The location of this hotel is absolutely fantastic perfect for a nice staycation, it is near the Bay with a great view of the ocean, with May 4th Square, Olympic Sailing center and Third Bathing Beach all at a walking distance. The locality is quite and calm and allows you to have a fabulous experience of the nature and its calm I would definitely recommend it to anyone who wants to visit Qingdao in a budget friendly way and experience the best staycation. The staff is super friendly, can speak English which is a great plus for foreigners, has a nice cafe which serves some of the best hot chocolate I ever had.

This was my first time to Qingdao and I had no idea where to stay. Then I choose this. The location is a bit far from the may fourth square or other tourists spot but its a good location for homely stay. The hoise location was exact and so I could find it even at mid night on the first day. The room has all modern facilities but I must stay the room is a bit small. You may not be able to enjoy freedom of space here. But the owner was a kind hearted lady. She is always smiley and helpful which will make any tourist happy. I loved her attitude and gesture. I recommend this if you have a long vacation and you want a more homely environment..

I booked this hotel solely for the sea room view. I wanted to wake up to the ocean and that was nice. The room was clean. I was bummed out that the bathtub was just there for decoration and wasn’t actually connected to any pipes which killed my soaking in the tub plans. Also the hotel stated there was breakfast available on purchase. When I went to the lobby for breakfast they said they had none and if I wanted food, to check the restaurants next door. I only stayed one night and other than the room my expectations weren’t high: and good thing so cuz there’s not much to do at the hotel anyway. Overall an ok experience

We had the most wonderful experience at this hostel! The beautiful architecture and cozy coffee shop inside immediately caught our attention. They offer a Western breakfast for a very reasonable price, and it was quite filling. The staff truly went above and beyond to ensure we had the best experience possible. We upgraded to a room with a sea view and a jacuzzi, which was absolutely fantastic. Both rooms we stayed in were impeccably clean, and the toiletries provided were of good quality. Overall, it was a memorable stay, and we can't wait to return. This place is perfect for a romantic weekend getaway!

We had a nice room facing the sea but there is no access to the sea ”for security reasons” which is quite disappointing! The owner said it was for security reasons! We had to walk a long way to the closest restaurants. As a result we had to order food deliveries. The host is friendly and helpful.

先説優點：位置好，雖然在小區裏但是導航可以準確導到入口，下單後客服管家會主動聯繫我，並且拉了一個7人羣來解決各種問題，主動升級成了瞰海大床房，主動幫忙拎行李。 再説缺點：看到評分極高才來的，但是入住後還是能體會到硬件和軟件的一些缺點。先説硬件，客房在一棟別墅裏，別墅三層，一層是大腿，二層是換鞋處和部分客房，三層是另外一部分客房。客房面積普遍偏小，如果是經濟快捷酒店這種面積比較好理解，三層別墅裏面搞七八間卧室，很難想象是原裝的設計還是後期的改造。 缺點1：沒有電梯，所以有行李箱的客人會非常麻煩 2：要求進入客房區的客人必須在二層更換他們提供的拖鞋，不能穿自己的寫進入客房區，説是因為別墅裝修用的木地板比較珍惜所以必須換鞋。我住了這麼多酒店無論是手工地攤還是百年歷史酒店地板已經吱吱呀呀但都沒有要求換鞋的，不知道以為是偷偷入住皇宮。3：房間的窗户臨街，無論是白天還是夜晚，如果開窗簾那麼屋內景象可以説毫無保留（圖3圖4圖5）。管家説是有紗簾，我是沒有找到，另外我也想問一下，想晾曬衣服怎麼辦？4：樓外種了很多綠植，一層入口處還佈置了很多花草，造成蚊蟲極多。友情提醒管家完全可以在四周和入口處採取長效驅蚊措施，最差點蚊香，最便宜的那種一天花不了幾元錢吧，比沒有強吧？就是想不到。 再説軟件， 問題1:浴室給了一雙拖鞋，但是有異物（圖6圖7），明顯是清潔不到位和檢查不到位。遇到問題，一堆解釋。問題2:打掃衞生，管家問“我們衹打掃洗手間房間裏的垃圾，要不要幫你們扔？”。表述令人吃驚。垃圾有不扔的？還是“衹打掃洗手間房間”屬於vip服務，除了洗手間房間還有什麼空間嗎？一共才這麼大點地。

提前一天會聯繫入住事宜，發送地圖和路線，一人出遊的情況下，房間大小剛剛好，獨立衞浴乾濕分離，酒店出門走幾步就是海邊，往東走一點就是燈光秀和第三海水浴場，往西走就是五四廣場，都是半小時內徒步可達，沿着海邊棧道散步就是青島旅遊的最佳打開方式，服務非常周到熱情，前台工作人員都會主動打招呼（圖三原圖直出，出門見海）

This hotel was incredible! The people were so friendly, the coffee was great and the location was perfect. We enjoyed the ocean with a simple walk. The rooftop had a gorgeous view. The swimming pool was so lovely and the weather was amazing.

房間非常好！給這次青島旅行留下了非常多的美麗回憶 交通真的非常便利啊，出門就是大海，離周邊景點非常近，打車10塊錢以內都能到，地鐵也很近！ 房間也很好，我是住的30平的房間，很大很舒適，窗户就能看到海景！拍了很多好看的照片 服務也非常滿意，老闆人特別熱情！和她提過一嘴想看藍眼淚，結果晚上還特意發訊息告訴我外面海邊有藍眼淚！房間衞生也做的乾淨，還搭配了除濕機！ 下次來青島一定還住這！ 照片1.2是在窗户拍的3是酒店門口！風景特別美
