Nice room facilities and the common spaces were cozy with karaoke every night and other social events but these were all in chinese. They also had vending machines in a lot of places. Really close to west lake.

Good location and amenities, The HVAC not working properly and so the room was very hot and the door was propped open at night. For a room without windows, the HVAC needs to work, all the time, Desti Hostels, please get this fixed!

我一個人，出差去杭州，住着又好又便宜，我住的4人間，大家都高素質，10點熄燈，沒人外放手機，安靜舒適，美美的睡一覺起來精神飽滿去工作。 老闆是個小夥子，人老實，性格柔，説話慢 大廳還可以和五湖四海的人交朋友聊天，也挺好的

This place is fantastic! The location is great, very close from the metro station and just a short walk from Lu Xun and Qiu Jin’s mansions. There are lots of shops and restaurants nearby. The bed was very comfortable and the room had everything you need (hair drier, toiletries, etc.). Wifi worked great and the atmosphere was amazing! Would definitely stay here again!

Nice place in good location. It is in an a atmospheric old building and has ample of common space. There is a wide range of good food options with an English menu. Shaoxing is worth a few days of your time.

The best hostel I have ever stayed at. It has a truly inclusive and welcoming atmosphere, and the price is quite affordable. As someone from a minority group, I was pleasantly surprised to see gender-friendly bathrooms—something you don’t often find. The public space is spacious and vibrant, with performances every evening. There’s even a free cleaning kit, and the bathrooms feature automatic toilets with heated seats. Everything here is thoughtfully designed and genuinely impressive.

I’ve had a  great experience . I would like the hostel rooms and the bathrooms were super clean, well organized, not crowded nor noisy. I’ve enjoyed very often chatting with the people in the hostel. The boss is friendly and nice people. 在这里既温馨舒适，夜晚还可以出去喝喝茶水聊聊天看晚霞看月亮🌙🌛eyes 星星haha  z ……

Good common area, comfy beds, lots of storage space and the keycard for your room is the same for your locker! Really cool, loved the set up

A very authentic HangZhou experience. Really liked the furnishings. In terms of the cleanliness- it’s what you would expect for an old and cultural building. If you’re picky about the amenities and cleanliness, probably should go for a 4-5 star hotel then… But overall, I quite enjoyed my stay and the reception is really nice!!

Hotel per gamers. Anche se noi non lo siamo e siamo capitati qui per caso, l’esperienza è stata buona. Il servizio gentile nonostante le difficoltà linguistiche. La posizione è ottima, vicina alla metro. Nel basement del palazzo c’è un’area cibo con scelta infinita. Aria condizionata ben funzionante e wifi migliorabile.
