Excellent location, just at the train station. We booked through booking.com and got an excellent deal. We were 3 adults and there are plenty of rooms to accommodate families and a small group of friends. Please note that there is city tax to be paid on site. Also just wanted to say a huge huge thank you to the staff. Amazingly helpful. Helped us to check in after hours and then when staying again, helped to order pizza 😊. And you can store your luggage. Breakfast is included. You will get a voucher which can be redeemed in 2 places. It's for a cup of coffee and a fresh pastry. Typical light Italian breakfast. Delicious. Just a note, to make sure you go to the correct one, ask before. As there are 2. One has RED flower pots in front and the other has WHITE. The staff is very helpful, and can chat to via WhatsApp. Thanks again!!!

The service is exceptional, with an early check-in option and patient explanations of sightseeing tips for the Cinque Terre area. The multiple door locks provide a sense of security. Расположение в самом центре на узкой улочке пешеходной! Рядом есть все. До моря минут 10 пешком . Номер просторный, удобный. Есть холодильник, кондиционер работал отлично. Отличный персонал на связи по вотсапп. В общем отличный вариант чтобы жить прямо в центре Сан Ремо!

Ho soggiornato 3 notti (tripla ad uso doppio) e devo dire che la camera molto spaziosa e bagno grande. Non mi aspettavo il cambio di asciugamani e un minimo di pulizia ogni Giorno onestamente. Zona è perfetta! Sei in centro, a 2 passi dalla prima spiaggia e vicino alla stazione. Consigli per migliorare: Non c’e una reception, ma presterei più attenzione ai contatti via mail. Se non chiamavo non avrei mai ricevuto risposta. Metteri almeno un piccolo frigor per l’estate o delle macchinette dove poter comprare acqua.

My wife and I thought it was excellent. The rooms were very very clean, and spacious. The automatic check-in was easy. Plenty of towels. Even the TV was large. Located right in the center, with fantastic restaurants like 5 steps from the entrance. My wife and I enjoyed the first night so much, we decided to stay a second night. For the price, it would be hard to do better. We would definitely stay there again.

Decisamente oltre ogni aspettativa. Camera ideale per ogni tipo di turismo, estremamente pulita e curata nel dettaglio. Ottima l'attenzione alle richieste del singolo. Ciò che rende questo soggiorno perfetto è la location, a 270 metri dalla stazione che facilita sia chi vuole utilizzarlo come punto di partenza per andare alle Cinque Terre (al massimo 25 minuti di treno per Monterosso) che per chi vuole rimanere a La Spezia. Il risveglio in questo soggiorno, coccolati dalla vista della città, ti trasporta all'interno del libro ”Camera con vista” di E.M. Forster.

Sono stata ospite di questa struttura che ha una posizione strategica a ridosso del teatro Ariston. La casa era super pulita e la disponibilità massima ed anche le istruzioni per entrare ed uscire. Ho solo scelto io un appartamento troppo piccolo ma alla fine ci sono stata poco però per lavorare ho fatto un po’ di fatica ma mi regolerò meglio la prossima volta. Segnalo che la serratura era difettosa e sono riuscita ad entrare solo grazie alla chiave di riserva conservata nella scatola accanto all’ingresso. Comunque grazie per tutto. Tornerò volentieri.

We booked this place as it suited our requirements: pet-friendly, a room that can sleep 3 people (1 king, 1 single fold-out), central, modern and tidy, easy to get to with a car. Enrico has made sure we received all details prior to arrival. The communication was straight forward. We didn't mind that there was no actual reception. We actually liked that the apartment building gave us some insights in authentic Italian living. We were confused that on hotel.com it is mentioned that parking is available. However, right in front of the apartment building, there is max. 2 hour parking available for 0.75 EUR per hour - after 8 pm parking is free of charge. Remember, blue lines indicate time limited parking, whereas white lines indicate an unlimited parking duration. Mentioning this information would help future guests navigate through the busy Italian traffic. Upon arrival, we met the cleaner who was friendly and allowed us to check in 1 hour prior to the agreed check-in time. In order to keep this review short, our highlights are as follows: beds and pillows were incredibly comfortable, hallway and room smelled divine, Nespresso coffee machine was provided, the elevator had a great Italian feel - in summary, overall the accommodation was immaculately cleaned, well looked after and highly modernised. Another suggestion we would make is to offer free coffee. We kind of expected the coffee to be free but then read the menu and realised we had to pay for the coffee after we have already drunk all of it. We browsed a few reviews online and were shocked what people had to say as for us the accommodation was just great! We assume the place has not always provided great service. However, we were not able to identify any of the claims made by previous guests. Thank you. Keep up the good work. We happily book with you again. Arrivederci.

Good location between the train station and port. The shower drain was a bit blocked and would over flow if you had it on full. You could also smell the typical unpleasant drain smell from a blocked pipe.

Great location: close to train station, food store, laundry and a myriad of restaurants. A breeze to train it back and forth to Cinque Terra. A huge plus. DO NOT stay in the Cinque Terra touristy villages. Down side; the bar on the street below~ noise and cigarette smoke rises! TheMonterosso room is a direct hit from the bar. And, the room Frig was marginal at best. Yet, shower was great, maid service was amazing and the maid herself a sheer delight. The bed was a toughie to befriend as it was rather hard and took a night to grow accustomed to. The coffee maker and tea pot were a plus; however, only use bottled water. The “breakfast” was a far cry from breakfast and was basically packaged spongy rolls and Melba toast. Plenty of bakeries and breakfast bars nearby; go there. The price was a steal and yes, we would return and request one of the other Cinque Terra rooms. The proprietor was accessible and responsive. Stay here.

Logement très bien situé géographiquement (chambre située au centre ville) , propre et confortable. Vous aurez a disposition des serviettes de toilette,des savonnettes, climatiseur, sèche-cheveux, papier toilette, un bureau, rangements, tv, wifi, fenêtres double vitrage (vue sur la place balconnet donc lieu assez fréquenté mais nous n'avons pas entendu de bruits). Il y a un parking à deux pas du logement (parcheggio palafiori : tarif de 18 €/ jour). L'hôte est très sympathique. Il vous enverra via Snapchat un numéro de téléphone qui vous permettra d'ouvrir les portes (portes d'entrée du bâtiment, porte de sécurité) et un code (code pour ouvrir la porte du logement et de la chambre). Infos: - informer l'hôte de votre arrivée afin de lui laisser le temps de se déplacer jusqu'au logement. - parking : il y a deux bornes. Cependant, la borne CB non fonctionnelle. Au-delà de 20 €, vous devrez payer au comptoir (gardien). - logement très bien pour les noctambules (attention sur place vous payerez des taxes/pers) Pistes d'amélioration: - mettre a disposition une bouilloire , cafetière et biscuits - mettre à disposition des prospectus des lieux culturels a visiter (avec plan...)

Arrivés là par pur hasard, le panneau avec les photos nous a donné envie. Nous espérions que le repas soit à la hauteur de ces clichés et ce fut le cas. Vous choisissez le vin et le menu est une « surprise » , entrée , pâtes, viandes, dessert café eau à 35€. Nous avons eu pichade, tourte, barbajuan et farcis en entrée, raviolis à la sauge, tagliatelles au ragoût et tapenade, mix grill de viande (bœuf, saucisse et côtelette d’agneau) avec comme accompagnements, haricots verts et frites, le dessert un large choix vous est proposé, tiramisu, crème caramel, gâteaux aux amendes…. Et leur spécialité que le nom m’échappe, nous avons opté pour la crème caramel et le gâteau aux amendes, nous nous sommes régalés et nous y retournerons et nous parlerons d’eux autour de nous car c’est j’en adresse à connaître!!! Le personnel est très sympathique, les patrons pareils, petit bonus à la fin le digestif offert (lomoncello ou grappa) et le patron au moment du café fait le tour des tables avec une bouteille, je suppose du rhum car comme il dit « c’est meilleur avec ça dedans » très convivial ce restaurant!!!

Dall'accoglienza alle stanze, tutto è stato perfetto. Cortesia, simpatia e disponibilità unite ad una pulizia esemplare degli ambienti che risultano curati nei dettagli e molto confortevoli. Ho soggiornato il 25 agosto con la famiglia. Ci siamo trovati bene .come deve essere quando affitti un appartamento,pulito,ordinato e organizzato come una camera di hotel. Questo host lo era !! Pulizia,attenzione al cliente,asciugamani,bagnoschiuma,una piccola hall con acqua a disposizione,caffè e briosce la mattina.letto comodo( molto importante) È in pieno centro,unica pecca che 3 piani con le valige pesanti resta complicato.ma sul sito ci avvisa di questo inconveniente. Tutto ok lo consiglio a tutti.

Дозвониться до хозяина и о чем-то договориться невозможно. На сайте было написано, что можно оплатить наличными, и что регистрация заканчивается в 21.00. Мы планировали приехать в 14.40, но попали только на более поздний поезд, поэтому были на месте около 19.00. Мы 20 минут прождали когда к нам кто-нибудь подойдет, и по итогу нам сообщили, что наша бронь отменена и продана другим людям. Снисходительно предложили переночевать в комнате, похожей на скворечник. Мы были слишком уставшие, чтобы о чем-то спорить. Два дня в дороге и по приезду не иметь возможности спокойно распаковать чемоданы - это ужасно! Никакой помощи в подборе другого варианта размещения нам не оказали. В результате мы сами нашли другой отель: по той же цене, 200 м от центра и примерно столько же от пляжа с просторной комнатой с холодильником, кондиционером и просторной ванной комнатой. Так что, если не считать пережитого стресса, я даже рада, что в этом отеле продали нашу бронь. Никому не рекомендую.
