Finding the place was quite confusing — I accidentally entered the wrong building and got lost for a while. The parking system was also a bit inconvenient since it costs RM2 each time you go in and out, which adds up quickly. The room itself was spacious, with a nice color scheme and cozy ambiance. The toilet was clean, although sometimes I could smell cigarette smoke coming from somewhere. The shower head holder was a bit loose, so it tended to move around when showering. I stayed for 3 days and 2 nights, but they only provided one set of complimentary drinks. When I asked for more, I was told it’s hotel policy to give only one set upon check-in — a bit disappointing. On the positive side, the internet connection was fast, and the bed was very comfortable — I slept really well. However, the floor was quite dusty; I noticed it when I walked into the bathroom and saw black marks from my footprints. When I checked in at 3:40 p.m., there was still a staff member inside the room, which felt a bit awkward. Overall, it’s a decent stay with a comfortable bed and fast Wi-Fi, but cleanliness and clearer directions could be improved.

Location wise it’s quite far from tourist spots but still okay as grab rates not that affects, just dont get out around 4pm onwards as all roads near to hotel is crowded. Very affordable and clean yet i think the front office staffs must wear some proper uniforms to recognize. I expected also a couple of coffee as amentiies as our flight by 8am morning and we prepared around 4am unfortunately convenience store down stares are closed so luckily i got some coffee from vietnam. Facilities are very amazing for its price but again the staffs needs to be presentable as most of them are indians/south asians (not for shaming but they will be more good if they act so good with that facilities)

The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The air conditioner was perfectly cold, and the price was really affordable. I love staying here because it feels just like home — there’s even a kitchen, which makes things super convenient! Shops are available right downstairs, so it’s easy to get what you need anytime. However, I hope the management can monitor the OKU parking area better. I travelled with my disabled son, and sometimes non-OKU vehicles were parked there. Other than that, I’m very satisfied with my stay and would definitely come back again!

Stayed here one night before the graduation day. The location is near the uitm campus, but you have to round few times to search for the accurate mailbox and parking. the guard doesn’t help much. You can also direct go to mall from your stay, even its hard to find.. you eventually will make it. Anyways, all the amenities are completed with shampoo, toilet papers, toothbrush, shower gels and towels. We had a pleasant stay, with the exact temperature of AC. All the utensils of cooking is provided, and we’re very delightful of the fridge function and the speed of wifi. Netflix and internet all good here. No worries for not having line even you’re using umobile. However, the bedroom can be improvised by putting at least one vanity mirror, the garbage plastic can be add on.

The room is nice and very spacious. Aircond is cold and there’s also a ceiling fan. It’s well-equipped with an induction cooker, pan, microwave, fridge and Tv (honestly very good value for what I paid!) However, when I checked in around 8.20pm, the floor was still a bit wet. Other than that, everything was fine and comfortable. Definitely will come again! Just a note: the road to the parking area is quite confusing and parking costs RM6 per day. Deposit was RM100 (should be RM200).

everything was good, cheaper apartment ever, only got for rm89 on weekends, but not all the time got that price😆😆two room for rm89 was insane 🤩 clean and easy to deal, sadly parking not included 🥺sorry don't have pictures

We stayed for one night at this service apartment. The place is very clean and well maintained, and the safety measures are good, which gave me peace of mind. However, the bed quality was only average, and the pillows were too soft and of below-average quality. A better set of pillows would greatly improve the sleeping experience, as good rest is very important. Another small improvement would be for the receptionist to explain clearly how to use the digital lock. I only figured out that you need to press and hold the lock for the numbers to appear before entering the numeric password. This simple instruction would save guests time and confusion. Overall, a pleasant and safe stay with some room for improvement in comfort and communication.

入住體驗良好，設施齊全，有三間卧室，卧室和客廳均配備空調和風扇。公寓整體安全，需門禁卡進入。公寓附近有很多超市，餐廳，生活便利，值得推薦！

The room is very big. Two bedrooms, two toilets, two showers. There is a full set of cooking utensils. It is very good for a family to live. Very convenient, there is a swimming pool. But there is no service. The security guard is responsible for giving the room card. Cleaning needs to be charged separately. Bottled water is also provided when you first check in.
