We decided to spend 2 nights and stay in a King Room. Our stay had a few problems. The room door was difficult to close and must be slammed to latch the lock. Our keys were disabled after the first night and the front desk clerk proceeded to lecture us about not putting key near phone or credit cards which we never do and my spouse and I do not store our hotel keys together. (We stay 100+ days a year in hotels.) The rooms need maintenance. The breakfast buffet was missing hot eggs but had pork sausage links and bacon, waffles, mini muffins, cereal, yogurt, mini cinnamon rolls. It's a carbohydrate/sugar lovers dream.

The Price was nice They are remodeling the place and it looks great I got to stay in a new Room by the laundry room and it was so clean... my family was blessed... we were between moves so it was much needed Will be going back.... You're looking for a budget-friendly hotel That is pet friendly....Also this is your one right next to the airport in lafayette... Super convenient

Checked in for a three day stay. Hard to be more dissatified with this facility. First, the Staff was excellant in all respects, helpful, friendly, effficient and very professional. This negative review is on the facility itself. Upon entering the lobby the musty odor was disgusting. The entire hotel had the appearance of a run down, out of date facility. Carpets did not appear to have been cleaned in several years. The back ”exit” door would not shut completely, next to it was two large boxes of peaches that were rotting and a ”fly trap.” Entering the room the electronic keys did not function and we had to return to the lobby for new keys. Upon actually entering the room the terrible aroma remained. The bathroom facilites were old and outdated. The sink would not drain quickly and appears that the drainage pipes were well on the way to being stopped up. The tap water was disgusting and we had to use bottled water for hyigene purposes. We were very worrried that due to the condition of the room they may have had bed bugs but it in this case our worries were unfounded, ”we checked” with a UV light. While we had paid for a three night stay we elected to check out on day early and were glad to be gone. Never had such a negative experience with a Holiday Inn Express. Again, this review is about the facilities and NOT the staff.

Thanks for a good on a daily basis I’ve never felt so much like I’m home here at the red roof inn. Thank you so much It’s always been a good stay whenever I get to the hotel much friendly staff and the hotel is under renovation and doing some good job on new room. I wish I had some pictures to share for new room but you can find new room picture in google.

Seluruh kakitangan mempunyai perwatakan yang ramah, profesional,. Bilik saya bersih dengan tuala yang mencukupi. Katil dan bantal agak selesa Bar sarapan pagi sangat bagus, terdapat pelbagai jenis barangan untuk dipilih. Arahan Covid-19 dipaparkan untuk mengingatkan tetamu supaya mengamalkan penjarakan sosial. Saya akan kembali ke hotel ini dan mengesyorkannya kepada orang lain.

Stayed here for a Reba McEntire concert at the Cajundome which was literally across the street! Dry convenient. Friendly staff! Clean rooms and good breakfast and dinner at the restaurant. It too far from other eating areas etc. I would definitely stay again!
