posto del box che andrebbe anche bene, se l'aqua fosse calda e non tiepida o addirittura fredda se arrivi tardi in appartamento.
