I appreciate how Julian ( the receptionist/ cleaner) welcomed us and did his best while we wait until he finished cleaning our room. We did arrive early so we understand why our room wasn’t ready yet. We have no complaints against him. He is very sweet and nice. However, the room is totally different from the photos posted on their site. The room space was tolerable but no A/C and there is a very weird smell in the bathroom and the second night was totally NO WIFI. I texted the contact number but no response. The shower area was small. I am a petite woman and I weight 120 pounds I barely cannot move a lot and I do not think a 6 foot male weighing more than 200 pounds won’t be able to move freely in the shower cubicle. Another thing that is a disappointment was 2 month and 1 month prior to our arrival We requested for an airport shuttle (since it was mentioned that they offer this service, which is also the major reason we picked this property to stay) the day before the arrival was the only time we found out from Andrea ( he’s a male) that we won’t be able to picked up since he said the shuttle is already full. We we’re really disappointed. If we knew about that hassle we should’ve arrange a different transportation or went to a different hotel that offer the airport pick up. I didn’t like how he sent us the message saying that we never communicated very well with him. Like what I mentioned, we were already trying to request for this 2 months and again a month before our arrival. Only last minute we found out that we’re on our own to figure it out how to get to Dada suites. The only good thing about this property was Julian. We like him a lot . The location was ok but there are better properties that have better location to tourist spots and excellent service.

La nostra camera per noi perfetta, calda, pulita, accogliente, dotata di ogni comfort, prezzo super ottimo soprattutto per tutto quello che offrono, colazione in camera : abbiamo trovato in frigo 2 yogurt ed una coca cola, 2 bottiglie di acqua, bollitore, the di varie tipologie, caffè solubile, 2 capsule monodose di latte, zucchero, una macchinetta per caffè espresso con varie cialde, 2 biscottini, e infine, la mattina la gentilissima Signora Teresa, ti lascia alla porta della camera 2 cornetti freschi..... che si viole di più!!!! In bagno kit cortesia fornitissimo, asciugacapelli molto potente (cosa rara!) TV, armadio ampio con cassaforte. Unico appunto : le camere sono poco insonorizzate, anche se non si sente alcun rumore dall'esterno perché la nostra dava nel cortile interno, si sentono gli altri ospiti della struttura soprattutto se poco educati e rispettosi! La posizione ottima : a pochi minuti a piedi dalla stazione Termini e Santa Maria Maggiore. Sia la ragazza del check in ( purtroppo non ci ricordiamo il nome) che la signora Teresa, sono persone estremamente deliziose e gentili, abbiamo potuto lasciare i bagagli per poi ritirarli prima della nostra partenza..... servizio comodissimo! Abbiamo scoperto che hanno altre strutture simili nella stessa zona..... se non trovate posto qui.... chiedete a loro, vi troveranno di sicuro un alloggio adatto alle vostre esigenze! Naturalmente, noi consigliamo di soggiornare in questa struttura senza alcun dubbio!! Grazie.... a presto!

Excellent location only 5 mins from Spanish steps and all luxury shoppings. Surrounding with lots of good restaurants. Easy check in and Sonia was very helpful. They responded to WhatsApp messages quickly. It’s located on the second floor of a beautiful old building with elevator. There are 5 rooms within the large flat. I had the triple room which was very spacious. The room was clean daily but you only get new towels every 3 days. Surprisingly it was very quiet and dark even with loose fit drapery. The bed was very comfortable and AC works well. The hotel supposed to be quite new but it feels a little only a little worn down. May be they can redo the room flooring with some floor molding which will help to update the room. Some extra shelving and hooks in the bathroom and full body mirror in the room will be helpful. One more thing with the shower, because they have rainfall shower head, the water kept splashing out of the shower floor as the glass divider was only partially enclosed The floor was all wet after we took the shower unless you only use the spray which was held low. We had a good stay and nothing to beat the location

We had an unexpected stay here, we had actually booked for Hotel Auditorium Di Mecenate, but upon drop off the member of staff who met us from the taxi brought us one street over to the Marta Inn. Appears to be situated in a residential building, some residents had signs up by their doors saying ”we are not a bed and breakfast, do not ring”. We were a bit confused about this but settled ourselves in. We had a room next to the kitchen and our bathroom was situated one over from that, not an en-suite which was said when we booked (but then again, we weren't staying in the same place!). Room was lovely and clean, glasses and snacks were replaced daily and breakfast of pastries was left in a bag on our door handle every morning at 9am. The cleaner was very polite and friendly, even turning the air-con on for us during the day so it was ready for our return! Walls, however, are paper thin. A group of girls checked in two days before our week long stay was up and they were incredibly loud. Screaming, shouting and dragging furniture about, you could hear them as if they were in your own room. I honestly don't believe it was just the girls, that it's just you would've heard noise no matter what. Location was fantastic, very central with lots of restaurants and sites to see nearby. Colosseum and Roman Forum less than 15 minutes walk, trevi fountain and pantheon less than 30 minutes walk. Final point, the staff didn't appear to be on site and could only be contacted via WhatsApp. We had a quick response, but a family that got locked out of their room seemed to be waiting well over an hour for someone to come and let them back in. Overall, a good stay, but not the place we expected at all!

We, a family of 8, stayed at „femasuites“ back in October 2022 – finally I get to write a review. It is a very special place: A lovely flat with great interior including 4 bedrooms and 1 kitchen, so we had the whole flat of our own. Our host Marco was an extraordinary host, extremely helpful and nice! We enjoyed our stay very, very much! Femasuites are located in a charming neighborhood close to 2 metro stations. Both the Vatican City and Castel Sant‘Angelo can be reached in walking distance, too. The breakfast – excellent Italian pastry and delicious coffee – was offered at a traditional Italian bar just around the corner which we liked a lot.

The location is convenient as it is across Roma Termini especially if you have an early train to catch. The room was clean with clean beddings and towels and the staff were nice. There’s a small kitchen with free coffee/tea which is good as we need to start the day with coffee. My kids liked staying there. Since its near termini, there’s a lot of options where to get quick bites, cheap eats and the mercato inside termini. Suprisingly, it’s quiet at night (past 10pm) until 6am. They also offerred luggage storage on our checkout day for free. Plus, its not expensive compared to other airbnb/hotel/hostel if you want to have a good accommodatuon where you can get a goodnight sleep after long walks visiting tourist sites. All in all, we will stay there again if we come back to Rome.

Excellent location - we walked easily to get breakfast lunch dinner and to the main sites. Although it was 20-45 mins walk it was well worth it to see the city! We felt safe and although this was like an BnB there was housekeeping and extra toiletries available right outside the room. The downside to this room was the sewage smell and construction upstairs. The host was very on top of the service and instructions and made it easy to communicate with. We appreciated the rose petals!!

Stayed for 5 nights. Self check in was really easy and the process was communicated perfectly by reception staff via WhatsApp before we arrived. Location is ideal and can get a bus from ciampino to Roma Termini for €7 each which is 5 minutes walk then to the apartment. Transport links are there but often quicker just to walk. Booked via *********** and tried my luck when booking by asking for a room that went out onto the terrace, got a reply to say this had been agreed then wasn’t on arrival but this was not an issue at all. Tram line goes past the door outside, didn’t bother us much as we were always knackered from a busy day but ear plugs are provided. Staff on check in were helpful when needed, room was cleaned after 2 nights. Nearby to some lovely restaurants and chilled bars just a short walk away. Great stay, would recommend and would stay again.

The place is well renovated and very clean. We got the Le Suite and there was enough space for us to freely walk around and have a comfortable stay. The common kitchen also helped us with breakfast preparation and the host has always been accommodating. We were able to check in early for a small fee, and the souvenirs helped a great deal to make an impression. The location itself at night time can just feel a bit tense, but nothing to make you so fearful (for a seasoned traveler). Price is the most reasonable we've found during our season and it's just few mins walk away from Termini which is why we booked the place. There were ample restaurants around and a nearby supermarket. The place is very clean and really a delight.

Apartamento ótimo para quem precisa ficar nos arredores de Fiumicino, a poucos minutos do aeroporto. O sistema de travas liberadas pelo acesso a internet é muito util par quem chega em horarios alternativos. As instalações sao modernas e limpas. Enfim, uma excelente opção!

My plane landed early in the morning- I was incredibly grateful that they let me check in early after flying all night. Everyone at the front desk could not have been nicer or more helpful. Room is very basic . but clean and comfortable - price is extremely reasonable . I was only in town overnight- it was the perfect place to relax and refresh. Very quiet and secure- I slept like a baby.

This is quaint little hotel right by a very happening street in Fiumicino. We have stayed there twice and had a fun time walking around and also sleep well knowing we were only a ten-minute drive to the airport. This is the part of Fiumicino where the river runs out into the sea, with two drawbridges across it, great gelato, a dozen nice places to eat and drink, a superb little ostrecheria/enoteca, and even a short walk to the beaches south of the river mouth. The staff were great [both of them] and the room was fine; we even had a great covered balcony looking out on the Tiber this time!

After our cruise we wanted to stay one night near the Fiumicino Airport (Rome). Rather than stay in a hotel, we found a small guest house five minutes from the airport. What an amazing find! We not only found the facility and room to be immaculate, but Sofia and Nicolas made us feel more like a guest in their home. To make things even more enjoyable, it was only a ten minute walk the the beach and location where the Tiber River empties into the sea. It was a perfect place to watch the sunset and have a fabulous meal at one of the many restaurants overlooking the river. If you ever want to stay near the Rome airport, look no further than the Kalaso Design Guest House.

Il nostro volo è atterrato in ritardo e avevamo bisogno di un posto dove riposare, fortunatamente abbiamo trovato una camera libera in questa Guest House. Posto bellissimo, avranno ristrutturato da poco visto l’arrendo così moderno, camera perfettamente pulita e spaziosa, letto e cuscini morbidissimi. Ringraziamo tantissimo la Signora Elisabeth che è stata il nostro angelo durante questo soggiorno, quando la professione è svolta con passione si nota subito. Grazie mille ancora Jlenia

Having to arrive at FCO in the morning for my outbound flight, I was looking for a convenient hotel. What a wonderful option I stumbled upon here at the family run Porto di Claudio. The communication prior to arriving was prompt and courteous to organize my transfer to the hotel. And it was only a short ride away. Check in was qui k and again, the young men taking care of all of this were friendly always with a smile. My room and bathroom were very spacious, clean and well equipped. I had a top floor with a large terrace and views of the surrounding area. There was even a jacuzzi/spa hot tub in the corner (but with 50 degree July temperatures, this was not on the agenda). ;) A couple of markets and restaurants are just steps from the hotel, so, I had dinner out. A good sleep, don't recall any noise due to airport proximity. Breakfast was a good assortment of fruit, pastries etc. and friendly owners once again. My transfer to the airport was quick and uncomplicated. Thanks Porto di Claudio for taking some stress out of my final day in Italy!
