I appreciate how Julian ( the receptionist/ cleaner) welcomed us and did his best while we wait until he finished cleaning our room. We did arrive early so we understand why our room wasn’t ready yet. We have no complaints against him. He is very sweet and nice. However, the room is totally different from the photos posted on their site. The room space was tolerable but no A/C and there is a very weird smell in the bathroom and the second night was totally NO WIFI. I texted the contact number but no response. The shower area was small. I am a petite woman and I weight 120 pounds I barely cannot move a lot and I do not think a 6 foot male weighing more than 200 pounds won’t be able to move freely in the shower cubicle. Another thing that is a disappointment was 2 month and 1 month prior to our arrival We requested for an airport shuttle (since it was mentioned that they offer this service, which is also the major reason we picked this property to stay) the day before the arrival was the only time we found out from Andrea ( he’s a male) that we won’t be able to picked up since he said the shuttle is already full. We we’re really disappointed. If we knew about that hassle we should’ve arrange a different transportation or went to a different hotel that offer the airport pick up. I didn’t like how he sent us the message saying that we never communicated very well with him. Like what I mentioned, we were already trying to request for this 2 months and again a month before our arrival. Only last minute we found out that we’re on our own to figure it out how to get to Dada suites. The only good thing about this property was Julian. We like him a lot . The location was ok but there are better properties that have better location to tourist spots and excellent service.

Fantastic village, beautiful surroundings and very peaceful. Train station is around a 30 minute walk from the village where you can get cheap trains to Rome and the airport. Great place to get a good night’s rest and good value too. I stayed there between flights so it was convenient as it is only 1 hour 15 minutes by train to the airport. There are restaurants, plenty of toilets and even a shuttle bus. I didn’t use any of these services because I just needed to sleep but there are lots of amenities. I stayed in a basic room which had 2 beds, table, light and power socket. That’s all you need. There is a heater and blankets for when it gets cold. A generous amount of toilet paper is also provided which can be used in the shared toilets. Staff are friendly. All in all a great place to stay!

We had an unexpected stay here, we had actually booked for Hotel Auditorium Di Mecenate, but upon drop off the member of staff who met us from the taxi brought us one street over to the Marta Inn. Appears to be situated in a residential building, some residents had signs up by their doors saying ”we are not a bed and breakfast, do not ring”. We were a bit confused about this but settled ourselves in. We had a room next to the kitchen and our bathroom was situated one over from that, not an en-suite which was said when we booked (but then again, we weren't staying in the same place!). Room was lovely and clean, glasses and snacks were replaced daily and breakfast of pastries was left in a bag on our door handle every morning at 9am. The cleaner was very polite and friendly, even turning the air-con on for us during the day so it was ready for our return! Walls, however, are paper thin. A group of girls checked in two days before our week long stay was up and they were incredibly loud. Screaming, shouting and dragging furniture about, you could hear them as if they were in your own room. I honestly don't believe it was just the girls, that it's just you would've heard noise no matter what. Location was fantastic, very central with lots of restaurants and sites to see nearby. Colosseum and Roman Forum less than 15 minutes walk, trevi fountain and pantheon less than 30 minutes walk. Final point, the staff didn't appear to be on site and could only be contacted via WhatsApp. We had a quick response, but a family that got locked out of their room seemed to be waiting well over an hour for someone to come and let them back in. Overall, a good stay, but not the place we expected at all!

A hidden gem!!! Perfect location, minutes from the Spanish steps and Via del Corso and a short walk to the Trevi fountain. We had two rooms, as we were a family of 4 travelling. AC was a relief to walk into after exploring the city in the extreme heat. Very clean, comfortable and newly renovated …would definitely stay again!! Thank you to Sonia for her care and attention to anything we needed.

La nostra camera per noi perfetta, calda, pulita, accogliente, dotata di ogni comfort, prezzo super ottimo soprattutto per tutto quello che offrono, colazione in camera : abbiamo trovato in frigo 2 yogurt ed una coca cola, 2 bottiglie di acqua, bollitore, the di varie tipologie, caffè solubile, 2 capsule monodose di latte, zucchero, una macchinetta per caffè espresso con varie cialde, 2 biscottini, e infine, la mattina la gentilissima Signora Teresa, ti lascia alla porta della camera 2 cornetti freschi..... che si viole di più!!!! In bagno kit cortesia fornitissimo, asciugacapelli molto potente (cosa rara!) TV, armadio ampio con cassaforte. Unico appunto : le camere sono poco insonorizzate, anche se non si sente alcun rumore dall'esterno perché la nostra dava nel cortile interno, si sentono gli altri ospiti della struttura soprattutto se poco educati e rispettosi! La posizione ottima : a pochi minuti a piedi dalla stazione Termini e Santa Maria Maggiore. Sia la ragazza del check in ( purtroppo non ci ricordiamo il nome) che la signora Teresa, sono persone estremamente deliziose e gentili, abbiamo potuto lasciare i bagagli per poi ritirarli prima della nostra partenza..... servizio comodissimo! Abbiamo scoperto che hanno altre strutture simili nella stessa zona..... se non trovate posto qui.... chiedete a loro, vi troveranno di sicuro un alloggio adatto alle vostre esigenze! Naturalmente, noi consigliamo di soggiornare in questa struttura senza alcun dubbio!! Grazie.... a presto!

In case your health is important for you and you don't like to meet very non professional service - run away from this organization/address at all. My flight was late night - arrived Rome after 23:30 - someone from this organization calling me and telling with ultimatums something like ”if you are not going to pay me additionally I'll not come and open doors, you can stay in the street like homeless” although I paid for all that full day - reached to the place at 00:50 - doors were closed, there were no-one - the guy finally came - as I was with family on the street and have no other option than promise via phone that ”ok come I'll pay additionally, and later I'll try to solve the issue” I double checked with my turagent - and she said that after she paid hotel for whole trip and there were no any way to cancel anything - only after that she received a note that ”...our reception is open until 11:00pm and if guests arrive after this time they are required to pay a late check-in fee of 15 euros and our staff only wait until 01:00am. After 01:00 until 02:00 the suppliment is 25 euros and our staff only wait until 02:00...” But even with this I was charged full 25 euros (again with ultimatums that I can stay in the street, in the night) - although we arrived 00:50. Тhey are trying to shamelessly deceive and cheat you for money as much as they can - with ultimatums and threats. Even the indian reception guy in the next day said directly to me honestly something like ”you are tourist and here in the Italy for vacation and we are scraping money from you as much as possible, and I think for you 10-20-50... euros more/less - you will not become a poor” I'm traveling enough - have been in different countries, hotels, guest houses, etc. (5,4,3.. stars, without any stars) - nowhere there were no such a unprofessional staff-management whose main goal seems was just cheating customers - they don't try even listen, understand and solve - they just trying to push their position by lying and without checking anything what you are trying to explain them. I would not recommend this organization, this staff, this service... to even my enemy. And be careful they can easily change the name as they don't have any sign about their organization in the street and their manager (at least he told me that he is a manager) said me that I can put my feedback/notes anywhere I want... they are not going to accept their problem and do any refund from what they already was able to charge from myself in the first night with ultimatums - so I kindly advise you to avoid this address at all.

We stayed this perfect place for honeymoon. First of all, the owner was so kind and friendly. He gave us very nice room. The bed and pillow were fluffy so we had very comfort and deep sleep. The view that we saw everyday was fantastic. I'll recommend here to my friends, family and anyone who visits Rome. :)

I stay in Rome many times each year and have had the best experience at this charming hotel. The staff separates this place from the competition no matter the price point. Frederica made arrangements for my arrival with great care. Zoya made each day a joy with recommendations and her concern for my experience. The rooms are comfortable and contrary to another review had a good size bathroom with excellent water pressure. The Location is amazing. Rome is expensive as i have experienced at the most famous of its hotels. This hotel will be home for me now. I am in love!!

We stayed at Domus Castrense for 3 nights near the end of our European holiday. It was fairly close to Termini station. We walked there dragging our luggage. When we found it, it was just a big closed door and on entry there was an old fashionsed cage lift going up to the reception and then onwards further up to a different floor where our room was. Conveniently enough the breakfast room was on our floor too , the 5th. Breakfast was continental style with pastries, juice, yoghurts, fruit, coffee etc Would have loved a kettle or coffee machine in the room. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was small but fresh, modern and fairly newish.

Nerva has two locations, we stayed at Via Cavour 150 It is a great location , close to Metro 2 mins , 10-15 min walk from Termini Station. There are many bars and restaurants nearby , in particular if you get of Via Cavour into the nearby streets. As for the accomodation we had a lovely big room , good bathroom Very clean and well maintained The staff are all so friendly and helpful, it was great to talk with them , and they were willing to engage with my bad Italian 😊 Breakfast is simple but good ,cornetti, toast , cereal , caffe or tea , great cakes you serve yourself. They will also make coffee for you It’s a great location for many sites , Coliseum , Trevi Fountain , many amazing churches and so much more Roma Termini is only about 15 mins the Metro is even closer

We had the opportunity to stay in the ”new” area and the hotel contacted us the day before we arrived to notify us because we would be staying across the street from the main building. There was no one there to greet us but they did provide us door codes to let us in and left the key on the front desk. They charged a city tax which we had to pay at the front desk of the main hotel. The only issues we had for check in is that both parts of the hotel are non-descript and have no signage outside - for the main part you have to look for the street number and the hotel's name is on the call board. I don't think either desk has staff after hours but we felt safe. The newer rooms are located below ground level beside a fairly busy street. Only motorcycles were the issue and we didn't hear them between 9 pm and 7 am. The bed was comfy with good pillows and the room came with a desk, closet and chair. The room was big enough for the two of us but the bathroom quarters were tight with a slanted ceiling that was quite low. I had to duck to use the toilet and get in and out of the shower - I bumped my head a lot in the washroom at 180 cm. The shower had good pressure and they provided extra packets of shampoo and soap. The shower head placement is a bit weird but wasn't a deal breaker. The hotel had a kettle with some tea, instant coffee and Biscoff biscuits. In the hallway they had a Krup/Nespresso machine to make espresso and coffee from pods. Another nice feature is that since the rooms we stayed in were below ground they stayed nice and cool. There was also its own AC/heat machine in the room with an English remote so we could control the climate of the room. The area is quite cool and we were a 20 minute walk to the Vatican City Museum Entrance and 10 minute walk to St. Peter's Square. The Castel Sant'Angelo was right across the river from us and was really nice to look at day and night. The forum and Colosseum area were about 30 minutes away as well and there were many small attractions and good restaurants nearby. April is the start of high season in Rome and we paid more than we wanted to for this hotel but relative to other crazy prices in Rome we thought we got a decent deal for a good night's sleep while we explored Rome. The prices seem to fluctuate a lot at this hotel and you could probably get a good deal here in low season. To get here you can take a 20 minute ride from Roma Termini on Bus 40 or 64 which is 1.5 Euros. If you're coming from or going to the airport the SIT bus was an excellent option and costs 8 Euros for a comfy sit down bus with a couple of stops. You can also take a train/bus combo from the airport to Roma Termini and then to the hotel. Anyway it is pleasant and convenient.

My flight was late night - arrived Rome after 23:30 - someone from this organization calling me and telling with ultimatums something like ”if you are not going to pay me additionally I'll not come and open doors, you can stay in the street like homeless” although I paid for all that full day - reached to the place at 00:50 - doors were closed, there were no-one - the guy finally came - as I was with family on the street and have no other option than promise via phone that ”ok come I'll pay additionally, and later I'll try to solve the issue” I double checked with my turagent - and she said that after she paid hotel for whole trip and there were no any way to cancel anything - only after that she received a note that ”...our reception is open until 11:00pm and if guests arrive after this time they are required to pay a late check-in fee of 15 euros and our staff only wait until 01:00am. After 01:00 until 02:00 the suppliment is 25 euros and our staff only wait until 02:00...” But even with this I was charged full 25 euros (again with ultimatums that I can stay in the street, in the night) - although we arrived 00:50. Тhey are trying to shamelessly deceive and cheat you for money as much as they can - with ultimatums and threats. Even the indian reception guy in the next day said directly to me honestly something like ”you are tourist and here in the Italy for vacation and we are scraping money from you as much as possible, and I think for you 10-20-50... euros more/less - you will not become a poor” I'm traveling enough - have been in different countries, hotels, guest houses, etc. (5,4,3.. stars, without any stars) - nowhere there were no such a unprofessional staff-management whose main goal seems was just cheating customers - they don't try even listen, understand and solve - they just trying to push their position by lying and without checking anything what you are trying to explain them. I would not recommend this organization, this staff, this service... to even my enemy. And be careful they can easily change the name as they don't have any sign about their organization in the street and their manager (at least he told me that he is a manager) said me that I can put my feedback/notes anywhere I want... they are not going to accept their problem and do any refund from what they already was able to charge from myself in the first night with ultimatums - so I kindly advise you to avoid this address at all.

We stayed this perfect place for honeymoon. First of all, the owner was so kind and friendly. He gave us very nice room. The bed and pillow were fluffy so we had very comfort and deep sleep. The view that we saw everyday was fantastic. I'll recommend here to my friends, family and anyone who visits Rome. :)

I stay in Rome many times each year and have had the best experience at this charming hotel. The staff separates this place from the competition no matter the price point. Frederica made arrangements for my arrival with great care. Zoya made each day a joy with recommendations and her concern for my experience. The rooms are comfortable and contrary to another review had a good size bathroom with excellent water pressure. The Location is amazing. Rome is expensive as i have experienced at the most famous of its hotels. This hotel will be home for me now. I am in love!!

We stayed at Domus Castrense for 3 nights near the end of our European holiday. It was fairly close to Termini station. We walked there dragging our luggage. When we found it, it was just a big closed door and on entry there was an old fashionsed cage lift going up to the reception and then onwards further up to a different floor where our room was. Conveniently enough the breakfast room was on our floor too , the 5th. Breakfast was continental style with pastries, juice, yoghurts, fruit, coffee etc Would have loved a kettle or coffee machine in the room. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was small but fresh, modern and fairly newish.

Nerva has two locations, we stayed at Via Cavour 150 It is a great location , close to Metro 2 mins , 10-15 min walk from Termini Station. There are many bars and restaurants nearby , in particular if you get of Via Cavour into the nearby streets. As for the accomodation we had a lovely big room , good bathroom Very clean and well maintained The staff are all so friendly and helpful, it was great to talk with them , and they were willing to engage with my bad Italian 😊 Breakfast is simple but good ,cornetti, toast , cereal , caffe or tea , great cakes you serve yourself. They will also make coffee for you It’s a great location for many sites , Coliseum , Trevi Fountain , many amazing churches and so much more Roma Termini is only about 15 mins the Metro is even closer

Il nostro volo è atterrato in ritardo e avevamo bisogno di un posto dove riposare, fortunatamente abbiamo trovato una camera libera in questa Guest House. Posto bellissimo, avranno ristrutturato da poco visto l’arrendo così moderno, camera perfettamente pulita e spaziosa, letto e cuscini morbidissimi. Ringraziamo tantissimo la Signora Elisabeth che è stata il nostro angelo durante questo soggiorno, quando la professione è svolta con passione si nota subito. Grazie mille ancora Jlenia

Apartamento ótimo para quem precisa ficar nos arredores de Fiumicino, a poucos minutos do aeroporto. O sistema de travas liberadas pelo acesso a internet é muito util par quem chega em horarios alternativos. As instalações sao modernas e limpas. Enfim, uma excelente opção!

My plane landed early in the morning- I was incredibly grateful that they let me check in early after flying all night. Everyone at the front desk could not have been nicer or more helpful. Room is very basic . but clean and comfortable - price is extremely reasonable . I was only in town overnight- it was the perfect place to relax and refresh. Very quiet and secure- I slept like a baby.

This is quaint little hotel right by a very happening street in Fiumicino. We have stayed there twice and had a fun time walking around and also sleep well knowing we were only a ten-minute drive to the airport. This is the part of Fiumicino where the river runs out into the sea, with two drawbridges across it, great gelato, a dozen nice places to eat and drink, a superb little ostrecheria/enoteca, and even a short walk to the beaches south of the river mouth. The staff were great [both of them] and the room was fine; we even had a great covered balcony looking out on the Tiber this time!

Bella casa, FREGENE in inverno d’un incanto , proprietari gentilissimi , casa pulitissima, colazione offerta in struttura con prodotti fatti credo dai proprietari perché buonissimi .

Qualità, pulizia e disponibilità oltre le mie aspettative,nonostante avessimo prenotato con un solo giorno di anticipo siamo stati accolti come clienti abituali, la reception è stata perfetta nell’organizzare e gestire il nostro check-in anticipatamente.Camera bellissima e pulitissima, personale gentile, professionale e premuroso. Ho soggiornato in tanti Hotel e posso affermare con sicurezza che chi svolge la propria professione in questa struttura lo fa con passione e dedizione al cliente, perché saper “accogliere” è un’arte e qui trovate dei veri artisti. L’unico rammarico è per aver soggiornato una sola notte, spero presto di porre rimedio ritornandoci prossimamente.

In anni di viaggi e prenotazioni in giro per il mondo non è mi è mai capitato di dover affrontare una tale maleducazione e un tale menefreghismo da parte del proprietario. Un mese e mezzo fa abbiamo prenotato telefonicamente presso questa struttura con tanto di conferma scritta da parte appunto del proprietario. Come da accordi presi il giorno prima appena arriviamo in aeroporto chiamiamo il B&B per comunicargli che quello che lui chiama ”driver” - un tale Maurizio può partire per venire a prenderci. E qui inizia il bello ! Ci dirigiamo al punto di incontro (terminal 3) e aspettiamo per più di mezz'ora. Nessun ombra del driver. Iniziamo a chiamare e mandare messaggi per capire per quanto avremmo dovuto aspettare.. i primi messaggi arrivano, il numero del B&B continua a squillare e dopo un po'... Come per magia telefono spento!! Alle ore 3 e mezza della notte ci viene comunicato che il propietario ha dato un numero sbagliato al driver e che lui guarda caso da una certa ora non risultava più reperibile (il tutto tramite un messaggino di scuse - nulla più). Vi posso assicurare che il padrone è stato chiamato dal numero del mio ragazzo la mattina seguente, proprio perché al numero mio personale di prenotazione che sicuramente aveva salvato non rispondeva più. E vi posso assicurare che la”presa per i fondelli” riguardo la storiella del driver era più che palese.. per non parlare dell'arroganza e della maleducazione mai riscontrata prima in qualsiasi persona che lavora nel campo dell'hospitality. Sicuramente le stanze saranno anche carine, le recensioni di booking lo denotano, ma questa è gente che non merita i nostri / vostri soldi ed è gente che non merita di lavorare per qualsiasi ambito perché semplicemente DISONESTA.

We had a lovely stay. Arrived early evening to FCO and had an early flight to Catania, so wanted to be close to the airport. Leandro was warm and helpful throughout. He picked us up and dropped us back off at the airport as part of the service. The room was clean and comfortable with good working a/c. The neighborhood is quiet. He directed us to a nice restaurant within walking distance that was a perfect first dinner for our family. The complimentary breakfast was also very nice. I'd stay there again. Leandro even drove us to two ATMs, both were not functioning though, but he was extremely patient and caring. Molto grazie!

Having to arrive at FCO in the morning for my outbound flight, I was looking for a convenient hotel. What a wonderful option I stumbled upon here at the family run Porto di Claudio. The communication prior to arriving was prompt and courteous to organize my transfer to the hotel. And it was only a short ride away. Check in was qui k and again, the young men taking care of all of this were friendly always with a smile. My room and bathroom were very spacious, clean and well equipped. I had a top floor with a large terrace and views of the surrounding area. There was even a jacuzzi/spa hot tub in the corner (but with 50 degree July temperatures, this was not on the agenda). ;) A couple of markets and restaurants are just steps from the hotel, so, I had dinner out. A good sleep, don't recall any noise due to airport proximity. Breakfast was a good assortment of fruit, pastries etc. and friendly owners once again. My transfer to the airport was quick and uncomplicated. Thanks Porto di Claudio for taking some stress out of my final day in Italy!
