"The place is in a very nice positions with amazing view ,but unfortunately I feel no one should come here especially if you are 3 people because there is no place for the third person so on the third person need to sleep on a sofa not sofa bed !!!custumer service is 0 , owner insulted me offering 10 € discount because one of us had to sleep on the sofa , they offered also a foldable bed that was broken. Has been told us also that we should complain becouse we booked in trip.com with a discount incredible . Speechless.
For the price inside the house is not worthy shower doesn’t work properly , door doesn’t even close properly.
It feels like the people that work there don’t care much about everything.

"Perfect place for a family. Everything was clean and neat. There is a microwave and washing machine which was vry helpful. Do note that a deposit of usd35 is needed which will be returned after check out. Although trip said to prepare cash in usd it is better to prepare the notes in kyrgyz som. The landlord is vry kind and understanding as we checked in late and had trouble paying via bank transfer. The maid there is a friendly elderly lady who is vry helpful. We enjoyed our stay and when we come to Bishkek in future we will definitely book our stay here again."

"The property is located in 30-40 mins of ride from the airport. The stuff is very nice, friendly and helpful. I arrived late, around 1am, they met me with no problem (and gave even a little food, cause i've complained i'm very hungry after the flight and everything is closed 😅). The place is very clean and cozy. I recommend you to eat a local kitchen in Navat restaurant (there are two: 900m and 1500m)."

A wonderful place with an exceptional view. The cabins are warm, and there's a kitchen, kettle, and projector.
We had blankets for sitting outside on a cool evening.
Cons: the kitchen is very slow, with one cook and one waiter, who doubles as the reception manager and hostess—all rolled into one. Breakfast is a la carte—there's no buffet of any kind, and it takes a long time to prepare. We waited 50 minutes and left without receiving three of our five orders, as we had a long commute that day.
Conclusion: improve the staff and it will be 5 stars!

Great place for travellers wanting to be close to the West Bus Terminal which gets you to Kochkor and Bokonbaevo. Walking distance of 300m only. The experience staying in this guesthouse was amazing. The staff were so welcoming with cheerful smiles. The place has that homely experience with a touch of kyrgyzstan vibes. I highly recommend this place for stay. Its worth the money.

very nice peaceful place
The lady Mira was so sweet, she consoled me when my husband was taking so long to buy food because he doesn’t know his way I was so worried, we had a very nice breakfast, we slept like a baby in her yurt
The husband drove us for 5 hours to our next destination.
We love the mountains surrounding their yurt
I highly recommend their place if you want yurt experience

K Hoffman (Canada)It was very hard to find at night. Took the taxi driver 30 mins circling around the block to find the hotel entrance!
Takes about 30 mins to walk downtown.
However, the receptionist was very helpful. Gave tips on restaurants and where to shop.

Guai9The environment is very comfortable, and the owner is warm and thoughtful. Communication in Chinese is seamless. It offers great value for money, and I highly recommend it to Chinese travelers. The room is clean and tidy, with complete facilities, and the location is excellent. There's also a Jiangxi restaurant nearby. My stay was fantastic, and I'll definitely choose this place again next time!

A wonderful hotel with a new renovation, excellent service staff (especially the reception girls and all the security guards), everything is top notch! A nice restaurant with a summer terrace. A beautiful view from the window of the mountains) We will definitely come back, but this time for a vacation, not for work:) Thank you for the warm welcome!
