Villa di Hainan, China

We stayed in 4 different hotels during this vacation and Pullman Yalong was by far the most disappointing one, although to be honest part of it comes from expectations. Pullman Yalong is a decent 3-4 star hotel, whose main problem is that expectations associated with the brand make it seem to be something it is not. Chinese breakfast is actually quite decent and has a wide range including MaLaTang, if you are craving Western food though it probably isn't worth the price. They have a big sign near the lobby recommending that you should not bring delivery food to your room, due to health and safety reasons, but feel free to ignore that. We ordered both room service and outside delivery on several occasions and deliveries were definitely a better option. Plus there is a food court and a supermarket not far from the hotel. The pool is quite big and its lower section is well shaded as well which a plus. However it was a major disappointment that the slide was closed(long term) as well as the cool cave you might see on the hotel's photos. On top of that there are some downright ridiculous designs ideas including a horrible pool access and sharp edge stairs inside the pool. The beach in Yalong is all public, but the access to it is limited by occasional path between some of the front row resorts. What this means in practice is that you will have a bit of a walk having to go around Marriot in Pullman's case. The room was OK, even had a bath and a walk-in wardrobe. The high point was the balcony above the pool. Signs of disrepair are visible around the hotel, but to be honest this seems to be the Yalong/Sanya standard at least for the 4 star hotels we stayed in. Jacky, I hope I got the name right, who worked in the lobby/shuttle car was great though. Not because he spoke good English(which he did), but because he had a problem solving attitude and wasn't afraid to approach guests to offer help.

The place is always appealing, with its magnificent gardens and fully immersed in a green and well-kept environment. Everything is very clean, both outside and inside the villas. The staff has been always kind and attentive to our needs. We especially enjoyed the abundant breakfast, sitting outside with a nice view over the quiet lake. Going to the beach and back is very convenient, thanks to the shuttle service, very effective and timely. We only regret we couldn’t enjoy the dinner buffet, because the music was always too loud, preventing any conversation. This can be easily improved.

Lots of tropical plants nearby, feeling like living in tranquility gardens. Good place for people who love to live in an environmental friendly place.

總體來説不錯，朋友6個人出遊，酒店位置、環境都很好，適合親朋好友組團來，亞特蘭蒂斯、免税店都在步行範圍內，酒店的沙灘看日出也方便，長住幾天租個車遊玩方便，酒店地下停車場有充電樁，如果再有出行計劃還會考慮這裏。 蚊子比較多，有一天打掃房間忘記關紗門，晚上被蚊子咬醒。 入住當天發現床頭有拍死的蚊子屍體，沒有清理掉，可能蚊子確實太多了。 房間尤其是客廳插座位置比較不合理，想充電得搬椅子到插座旁邊才行。 停車比較貴，如果能固定一天多少錢不限出入次數就好了。

The staff and general manager are superb. Staff says hello and smiles. The room was very clean and the breakfast was nutritious and fresh. I like this location. The is ocean is pleasant. Mr Liao the GM is kind. And his team is helpful. I look forward to staying there again.

免税店的銷售小姐姐推薦的此酒店，説是離免税店走路20分鐘，也沒太調查就選了這家。辦理入住後真是刷新我對三亞酒店的認知，既然有周圍環境這麼好性價比這麼高的酒店，立馬發了小視頻推薦給閨蜜們。酒店有兩個房間，很適合家庭單位選擇哦，內配做飯設施，陽台還有露天浴缸🛁，家人們值得一試哦！

Прекрасная вилла, белоснежное постельное белье, чистые полотенца и халаты. Чистый бассейн, чистый дом. Можно готовить самим, все для этого есть. Стиральная и сушильная машина, гель для стирки. Все средства для гигиены есть. Бритва, расческа и шапочка для волос. Комнаты просторные, везде кондиционер есть. Наш дом был не готов при заселении и нам бесплатно повысили категорию дома с большим бассейном. Спасибо за это. Администратор всегда был на связи и помогал нам. Уборка по запросу, воду приносили. На море мы ездили на такси. Всего 10 юаней за поездку. Жалко уезжать, мы обязательно вернемся 👍☺️

Pro: entire vila with 4 rooms. A lot of spaces for the price. Room services and delivery is very good, 5 stars there. The space is clean. Security is good as well. Con: the slap doors are in not good condition and hard to close/ open but it’s not a big deal since there is no need to open anyway. The swimming pool is useless. Overall, I would recommend this place, especially for family.

我記得那是個颱風天吧，晚上台風呼呼的吹，也下的特別大。但是管家特別的負責，為我們撐傘還用觀光車送我們到房間。房間裏也不會因為下雨而潮濕，乾淨又明亮，裝飾都挺有品味的，是我喜歡的樣子。放下行李，我們就去附近的市場吃飯了，吃了海南的特色椰子雞。口味清淡，不符合我四川人的胃。第二天又去吃了糟粕醋，這個我喜歡，突然覺得海南人真是太聰明瞭，竟然能發明出這麼好吃的東西。帶兩罐回去給我爸媽嚐嚐。吃完飯又去海邊散了下步，可惜錯過時間了沒看到椰夢長廊的絕美日落。沒事，留點遺憾下次再來。

The villa feels old and a badly maintained. You see stains on the kitchen top and broken furniture (eg. mahjong table) in the dinning hall. This tells you how proud they are about their products. The floor feel dusty. The dinning chairs are cheap and easy to fall back on. There is no cutlery (no spoon, chopsticks, forks, scissors) provided in the kitchen and you see unkempt grasses (overgrown) in the pool area. The water from shower room seeps into the toilet room next door. Given the villa in such condition, it would be much more comfortable to stay in a hotel. The nice photos shown are not representative of its real conditions. Staff service was ok. They would offer help or attend to you quickly if you have any complaints (eg checking on water seepage in shower room). They also help to fetch breakfast and meal for you from a building that is quite far from the villa. But sometimes they maybe busy and you will have to wait for the delivery which is inconvenient. There is nothing much to eat around the area and you will have to drive out. If you stay in a month with cold weather, you won’t want to use the pool so better consider if it is worth it paying for a villa with pool is worth it since villa without pool are much cheaper.

房間蠻好的，在網上對比了幾家最終選擇了這家，酒店在一個小區裏環境不錯，兩室一廳兩衞一廚，還有一個大陽台，兩張大床適合一家4人出遊住宿，房間挺乾淨，管家服務態度也好，住了兩晚蠻推薦，離海邊不遠，打車幾分鐘就到了出行也方便，環境也安靜。

這次旅行，我選擇了一家擁有私人泳池的民宿，體驗非常棒。民宿位於風景如畫的郊外，四周環繞着鬱鬱葱葱的樹木，環境幽靜，非常適合放鬆和休閑。 一進入民宿，就被其現代而温馨的裝修風格所吸引。房間寬敞明亮，設施齊全，床鋪舒適，讓我在旅途中也能感受到家的温馨。最令人印象深刻的是室外的泳池，水質清澈，維護得非常好。泳池邊配備了舒適的躺椅和遮陽傘，無論是游泳還是曬太陽，都是一種享受。 民宿的服務也非常到位，房東熱情友好，提供了很多周邊旅遊的建議，還為我們準備了美味的早餐。晚上，泳池邊的燈光亮起，營造出浪漫的氛圍，我們在這裏度過了一個難忘的夜晚。 總的來説，這家民宿無論是硬件設施還是軟件服務，都超出了我的期待。如果你也在尋找一個安靜、舒適且帶有私人泳池的住宿體驗，我強烈推薦這裏。下次有機會，我一定會再次選擇這裏。

小區環境非常好房間相當大，尤其是270度的陽台太絕了，老闆給升級到了五層能看到一點海。三室一廳兩個衞生間，不用打架。小區有一個後門業主的私人沙灘刷門禁卡可以從沙灘直接進入小區。有停車位，還有寶寶圍欄。先去前台辦理入住領取了臨時停車這兒可以免費開進小區停車。叫外賣很方便，但是要是去附近吃飯就要去1公裡外的碧桂園商業區吃飯，或者是更遠的雅樂居吃飯。附近有一個水果農貿市場。

超級棒的一次旅程！所有一切值得好評，雖然能感覺到酒店時間比較久，但是住起來絲毫沒有年代感。 1.管家超級貼心，來來回回接送我們也很快。總之服務非常到位。 2.房間很大，泳池入住也很乾凈。廚房做飯開火也很方便。酒店到海邊很近，步行幾分鐘就到了。 3.如果要入住還是自駕比較方便。

Lovely and spacious house, with friendly staff, nice medium size pool. Overall a very pleasant and relaxing stay. Could increase a bit the size of the menu for the local restaurant but there is quite a few nice options close-by (10 to 15 mins walks but pick up can be arranged as well). Overall very peaceful and I would highly recommend for those who value space and serenity.

海邊的別墅，有些舊，裏面的房間佈置什麼的類似快捷酒店，服務什麼的中規中矩，但勝在價格比較好，在清水灣的海邊，這樣緊湊型的別墅這個價格還行吧。但有一點，這不應該叫泳池別墅，應該叫泡池別墅，那就是個大浴缸，不過離阿羅哈套房酒店的泳池不遠。

Pertama sekali, berikan pujian lima bintang kepada wanita muda di hotel itu. Sikap perkhidmatannya bagus dan orangnya cantik! Di samping itu, vila ini sangat bagus! Pemandangannya bagus, penginapannya selesa, dan biliknya kalis bunyi! Kemudahan sokongan yang lengkap!

服務很好，管家能做到訊息馬上回復，管家還能幫忙取快遞，這是我沒有想象到的。一次住了大概10天左右，第三天隔壁裝修，和老闆説了。老闆馬上就過來和裝修的人説了，老闆還帶我們去看了附近的房子，因為行李太多，就沒換。後來再也沒有吵到我們了，我們也就住的很

衞生：來之前我挺擔心的，因為我媽有點潔癖，對床品的要求比較高，國內一般不租民宿。但來之後發現好於預期，被單鋪得很平整，沒有異味和異物。除了沙發有點污漬，其他都很乾凈。泳池的水也比較乾淨，沒有異味。服務：管家挺好的，幫忙送外賣、禮賓車送金送出，非常敬業。而且，每天還會像酒店一樣搞個衞生，這比其它民宿要強。位置：這裏其實相對比較偏，出門要先禮賓車到停車場再開車出去，周邊比較大的菜場是桃萬，沒啥夜市商圈。不過，要的不就是清靜麼，獨享海灘，獨享園林，避世好地方。硬件：房間配套了各種作飯工具，很方便，糟粕醋火鍋、海鮮大餐都能自己搞定，便宜量大且美味。房間內配了花露水、驅蚊器、電蚊拍、調味料等各種，還能自選早餐食材，很貼心。唯一不足的是，調味料沒有老抽和糖。米以後可以考慮換更小包裝，避免浪費。要是還能跟隔壁君瀾酒店的自助早餐談個協議價就更棒了。我會推薦給其他朋友，希望有機會再來！

帶着不到2歲的寶寶和爺爺奶奶去的三亞這個別墅非常符合我此行的要求寶寶特別愛游泳 這個別墅的泳池很乾凈給配了車子去市場買海鮮水果非常方便給寶寶做輔食吃的也安心水果真的好好吃 而且也不貴海鮮雖然不太便宜勝在新鮮別墅離海邊也不遠走路10分鐘左右就到因為帶了寶寶所以都是開車去為了節省寶寶體力哈哈哈沙灘很細 我們全家還在海邊旅拍旁邊有椰林照相也非常美值得一提的是我們在去之前説好要個安全座椅 但是當天交車時並沒有跟管家溝通後一會就送來個新的 這讓我的旅程感到非常安心有什麼問題找管家也隨時解決 真的棒棒服務行業做到這樣已經很不錯了 還有就是三亞的蚊子真的真的不少啊我們大人都被咬了個遍小寶寶一個包也沒有也算幸運 要去的朋友們一定注意防護喲

酒店是海上的中國院子（別墅區），環境非常好，別墅內部有泳池，小區東邊是私人沙灘（乾淨人少），兩個無邊泳池，酒吧，很愜意，小區對面是幾家飯店，便宜還好吃，忍不住又續住了一天，房間內也很贊！滿5分！
