Leí todos los comentarios y me asuste un poco... El tema del Checkin cierto es que he tenido que contactar con ellos para que me enviaran el email de bienvenida para poder hacer el registro de los que nos instalabamos alli. Una vez hecho te envían otro email con los botones que abren la puerta de entrada y habitacion, todo directamente desde el telefono. Alli hay un codigo QR que se supone que escaneando solo has de seguir los pasos, yo no lo tuve que usar porque ya pude acceder con el email. Todo muy facil y super rapido, nada que ver con los comentarios negativos que habia leido. Si no os llega email, pedirle el email de bienvenida. La habitación Estaba bien, no es un hotel, pero a mi ya me estaba bien para lo que buscaba..el baño perfecto y la habitacion tambien. Hemos dormido bien. Yo contacte con ellos a traves del siguiente email ******************, dándoles num de reserva. Todo bien y perfecto.

The hotel feels modern and well kept. The location is just perfect! Just the attention could improve a little, the ladies at r the front desk don’t seem too friendly. But my experience overall was positive. Oh the rooms are not too spacious either

房間相對乾淨 明亮. 但由於洗澡的地方沒有和房間完全隔斷 有時候會潮濕 The room is clean and bright but it would be better to upgrade the ventilation system

We were a group of 11. The rooms and reception area were spotlessly clean. The garden is beautiful and a lovely spot to sit and relax with a book. The hosts were very friendly and accommodating and let us store our luggage in one of the rooms at the end of our stay.  The location is excellent- a short walk to bars, cafes, restaurants and the beach.  If we return to Nerja we will book again.

simple yet very efficient hotel. just round the corner has a nice outdoor restaurant and is NOT expensive. You should try to have a meal there. Really worth staying here and is about 10 mins walk from the train station, easy to walk.

The Room was good clean and comfortable, the attached bathroom was very small, felt uncomfortable when credit card details were asked along with the expiry date, even though full payment was done. Aminities wise it was lacking as there was no provision of hot water, or any one for immediate response as there's no reception for this hostel. Felt safe. Close to the tourist attractions.

Le personnel de l'établissement était super sympa. Le logement était très bien situé, il était à deux pas des rues commerçantes plaines de cafés, bars, restaurants, magazins, supermarchés, etc. Le logement est situé à environ 15 minutes à pied de la frontière avec Gibraltar. Le logement est situé au premier étage sans ascenseur. La douche était très étroite et l'eau sortait une fois froide, une fois chaude, une fois bouillante, impossible de la régler.

Very basic lodging what I didn't like was the construction outside my window and 8am and that I had to check in the other Arc hotel 6 min walk away. The courtyard was nice but I wish they didn't have the automatic lights or at least the light switch for those who what'd to be outside after dark. Service was nice and they hold your bags. Overall not bad and not the worst.
