Springdale is located just outside the Airport and adjacent to Airport Metro Station. The location is very good and very convenient to go anywhere via metro. Stayed here for couple of days during office tour. While the location is extremely good and very good staff, the rooms are a big let down and in dire need of cleaning. In fact, they need to change their cleaning staff. Got room on ground floor, the room was allocated immediately and had to check-in myself as there was shortage of staff (due to multiple check-ins). Opened the door and very foul smell coming from Bathroom. Bathroom was open. Had to close it and switch on AC to get rid of the foul smell. As I was in hurry to report to office, could not highlight to staff regarding this. The floor was not clean and everything looked used. Anyways rushed office. While I came in night, the Bathroom door was closed and thee was no foul smell. Windows are no sound proof and sound of traffic on road could be heard. Had requested for Tea in room which was immediately provided and was very good. Breakfast was buffet with very limited options. I had to order omelette and was the only item I had in breakfast ***** with toast. While checking out I noticed, the cleaning boys using the empty room and watching TV. Management requires to be strict and keep check on cleaning staff. Checkout was again very smooth. The reception team is very good and has good ambience while entering the hotel. Would recommend to check room before taking the keys.
