For a short and easy stay it was very convenient. Close to the metro and bus lines to take you around +close to the west lake. The stay itself was nice and convenient. Even though there were many staying at the hostel, they tried to keep it clean. Sometimes the shower area would get wet, but that's just how it is. Overall nice stay!

I arrive early to the hostel, the capsule room is not ready for check in. I keep my huge luggage bag at the locker, free of charge for 6 hours. Room is decent, comfortable. If you have large suitcase (like me), you would need to place them on the bed so that it’s easy to retrieve your items. Every occupants are courteous, not much noise at night. The shower cubicles need some grouting at the corners while the toilet rubbish bin should clear on hourly basis to keep the sight and smell pleasant. Reception staffs are friendly and helpful. I could not do any laundry because my non-China phone cannot download the app :(

兩季西溪青旅記：冬的綿長與夏的清爽 第二次住進西溪濕地旁的這家西溪青旅，推門時熟悉的親切感混着夏風湧來。 第一次來是元月初，一住便是一週。那時青旅的暖光像冬日裏的小太陽，白天我總往西溪濕地跑，踩着薄雪看枯枝映水，偶爾拐去杭州植物園，看松柏在冷風中挺得筆直。傍晚回青旅，公共區的長桌總圍滿旅人，分享各地故事，連空氣裏都飄着熱飲的甜香。 這次盛夏再來，衹住了一天，卻格外踏實。房間依舊乾淨，床品帶着曬過的清爽。白天泡在西溪濕地的河邊，看荷葉挨挨擠擠，聽蟬鳴攪碎暑氣，和冬日的靜謐全然兩個模樣。雖衹一夜，青旅的自在感沒變——公共沙發能蜷着發呆，廚房飄來陌生朋友煮的麪香。 一長一短兩趟住下來，這青旅早成了我逛杭州的落腳點，藏着冬的綿長與夏的鮮活，下次還要來補全春秋的故事。

這家青旅可以排進住過的青旅的第一梯隊 床鋪居然是鋪好的 通常青旅都是需要自己領取四件套然後鋪好 在退房的時候再自己卸掉 這家店衹需要自己卸掉 床有簾子 私密性很好 有一個普通插座和兩個USB插口 還配有內部燈 既可以不打擾別人也不怕被別人打擾 床簾很遮光 早晨7:30-10:00都提供免費早餐 是熱豆漿和小麪包 坐在風景很好的窗户前面吃飯心情也好 房間不允許吃飯 所以也沒有異味 還提供你免費的紅糖 髮圈 創可貼等等 之前漢庭前台都沒有創可貼 非常文藝 非常實惠 非常舒適的一家店

This room is peefect for friends, your own bedroom with a shared bathroom between you, there were 2 of us this time but 2 couples or 4 friends could also share easily. The hotel is lovely and staff very helpful, my second time to stat and I would again.

Very convenient location walking distance from metro. Price is good. In lobby room has music instruments that you can play and sing. Has dog in lobby. so cute and very quiet dog.

義烏青旅number1吧感覺 可能是新開的。衞生間乾淨沒味道。大廳也大 ，外面露台視角不錯 。作為旅行愛好者 住過乾淨的青旅裏排前了 。沒想到還有背包十年的書。可能改天還去住。最近在東陽

This Youth hostel is great for budgets and young travellers to mingle with foreigners and local Chinese. However, there are concerns about the hygiene level at the toilets and bathrooms area which I informed the desk staff to take corrective actions. The clothes drying area is very musty, wet and has a very stuffy smell which may cause bacteria growth due to lack of fresh air ventilation. Each domintory room doesn't have enough fresh air ventilation and may cause stuffy and poor or no fresh circulation even if they use the air conditioner. Some young guests are still smoking in the bathroom and toilet even though there are no smoking notices posted everywhere. This hostel has great amenities and facilities like Library, LED TV, snooker table, vending machines, hot water dispenser small tables and chairs at the lobby.

The address in Amap was completely wrong, so I struggled finding the hostel. I had booked it because of the metro being nearby, which was not the case in the end. BUT, this made me a new local friend who showed me the way, so it turned out well. It is situated in the main area, so to get anywhere, you'll walk through the hustle & bustle, but it's in a calm street, so you don't have any noise inside. Some of the staff spoke English or used translation tools, but not all of them. But they were very kind. Also, it was cheaper to extend directly with the hostel and pay them instead of rebooking online. I met some really amazing people in my dorm, which also added to my Hangzhou experience. The WiFi sometimes didn't work so well, but that's just very usual in China I find. They have free (mostly hot) water, and you can also buy water bottles from them.

Hotel per gamers. Anche se noi non lo siamo e siamo capitati qui per caso, l’esperienza è stata buona. Il servizio gentile nonostante le difficoltà linguistiche. La posizione è ottima, vicina alla metro. Nel basement del palazzo c’è un’area cibo con scelta infinita. Aria condizionata ben funzionante e wifi migliorabile.
