Sangat Baik

We stayed in Balmaha as our first stop walking the West Highland Way. We had a great dinner in the Inn and breakfast in the the Cafe. The food and the service were really good in both. The shop was well stocked and staff were helpful and friendly too. Only downside is the weird astroturf everywhere, looks tacky and horrible!

Mmocha is in europeInconvenient location and nice staff The staff are quite friendly and nice. The location is... a bit hard to say. If you are a nature lover, u probably enjoy the walk in the neighborhood. There're hills and nice houses nearby. Around 5 min walk from the hotel, there's a nice track called Strathblane Railway Path. But if you want to get to the city centre, and you can't drive, you can only get there by a bus which is 50 min ride (note that it's 1 to 2 hour frequency). I waited for the bus at the buschanan bus station on Saturday at 7pm (it's scheduled at 7:10pm) and the bus went missing. I asked staff at the bus station and they told me to find the help desk but it was closed and the hotline was also shut down. I waited for the next bus at 8:35pm and luckily it did arrive. So make sure you check the bus schedule if you are going for a tour/taking train in the city centre!!!
