Wij verbleven 3 nachten in dit hotel als onderdeel van een fly drive rondreis geboekt via Tui. Personeel was vriendelijk. Spraken wel gebrekkig Engels. Ontbijt karig en bedden matig. In Chiclana is niet veel te doen. Vanuit Chiclana naar Cadiz en Gibraltar gereden en dat was goed te doen. Er is een parkeergarage onder het hotel. Ik zou zelf dit hotel niet boeken, omdat het niet echt gezellig is. Geen bar en de ontbijtzaal is in de kelder.

Ubicación muy buena, a unos 200m de la playa Zona muy cuidada Atención recibida perfecta Personal muy amable y profesional, la chica de la mañana de Huelva, simpatiquísima y con disposición a ayudar a los clientes, un 10. Desayuno muy bueno sobre todo los producto cocinados por el cocinero del complejo Piscina muy limpia y cuidada. Habitacion un poco sucia, suelo con pelos y arena.... Camas mejorables, se notaban los muelles, por lo que vale aloj**** allí no es correspondía la calidad de las camas. Un poco ruidoso según quién te toque compartir hall de habitación con apartamento., al estar tan pegado 3s escandaloso las aperturas de puertas y si hablan parecen en el hall parecen estar dentro de tu misma habitación. Hotel muy nuevo y cuidado. Detalle de cafetera y hervidor para tomar un buen café o infusión. Climatizador estupendo. Televisor bloqueado los ajuste, no pudimos verla más de 10 minutos ya que tenía los colores muy saturados y no permitía el mando modificar la configuración de imagen en este caso.

This hotel exceeded all expectations. From the moment we arrived at the hotel we were greeted with polite and friendly staff. All the catering staff were super friendly too. The gardens and pools in this hotel is what set it apart from all other hotels and of course the spa would be a huge draw for people. Super clean and comfortable rooms and the breakfast was fabulous. All tastes catered for and a huge array of healthy foods with a fabulous smoothie counter, where you can have any smoothie of your liking. A fabulous long weekend. The only downside to this hotel is the inside bar. A weird location and completely soulless. Other than that i give it top marks for everything and will definitely be coming again.
