這是一條非常氣憤的差評！出國遊玩一個多月 從沒遇到這樣的服務。 首先，地理位置確實優勢，離機場很近，但是房間沒辦法洗澡，水忽冷忽熱 根本洗不了。 第二，前台人員混亂，我們在等待的同時有另外一個外國友人在前台找不到人 衹能喊，從遠處傳來前台的聲音每次都説等待1分鐘，結果外國友人揹着大行李包等了十幾分鍾前台才出現，並且態度特別差。 第三，前台每個人説法不一。我們預訂了出海潛水的活動，説好50美元不能刷卡要求衹能付現金，於是打車去取了埃鎊，回來後告知必須用美元，所以我們又打車去取美元 並且沒有找零 説出海回來後會找，然後當晚夜裡打客房電話改口要60美元，告知第二天7:30集合，我們準時下樓退房後説8:00最終8:30才出發，我多睡一個小時覺不好嗎？同出行認識的夥伴實際都衹花了我們一半的價格，這也無所謂了，最令人氣憤的是出海回到酒店，前台説沒有零錢找，衹能給他正好的美元，並且要把這張錢給我，我怎麼知道他是否給我換了假鈔？在我強烈告知沒有零錢的時候又和我説埃及鎊可以。 總之，如果想遊玩，不要在這個酒店買任何項目 價格非常昂貴，有多不好的體驗工作人員都不會和你有任何解釋，衹能冤大頭吃啞巴虧！房間是足夠大，但如果你不需要洗澡 且可以承受前台人員混亂的工作可以選擇，但同等價位的酒店附近多得是，請好好斟酌

I been to Lilly apartment 4 times the stay is very nice you have different choices if you want something with nice view or balcony you can chose what you want the rooms very nice I would really say luxury and comfortable I would like to say thank you for all the stuff, start from the booking, reception, cleaning the room and good contact they message you every day to make sure everything going well with you also if you want something else they would do it for you big thanks for Haneen gust relation I would recommend this place to everyone to try the stay at Lilly loungue

The room is clean and spacious but a little hot in the day time. There is conditioner in the room. Comfortable to stay. They ask for 3000 Egyptian pounds for the deposit the day you check in and will return it back when you check out.

We visited this great gem on our recent holidays in Hurghada. The service is just great and the staff is very helpful. The rooms are clean and tidy. You have the facilities to make your own breakfast as each room has a mini kitchen/refrigerator You get the best Red Sea beach view from the rooms. The price are cheap compared to other places in this area. The owner is always around and making sure the visitors are taken care. We will definitely be back here😊 Hazeem family from Norway.

Excellent from start to finish very clean rooms comfortable beds.HouseKeeping came everyday to change bedding change towels Clean bathroom and empty bins. Everybody was very pleasant and friendly nothing was to much trouble after staying in Hotels in Hurghada, as a solo traveller now since my Husband passed away I was worried incase i did not eel safe but I felt safer in Zak Inn than I have ever felt in hotels I will definitely be back in Dec no more Hotels for me Excellent service and very friendly. Very close to Shops Supermarket and Restaurants perfect location

I am staying in Andalusia beech , a nice place , very nice people, it is like living in a simple family place , the beach is wonderful , the beach coffee is ok I met people who has been here many times ! When I come back I am intended to stay there . I just enjoyed my time and I recommended it for many friends 😀😎
