"The place is in a very nice positions with amazing view ,but unfortunately I feel no one should come here especially if you are 3 people because there is no place for the third person so on the third person need to sleep on a sofa not sofa bed !!!custumer service is 0 , owner insulted me offering 10 € discount because one of us had to sleep on the sofa , they offered also a foldable bed that was broken. Has been told us also that we should complain becouse we booked in trip.com with a discount incredible . Speechless. For the price inside the house is not worthy shower doesn’t work properly , door doesn’t even close properly. It feels like the people that work there don’t care much about everything. Breakfast average"

"The property is located in 30-40 mins of ride from the airport. The stuff is very nice, friendly and helpful. I arrived late, around 1am, they met me with no problem (and gave even a little food, cause i've complained i'm very hungry after the flight and everything is closed 😅). The place is very clean and cozy. I recommend you to eat a local kitchen in Navat restaurant (there are two: 900m and 1500m)."

"Perfect place for a family. Everything was clean and neat. There is a microwave and washing machine which was vry helpful. Do note that a deposit of usd35 is needed which will be returned after check out. Although trip said to prepare cash in usd it is better to prepare the notes in kyrgyz som. The landlord is vry kind and understanding as we checked in late and had trouble paying via bank transfer. The maid there is a friendly elderly lady who is vry helpful. We enjoyed our stay and when we come to Bishkek in future we will definitely book our stay here again."

A wonderful place with an exceptional view. The cabins are warm, and there's a kitchen, kettle, and projector. We had blankets for sitting outside on a cool evening. Cons: the kitchen is very slow, with one cook and one waiter, who doubles as the reception manager and hostess—all rolled into one. Breakfast is a la carte—there's no buffet of any kind, and it takes a long time to prepare. We waited 50 minutes and left without receiving three of our five orders, as we had a long commute that day. Conclusion: improve the staff and it will be 5 stars!
